Nav\u00edc bylo pro zp\u0159\u00edjemn\u011bn\u00ed v\u016fn\u011b studen\u011b zachmeleno v le\u017e\u00e1ck\u00e9m tanku.<\/li>\n<li>31.12. 2013 na \u010depu <strong>Novoro\u010dn\u00ed speci\u00e1l 14\u00b0<\/strong> ( IBU 31,5 alk. 5,16% &#8211; spodn\u011b kva\u0161en\u00fd speci\u00e1l zlatav\u00e9 barvy, uva\u0159en\u00fd ze 4 druh\u016f slad\u016f).<\/li>\n<li>Novinka <strong>Zlat\u00fd v\u00e1no\u010dn\u00ed speci\u00e1l 13,5\u00b0<\/strong> (spodn\u011b kva\u0161en\u00fd pivn\u00ed speci\u00e1l zlatav\u00e9 barvy, vyzna\u010duj\u00edc\u00ed se plnost\u00ed a p\u0159\u00edjemn\u00fdm chmelov\u00fdm aromatem, z\u00edskan\u00fdm dochmelen\u00edm za studena \u017eateck\u00fdm chmelem &#8211; va\u0159eno v Pivovaru u Bulovky, na \u010depu od 14.12.2013)<\/li>\n<li>Dne 25.11. na \u010depu Jihom\u011b\u0161\u0165an 11\u00b0 (polotmav\u00fd le\u017e\u00e1k), Bitter Ale 11,8\u00b0 (svrchn\u011b kva\u0161en\u00e9 pivo zlatav\u00e9 barvy, pro jeho\u017e v\u00fdrobu bylo pou\u017eito p\u011bt druh\u016f \u010desk\u00fdch chmel\u016f), Sv\u011btl\u00fd le\u017e\u00e1k 12\u00b0 , Tmav\u00fd speci\u00e1l 14 \u00b0, Weissbier 13\u00b0 sv\u011btl\u00e9 a <strong>Trippel Bock 20,4\u00b0<\/strong> (alk 7,85% &#8211; netypick\u00fd bavorsk\u00fd Bock, u kter\u00e9ho p\u0159eva\u017euje chmelov\u00fd dozvuk m\u00edsto dozvuku sladov\u00e9ho, kter\u00fd je tak charakteristick\u00fd pro bavorsk\u00e9 a rakousk\u00e9 bocky, t\u00edmto pivem se poda\u0159il zk\u0159\u00ed\u017eit bavorsk\u00fd Bock s anglick\u00fdm a irsk\u00fdm typem piv ale a stout)<\/li>\n<li>Dne 7.11. na \u010depu tak\u00e9 speci\u00e1l <strong>Bitter Ale 11,8\u00b0<\/strong> (svrchn\u011b kva\u0161en\u00e9 pivo zlatav\u00e9 barvy, pro jeho\u017e v\u00fdrobu bylo pou\u017eito p\u011bt druh\u016f \u010desk\u00fdch chmel\u016f).<\/li>\n<li>Dne 15.7. nov\u011b na \u010depu <strong>Ale 14,8\u00b0<\/strong> (svrchn\u011b kva\u0161en\u00e9 pivo s pomeran\u010dovou k\u016frou a kardamonem).<\/li>\n<li>Dne 8.7. na \u010depu Bezinka 11\u00b0 &#8211; le\u017e\u00e1k z bezov\u00e9ho kv\u011btu.<\/li>\n<li>Dne 30.5. nov\u011b na \u010depu <strong>Golden Ale 12\u00b0<\/strong> (lehk\u00fd ale zlatav\u00e9 barvy, chmelen\u00fd \u010desk\u00fdmi aromatick\u00fdmi chmely. Pomoc\u00ed metody chmelen\u00ed za studena, byla tomuto pivu dod\u00e1na sv\u011b\u017e\u00ed v\u016fn\u011b, p\u0159ipom\u00ednaj\u00edc\u00ed \u010derstv\u011b sklizen\u00fd chmel.).<\/li>\n<li>Dne 19.4.2013 na \u010depu Jihom\u011b\u0161\u0165an 11\u00b0 polotmav\u00fd le\u017e\u00e1k, Le\u017e\u00e1k sv\u011btl\u00fd 12\u00b0, Tmav\u00fd speci\u00e1l 14\u00b0 a Weissbier 13\u00b0 (sv\u011btl\u00e9 svrchn\u011b kva\u0161en\u00e9 p\u0161eni\u010dn\u00e9 pivo).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><u>Star\u0161\u00ed info:<\/u><br \/>\nOtev\u0159eno od 31.3.2010. Pivo p\u0159i otev\u0159en\u00ed je\u0161t\u011b nebylo nava\u0159eno.<br \/>\nJen jedna pra\u017esk\u00e1 m\u011bstsk\u00e1 \u010d\u00e1st se mohla v roce 2010 pochlubit t\u00edm, \u017ee m\u00e1 sv\u016fj vlastn\u00ed pivovar a pivo. Bylo to Ji\u017en\u00ed M\u011bsto, kter\u00e9 se mezi piva\u0159i takto sm\u011ble mohlo sv\u00fdm prvenstv\u00edm zapsat do historie. Nov\u00fd pra\u017esk\u00fd minipivovar za\u010dal na ja\u0159e 2010 fungovat v b\u00fdval\u00e9 koteln\u011b mezi panel\u00e1ky. Otev\u0159el ho Franti\u0161ek Richter spole\u010dn\u011b s restaurac\u00ed pro 300 lid\u00ed. Lid\u00e9 si tam tak nav\u00edc mohou vychutnat speci\u00e1ln\u00ed piva. V kv\u011btnu 2010 k nim nap\u0159\u00edklad pat\u0159il M\u00e1jov\u00fd Bock \u201eosmn\u00e1ctka\u201c. Z p\u00edpy teklo tak\u00e9 polotmav\u00e9 pivo Jihom\u011b\u0161\u0165an, asi \u010dty\u0159i m\u011bs\u00edce bylo v nab\u00eddce tak\u00e9 je\u0161t\u011b osm a\u017e jeden\u00e1ct druh\u016f speci\u00e1ln\u00edch piv. Ochutnat tu \u0161lo jeden\u00e1ctku nebo klidn\u011b i \u010dty\u0159iadvac\u00edtku &#8211; v tomto rozmez\u00ed stup\u0148\u016f se tu pivo va\u0159ilo a va\u0159it pr\u00fd bude. Jihom\u011bstsk\u00fd pivovar je pivovarem restaura\u010dn\u00edm. \u201eNab\u00edz\u00edme toti\u017e posezen\u00ed v p\u0159\u00edjemn\u00e9m prost\u0159ed\u00ed u kvalitn\u00edho piva, kter\u00e9 si sami va\u0159\u00edme p\u0159\u00edmo v prostor\u00e1ch restaurace,\u201c \u0159ekl Franti\u0161ek Richter. Pivo se tu va\u0159\u00ed v n\u00e1dhern\u00fdch m\u011bd\u011bn\u00fdch varn\u00e1ch, kter\u00e9 Richter jako milovn\u00edk piva s\u00e1m navrhl. Vedle vynikaj\u00edc\u00edho piva, kter\u00e9 je uva\u0159eno a ope\u010dov\u00e1v\u00e1no zku\u0161en\u00fdmi sl\u00e1dky, si lze v b\u00fdval\u00e9 koteln\u011b dop\u0159\u00e1t tak\u00e9 n\u011bco k sn\u011bdku z tradi\u010dn\u00ed \u010desk\u00e9 kuchyn\u011b, obohacen\u00e9 prvky mezin\u00e1rodn\u00ed gastronomie. Pivovar se otev\u0159el \u0161tamgast\u016fm i pouh\u00fdm zv\u011bdavc\u016fm v b\u0159eznu 2010. Zrekonstruov\u00e1n byl z tepeln\u00e9 kotelny, kter\u00e1 \u201ezkr\u00e1\u0161lovala\u201c Ji\u017en\u00ed M\u011bsto. \u201eOtev\u0159en\u00edm pivovaru jsme, jak alespo\u0148 douf\u00e1me, p\u0159isp\u011bli ke zkvalitn\u011bn\u00ed kulturn\u00edho \u017eivota v t\u00e9to \u010d\u00e1sti Prahy. Nejen\u017ee pl\u00e1nujeme hudebn\u011b-z\u00e1bavn\u00ed po\u0159ady, ale v\u00edme, \u017ee i gastronomie mus\u00ed m\u00edt ur\u010ditou kulturu. Jsem s\u00e1m sob\u011b architektem, projektantem i design\u00e9rem a samoz\u0159ejm\u011b pivovarn\u00edkem. V\u0161echno si d\u011bl\u00e1m s\u00e1m,\u201c \u0159ekl Franti\u0161ek Richter.
