Dokazuje to zvy\u0161uj\u00edc\u00ed se po\u010det restaurac\u00ed, kter\u00e9 ho \u010depuj\u00ed. Kv\u016fli nab\u00eddce piva, kter\u00e9 p\u0159i v\u00fdrob\u011b nepro\u0161lo pasterizac\u00ed, musej\u00ed m\u00edt restaurace takzvan\u00e9 tankovny.<br \/>\nRestaurace s velkou spot\u0159ebou, obvykle n\u00e1dra\u017en\u00ed a s\u00eddli\u0161tn\u00ed, pou\u017e\u00edvaly v 80.letech 20.stolet\u00ed tzv. stojat\u00e9 tanky. Pivo bylo \u010depov\u00e1no s pou\u017eit\u00edm b\u011b\u017en\u00fdch vzduchov\u00fdch kompresor\u016f. V dlouhodob\u011bj\u0161\u00edm kontaktu se vzduchem v\u0161ak pivo brzy zv\u011btralo a ztr\u00e1celo \u0159\u00edz. Tak\u00e9 pou\u017eit\u00e9 materi\u00e1ly \u2013 smalt nebo ocel, opat\u0159en\u00e1 \u010dasto opr\u00fdsk\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00edm n\u00e1t\u011brem &#8211; kvalit\u011b piva neprosp\u00edvaly. Objem t\u011bchto tank\u016f se pohyboval mezi 10 a 17 hl. Pro m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed mno\u017estv\u00ed vy\u010depovan\u00e9ho piva se pou\u017e\u00edval tzv. pivoznak \u2013 trubka s prav\u00edtkem pod\u00e9l cel\u00e9 v\u00fd\u0161ky tanku.<\/p>\n<p>V 90.letech se za\u010daly zav\u00e1d\u011bt nerezov\u00e9 tanky o objemu 10 hl (od roku 2006 tak\u00e9 o objemu 5 hl), ve kter\u00fdch je pivo ulo\u017eeno v nepropustn\u00e9m polypropylenov\u00e9m vaku (tzv. syst\u00e9m bag-in-box.). tento vak absolutn\u011b neprody\u0161n\u00fd a neuvol\u0148uje z povrchu \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 slou\u010deniny. p\u0159i \u010depov\u00e1n\u00ed v\u016fbec nep\u0159ich\u00e1z\u00ed do kontaktu se vzduchem, ani st\u011bnou tanku, co\u017e pozitivn\u011b ovliv\u0148uje kvalitu trvanlivost piva. \u010depuje s pou\u017eit\u00edm vzduchov\u00fdch kompresor\u016f vybaven\u00fdch filtry ven dost\u00e1v\u00e1 tlakem vzduchu na vnit\u0159n\u00ed vak. Z tanku lze rozv\u00e9st a\u017e 4 nez\u00e1visl\u00fdch kohout\u016f. m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed spot\u0159eby piva prov\u00e1d\u00ed digit\u00e1ln\u00edm pr\u016ftokov\u00e9m za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"ngg-singlepicngg-center\" src=\"https:\/\/www.pivovary.info\/wp-content\/gallery\/galerie-pivni\/tankovna.jpg\" alt=\"\"><br \/>\nTanky, kter\u00e9 jsou chlazeny na teplotu 8\u201310 \u00b0C, jsou um\u00edst\u011bny v izolovan\u00e9 m\u00edstnosti \u2013 tankovn\u011b.<br \/>\nJe-li pivo dob\u0159e o\u0161et\u0159eno, pak nen\u00ed rozd\u00edl v kvalit\u011b n\u00e1poje z tanku nebo sudu. Zat\u00edmco tanky jsou z provozn\u00edch d\u016fvod\u016f v\u00fdhodn\u00e9 pro provozovny s velkou v\u00fdto\u010d\u00ed, sudy jsou m\u00e9n\u011b n\u00e1kladn\u00e9 a sv\u00fdm men\u0161\u00edm objemem zase umo\u017e\u0148uj\u00ed udr\u017eet kvalitu piva i tam, kde se ho tolik rychle nevypije.<br \/>\nTankovny \u010depuj\u00ed nepasterizovan\u00e9 pivo, je\u017e m\u00e1 v\u017edy ten spr\u00e1vn\u00fd \u0159\u00edz, tzn. nen\u00ed p\u0159esycen\u00e9, jak tomu ob\u010das b\u00fdv\u00e1 v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b \u010depov\u00e1n\u00ed ze sud\u016f.<br \/>\nPro zachov\u00e1n\u00ed kvality je proto nutn\u00e9 pivo z tanku vy\u010depovat co nejd\u0159\u00edve. Nezbytnou podm\u00ednkou pro instalaci tankoven je tak ur\u010dit\u00e1 minim\u00e1ln\u00ed t\u00fddenn\u00ed v\u00fdto\u010d. Ide\u00e1ln\u00ed mno\u017estv\u00ed pro velk\u00e9 pivn\u00ed tanky (objem 10 hl) je 20 hl t\u00fddn\u011b a pro mal\u00e9 pivn\u00ed tanky (objem 5 hl) t\u00fddn\u011b 10 hl. Cena tankovny je r\u016fzn\u00e1 dle instalace, v z\u00e1sad\u011b se ale pohybuje v rozmez\u00ed 650 \u2013 800 tis za tankovnu.<br \/>\nZ\u00e1sobov\u00e1n\u00ed t\u011bchto pivn\u00edch tank\u016f prob\u00edh\u00e1 prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm speci\u00e1ln\u00edch cisternov\u00fdch n\u00e1kladn\u00edch automobil\u016f. Cisterny jsou vybaven\u00e9 odd\u011blen\u00fdmi komorami o objemu 20 a 30 hl.<\/p>\n<p>\u00dapln\u011b prvn\u00ed modern\u00ed tanky v \u010cR instalovali pivovar\u0161t\u00ed odborn\u00edci z Velk\u00fdch Popovic v roce 1994 v restauraci Letensk\u00fd z\u00e1me\u010dek v Praze. Tehdy tak p\u0159edb\u011bhli svou plze\u0148skou konkurenci, aby se o n\u011bkolik let pozd\u011bji mohli o zku\u0161enosti pod\u011blit u\u017e v jedn\u00e9 firm\u011b.<\/p>\n<p>Nikde jinde v Evrop\u011b, a z\u0159ejm\u011b ani na sv\u011bt\u011b, nedosahuj\u00ed tankovny takov\u00e9ho roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u00ed a propracovanosti jako v \u010cR. Nahr\u00e1v\u00e1 tomu role piva jako n\u00e1rodn\u00edho n\u00e1poje a tak\u00e9 skute\u010dnost, \u017ee v na\u0161\u00ed vlasti je zvykem m\u00edt na \u010depu jednu \u010di jen n\u011bkolik m\u00e1lo zna\u010dek piva.<\/p>\n<p>Tankovny um\u00edst\u011bn\u00e9 za sklen\u011bnou st\u011bnou jsou rovn\u011b\u017e zaj\u00edmav\u00fdm zpest\u0159en\u00edm interi\u00e9ru pivnice (v Praze nap\u0159. U Zelen\u00e9ho stromu, v Bredovsk\u00e9m dvo\u0159e, v Malostransk\u00e9 pivnici \u010di v Kanadsk\u00e9 pivnici ve Zl\u00edn\u011b).
