Dal\u0161\u00ed speci\u00e1l z pivn\u00ed rodiny ale m\u00e1 velice zaj\u00edmavou historii p\u0159i v\u00fdrob\u011b piva. abbey ale tradi\u010dn\u011b vyr\u00e1b\u011bli mni\u0161i v belgick\u00fdch opatstv\u00edch jako ,,tekut\u00fd chl\u00e9b,, v postn\u00edm obdob\u00ed. jedn\u00e1 se o svrchn\u011b kva\u0161en\u00e9 pivo speci\u00e1ln\u00edmi kvasnicemi abbey, vyroben\u00e9 z je\u010dn\u00fdch a speci\u00e1ln\u00edch slad\u016f. Pivo se vyzna\u010duje jemn\u011b nasl\u00e1dlou plnou chut\u00ed s p\u0159\u00edjemn\u00fdm ho\u0159k\u00fdm a velmi sv\u011b\u017e\u00edm dozn\u00edv\u00e1n\u00edm. D\u00edky pou\u017eit\u00ed karamelov\u00e9ho sladu m\u00e1 aromatick\u00fd a karamelov\u00fd charakter decentn\u011b dopln\u011bn\u00fd zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00fdm objemem alkoholu, kter\u00e9ho bylo dosa\u017eeno dvoj\u00edm kva\u0161en\u00edm. Barva jantarov\u00e1 \u2013 polotmav\u00e1 s m\u00edrn\u00fdm \u0159\u00edzem. Obsah alkoholu: 6,4% obj.<\/li>\n<li>Od 24. b\u0159ezna 2016 se m\u016f\u017eete t\u011b\u0161it na p\u0161eni\u010dn\u00fd speci\u00e1l 14% Maj\u00e1k.<\/li>\n<li>Od 20.10.2015 op\u011bt na \u010depu obl\u00edben\u00fd 14 % Ananas (belgick\u00fd speci\u00e1l).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><u>Star\u0161\u00ed info:<\/u><br \/>\nVarna m\u00e1 objem 700 litr\u016f a va\u0159it se standardn\u011b budou t\u0159i druhy piva s n\u00e1zvy Pir\u00e1t, Kapit\u00e1n a N\u00e1mo\u0159n\u00edk. Sl\u00e1dkem je b\u00fdval\u00fd sl\u00e1dek z pivovaru Zubr v P\u0159erov\u011b (do roku 1998) pan Petr Zbru\u017e. Ve sklep\u011b jsou um\u00edst\u011bny otev\u0159en\u00e9 spilky a le\u017e\u00e1ck\u00e9 tanky. Interi\u00e9r je dle n\u00e1zvu vybudov\u00e1n ve stylu n\u00e1mo\u0159nick\u00e9 restaurace. Na \u010depu bude krom vlastn\u00edch piv i Budvar \u010dern\u00fd a Budvar Free. Minipivovar m\u011bl b\u00fdt ofici\u00e1ln\u011b otev\u0159en 6.3.2009, ale nakonec se v\u0161e posunulo na 9.b\u0159ezna 2009.<br \/>\nMinipivovar se nach\u00e1z\u00ed ve zrekonstruovan\u00e9 budov\u011b v bl\u00edzkosti parkovi\u0161t\u011b u Hypernovy. S n\u00e1padem otev\u0159\u00edt minipivovar v P\u0159erov\u011b p\u0159i\u0161la p\u0159ed \u010dty\u0159mi lety firma Kompakta. Jen\u017ee od n\u00e1padu k realizaci ub\u011bhlo je\u0161t\u011b mnoho vody. A proto\u017ee budova p\u0159ipom\u00ednala zboku tvar lodi s p\u0159\u00edd\u00ed, dostal minipivovar p\u0159\u00edzna\u010dn\u00fd n\u00e1zev &#8211; Parn\u00edk. Od n\u00e1zvu se odp\u00edchl architekt, kter\u00fd navrhl interi\u00e9r budovy. Sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed je minipivovaru i hospoda a stylov\u00e1 restaurace. \u201eV minipivovaru budeme standardn\u011b va\u0159it t\u0159i druhy piva \u2013 des\u00edtku N\u00e1mo\u0159n\u00edk, dvan\u00e1ctku Kapit\u00e1n a polotmavou t\u0159in\u00e1ctku Pir\u00e1t. P\u016fjde o kvasnicov\u00e9 nefiltrovan\u00e9 pivo. Uvid\u00edme, jak\u00e1 bude popt\u00e1vka, nab\u00eddku jsme toti\u017e schopni pru\u017en\u011b zm\u011bnit, p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b i roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159it,\u201c informoval Josef Sch\u00f6nweitz, provozovatel nov\u00e9ho minipivovaru Parn\u00edk. Jeho n\u00e1zev pr\u00fd vznikl zcela spont\u00e1nn\u011b. \u201eBudova z jednoho \u00fahlu pohledu toti\u017e trochu p\u0159ipom\u00edn\u00e1 tvar parn\u00edku,\u201c vysv\u011btlil Sch\u00f6nweitz. Pivo se zde va\u0159\u00ed ve varn\u011b s objemem 600 litr\u016f, kter\u00e1 je um\u00edst\u011bna p\u0159\u00edmo v prostor\u00e1ch restaurace. V objektu se nach\u00e1z\u00ed ale  tak\u00e9 spilka a le\u017e\u00e1ck\u00e9 tanky. Minipivovar na ja\u0159e 2009 zat\u00edm nov\u00fdm druhem piva z\u00e1soboval jen hosty m\u00edstn\u00ed restaurace. Na kvalitu piva dohl\u00ed\u017e\u00ed Old\u0159i\u0161ka Hov\u016frkov\u00e1. &#8222;Pivo se va\u0159\u00ed ze sladu, chmele, kvasnic a vody. Samotn\u00fd proces va\u0159en\u00ed i s p\u0159\u00edpravou trv\u00e1 deset a\u017e jeden\u00e1ct hodin, potom pivo zraje na spilce a nakonec v tanc\u00edch. Desetistup\u0148ov\u00e9 pivo zraje zhruba t\u0159i t\u00fddny. V\u0161e ale z\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed na teplot\u011b,&#8220; doplnila sl\u00e1dkov\u00e1, kter\u00e1 vystudovala potravin\u00e1\u0159skou \u0161kolu. &#8222;Postup jsem se nau\u010dila na \u0161kole, ale aby bylo pivo opravdu jako k\u0159en, rad\u00edm se s odborn\u00edky, kte\u0159\u00ed maj\u00ed s pivovarnictv\u00edm dlouholet\u00e9 zku\u0161enosti.&#8220; \u201eSamoz\u0159ejm\u011b jsme se byli tak\u00e9 osobn\u011b sezn\u00e1mit s t\u00edm, jak minipivovar provozuj\u00ed jinde, abychom na\u010derpali zku\u0161enosti,\u201c doplnil Sch\u00f6nweitz, kter\u00fd m\u00e1 s \u0159\u00edzen\u00edm restaura\u010dn\u00edch za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed osobn\u00ed zku\u0161enosti. Zku\u0161enosti, jak by m\u011bl soukrom\u00fd pivovar vypadat, \u010derpali majitel\u00e9 v Rychnov\u011b nad Kn\u011b\u017enou. Stavba v P\u0159erov\u011b byla v\u0161ak slo\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed. &#8222;M\u011bli jsme sm\u016flu, trefili jsme na \u0161patn\u00e9 dod\u00e1vky. Dva m\u011bs\u00edce jsme vychyt\u00e1vali mouchy, ne\u017e se pivo za\u010dalo va\u0159it,&#8220; doplnil Sch\u00f6nweitz. Minipivovar s restaurac\u00ed m\u00e1 interi\u00e9r v n\u00e1mo\u0159nick\u00e9m stylu. Horn\u00ed a doln\u00ed palubu se stylov\u00fdm posezen\u00edm dopl\u0148uj\u00ed dva kotle, ve kter\u00fdch se va\u0159\u00ed pivo. Interi\u00e9r p\u0159ipom\u00edn\u00e1 opravdov\u00fd zaoce\u00e1nsk\u00fd parn\u00edk. Jen m\u00edsto mo\u0159sk\u00e9 p\u011bny je na orosen\u00fdch p\u016fllitrech hust\u00e1 b\u00edl\u00e1 p\u011bna z piva. Aby v\u0161ak sv\u00e9 hosty mohl uspokojit, pivo se zde za\u010dalo va\u0159it u\u017e zhruba p\u0159ed dv\u011bma m\u011bs\u00edci. \u201eV\u00fdroba piva je dlouhodob\u00fd proces. Nav\u00edc jsme si museli vyzkou\u0161et nov\u00e9 za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed. M\u00e1me u\u017e za sebou nejm\u00e9n\u011b patn\u00e1ct odva\u0159en\u00fdch v\u00e1rek,\u201c sv\u011b\u0159il se provozovatel. A \u010d\u00edm se p\u011bniv\u00fd mok minipivovaru Parn\u00edk vyzna\u010duje? \u201eOdborn\u00edci tvrd\u00ed, \u017ee m\u00e1 pln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed chu\u0165 a jeho p\u011bna p\u0159ipom\u00edn\u00e1 \u0161leha\u010dku,\u201c zhodnotil Sch\u00f6nweitz. Otev\u00edrac\u00ed doba restaurace: Po-\u010ct 11:00-22:00, P\u00e1-So 11:00-23:00, Ne 11:00-21:00. Ceny piva v dubnu 2009: 10\u00b0 N\u00e1mo\u0159n\u00edk 21K\u010d, 12\u00b0 Kapit\u00e1n 28K\u010d a 13\u00b0 Pir\u00e1t 31K\u010d.<br \/>\nV minipivovaru byla na konci roku 2009 krom\u011b b\u011b\u017en\u00e9ho sortimentu \u010depov\u00e1na tak\u00e9 tmav\u00e1 \u0161estn\u00e1ctka. \u201eRozhodli jsme se, \u017ee zat\u00edm s cenami h\u00fdbat nebudeme, pokud ov\u0161em nedojde k n\u00e1r\u016fstu cen surovin,\u201c \u0159ekl v lednu 2010 Alois Karas, provozn\u00ed p\u0159erovsk\u00e9ho pivovaru.<br \/>\n\u201eVyr\u00e1b\u00edme 4000 litr\u016f za m\u011bs\u00edc, co\u017e se samoz\u0159ejm\u011b mus\u00ed projevit. I tak se budeme sna\u017eit vej\u00edt do st\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00edch cen. P\u016fllitr des\u00edtky \u010depujeme v na\u0161\u00ed pivnici za devaten\u00e1ct korun, jeden\u00e1ctku za dvacet, a dvan\u00e1ctku za p\u011btadvacet korun,\u201c vypo\u010d\u00edtal pivovarn\u00edk s t\u00edm, \u017ee mal\u00e9 spole\u010dnosti t\u011bm velk\u00fdm cenov\u011b konkurovat nemohou, z\u00e1kazn\u00edci si v\u011bt\u0161inou ale za specifickou chu\u0165 r\u00e1di p\u0159iplat\u00ed.<br \/>\nMinipivovar v \u00fanoru 2010 nab\u00edzel: Pir\u00e1t 13\u00b0 polotmav\u00e9 za 30 K\u010d, Kapit\u00e1n 12\u00b0 sv\u011btl\u00e1 za 28 K\u010d, Jantar 11\u00b0 polotmav\u00e9 za 25 K\u010d, Admir\u00e1l 16\u00b0 tmav\u00e9.<br \/>\nOd 19. 5. 2010 m\u011bl minipivovar na \u010depu novinkov\u00fd sv\u011btl\u00fd 14stup\u0148ov\u00fd Komodor ( l\u00e1hev ).<br \/>\nV \u010dervnu se v resturaci to\u010dil sortiment: sv\u011btl\u00e1 jeden\u00e1ctka Jantar (21 K\u010d za 0,5 l), sv\u011btl\u00fd le\u017e\u00e1k Kapit\u00e1n (28 K\u010d za 0,5 l), polotmav\u00e1 t\u0159in\u00e1ctka Pir\u00e1t (30 K\u010d za 0,5 l) a sv\u011btl\u00e1 ho\u0159k\u00e1 \u010dtrn\u00e1ctka Komodor (25 k\u010d za 0,4 l). V\u0161echna piva byla pln\u011bna i do PET lahv\u00ed s vlastn\u00ed etiketou.<br \/>\nV p\u0159erovsk\u00e9m minipivovaru Parn\u00edk vl\u00e1dne \u017eena. Sedmadvacetilet\u00e1 Old\u0159i\u0161ka Hov\u016frkov\u00e1 byla jednou z nejmlad\u0161\u00edch sl\u00e1dkov\u00fdch v \u010cR. Absolventka potravin\u00e1\u0159sk\u00e9 \u0161koly uva\u0159ila na palub\u011b Parn\u00edku za m\u011bs\u00edc i p\u011bt tis\u00edc litr\u016f piva. \u201eN\u00e1\u0161 kvasnicov\u00fd mok je mezi lidmi tak obl\u00edben\u00fd pr\u00e1v\u011b proto, \u017ee ho va\u0159\u00edm s l\u00e1skou,\u201c p\u0159edeslala v \u010dervenci 2010 Hov\u016frkov\u00e1. Pivo nav\u00edc va\u0159ila p\u0159\u00edmo p\u0159ed o\u010dima n\u00e1v\u0161t\u011bvn\u00edk\u016f restaurace, kter\u00e1 sv\u00fdm vzhledem i tvarem p\u0159ipom\u00edn\u00e1 zaoce\u00e1nsk\u00fd parn\u00edk. V Parn\u00edku pracovala od jara 2009, kdy restaurace s minipivovarem v P\u0159erov\u011b vznikla. Jej\u00ed pr\u00e1ci \u0159\u00eddila \u017e\u00edze\u0148 host\u016f, v zim\u011b va\u0159ila pivo zhruba dvakr\u00e1t, v l\u00e9t\u011b i \u010dty\u0159ikr\u00e1t do t\u00fddne. Poka\u017ed\u00e9 ji \u010dekala dvan\u00e1ctihodinov\u00e1 \u0161ichta, na jej\u00edm\u017e konci bylo \u0161est set litr\u016f kvasnicov\u00e9ho, nefiltrovan\u00e9ho piva. \u201eVyr\u00e1b\u00edme ho tradi\u010dn\u00ed \u010deskou technologi\u00ed s pou\u017eit\u00edm sladu, chmele, pivovarsk\u00fdch kvasnic a vody. Tomuto kum\u0161tu jsem se teoreticky nau\u010dila ve \u0161kole a prakticky m\u011b pivo nau\u010dil va\u0159it star\u00fd sl\u00e1dek z Pivovaru Zubr,\u201c prozradila Hov\u016frkov\u00e1. Piva prod\u00e1van\u00e1 v Parn\u00edku se do n\u011bj hodila i sv\u00fdm n\u00e1zvem. Host\u00e9 si mohou d\u00e1t des\u00edtku N\u00e1mo\u0159n\u00edka, jeden\u00e1ctku Jantar a Maj\u00e1k, dvan\u00e1ctku Kapit\u00e1na, t\u0159in\u00e1ctku Pir\u00e1ta a p\u0159i slavnostn\u00edch p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitostech i \u0161estn\u00e1ctku Admir\u00e1la. \u201eV\u0161echna na\u0161e piva jsou kvasnicov\u00e1, tud\u00ed\u017e m\u00edrn\u011b zakalen\u00e1. Z\u00e1kal tvo\u0159\u00ed pivovarsk\u00e9 kvasinky, kter\u00e9 se u b\u011b\u017en\u00e9ho piva odstra\u0148uj\u00ed filtrac\u00ed.
