The beer is brewed, according to a traditional recipe, from several types of malting barley and a combination of several kinds of hops. We use untreated water from mountain springs, which is soft and acid without any admixture of heavy metals and other harmfull pollutants. The beer fermants approximately 7 to 10 days, and after that it matures in lager barrels for 1 to 3 months before it is ready to be served.
Beer contains only natural substances (pectins, yeast, sugar and vitamins) which on the whole have a beneficial effect on the human organism. Therefore, our beer is extraordinarily healthy and we do not damage its goodness by filtration or pasteurisation. There is probably one disadvantage of our beer,which is its short storage time.
