K dost\u00e1n\u00ed b\u00fdvala i 12 % tmav\u00e1, ale kv\u016fli speci\u00e1lu ji v prosinci nem\u011bli. Varny byly um\u00edst\u011bny ve sklepn\u00edch prostor\u00e1ch restaura\u010dn\u00edho za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"ngg-singlepic ngg-center\" src=\"https:\/\/www.pivovary.info\/wp-content\/gallery\/Galerie-minipivovaru-Cheb\/Cheb-minipivovar-autor-R.-Holoubek-prosinec-2004-02.jpg\" alt=\"\"><br \/>\nMinipivovar Ji\u0159\u00edho Dym\u00e1\u010dka v listopadu 2005 va\u0159il sv\u011btlou jeden\u00e1ctku Hradn\u00ed chebsk\u00e9 (v restauraci na ulici Past\u00fd\u0159sk\u00e9 1188\/8 jste ji po\u0159\u00eddili v p\u016fllitru za 15 K\u010d), tmavou t\u0159in\u00e1ctku Barbarosa (n\u00e1zev se vztahoval k historii Chebu; 0,5 l za 17 K\u010d), speci\u00e1ln\u00ed t\u0159in\u00e1ctistup\u0148ov\u00fd le\u017e\u00e1k gran\u00e1tov\u00e9 barvy s n\u00e1zvem Karapils (n\u00e1zev dle pou\u017eit\u00e9ho sladu; 0,5 l za 16 K\u010d). Na konec roku 2005 byl p\u0159ichyst\u00e1n \u010dtrn\u00e1ctistup\u0148ov\u00fd &#8222;gran\u00e1tov\u00fd&#8220; V\u00e1no\u010dn\u00ed le\u017e\u00e1k , vyroben\u00fd ze 4 druh\u016f sladu. Restaurace, kde jste si na t\u011bchto nefiltrovan\u00fdch pivech mohli pochutnat m\u011bla v listopadu 2005 otev\u0159eno cel\u00fd t\u00fdden od 9:00 do 22:00. &#8222;Va\u0159\u00edme n\u011bkolik druh\u016f piva, nyn\u00ed je to chebsk\u00e1 jeden\u00e1ctka, \u010dern\u00e1 t\u0159in\u00e1ctka podle receptury z pra\u017esk\u00e9ho pivovaru U Flek\u016f a zvl\u00e1\u0161tn\u00ed pivo ze \u010dty\u0159 slad\u016f, kter\u00e9mu podle m\u00edrn\u011b karamelov\u00e9 chuti \u0159\u00edk\u00e1me Karapils,&#8220; uvedl v listopadu 2005 majitel chebsk\u00e9 pivnice Vesm\u00edr v Past\u00fd\u0159sk\u00e9 ulici na Sp\u00e1leni\u0161ti Ji\u0159\u00ed Dym\u00e1\u010dek. Ten ned\u00e1vno vyhr\u00e1l v\u00fdb\u011brov\u00e9 \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed na pron\u00e1jem sklep\u016f Chebsk\u00e9ho hradu, kam chce sv\u016fj podnik p\u0159est\u011bhovat a otev\u0159\u00edt na ja\u0159e 2006 sou\u010dasn\u011b se zah\u00e1jen\u00edm krajinn\u00e9 v\u00fdstavy, jej\u00ed\u017e bude hrad sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00e1v\u0161t\u011bvn\u00edci unik\u00e1tn\u00ed Krajinn\u00e9 v\u00fdstavy bez hranic mohli p\u0159\u00edmo v are\u00e1lu Chebsk\u00e9ho hradu ochutnat unik\u00e1tn\u00ed archivn\u00ed piva. \u201eVa\u0159\u00edme chebskou jeden\u00e1ctku, zvl\u00e1\u0161tn\u00ed pivo ze \u010dty\u0159 slad\u016f, kter\u00e9mu podle m\u00edrn\u011b karamelov\u00e9 chuti \u0159\u00edk\u00e1me Karapils. M\u00e1me dokonce i takzvan\u00e1 archivn\u00ed piva,\u201c uvedl v kv\u011btnu 2006 \u0161\u00e9f podniku Ji\u0159\u00ed Dym\u00e1\u010dek. \u201eArchivn\u00ed piva jsou vlastn\u011b jak\u00fdsi m\u016fj nov\u00fd term\u00edn. Piva jsme nava\u0159ili p\u0159ed p\u016fl rokem a lid\u00e9 n\u011bkter\u00e9 z nich mohou ochutnat. Piva jsme uva\u0159ili za pomoci speci\u00e1ln\u00ed technologie tak, aby dlouho vydr\u017eela. Na hrad\u011b m\u00e1me d\u00edky teplot\u011b ide\u00e1ln\u00ed podm\u00ednky pro uskladn\u011bn\u00ed. Va\u0159ili jsme pivo i podle receptury pra\u017esk\u00e9ho pivovaru U Flek\u016f, ale nyn\u00ed jsme jej je\u0161t\u011b vylep\u0161ili,\u201c \u0159ekl Dym\u00e1\u010dek.<br \/>\nMinipivovar se p\u0159est\u011bhoval do sklep\u016f vedle chebsk\u00e9ho hradu. Pivo bylo v \u010dervnu 2006 vylo\u017een\u011b archivn\u00ed (zat\u00edm se v nov\u00fdch prostor\u00e1ch neva\u0159ilo, ale \u010derpaly se z\u00e1soby v\u00e1rky ze z\u00e1\u0159\u00ed a \u0159\u00edjna 2005), proto byla nab\u00edzena pouze sv\u011btl\u00e1 11 a tmav\u00e1 12 Karapils. Pivo bylo kvalitn\u011b ule\u017eel\u00e9 a d\u00edky tomu m\u00e1 vynikaj\u00edc\u00ed chu\u0165 i v\u016fni.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.pivovary.info\/wp-content\/gallery\/Galerie-minipivovaru-Cheb\/Cheb-minipivovar-autor-R.-Zengi-Novotn%C3%BD-%C4%8Derven-2006-01.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"ngg-singlepicngg-center\"><br \/>\nNa konci roku 2006 pan D\u00fdm\u00e1\u010dek cel\u00fd sv\u016fj minipivovar st\u00e1le st\u011bhoval z chebsk\u00e9ho s\u00eddli\u0161t\u011b do kr\u00e1sn\u00fdch sklepn\u00edch prostor hradeb chebsk\u00e9ho hradu, kdy vyhr\u00e1l v\u00fdb\u011brov\u00e9 \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed na jejich pron\u00e1jem. A p\u0159esto\u017ee mu radnice vych\u00e1zela maxim\u00e1ln\u011b vst\u0159\u00edc, d\u00edky stavb\u011b p\u0159\u00edmo v t\u011bchto historick\u00fdch prostor\u00e1ch, se u\u017e rok vlekla jedn\u00e1n\u00ed s pam\u00e1tk\u00e1\u0159i. B\u011bhem t\u00e9to doby va\u0159il a va\u0159\u00ed sv\u00e9 pivo pan D\u00fdm\u00e1\u010dek provizorn\u011b v pivovaru Kout na \u0160umav\u011b. V prosinci 2006 v restauraci na hrad\u011b byly nab\u00edzeny kvasnicov\u00e1 archivn\u00ed dvan\u00e1ctka, sv\u011btl\u00e1 jeden\u00e1ctka a tmav\u00e1 14 %. Prostory samotn\u00e9 restaurace jsou sice stroh\u00e9, ale velmi kr\u00e1sn\u00e9. Sv\u00edce a lou\u010de, ale tak\u00e9 hudba dotv\u00e1\u0159ej\u00ed historick\u00fd t\u00f3n samotn\u00e9ho m\u00edsta, tohoto st\u0159edov\u011bk\u00e9ho sklepen\u00ed.<br \/>\nOchutnat piva mohli lid\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edmo ve sklep\u00edch Chebsk\u00e9ho hradu. \u201eVa\u0159\u00edme n\u011bkolik druh\u016f piva. Je to chebsk\u00e1 jeden\u00e1ctka, \u010dern\u00e1 t\u0159in\u00e1ctka a zvl\u00e1\u0161tn\u00ed pivo ze \u010dty\u0159 slad\u016f, kter\u00e9mu podle m\u00edrn\u011b karamelov\u00e9 chuti \u0159\u00edk\u00e1me Karapils,\u201c uvedl majitel podniku Ji\u0159\u00ed Dym\u00e1\u010dek. \u201ePivo zat\u00edm va\u0159\u00edm na \u0160umav\u011b a voz\u00edm jej do Chebu. Brzy ov\u0161em vy\u0159\u00edd\u00edm administrativn\u00ed z\u00e1le\u017eitosti a budeme va\u0159it v Chebu,\u201c dodal v b\u0159eznu 2007 Dym\u00e1\u010dek.<br \/>\n<br \/>\nV dubnu 2007 se v hradn\u00ed restauraci to\u010dila 12\u00b0 sv\u011btl\u00e1 (za 25 K\u010d), 18\u00b0 tmav\u00e1 (za 32 K\u010d) a nakonec 11\u00b0 sv\u011btl\u00e1 (za 19 K\u010d). Pivo se je\u0161t\u011b st\u00e1le va\u0159ilo v pivovaru Kout.<br \/>\nAktu\u00e1ln\u00ed sortiment minipivovaru v \u010dervnu 2007 (pivo se st\u00e1le va\u0159ilo v pivovaru Kout): 11\u00b0 sv\u011btl\u00e1 (0,5 l\/19 K\u010d); 12\u00b0 sv\u011btl\u00e1 kvasnicov\u00e1 (0,5 l\/25 K\u010d); 14\u00b0 tmav\u00e1 (0,5 l\/25 K\u010d); 18\u00b0 tmav\u00e1 (0,3 l\/32 K\u010d).<br \/>\nUzav\u0159en definitivn\u011b na ja\u0159e 2008.<br \/>\nObnoven v jin\u00fdch prostor\u00e1ch v roce 2014.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.pivovary.info\/wp-content\/gallery\/Galerie-minipivovaru-Cheb\/cheb_budova.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"ngg-singlepicngg-center\"><br \/>\nV roce 2018 provoz pivovaru ukon\u010den.
