Svrchn\u011b kva\u0161en\u00fd speci\u00e1l, kter\u00fd je specifick\u00fd svou chut\u00ed, kterou z\u00edsk\u00e1v\u00e1 d\u00edky v\u016fni lesn\u00ed prysky\u0159ice. Ta se do piva dostane z mlad\u00fdch smrkov\u00fdch v\u00fdhonk\u016f, kter\u00e9 p\u0159idali do v\u00e1rky b\u011bhem va\u0159en\u00ed.<\/li>\n<li>V roce 2019 2 v\u00e1no\u010dn\u00ed speci\u00e1ly: <strong>X mas Barrique<\/strong> (alk.: 7,5 %) je spodn\u011b kva\u0161en\u00fd speci\u00e1l syt\u011b zlat\u00e9 barvy, kter\u00fd dozr\u00e1val v sudu od whisky. M\u00e1 vyrovnanou ho\u0159ko-sladkou chu\u0165 s t\u00f3ny dubov\u00e9ho d\u0159eva a h\u0159ejiv\u00e9 dozn\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed. <strong>Vymra\u017een\u00fd speci\u00e1l<\/strong> (alk.: 10 %) je siln\u00fd hutn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed a slad\u0161\u00ed speci\u00e1l plze\u0148sk\u00e9ho typu s plnou sladovou chut\u00ed, kterou st\u0159\u00edd\u00e1 v dozn\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed kombinace ho\u0159kosti \u017eateck\u00fdch chmel\u016f. Posledn\u00ed f\u00e1ze v\u00fdroby prob\u00edh\u00e1 vymra\u017eov\u00e1n\u00edm piva p\u0159i -20\u00b0C.<\/li>\n<li>Od 10.5.2019 na \u010depu <b>Ovales 12\u00b0<\/b>. Ovesn\u00e9 pivo. Tento dob\u0159e piteln\u00fd Ale je chu\u0165ov\u011b na hranici chut\u00ed nefiltrovan\u00e9ho le\u017e\u00e1ku a pivy typu Pale Ale. Svrchn\u011b kva\u0161en\u00fd polotmav\u00fd speci\u00e1l je modern\u00ed variac\u00ed na americk\u00e9 pivo IPA. V\u00fdraznou chu\u0165 pivu dod\u00e1v\u00e1 pou\u017eit\u00fd \u017eitn\u00fd slad a podmanivou ho\u0159kost americk\u00e9 chmele.<\/li>\n<li>Od 26.10.2018 na \u010depu speci\u00e1l <strong>Republika 13&#8242;<\/strong>. Speci\u00e1ln\u00ed v\u00e1rka uva\u0159en\u00e1 k 100. v\u00fdro\u010d\u00ed zalo\u017een\u00ed republiky. Pivo m\u00e1 pln\u00e9 t\u011blo, bohatou p\u011bnu, jemnou ho\u0159kost a zv\u00fdrazn\u011bn\u00e9 aroma d\u00edky dvouf\u00e1zov\u00e9mu chmelen\u00ed za studena chmelem Harmonie.<\/li>\n<li>V kv\u011btnu 2018 na \u010depu <strong>Summer Ale 11\u00b0<\/strong>. EBU Chmelen\u00ed: Cascade, Kazbek Slad: plze\u0148sk\u00fd, mnichovsk\u00fd, Pale Ale, Carapils.<\/li>\n<li>V prosinci 2017 v prodeji V\u00e1no\u010dn\u00ed spodn\u011b kva\u0161en\u00fd sv\u011btl\u00fd speci\u00e1l &#8211; <strong>Christmas Barrique 17\u00b0<\/strong>, kter\u00fd dozr\u00e1val v sudu od whisky.<\/li>\n<li>Novinka v pivn\u00edm portfoliu v \u0159\u00edjnu 2017 trochu m\u00e1tla sv\u00fdm n\u00e1zvem <strong>Blb\u00e1 kr\u00e1va<\/strong>. Jednalo se o milk Stout (t\u00e9\u017e naz\u00fdvan\u00fd sweet Stout). Byl to tmav\u00fd svrchn\u011b kva\u0161en\u00fd speci\u00e1l, s vylad\u011bnou, \u010dokol\u00e1dovo-k\u00e1vovou chut\u00ed. Pivo bylo va\u0159eno s p\u0159\u00eddavkem lakt\u00f3zov\u00e9ho cukru, kter\u00fd dodal pivu sladkost, pln\u00e9 t\u011blo a energii. Alk.: 8,2 %.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Anniversary Barrique Beer<\/strong>. Svrchn\u011b kva\u0161en\u00e9 pivo stylu Belgian Dark Strong Ale, kter\u00e9 se vyzna\u010dovalo vysok\u00fdm obsahem alkoholu, bylo uva\u0159en\u00e9 k 10.t\u00e9mu v\u00fdro\u010d\u00ed zalo\u017een\u00ed minipivovaru Purkmistr. Pivo mahagonov\u00e9 barvy dozr\u00e1valo v dubov\u00e9m sudu. M\u011blo velice jemnou chu\u0165 s t\u00f3ny karamelu a whisky a h\u0159ejiv\u00e9 dozn\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed. Samotn\u00e1 pan\u00ed sl\u00e1dkov\u00e1 z ru\u010dn\u011b nasb\u00edran\u00fdch t\u0159e\u0161n\u00ed uva\u0159ila echt sirup, kter\u00fd dodal pivu tu spr\u00e1vnou chu\u0165 a jedine\u010dnost.<\/li>\n<li>Minipivovar p\u0159edstavil v \u010dervenci 2016 sv\u011btl\u00fd dev\u00edtistup\u0148ov\u00fd, svrchn\u011b kva\u0161en\u00fd ale s n\u00e1zvem <strong>Coco Chmel<\/strong>, do n\u011bho\u017e byl p\u0159id\u00e1n \u010derstv\u00fd kokos a to ve dvou f\u00e1z\u00edch v\u00fdroby ve chmelovaru a do le\u017e\u00e1ck\u00e9ho tanku. Pivo bylo charakteristick\u00e9 siln\u00fdm ovocn\u00fdm aroma z\u00edskan\u00fdm z americk\u00fdch chmel\u016f, lehkou ho\u0159kost\u00ed a samoz\u0159ejm\u011b jemnou kokosovou p\u0159\u00edchut\u00ed.<\/li>\n<li>Lehk\u00e9 letn\u00ed osv\u011b\u017euj\u00edc\u00ed Ale 11\u00b0 pivo od 6.6.2016 na \u010depu. Jednalo se o svrchn\u011b kva\u0161en\u00e9 pivo z anglo-americk\u00e9 pivn\u00ed kultury.<\/li>\n<li>Minipivovar uva\u0159il <strong>Naku\u0159ovan\u00fd speci\u00e1l Karla IV<\/strong>. Jednalo se o polotmav\u00fd, t\u0159in\u00e1cti stup\u0148ov\u00fd, naku\u0159ovan\u00fd speci\u00e1l. Naku\u0159ovan\u00e9 pivo zde pravideln\u011b va\u0159ilo jednou za rok k oslav\u011b narozenin Pivovarsk\u00e9ho dvora. Jeliko\u017e bylo v\u0161ak v roce 2016 v\u00fdro\u010d\u00ed mnohem v\u00fdznamn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed, a to bylo 700 let od narozen\u00ed nejv\u00fdznamn\u011bj\u0161\u00edho \u010desk\u00e9ho panovn\u00edka a \u0159\u00edmsk\u00e9ho c\u00edsa\u0159e, uva\u0159ili toto pivo k uct\u011bn\u00ed Karla IV. Naku\u0159ovan\u00fd = v d\u0159\u00edv\u011bj\u0161\u00edch dob\u00e1ch, kdy bylo pivo v &#8222;plenk\u00e1ch&#8220;, bylo naprosto b\u011b\u017en\u00fdm zvykem, \u017ee se slad vysou\u0161el nad ohn\u011bm, t\u00edm p\u00e1dem zrna sladu absorbovala kou\u0159, kter\u00fd se pak &#8222;uzenou&#8220; p\u0159\u00edchut\u00ed projevil ve fin\u00e1ln\u00ed chuti tehdej\u0161\u00edho piva. Proto se v Purkmistru domn\u00edvali, \u017ee pivo, va\u0159en\u00e9 za dob Karla IV. mohlo chutnat p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b takhle, jak ho 11.5.2016 uva\u0159ili.<\/li>\n<li>Minipivovar p\u0159edstavil v dubnu 2016 novinku: <strong>Purkmistr Brown Ale <\/strong>13. Bylo to svrchn\u011b kva\u0161en\u00e9 pivo p\u016fvodn\u011b va\u0159en\u00e9 v Anglii. Vyzna\u010dovalo se silnou sladovou chut\u00ed s karamelov\u00fdm z\u00e1kladem a dozn\u00edv\u00e1n\u00edm s t\u00f3ny tropick\u00e9ho ovoce. Ve v\u016fni se m\u00edsila borovicov\u00e1 prysky\u0159ice s t\u00f3ny citrusov\u00fdch plod\u016f.<\/li>\n<li>Ode 13.4.2016 byla na \u010depu novinka &#8211; <strong>Purkmistr mnichovsk\u00fd le\u017e\u00e1k<\/strong> 12 polotmav\u00fd. Jednalo se o t\u011blnat\u00e9, p\u0159\u00edjemn\u011b nasl\u00e1dl\u00e9 pivo s dozn\u00edvaj\u00edc\u00edm sladov\u00fdm aroma, lehkou a\u017e st\u0159edn\u00ed ho\u0159kost\u00ed a hustou p\u011bnou, kter\u00e1 v\u00fdborn\u011b dr\u017eela.<\/li>\n<li>Minipivovar p\u0159edstavil v dubnu 2016 novinku v pivn\u00edm portfoliu &#8211; <strong>German Pils 11.<\/strong> Jednalo se o spodn\u011b kva\u0161en\u00e9 pivo n\u011bmeck\u00e9ho p\u016fvodu, s velice lehk\u00fdm a osv\u011b\u017euj\u00edc\u00edm charakterem. Pivo bylo p\u0159ipraveno ze sm\u011bsi je\u010dn\u00fdch a p\u0161eni\u010dn\u00fdch slad\u016f, \u010d\u00edm\u017e si z\u00edskalo lehkou, sv\u011btlou barvu. Pro pivo pou\u017eili chmele: Hallertauertradition, Spalterselect a Sl\u00e1dek, tak\u017ee bylo lehce aromati\u010dt\u011bj\u0161\u00ed. Obsah alkoholu 4,5%.<\/li>\n<li>Sl\u00e1dci uva\u0159ili v \u00fanoru 2016 \u00fapln\u011b nov\u00e9 pivo. Jednalo se o 14\u00b0, svrchn\u011b kva\u0161enou, p\u0161eni\u010dnou IPU. Toto pivo okouzlilo skv\u011bl\u00fdm ovocn\u00fdm aroma, kter\u00e9 bylo podtr\u017een\u00e9 vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed ho\u0159kost\u00ed a kr\u00e1sn\u011b hutnou p\u011bnou.<\/li>\n<li>Sl\u00e1dkov\u00e9 minipivovaru p\u0159ipravili v lednu 2016 opravdu speci\u00e1ln\u00ed, limitovanou edici vymra\u017eovan\u00e9ho Russian Imperial Stoutu. Jednalo se o 30 lahv\u00ed p\u0159i objemu 0,33 l, je\u017e byly k dost\u00e1n\u00ed na hotelov\u00e9 recepci. Vymra\u017een\u00ed p\u016fvodn\u00edho R.I.S. umocnilo obsah alkoholu na neuv\u011b\u0159iteln\u00fdch 15% a z\u00e1rove\u0148 zv\u00fdraznilo chu\u0165ov\u00e9 a aromatick\u00e9 vlastnosti tohoto piva.<\/li>\n<li>Od 29.1.2016 byla na \u010depu novinka &#8211; <strong>Purkmistr Strakono\u017e 13%<\/strong> &#8211; polotmav\u00e9<br \/>\nPivo n\u011bmeck\u00e9ho p\u016fvodu zvan\u00e9 Kellerbier nebo tak\u00e9 Zwickelbier. Je to spodn\u011b kva\u0161en\u00e9 pivo, v aroma i chuti se m\u016f\u017ee projevovat kvasni\u010dnost, karamelov\u00e9 a o\u0159\u00ed\u0161kov\u00e9 t\u00f3ny po sladu a samoz\u0159ejm\u011b p\u0159\u00edjemn\u00e1 chmelov\u00e1 ho\u0159kost. Jm\u00e9no Strakono\u017e vzniklo kombinac\u00ed p\u0159\u00edjmen\u00ed na\u0161ich sl\u00e1dk\u016f Strakov\u00e1 a No\u017ei\u010dka.<\/li>\n<li>V minipivovaru uva\u0159ili v lednu 2016 historicky nejsiln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed pivo, \u0161lo o <strong>Purkmistr R.I.S. 19\u00b0<\/strong>. Purkmistr R.I.S. byl rusian imperial stout 19\u00b0, svrchn\u011b kva\u0161en\u00e9 pivo anglick\u00e9ho p\u016fvodu, kter\u00e9 se nejv\u00edce proslavilo d\u00edky exportu z Anglie do Rusku za dob Kate\u0159iny Velik\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li>Dne 28.12.2015 pustili na \u010dep <strong>Purkmistr Bock<\/strong> polotmav\u00fd speci\u00e1l (alk.: 6,8 %). Na slavnostn\u00ed otev\u0159en\u00ed bylo p\u0159ipraveno celkem 6 druh\u016f a v\u0161e v nefiltrovan\u00e9m dvan\u00e1ctkov\u00e9m proveden\u00ed, tedy Purkmistr sv\u011btl\u00fd, polotmav\u00fd, \u010dern\u00fd, p\u0161eni\u010dn\u00fd a ochucen\u00fd (bor\u016fvka a limetka).<br \/>\n\u201eHned od otev\u0159en\u00ed byl z\u00e1jem lid\u00ed ohromn\u00fd, velmi n\u00e1s p\u0159ekvapil. Chceme va\u0159it v\u00edce druh\u016f piv, ale kapacita n\u00e1m to zat\u00edm nedovoluje,\u201c uvedl sl\u00e1dek z \u010cernic Josef Kr\u00fdsl. Restaura\u010dn\u00ed pivovar toti\u017e slavil prvn\u00ed narozeniny. \u201eBudou to t\u0159i bylinn\u00e1 piva &#8211; z\u00e1zvorov\u00e9, konopn\u00e9 a \u010dern\u00fd bez, kter\u00e9 va\u0159ili Keltov\u00e9 a Germ\u00e1ni ne\u017e se do st\u0159edn\u00ed Evropy v 9. stolet\u00ed dostal z Kavkazu chmel. P\u011btice nov\u00fdch piv, kter\u00e1 roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159ila st\u00e1vaj\u00ed nab\u00eddku Plze\u0148sk\u00e9ho dvora ze sedmi druh\u016f na rovn\u00fd tucet, obsahuje 4,5 procenta alkoholu jako \u201edvan\u00e1ctka\u201c. Pom\u011bry slad\u016f a kvasnic u nov\u00fdch piv ladili odborn\u00edci a laick\u00e1 ve\u0159ejnost cel\u00fdch \u0161est m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f. \u201eZa p\u016fllitr piva u n\u00e1s v pr\u016fm\u011bru zaplat\u00edte 25 korun. Minipivovar b\u011bhem prvn\u00edho roku uva\u0159il tis\u00edc hektolitr\u016f zlatav\u00e9ho moku. Podle M\u00ed\u010de se v\u0161e vyto\u010dilo p\u0159\u00edmo v \u010cernic\u00edch. \u201eAni do budoucna neuva\u017eujeme, \u017ee bychom z\u00e1sobovali na\u0161\u00edm pivem jin\u00e9 hospody nebo restaurace,\u201c tvrdil rozhodn\u011b. P\u0159ipustil, \u017ee p\u0159ed t\u00fddnem zprovoznili dal\u0161\u00ed le\u017e\u00e1ck\u00e9 tanky a ro\u010dn\u011b tak mohli uva\u0159it a\u017e 1500 hl piva. I ty se ale podle n\u011bj prodaj\u00ed v \u010dernick\u00e9 pivnici, kde byla i s neku\u0159\u00e1ckou restaurac\u00ed a letn\u00edm venkovn\u00edm posezen\u00edm na dvo\u0159e kapacita 350 m\u00edst.<br \/>\nV p\u016flce listopadu 2008 byly nab\u00eddce i ochucen\u00e9 mandlov\u00e9 a vanilkov\u00e9 pivo, na v\u00e1noce 2008 byla polotmav\u00e1 13-14\u00b0.<br \/>\nV\u00e1no\u010dn\u00ed d\u00e1rek s p\u0159edstihem p\u0159ipravil pro sv\u00e9 hosty \u010dernick\u00fd Pivovarsk\u00fd dv\u016fr. Milovn\u00edci dobr\u00e9ho piva ale maj\u00ed jen t\u0159i t\u00fddny, maxim\u00e1ln\u011b m\u011bs\u00edc na to, aby d\u00e1rek v podob\u011b V\u00e1no\u010dn\u00edho le\u017e\u00e1ku ochutnali. M\u00edstn\u00ed pivovar Purkmistr toti\u017e nava\u0159il jen necelou tis\u00edcovku litr\u016f tohoto speci\u00e1lu. \u201eUvid\u00edme podle z\u00e1jmu, ale mysl\u00edm, \u017ee d\u00e9le ne\u017e m\u011bs\u00edc v\u00e1no\u010dn\u00ed le\u017e\u00e1k nevydr\u017e\u00ed,\u201c odhadoval v prosinci 2008 mana\u017eer pivovaru Petr M\u00ed\u010d.Varna s tis\u00edcilitrovou kapacitou nakonec p\u0159ipravila asi 960 litr\u016f sv\u00e1te\u010dn\u00edho moku. \u201eN\u011bco se p\u0159i va\u0159en\u00ed odpa\u0159\u00ed,\u201c p\u0159ipom\u00ednal M\u00ed\u010d. Patn\u00e1ctistup\u0148ov\u00fd le\u017e\u00e1k se \u0161esti a p\u016fl procenty alkoholu se za\u010dal v m\u00edstn\u00ed restauraci to\u010dit 17.12.2008 kolem poledne, p\u016fllitr piva st\u00e1l 28 korun. \u201eM\u00e1 jemnou chu\u0165 se \u010dty\u0159mi druhy slad\u016f,\u201c znalecky vysv\u011btlil sl\u00e1dek Petr Kr\u00fdsl. \u201eA v\u00edde\u0148sk\u00e9ho sladu je tam hodn\u011b,\u201c doplnil mana\u017eer M\u00ed\u010d. \u201eProst\u011b je to takov\u00fd v\u00eddensk\u00fd le\u017e\u00e1k po purkmistrovsku,\u201c shrnul sl\u00e1dek. N\u00e1v\u0161t\u011bvn\u00edci ale mohli v\u00e1no\u010dn\u00ed pivo ochutnat i doma. \u201eKrom\u011b klasick\u00fdch petek pivo tak\u00e9 nalahvujeme, z\u00e1kazn\u00edk si nav\u00edc le\u017e\u00e1k m\u016f\u017ee odn\u00e9st i ve sklen\u011bn\u00e9m v\u00e1no\u010dn\u00edm d\u017eb\u00e1nku,\u201c nab\u00edzel je\u0161t\u011b dvoulitrov\u00e9 \u00b4pot\u011b\u0161en\u00ed\u00b4 mana\u017eer M\u00ed\u010d. U\u017e od za\u010d\u00e1tku existence nov\u00e9ho pivovaru se toti\u017e Purkmistr sna\u017e\u00ed o va\u0159en\u00ed netradi\u010dn\u00edch druh\u016f piv. \u201eKrom\u011b \u010dty\u0159 z\u00e1kladn\u00edch, kter\u00e9 m\u00e1me v nab\u00eddce st\u00e1le, nab\u00edz\u00edme i ochucen\u00e1 piva s ovocnou nebo bylinnou p\u0159\u00edchut\u00ed. Celkov\u011b se tak dost\u00e1v\u00e1me k 10 druh\u016fm. A t\u0159eba\u017ee se konzervativn\u00ed Plze\u0148an\u00e9 u n\u00e1s obracej\u00ed sp\u00ed\u0161 ke klasick\u00fdm sv\u011btl\u00fdm le\u017e\u00e1k\u016fm, mezi \u017eenami je velmi popul\u00e1rn\u00ed le\u017e\u00e1k s bor\u016fvkovou p\u0159\u00edchut\u00ed,\u201c vyjmenov\u00e1val M\u00ed\u010d. \u010cernick\u00fd pivovar nava\u0159il za rok 1 200 hektolitr\u016f.<br \/>\n&#8222;Z\u00e1jem o na\u0161e piva, kter\u00fdch vyr\u00e1b\u00edme 17 druh\u016f, je obrovsk\u00fd. Kapacita je vyu\u017eita na 95 %. P\u0159ipravujeme jej\u00ed zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed na 2000 hl. M\u00e1me p\u0159ipraven\u00e9 za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed i prostory, roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u00ed je ot\u00e1zkou velmi kr\u00e1tk\u00e9 doby,&#8220; \u0159ekl sl\u00e1dek Petr Kr\u00fdsl. Firma \u010depovala denn\u011b \u0161est a\u017e osm druh\u016f piv. Nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed z\u00e1jem je o sv\u011btlou dvan\u00e1ctku, kter\u00e1 tvo\u0159\u00ed 60 % produkce. Minipivovar um\u011bl medov\u00e9, konopn\u00e9 i nakou\u0159en\u00e9 pivo. Za 1,5 roku od vzniku pivo nezdra\u017eil. Ceny za p\u016fllitr byly mezi 25 a\u017e 28 korun.<br \/>\nNa konci roku 2008 \u0161lo zde rovn\u011b\u017e ochutnat 13\u00b0 polotmav\u00fd Silvestrovsk\u00fd Purkmistr 0,5 l za cenu 30 K\u010d, to\u010den byl od 22. prosince.<br \/>\nNov\u00fd zelen\u00fd le\u017e\u00e1k svat\u00e9ho Patrika za\u010dal \u010depovat minipivovar dne 13.3.2009. Dvan\u00e1cti a\u017e t\u0159in\u00e1ctistup\u0148ov\u00fd n\u00e1poj obsahoval p\u011bt bylinek, kter\u00e9 rostou p\u0159ev\u00e1\u017en\u011b v Irsku, nap\u0159\u00edklad ma\u0159inku a medu\u0148ku, ale tak\u00e9 konop\u00ed. Pivovar ho nab\u00edzel do 17. b\u0159ezna 2009 v r\u00e1mci oslav irsk\u00e9ho sv\u00e1tku svat\u00e9ho Patrika, kter\u00fd u\u017e byl v \u010cesku tak\u00e9 popul\u00e1rn\u00ed. V \u010cR se ji\u017e zelen\u00e1 piva vyr\u00e1b\u011bla, ale v\u011bt\u0161inou na Velikonoce, \u0159ekl sl\u00e1dek Petr Kr\u00fdsl. Zelen\u00e9 pivo bylo dvac\u00e1t\u00fdm druhem, kter\u00fd pivovar za necel\u00e9 dva roky existence nab\u00eddl. &#8222;Chceme z n\u011bj ud\u011blat ka\u017edoro\u010dn\u00ed tradici. Douf\u00e1me, \u017ee se lid\u00e9 nebudou t\u00e9 barvy b\u00e1t. Kdy\u017e si zvykli na na\u0161i vi\u0161e\u0148 nebo bor\u016fvku, tak s n\u00edm ur\u010dit\u011b nebudou m\u00edt probl\u00e9m,&#8220; dodal. Zelen\u00e1 je pro sv\u00e1tek svat\u00e9ho Patrika tradi\u010dn\u00ed a v Evrop\u011b v tuto dobu nab\u00edz\u00ed takov\u00e1 piva \u0159ada pivovar\u016f. &#8222;Pivovarsk\u00fd dv\u016fr loni, za prvn\u00ed ucelen\u00fd rok existence, vyrobil 1 150 hl piva, v roce 2009 p\u0159edpokl\u00e1d\u00e1me v\u00fdrobu 1 200 hl, co\u017e u\u017e bude na\u0161e maximum,&#8220; \u0159ekl Petr M\u00ed\u010d z marketingu. Firma ale p\u0159ipravovala zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed kapacity na 2 000 hl a pivn\u00ed l\u00e1zn\u011b nad hotelem, kter\u00e9 maj\u00ed st\u00e1t u\u017e letos. Mezi raritn\u00edmi n\u00e1poji se \u010depovalo v Plzni-\u010cernic\u00edch nap\u0159\u00edklad konopn\u00e9, velmi obl\u00edben\u00e9 z\u00e1zvorov\u00e9 a pivo s p\u0159\u00edchut\u00ed \u010dern\u00e9ho bezu.<br \/>\nDo jarn\u00ed degusta\u010dn\u00ed sout\u011b\u017ee sl\u00e1dk\u016f se v roce 2009 p\u0159ihl\u00e1sil rekordn\u00ed po\u010det minipivovar\u016f. Dne 21.3.2009 v Pivovarsk\u00e9m dvo\u0159e ve Zv\u00edkovsk\u00e9m Podhrad\u00ed mezi sebou soupe\u0159ilo 38 v\u00fdrobc\u016f, kte\u0159\u00ed p\u0159ivezli celkem 130 druh\u016f piv. V kategorii sv\u011btl\u00e9 le\u017e\u00e1ky 12% zv\u00edt\u011bzil Purkmistr z Plzn\u011b .<br \/>\nV minipivovaru za\u010dala va\u0159it pivo \u017eena, z\u00e1kazn\u00edci si ho velmi pochvalovali. \u0160estat\u0159icetilet\u00e1 Eva Strakov\u00e1, kter\u00e1 byla v regionu raritou, se vyu\u010dila v Plzni jako biochemik pro v\u00fdrobu piva a sladu. K oboru se vr\u00e1tila po dvou mate\u0159sk\u00fdch dovolen\u00fdch a pr\u00e1ci v mont\u00e1\u017en\u00ed tov\u00e1rn\u011b. V dubnu 2009 zast\u00e1vala pozici podsl\u00e1dkov\u00e9. Nechal jsem si je zaregistrovat jako fyzick\u00e1 osoba, aby je u\u017e nikdo nemohl zcizit,\u201c \u0159ekl majitel Lubom\u00edr Kr\u00fdsl. \u201eMy se k tradici doma\u017elick\u00fdch piv hl\u00e1s\u00edme. Je tam p\u0159\u00eddavek kv\u011btov\u00e9ho medu z Letin, n\u00e1poj m\u00e1 lehce nasl\u00e1dlou p\u0159\u00edchu\u0165. Je velmi lahodn\u00fd a navozuje v\u00e1no\u010dn\u00ed atmosf\u00e9ru. U\u017e v tomto obdob\u00ed zah\u0159eje,&#8220; uvedl M\u00ed\u010d. V\u00e1no\u010dn\u00ed &#8222;sedmn\u00e1ctku&#8220; s obsahem alkoholu sedm procent za\u010dal pivovar prod\u00e1vat dne 17. prosince a nab\u00eddl ji krom\u011b \u010depovan\u00e9 verze i v lahv\u00edch o objemu 0,7 litru s patentn\u00edm uz\u00e1v\u011brem. &#8222;P\u016fjde o nejsiln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed z 50 druh\u016f piv, kter\u00e9 jsme za 5,5 roku existence vyrobili,&#8220; uvedl M\u00ed\u010d. U\u017e d\u0159\u00edve p\u0159ipravil &#8222;patn\u00e1ctku&#8220; i &#8222;\u0161estn\u00e1ctku&#8220;, ale jen tmavou a polotmavou s netradi\u010dn\u00edm chmelem. V roce 2012 vsadil na t\u0159i \u017eateck\u00e9 chmele a t\u0159i \u010desk\u00e9 slady &#8211; plze\u0148sk\u00fd a trochu karamelov\u00e9ho a mnichovsk\u00e9ho. &#8222;Je to hutn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed pivo s kr\u00e1sn\u011b zlatavou barvou,&#8220; vysv\u011btlil M\u00ed\u010d. &#8222;Na advent jsem zvolila med, kter\u00fd se pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 i do cukrov\u00ed, aby se lid\u00e9 nabudili na chu\u0165 V\u00e1noc,&#8220; \u0159ekla sl\u00e1dkov\u00e1 Eva Strakov\u00e1. Pivovar pou\u017eil kv\u011btov\u00fd med, kter\u00fd je v piv\u011b v\u00fdrazn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e lesn\u00ed. Na 100 litr\u016f tam je 2,5 kilogramu medu, co\u017e je podle Strakov\u00e9 hodn\u011b. &#8222;N\u011bco po\u017eerou kvasnice a z\u016fstane tak jenom aroma medu,&#8220; dodala. Medov\u00e1 piva u\u017e Purkmistr va\u0159il. &#8222;Nyn\u00ed jsme ale dali med do le\u017e\u00e1ck\u00e9 k\u00e1d\u011b na hlavn\u00edm kva\u0161en\u00ed a do hotov\u00e9ho piva, proto\u017ee v k\u00e1di spot\u0159ebuj\u00ed hodn\u011b medu kvasnice. Chmelen\u00ed bylo jin\u00e9 ne\u017e u norm\u00e1ln\u00edho le\u017e\u00e1ku. Chmelila jsem t\u0159ikr\u00e1t a nakonec jsem dala chmel s v\u00fdrazn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed ho\u0159kost\u00ed, ne\u017e se d\u00e1v\u00e1 b\u011b\u017en\u011b,&#8220; dodala.<br \/>\nSiln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed pivo na V\u00e1noce roku 2012 p\u0159ichystal minipivovar Purkmistr. Od 17. prosince nab\u00eddl v\u00e1no\u010dn\u00ed sedmn\u00e1ctku s obsahem alkoholu sedm procent. &#8222;P\u016fjde o nejsiln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed z 50 druh\u016f piv, kter\u00e9 jsme za 5,5 roku existence vyrobili,&#8220; \u0159ekl \u010cTK Petr M\u00ed\u010d z pivovaru. Sedmn\u00e1ctku na \u010depu doplnil medov\u00fd dvan\u00e1ctistup\u0148ov\u00fd le\u017e\u00e1k, kter\u00fd m\u011bl lehce nasl\u00e1dlou p\u0159\u00edchu\u0165. &#8222;Je velmi lahodn\u00fd a navozuje v\u00e1no\u010dn\u00ed atmosf\u00e9ru. Vojt\u011bcha.<br \/>\nPivovarsk\u00fd dv\u016fr Plze\u0148 u p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitosti sv\u00e1tku zamilovan\u00fdch uva\u0159ili Purkmistr sv\u011btl\u00fd le\u017e\u00e1k 12 % ochucen\u00fd gran\u00e1tov\u00fdm jablkem. Toto pivo m\u011blo p\u0159irozenou gran\u00e1tovou barvu, intenzivn\u00ed aromatickou, ovocnou v\u016fni a lahodnou chu\u0165 p\u0159ech\u00e1zej\u00edc\u00ed ze sladk\u00e9 jablkov\u00e9 chuti do jemn\u011b dozn\u00edvaj\u00edc\u00ed ho\u0159kosti le\u017e\u00e1ku.<br \/>\nNa IX. Kohoutu byl od 15.2. 2013 polotmav\u00fd speci\u00e1l 15% typu Bock z pivovaru Purkmistr. Syt\u011b jantarov\u00fd, svrchn\u011b kva\u0161en\u00fd speci\u00e1l, kter\u00fd zaujal sladovou v\u016fn\u00ed a plnou karamelovou chut\u00ed s lehk\u00fdm k\u00e1vov\u00fdm dozn\u00edv\u00e1n\u00edm.<br \/>\nNa konci \u00fanora 2013 se objevil nov\u00fd Purkmistr 13% sv\u011btl\u00fd speci\u00e1l &#8222;\u010cernice&#8220;. Nov\u00fd nefiltrovan\u00fd a nepasterizovan\u00fd speci\u00e1l ze 4 druh\u016f slad\u016f a 2 druh\u016f chmele. Jednalo se o pivo v\u00fdrazn\u00e9 zlatav\u00e9 barvy s lahodnou plnou chut\u00ed, kter\u00e1 byla vyva\u017eov\u00e1na delik\u00e1tn\u00ed ho\u0159kost\u00ed a chmelov\u00fdm aroma po z\u00e1v\u011bre\u010dn\u00e9m chmelen\u00ed odr\u016fdou Saaz Late.<br \/>\nV b\u0159eznu 2013 v r\u00e1mci Zv\u011b\u0159inov\u00fdch hod\u016f se \u010depoval speci\u00e1l Purkmistr sv\u011btl\u00fd 12 % brusinka.<br \/>\nDne 7.3.2013 na \u010depu Purkmistr 12 % sv\u011btl\u00fd le\u017e\u00e1k, 12 % brusinkov\u00fd le\u017e\u00e1k, 12 % polotmav\u00fd le\u017e\u00e1k, P\u00edsa\u0159 12% p\u0161eni\u010dn\u00e9 pivo, 12 % tmav\u00fd le\u017e\u00e1k, 12 % pralinkov\u00fd tmav\u00fd le\u017e\u00e1k, Radn\u00ed 14 % jantarov\u00fd polotmav\u00fd speci\u00e1l a 13 % \u010cernice sv\u011btl\u00fd speci\u00e1l.<br \/>\nOd 27. 3. do 1. 4.2013 na \u010depu Velikono\u010dn\u00ed Purkmistr sv\u011btl\u00fd speci\u00e1l 16 %. Tento speci\u00e1l byl uva\u0159en\u00fd ze t\u0159\u00ed druh\u016f sladu, byl hutn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed a slad\u0161\u00ed plnou sladovou chu\u0165 st\u0159\u00eddala zaj\u00edmav\u00e1 kombinace ho\u0159kosti \u017eateck\u00fdch chmel\u016f.<br \/>\nMa\u0159inka, medu\u0148ka a cannabis \u2013 to byly t\u0159i ochucuj\u00edc\u00ed bylinky speci\u00e1ln\u00edho 12\u00b0 le\u017e\u00e1ku, kter\u00fd \u010dernick\u00fd pivovar v b\u0159eznu 2013 \u010depoval. \u0160lo o zelen\u00e9 pivo, kter\u00e9 vzniklo u p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitosti tradi\u010dn\u00edho irsk\u00e9ho sv\u00e1tku svat\u00e9ho Patrika 17. b\u0159ezna. \u201ePiva jsme uva\u0159ili 700 litr\u016f, \u010d\u00e1st st\u00e1\u010d\u00edme do lahv\u00ed, \u010d\u00e1st \u010depujeme,&#8220; \u0159ekl mana\u017eer pivovaru Petr M\u00ed\u010d. Speci\u00e1ln\u00ed le\u017e\u00e1k u\u017e se u Purkmistra st\u00e1vala tradic\u00ed, k m\u00e1n\u00ed byl a\u017e do ned\u011ble a potom znovu na Zelen\u00fd \u010dtvrtek. Ov\u0161em v roce 2013 Pivovarsk\u00fd dv\u016fr p\u0159ipravil i speci\u00e1ln\u00ed irsk\u00e9 menu se zelen\u00fdmi bylinkami \u2013 zelen\u00fd bylinkov\u00fd kr\u00e9m s m\u00e1slov\u00fdmi krutony, bylinkov\u00e1 rol\u00e1da z jarn\u00edho ku\u0159ete se zelen\u00fdmi fazolkami, marinovan\u00fd losos s listov\u00fdm sal\u00e1tem a dal\u0161\u00ed speciality. Ov\u0161em 12\u00b0 le\u017e\u00e1k sv. Patrika nebyl jedin\u00fdm jarn\u00edm pivem, kter\u00e9 Purkmistr chystal. Na Zelen\u00fd \u010dtvrtek, byl na \u010depu i siln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed sv\u011btl\u00fd 16\u00b0 speci\u00e1l uva\u0159en\u00fd ze t\u0159\u00ed druh\u016f sladu. \u201eTen se bude \u010depovat cel\u00e9 Velikonoce a tak\u00e9 k n\u011bmu jsme p\u0159ipravili gastronomick\u00e9 speciality, nap\u0159\u00edklad velikono\u010dn\u00ed n\u00e1divku nebo jehn\u011b\u010d\u00ed kol\u00ednko na \u010desneku a tymi\u00e1nu,&#8220; dodal M\u00ed\u010d.<br \/>\nOd 26. 10. do 2. 11.2012 na \u010depu Halloweensk\u00fd speci\u00e1l 12\u00b0 .<br \/>\nU p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitosti sv\u00e1tku svat\u00e9ho Patrika se od 14. 3. do 17. 3. 2013 nab\u00edzelo speci\u00e1ln\u00ed menu dopln\u011bn\u00e9 zelen\u00fdm le\u017e\u00e1kem svat\u00e9ho Patrika s t\u0159emi druhy bylin.<br \/>\nNov\u011b rekonstruovan\u00e1 neku\u0159\u00e1ck\u00e1 restaurace v 1. pat\u0159e otev\u0159ena ka\u017ed\u00fd den od 11.00 do 23.00. Od 27.03. \u010depovali v restauraci a st\u00e1\u010deli do lahv\u00ed Velikono\u010dn\u00ed sv\u011btl\u00fd speci\u00e1l 16 %. Pivo bylo uva\u0159en\u00e9 ze t\u0159\u00ed druh\u016f sladu, bylo hutn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed a slad\u0161\u00ed plnou sladovou chu\u0165 st\u0159\u00eddala zaj\u00edmav\u00e1 kombinace ho\u0159kosti \u017eateck\u00fdch chmel\u016f.<br \/>\nNa ja\u0159e 2013 Purkmistr malina a citrus op\u011bt na \u010depu. Letn\u00ed m\u00edchan\u00e9 n\u00e1poje z piva Purkmistr malina a Purkmistr citrus budou va\u0159it a\u017e do podzimu. Od 19. 4. \u010depovali malinu, kter\u00e1 se st\u0159\u00eddala s citrusem. Od 28. 10.2013 byl na \u010depu ji\u017e po t\u0159et\u00ed ochucen\u00e9 pivo s p\u0159\u00edchut\u00ed d\u00fdn\u011b. Pivo m\u011blo zlatavou barvu, st\u0159edn\u00ed plnost t\u011bla a ve sladov\u00e9 chuti lze naj\u00edt p\u0159\u00edchu\u0165 d\u00fd\u0148ov\u00e9ho kol\u00e1\u010de, kter\u00fd se p\u0159ipravil ze \u0161esti druh\u016f ko\u0159en\u00ed, z nich\u017e vy\u010dn\u00edv\u00e1 chu\u0165 sko\u0159ice. Toto pivo \u0161lo zakoupit v hotelov\u00e9 recepci i v 0,5l NRW lahvi.<br \/>\nDne 12.11. na \u010depu novinka Mandarinov\u00fd Ale 13% (lehk\u00e9, polotmav\u00e9 pivo m\u00e1 zrzavou barvu a zaj\u00edmavou ho\u0159kost).<br \/>\nOd 29. 11. \u010depovali V\u00edde\u0148sk\u00fd adventn\u00ed speci\u00e1l 14 %.<br \/>\nOd 17.12. \u010depovali pivo Purmistr 17 % V\u00e1no\u010dn\u00ed sv\u011btl\u00fd speci\u00e1l (pivo bylo v prodeji tak\u00e9 v lahv\u00edch 0,5 l, 0,75 a st\u00e1\u010d\u00ed i do 1 l PET).<br \/>\nNa konci roku 2013 pivovar za\u010dal prod\u00e1vat pivo Lucrezia Borgia (pivn\u00ed speci\u00e1l typu &#8222;barley wine&#8220;). Kombinac\u00ed \u0161esti druh\u016f sladu a dvou chmelov\u00fdch odr\u016fd vznikl speci\u00e1l s pln\u00fdm t\u011blem a vy\u0161\u0161\u00edm obsahem alkoholu (8,3 %). Po dvoum\u011bs\u00ed\u010dn\u00edm zr\u00e1n\u00ed pivo dozr\u00e1v\u00e1 dal\u0161\u00ed t\u0159i m\u011bs\u00edce v dubov\u00fdch sudech po whisky. Do distribuce \u0161lo 120 sektov\u00fdch lahv\u00ed o objemu 0,75 l. Ka\u017ed\u00e1 l\u00e1hev m\u011bla korkov\u00fd uz\u00e1v\u011br, sektovou kl\u00ed\u010dku a \u010d\u00edslovanou etiketu.<br \/>\nOd 22. 1. 2014 \u010depovali na IX. kohoutu Trapistick\u00e9 pivo Purkmistr.
