This smaller brewery, a home-made plant designed by a home-owner in the village of Sentice, not far from Brno, has based its existence on a speciality, which is not brewed by any other brewery. Into the beer brewed from classical raw materials, honey is added that enriches the beer with wide range of trace elements.
The owner himself takes care of the whole process, and together with just his son, everything is made manually.
The beer is not available in distribution channels, it is mostly sold directly to consumers, who go to Jelinks. The beer is very popular, evidence of which is that it has been brewed since 1992.
