P\u016fvodn\u011b to byl ml\u00fdn, v roce 1907 se objekt p\u0159estavil na \u0159editelsk\u00fd byt tov\u00e1rn\u00edka Jel\u00ednka, kter\u00fd m\u011bl v Mezi\u0159\u00ed\u010d\u00ed ko\u017eelu\u017enu a na druh\u00e9m konci n\u00e1m\u011bst\u00ed vilu. &#8222;V roce 1934 p\u0159ibyla turb\u00edna o v\u00fdkonu a\u017e patn\u00e1ct kilowatt, je\u017e slou\u017eila k v\u00fdrob\u011b elektrick\u00e9 energie a jako v\u016fbec prvn\u00ed zdroj elekt\u0159iny ve Velk\u00e9m Mezi\u0159\u00ed\u010d\u00ed. Tov\u00e1rn\u00edk t\u00edm osv\u011btlil n\u00e1m\u011bst\u00ed a energii pou\u017e\u00edval i ve sv\u00e9 fabrice. No a po v\u00e1lce se d\u016fm zn\u00e1rodnil, Jel\u00ednek ode\u0161el do Kanady a tady vznikly \u010dty\u0159i byty. V takov\u00e9m stavu jsem objekt koupil,&#8220; popsal v\u00fdvoj nemovitosti Jurek. Dlouho pr\u00fd p\u0159em\u00fd\u0161lel, jak jej vyu\u017eije. V \u010cech\u00e1ch se pak inspiroval mal\u00fdm pivovarem, a tak se krom\u011b hotelu rozhodl zkusit to tak\u00e9. Prvn\u00ed pivo, kter\u00e9 se v mezi\u0159\u00ed\u010dsk\u00e9m pivovaru uva\u0159\u00ed, ale ve\u0159ejnost neochutn\u00e1. &#8222;Bude zku\u0161ebn\u00ed, a mus\u00ed se vyp\u00edt d\u0159\u00edv, ne\u017e se podnik ofici\u00e1ln\u011b otev\u0159e. Chci ale chytit leto\u0161n\u00ed letn\u00ed sezonu,&#8220; nazna\u010dil v lednu 2004 podnikatel, kter\u00fd pr\u00fd do projektu investoval des\u00edtky milion\u016f korun. Hotel nab\u00eddne p\u011bta\u010dty\u0159icet l\u016f\u017eek, baz\u00e9n a saunu. A spolu s l\u00e1kavou ryb\u00ed kuchyn\u00ed, kterou hodl\u00e1 podnikatel z\u00e1sobit \u017eiv\u00fdmi rybami z vlastn\u00edch rybn\u00edk\u016f, o hosty z\u0159ejm\u011b nebude m\u00edt nouzi, zvl\u00e1\u0161\u0165 p\u0159i v\u00fdhodn\u00e9 poloze u d\u00e1lnice. Do restaurace se vejde asi p\u011bta\u0161edes\u00e1t host\u016f. Komplex zam\u011bstn\u00e1 asi p\u011btadvacet lid\u00ed. Podle Jurka ale nebude podnik jen pro n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed klienty. Mo\u017en\u00e1 pr\u00e1v\u011b u p\u016fllitru zp\u011bn\u011bn\u00e9ho moku m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt to prav\u00e9 tv\u016fr\u010d\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed k vym\u00fd\u0161len\u00ed n\u00e1zvu nov\u00e9ho mezi\u0159\u00ed\u010dsk\u00e9ho piva, kter\u00e9 za\u010d\u00e1tkem dubna 2004 za\u010dal va\u0159it m\u00edstn\u00ed podnikatel Lubom\u00edr Jurek. Ten toti\u017e vyhl\u00e1sil sout\u011b\u017en\u00ed anketu na jm\u00e9no zlatav\u00e9ho moku, a jak potvrdil, nejv\u00edce tip\u016f chod\u00ed pr\u00e1v\u011b po p\u016flnoci. Nen\u00ed t\u011b\u017ek\u00e9 si proto p\u0159edstavit, \u017ee tyto n\u00e1vrhy vym\u00fd\u0161lej\u00ed pr\u00e1v\u011b \u0161tamgasti od hospodsk\u00fdch stol\u016f. Prvn\u00ed pivo, 40 hl dvan\u00e1ctistup\u0148ov\u00e9ho moku, uva\u0159il pivovar 9.5.2004. Jak Jurek vysv\u011btlil, u\u017e dnes by se dalo p\u00edt. &#8222;T\u00fdden kvas\u00ed, pak minim\u00e1ln\u011b \u010dty\u0159i t\u00fddny zraje. U\u017e te\u010f je chu\u0165ov\u011b dobr\u00e9, m\u016f\u017ee se kdykoli odeb\u00edrat,&#8220; \u0159ekl Jurek s t\u00edm, \u017ee mezit\u00edm pivovar uva\u0159il dal\u0161\u00ed v\u00e1rky. Jeden\u00e1cti a dvan\u00e1ctistup\u0148ov\u00e9 a zkusil tak\u00e9 t\u0159in\u00e1ctistup\u0148ov\u00e9 pivo a \u010dtrn\u00e1ctku. A ka\u017ed\u00e9 z nich pot\u0159ebovalo sv\u00e9 jm\u00e9no. Kdo na trefn\u00e9 pojmenov\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159ijde, mohl se t\u011b\u0161it na odm\u011bnu. Autor uplatn\u011bn\u00e9ho n\u00e1zvu toti\u017e dostal pades\u00e1tilitrov\u00fd soudek piva. Pan Jurek m\u011bl na stole u\u017e des\u00edtky n\u00e1vrh\u016f a dal\u0161\u00ed st\u00e1le chodily. Kdo cht\u011bl tak\u00e9 zkusit \u0161t\u011bst\u00ed, p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitost m\u011bl do konce kv\u011btna. Krom\u011b pivovaru v b\u00fdval\u00e9m Malostr\u00e1nsk\u00e9m ml\u00fdn\u011b budoval Jurek p\u0159i odbo\u010dce na T\u0159eb\u00ed\u010d tak\u00e9 hotel a restauraci, je\u017e m\u011bl klientelu l\u00e1kat na ryb\u00ed speciality a kde m\u011bl b\u00fdt hlavn\u00ed odbyt piva. Je\u0161t\u011b zb\u00fdvalo dod\u011blat drobn\u00e9 stavebn\u00ed \u00fapravy a dovybavit interi\u00e9ry. Ka\u017edop\u00e1dn\u011b v letn\u00ed sezon\u011b roku 2004 u\u017e m\u011blo b\u00fdt nov\u00e9 za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed v provozu. Tradice va\u0159en\u00ed piva ve Velk\u00e9m Mezi\u0159\u00ed\u010d\u00ed sah\u00e1 do prvn\u00ed poloviny \u0161estn\u00e1ct\u00e9ho stolet\u00ed, roku 1548 toti\u017e ud\u011blil kr\u00e1l Ferdinand m\u011bstu v\u00e1re\u010dn\u00e1 pr\u00e1va. V\u00fdroba piva zanikla v roce 1949, Jurek tedy na starou tradici navazal po p\u011btapades\u00e1ti letech. Vlastn\u00ed pivov\u00e1rek poch\u00e1zel ze zru\u0161en\u00e9ho pivovaru v Ro\u017enov\u011b pod Radho\u0161t\u011bm. Na v\u00fdrob\u011b piva a organizaci pivovaru se pod\u00edleli 2 profesion\u00e1ln\u00ed sl\u00e1dkov\u00e9. Va\u0159ila se nefiltrovan\u00e1 sv\u011btl\u00e1 12, tmav\u00e1 12 a sv\u011btl\u00e1 14.<br \/>\nPivo z Velk\u00e9ho Mezi\u0159\u00ed\u010d\u00ed u\u017e m\u011blo v \u010dervenci 2004 sv\u016fj n\u00e1zev. V konkurenci dal\u0161\u00edch des\u00edtek jmen nakonec zv\u00edt\u011bzil n\u00e1zev Harrach. Anketu vyhl\u00e1sil m\u00edstn\u00ed podnikatel Lubom\u00edr Jurek, kter\u00fd ve m\u011bst\u011b zbudoval soukrom\u00fd pivovar na m\u00edst\u011b b\u00fdval\u00e9ho Malostr\u00e1nsk\u00e9ho ml\u00fdna. &#8222;Lid\u00e9 n\u00e1m zaslali celkem dv\u011b st\u011b \u0161edes\u00e1t t\u0159i n\u00e1vrh\u016f. Ve spolupr\u00e1ci s historikem Vladim\u00edrem Makovsk\u00fdm jsme je rozt\u0159\u00eddili do \u0161esti skupin podle toho, zda se vztahovaly nap\u0159\u00edklad k m\u011bstu, jeho okol\u00ed, historii nebo osobnostem. Nakonec jsme vybrali jm\u00e9no p\u0159edchoz\u00edho majitele velkomezi\u0159\u00ed\u010dsk\u00e9ho pivovaru, hrab\u011bte Harracha,&#8220;up\u0159esnil Lubom\u00edr Jurek. P\u0159esn\u00fd n\u00e1zev bude zn\u00edt Velkomezi\u0159\u00ed\u010dsk\u00fd Harrach. Pojmenov\u00e1n\u00ed Harrach se v anket\u011b objevilo celkem t\u0159ikr\u00e1t. &#8222;Samoz\u0159ejm\u011b, \u017ee dostoj\u00edme slovu a auto\u0159i budou odm\u011bn\u011bni soudkem piva,&#8220;doplnil Jurek. Pivovar, kter\u00fd dostal jm\u00e9no Malostr\u00e1nsk\u00fd, bude va\u0159it dvan\u00e1cti-, t\u0159in\u00e1cti- i \u010dtrn\u00e1ctistup\u0148ov\u00e9 pivo, sv\u011btl\u00e9 i tmav\u00e9. Ochutnat ho mohli lid\u00e9 ji\u017e p\u0159i C\u00edsa\u0159sk\u00fdch man\u00e9vrech, kter\u00e9 se uskute\u010dnily na velkomezi\u0159\u00ed\u010dsk\u00e9m z\u00e1mku 17.-18.7.2004 .<br \/>\nPo 55 letech byla ve Velk\u00e9m Mezi\u0159\u00ed\u010d\u00ed k obnovena tradici pivovarnictv\u00ed. Dne 31.7.2004 zde byl slavnostn\u011b otev\u0159en nov\u00fd pivovar. Akce se uskute\u010dnila u Malostr\u00e1nsk\u00e9ho pivovaru a hotelu Jel\u00ednkova vila od 12 hodin. Z\u00e1jemci si mohli prohl\u00e9dnout pivovar na T\u0159eb\u00ed\u010dsk\u00e9 ulici, kde byl den otev\u0159en\u00fdch dve\u0159\u00ed.<br \/>\nDne 4.8.2004 m\u011bl minipivovar prvn\u00ed otv\u00edrac\u00ed den (mimo sobotn\u00ed den otev\u0159en\u00fdch dve\u0159\u00ed. Malostr\u00e1nsk\u00fd pivovar nab\u00edzel stylov\u00e9 prost\u0159ed\u00ed generovan\u00e9 do mlyn\u00e1\u0159sko-vodnicko-ryb\u00edho. A to v\u010detn\u011b vodn\u00edho kola, kter\u00e9 opravdu (v interi\u00e9ru hospody hned vedle jsou varny) poh\u00e1n\u011bla tekouc\u00ed voda. Zaj\u00edmav\u00e1 tu byla v\u00fd\u010depn\u00ed stolice. Vyveden\u00e1 z m\u011bdi s &#8222;chladi\u010dov\u011b&#8220; sto\u010denou trubkou. Zat\u00edm jen fungovala restaurace v interi\u00e9ru, s pom\u011brn\u011b malou kapacitou, venkovn\u00ed posezen\u00ed nebylo je\u0161t\u011b dokon\u010den\u00e9. Pivo tu m\u011bli 12 kvasnicovou sv\u011btlou a 12 tmavou kvasnicovou za 22,- K\u010d, d\u00e1le 14 sv\u011btlou kvasnicovou za 25,- K\u010d. Stejn\u00e9 ceny tu byli i v \u0159\u00edjnu 2004.<br \/>\nS ohledem na to, \u017ee se spole\u010dnost Aqueko majitele hotelu a pivovaru ve Velk\u00e9m Mezi\u0159\u00ed\u010d\u00ed zam\u011b\u0159uje i na rybn\u00edk\u00e1\u0159stv\u00ed a chov ryb, naleznou host\u00e9 v j\u00eddeln\u00edm l\u00edstku restaurace v\u011bt\u0161inu ryb\u00edch specialit. Ty jsou hlavn\u011b ze sladkovodn\u00edch ryb a v\u00fdhradn\u011b \u010derstv\u00fdch. V nab\u00eddce chyb\u00ed pouze cand\u00e1t. To proto, \u017ee zde cht\u011bj\u00ed va\u0159it z\u00e1sadn\u011b z ryb \u017eiv\u00fdch a \u010derstv\u011b zpracovan\u00fdch. Z mo\u0159sk\u00fdch ryb nab\u00edz\u00ed pouze zmra\u017een\u00e9ho lososa a krevety. Podle sd\u011blen\u00ed Lubom\u00edra Jurka se v restauraci prod\u00e1 ryb\u00edch j\u00eddel asi \u010dty\u0159icet procent. Z\u00e1kazn\u00edci si mohou vybrat z opravdu nezvykl\u00fdch specialit. Jednou z nich je t\u0159eba kapr na kysan\u00e9m zel\u00ed.<br \/>\nPivovar v \u0159\u00edjnu 2004 nab\u00edzel sv\u011btl\u00fd a tmav\u00fd nefiltrovan\u00fd le\u017e\u00e1k Harrach, kter\u00fd se dal ochutnat za 22 K\u010d, sv\u011btl\u00fd speci\u00e1ln\u00ed Harrach, je\u017e byl \u010depov\u00e1n za 25 K\u010d. Sb\u011bratele sklenic jist\u011b zaujal origin\u00e1ln\u00ed ru\u010dn\u011b foukan\u00fd p\u016fllitr s n\u00e1zvem pivovaru za 150 K\u010d. M\u00edsto pap\u00edrov\u00fdch t\u00e1ck\u016f v\u00e1m pod pivo dali keramick\u00e9 podt\u00e1cky.<br \/>\nRestaurace Malostr\u00e1nsk\u00e9ho pivov\u00e1rku v listopadu 2005 nab\u00edzela st\u00e1le ji\u017e tradi\u010dn\u00ed sortiment sv\u00fdch nefiltrovan\u00fdch piv. Sv\u011btlou a tmavou dvan\u00e1ctku a sv\u011btl\u00fd \u010dtrn\u00e1ctistup\u0148ov\u00fd Speci\u00e1l.<br \/>\nDv\u011b st\u0159\u00edbrn\u00e9 a jednu zlatou pivn\u00ed pe\u010de\u0165 si p\u0159ivezl minipivovar z 16. reprezenta\u010dn\u00edch slavnost\u00ed piva v T\u00e1bo\u0159e. Pivo Harrach nejen\u017ee v konkurenci obst\u00e1lo, ale je\u0161t\u011b nav\u00edc obh\u00e1jilo \u00fasp\u011bchy z roku 2004. P\u0159ed rokem toti\u017e zlatav\u00fd mok zabodoval se sv\u011btl\u00fdm a tmav\u00fdm le\u017e\u00e1kem, a z\u00edskal zlatou a st\u0159\u00edbrnou pivn\u00ed pe\u010de\u0165. \u201eMinipivovary, kde se va\u0159\u00ed pivo p\u0159\u00edmo v restaurac\u00edch, maj\u00ed svou kategorii. Loni jsme usp\u011bli po p\u016flroce provozu a letos jsme jeli obhajovat. Povedlo se to v\u00edce ne\u017e na v\u00fdbornou,\u201c pochvaloval si v \u00fanoru 2006 Bohdan V\u00edtek, vedouc\u00ed provozu hotelu a pivovaru v mezi\u0159\u00ed\u010dsk\u00e9 Jel\u00ednkov\u011b vile. V\u016fn\u011b, ho\u0159kost, \u0159\u00edz a chu\u0165 piva zaujaly degust\u00e1tory natolik, \u017ee v kategori\u00edch minipivovar\u016f velkomezi\u0159\u00ed\u010dsk\u00fd Harrach op\u011bt p\u0159ev\u00e1lcoval konkurenci. Sv\u011btl\u00fd special skon\u010dil zlat\u00fd, sv\u011btl\u00fd a tmav\u00fd le\u017e\u00e1k st\u0159\u00edbrn\u00e9. \u201eT\u00e1borsk\u00e9 slavnosti jsou velmi presti\u017en\u00ed, sch\u00e1z\u00ed se tam nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed odborn\u00e1 ve\u0159ejnost. V degusta\u010dn\u00ed komisi zasedaj\u00ed tak\u00e9 sl\u00e1dci z velk\u00fdch pivovar\u016f. V\u00fdznamn\u00e1 je i \u00fa\u010dast na slavnostech. Letos se do degustac\u00ed p\u0159ihl\u00e1silo p\u0159es \u0161edes\u00e1t v\u00fdrobc\u016f piv,\u201c popsal V\u00edtek. Sout\u011b\u017e\u00ed se v jeden\u00e1cti kategori\u00edch, od v\u00fd\u010depn\u00edch piv po le\u017e\u00e1ky, p\u0159es nealkoholick\u00e1 piva. Ka\u017ed\u00e1 kategorie se d\u011bl\u00ed na sv\u011btl\u00e1 a tmav\u00e1 piva. Mezi\u0159\u00ed\u010dsk\u00fd pivovar z\u00edsk\u00e1v\u00e1 d\u00edky slavnostem jm\u00e9no. V kategorii sv\u011btl\u00fdch piv z minipivovar\u016f \u010delil konkurenci dal\u0161\u00edch deseti soupe\u0159\u016f, tmav\u00e9 pivo se porovn\u00e1valo s dal\u0161\u00edmi sedmi, kter\u00e9 minipivovary va\u0159\u00ed. \u201eJedeme v\u00edce na kvalitu ne\u017e na kvantitu. Va\u0159\u00edme vylo\u017een\u011b pro n\u00e1\u0161 hotel a dod\u00e1v\u00e1me jen do n\u011bkolika podnik\u016f ve m\u011bst\u011b,\u201c \u0159ekl V\u00edtek. Harrach podle n\u011bj zaujal i na veletrhu Regiontour v Brn\u011b.<br \/>\nOsmn\u00e1ct set hektolitr\u016f. Pr\u00e1v\u011b takov\u00fd objem zlatav\u00e9ho moku cht\u011bli v roce 2006 vyrobit ve velkomezi\u0159\u00ed\u010dsk\u00e9m minipivovaru. Pivo Harrach se ve m\u011bst\u011b te\u0161ilo pom\u011brn\u011b velk\u00e9 popularit\u011b. Jeho kvality byly ocen\u011bny tak\u00e9 na pivn\u00edch slavnostech. Sv\u011btl\u00e9 i tmav\u00e9 pivo vyr\u00e1b\u011bl ve Velk\u00e9m Mezi\u0159\u00ed\u010d\u00ed od roku 2004 podnikatel Lubom\u00edr Jurek. Produkce byla ur\u010dena hlavn\u011b pro vlastn\u00ed hotel a restauraci. V roce 2005 se v pivovaru uva\u0159ilo 900 hl Harrachu. &#8222;V roce leto\u0161n\u00edm bychom cht\u011bli vyprodukovat zhruba dvojn\u00e1sobn\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed piva,&#8220; nechal se v \u010dervnu 2006 sly\u0161et Jurek. Podle jeho vyj\u00e1d\u0159en\u00ed se v posledn\u00ed dob\u011b hodn\u011b rozb\u011bhl prodej mal\u00fdch p\u011btilitrov\u00fdch soudk\u016f, kter\u00e9 si lid\u00e9 nos\u00ed k ned\u011bln\u00edmu ob\u011bdu.
