Je pova\u017eov\u00e1no za pr\u016fkopn\u00edka tohoto stylu a jeho standard.<br \/>\nToto 5%  p\u0161eni\u010dn\u00e9 pivo je p\u0159\u00edrodn\u011b zakalen\u00e9, sl\u00e1mov\u011b \u017elut\u00e9 barvy a vzhledem p\u0159ipom\u00edn\u00e1 sp\u00ed\u0161e limon\u00e1du. V\u016fn\u011b je z\u0159eteln\u011b c\u00edtit po citrusech s n\u00e1dechem kvasnic. Sladkokyselou chu\u0165 dopl\u0148uje pikantnost ko\u0159en\u00ed. Pivo je jiskrn\u00e9, lehk\u00e9, ale ne vodov\u00e9. Jemn\u00e1 ho\u0159kost a ovocn\u00fd n\u00e1dech \u010din\u00ed pivo osobit\u00fdm a a\u017e p\u0159ekvapiv\u011b osv\u011b\u017euj\u00edc\u00edm. Nen\u00ed p\u0159esycen\u00e9, sp\u00ed\u0161e \u0161umiv\u00e9. P\u011bna je mal\u00e1 a rychle miz\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>V roce 1445 mni\u0161i \u017eij\u00edc\u00ed v mal\u00e9m m\u011bste\u010dku Hoegaarden objevili recept na to, jak uva\u0159it b\u00edl\u00e9 pivo. Zpo\u010d\u00e1tku va\u0159ili pivo pouze pro vlastn\u00ed spot\u0159ebu, pozd\u011bji se v\u0161ak prodej piva stal i v\u00edtan\u00fdm p\u0159iv\u00fdd\u011blkem pro kl\u00e1\u0161ter. Mni\u0161i byli ve sv\u00e9m po\u010d\u00edn\u00e1n\u00ed tak dob\u0159\u00ed, \u017ee je n\u00e1sledovali i m\u00edstn\u00ed farm\u00e1\u0159i. Obliba piva st\u00e1le rostla, a tak bylo na konci 19. stol. v tomto mal\u00e9m m\u011bste\u010dku nedaleko Bruselu s 2000 obyvateli v\u00edce jak 30 pivovar\u016f. Pod t\u00edhou siln\u00e9 konkurence, piv typu Lager, a nelehk\u00e9 situace v obdob\u00ed obou sv\u011btov\u00fdch v\u00e1lek v\u0161ak byly pivovary postupn\u011b ru\u0161eny, a\u017e roku 1957 byl uzav\u0159en posledn\u00ed z nich, Tomsin.<\/p>\n<p>O dev\u011bt let pozd\u011bji, v roce 1966, se ml\u00e9ka\u0159 Pierre Celis rozhodl obnovit tradici va\u0159en\u00ed b\u00edl\u00e9ho piva v m\u011bste\u010dku Hoegaarden, a tak si zalo\u017eil mal\u00fd pivovar The Cloister (tak\u00e9 zn\u00e1m\u00fd jako De Kluis).<\/p>\n<p>\u00dasp\u011bch byl ne\u010dekan\u00fd. Kdy\u017e byl v roce 1966 pivovar otev\u0159en, jeho produkce \u010d\u00edtala 350 hl piva. Av\u0161ak ji\u017e roku 1985 pivovar vyr\u00e1b\u011bl 75 000 hl piva. Kv\u016fli rostouc\u00ed popt\u00e1vce P.Celis v roce 1980 koupil m\u00edstn\u00ed tov\u00e1rnu na nealkoholick\u00e9 n\u00e1poje a tu p\u0159estav\u011bl na pivovar. Jeho \u00fasp\u011bch inspiroval i dal\u0161\u00ed pivovary, aby se pokusily vyrobit sv\u00e9 vlastn\u00ed b\u00edl\u00e9 pivo. Kvalit\u011b moku va\u0159en\u00e9ho podle p\u016fvodn\u00ed receptury se v\u0161ak \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 dal\u0161\u00ed pivo nevyrovnalo.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.pivovary.info\/wp-content\/gallery\/galerie-pivni\/hoegarden.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"ngg-singlepicngg-center\"><br \/>\nTajn\u00e1 tradi\u010dn\u00ed receptura na p\u0159\u00edpravu piva Hoegaarden obsahuje jen ty nejkvalitn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed ingredience a m\u00edstn\u00ed suroviny \u2013 syrovou p\u0161enici a oves, je\u010dn\u00fd slad, chmel, kvasnice svrchn\u00edho kva\u0161en\u00ed, pramenitou vodu obsahuj\u00edc\u00ed miner\u00e1ly. Tyto, spole\u010dn\u011b s p\u0159idan\u00fdm koriandrem a su\u0161enou pomeran\u010dovou k\u016frou z Cura\u00e7aa, tvo\u0159\u00ed sladce nakyslou a sou\u010dasn\u011b ko\u0159en\u011bnou chu\u0165 piva. Pivo nen\u00ed filtrov\u00e1no a k dokva\u0161ov\u00e1n\u00ed doch\u00e1z\u00ed v sudech a lahv\u00edch.<br \/>\n<br \/>\nV roce 1985 byla v\u011bt\u0161ina pivovaru zni\u010dena p\u0159i po\u017e\u00e1ru. Jak je v Belgii ale zvykem, pomoc nab\u00eddlo hned n\u011bkolik dal\u0161\u00edch pivovar\u016f, mezi nimi i nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed belgick\u00e1 pivovarnick\u00e1 spole\u010dnost Interbrew (vlastn\u00edc\u00ed tak\u00e9 zna\u010dku Stella Artois; po spojen\u00ed se spole\u010dnost\u00ed AmBev se p\u0159ejmenovala na InBev). Interbrew p\u016fj\u010dil Celisovi pen\u00edze na n\u00e1kup dal\u0161\u00edch budov a obnovu pivovaru. Po \u010dase v\u0161ak za\u010dala tato spole\u010dnost na Celise tla\u010dit, aby zm\u011bnil p\u016fvodn\u00ed recepturu tak, aby v\u00edce vyhovovala masov\u00e9 popt\u00e1vce. P. Celis nakonec sv\u016fj pivovar t\u00e9to spole\u010dnosti v roce 1987 odprodal.<\/p>\n<p>Roku 1997 pivovar vyrobil 855 000 hl piva. Velice dob\u0159e funguje a neust\u00e1le se rozv\u00edj\u00ed i v\u00fdvoz tohoto piva. Na \u010desk\u00fd trh byl Hoegaarden uveden v roce 2001. Je nab\u00edzen ve vybran\u00fdch provozovn\u00e1ch, kter\u00e9 sv\u00fdm vzhledem a charakterem odpov\u00eddaj\u00ed v\u00fdjime\u010dnosti tohoto piva.<br \/>\nV roce 2005 bylo ozn\u00e1meno, \u017ee v\u00fdroba piva bude p\u0159esunuta do v\u011bt\u0161\u00edho pivovaru firmy InBev ve m\u011bst\u011b Jupille, nicm\u00e9n\u011b tento p\u0159esun se nikdy neuskute\u010dnil. Vyvstaly toti\u017e obavy ze zhor\u0161en\u00ed kvality piva a m\u00edstn\u00ed obyvatelstvo Hoegaardenu vyj\u00e1d\u0159ilo nespokojenost s mo\u017en\u00fdm odchodem nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00edho zam\u011bstnavatele a ztr\u00e1tou tradi\u010dn\u00ed zna\u010dky a sv\u00e9ho nejslavn\u011bj\u0161\u00edho symbolu.<\/p>\n<p>Pivo Hoegaarden m\u00e1 svou vlastn\u00ed sklenici, ostatn\u011b tak jako i dal\u0161\u00ed belgick\u00e1 piva. Stylov\u00e1 \u0161estibok\u00e1 robusn\u00ed sklenice se t\u011b\u0161\u00ed t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 je\u0161t\u011b v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed popularit\u011b ne\u017e pivo samo. Traduje se, \u017ee m\u00e1 takov\u00fd tvar proto, aby mohla b\u00fdt v z\u00e1v\u011bru noci z opilcovy ruky vyp\u00e1\u010dena \u201efrancouzsk\u00fdm kl\u00ed\u010dem\u201c.<br \/>\n<br \/>\nPivovar v Hoegaardenu va\u0159\u00ed krom\u011b sv\u00e9 \u201evlajkov\u00e9 lodi\u201c pro sv\u00e9 spot\u0159ebitele ale i dal\u0161\u00ed piva:<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\tHoegaarden Ros\u00e9<br \/>\n\u2022\tHoegaarden Citron<br \/>\n\u2022\tDas<br \/>\n\u2022\tSpeciale<br \/>\n\u2022\tGrand Cru<br \/>\n\u2022\tVerboden Vrucht<\/p>\n<p>Legend\u00e1rn\u00ed Pierre Celis je st\u00e1le je\u0161t\u011b na\u017eivu. Pot\u00e9, co prodal sv\u016fj pivovar spole\u010dnosti Interbrew, p\u0159est\u011bhoval se do Texasu v USA, kde pokra\u010doval ve sv\u00e9m \u0159emesle. V Austinu tam otev\u0159el nov\u00fd pivovar Celis Brewery, kter\u00fd vyr\u00e1b\u011bl b\u00edl\u00e9 pivo Celis white.
