Nach\u00e1z\u00ed se v centru m\u011bsta v neju\u017e\u0161\u00edm bod\u011b mezi Velk\u00fdm a Mal\u00fdm n\u00e1m\u011bst\u00edm, v dom\u011b, je\u017e lze naj\u00edt dle drogerie.  Produkce piva se odehr\u00e1v\u00e1 v jedin\u00e9 m\u00edstnosti o rozloze necel\u00fdch 14 metr\u016f \u010dtvere\u010dn\u00edch. P\u011bniv\u00fd mok je tady vyr\u00e1b\u011bn na objedn\u00e1vku \u010di p\u0159i r\u016fzn\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitostech, v jedn\u00e1n\u00ed je v\u0161ak i mo\u017enost dod\u00e1vat pivo pro fajn\u0161mekry do jedn\u00e9 mal\u00e9 restaurace v N\u011bmecku. Pivo je v t\u011bchto m\u00edstech pro z\u00e1jemce pln\u011bno do litrov\u00fdch \u010di dvoulitrov\u00fdch sklen\u011bn\u00fdch lahv\u00ed s keramick\u00fdm uz\u00e1v\u011brem. V b\u0159eznu 2003 nebylo pivo vozeno do \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 restaurace.<br \/>\nPro Milana Rambouska se stalo kon\u00ed\u010dkem pivo. Dovede o n\u011bm poutav\u011b a kvalifikovan\u011b vypr\u00e1v\u011bt, um\u00ed je i va\u0159it. O jeho znalosti je velk\u00fd z\u00e1jem doma i ve sv\u011bt\u011b. Zrovna p\u0159ed p\u00e1r dny se vr\u00e1til z Kan\u00e1rsk\u00fdch ostrov\u016f, kde v\u00fdrobu piva pom\u00e1h\u00e1 rozj\u00ed\u017ed\u011bt, a za\u010d\u00e1tkem kv\u011btna tam pojede zas. V Hradci Kr\u00e1lov\u00e9 pivo va\u0159\u00ed v m\u00edstnosti o necel\u00fdch 14 metrech \u010dtvere\u010dn\u00edch ve star\u00e9m &#8222;pr\u00e1vovare\u010dn\u00e9m&#8220; dom\u011b. &#8222;Majitel pan Vladim\u00edr Divi\u0161 proti tomu nic nenam\u00edt\u00e1, naopak je pot\u011b\u0161en, \u017ee jsem o\u017eivil n\u011bkdej\u0161\u00ed tradici. Tady se odehr\u00e1v\u00e1 cel\u00fd proces v\u00fdroby od p\u0159\u00edjmu sladu a\u017e po takzvan\u00fd v\u00fdstav,&#8220;  vysv\u011btluje pan Rambousek a p\u0159edv\u00e1d\u00ed za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed, kter\u00e9 je miniaturn\u00ed kopi\u00ed velk\u00e9ho pivovaru. V\u0161echno je provedeno v nerezu, v\u0161ude panuje \u00fazkostliv\u00e1 \u010distota. D\u00e1 se tu uva\u0159it a\u017e 400 litr\u016f m\u011bs\u00ed\u010dn\u011b. &#8222;Neva\u0159\u00edm pivo na \u017e\u00edze\u0148, ale na chu\u0165. Takov\u00e9, jak\u00e9 si kdo p\u0159eje. Sladk\u00e9, ho\u0159k\u00e9, slab\u00e9, siln\u00e9, sv\u011btl\u00e9, tmav\u00e9, pro r\u016fzn\u00e9 spole\u010densk\u00e9 ud\u00e1losti, oslavy nebo pro posezen\u00ed s p\u0159\u00e1teli na chalup\u011b,&#8220; \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 ml\u00e1dek i st\u00e1rek v jedn\u00e9 osob\u011b. K v\u00fdrob\u011b sv\u00e9ho piva pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 nejlep\u0161\u00ed suroviny, a to pouze slad, chmel a p\u0159\u00edrodn\u00ed vodu. Z\u00e1kladn\u00edmi druhy, od kter\u00fdch se odv\u00edjej\u00ed dal\u0161\u00ed, jsou Classic, Eli\u0161\u010dino kr\u00e1lovsk\u00e9 a p\u0161eni\u010dn\u00e9 Hradeck\u00e9 b\u00edl\u00e9. Mezi n\u00e1poji, kter\u00e9 nab\u00edz\u00ed<br \/>\nsou\u010dasn\u00fd trh, podle Milana Rambouska skute\u010dn\u00e9 pivo t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 neexistuje. D\u00e1 se tak je\u0161t\u011b mluvit o produkci men\u0161\u00edch pivovar\u016f, ale ty velk\u00e9 &#8211; \u0159e\u010deno s nads\u00e1zkou &#8211; vyr\u00e1b\u011bj\u00ed chemick\u00e9 alkoholick\u00e9 vody, kter\u00e9 jsou n\u011bkolikan\u00e1sobn\u011b filtrovan\u00e9 a obsahuj\u00ed konzervanty a stabiliz\u00e1tory d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 pro uchovatelnost. &#8222;Takov\u00e1 piva j\u00e1  nehodl\u00e1m vyr\u00e1b\u011bt. Ta na\u0161e jsou p\u0159\u00edrodn\u011b \u0159\u00e1dn\u011b kva\u0161en\u00e1, bez p\u0159\u00edsad. Na ka\u017edou v\u00e1rku pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1m nov\u00e9 kvasnice,&#8220; tvrd\u00ed v\u00fdrobce, kter\u00fd si zakl\u00e1d\u00e1 na vysok\u00e9 kvalit\u011b. Reklamu nepot\u0159ebuje, dobr\u00e9 pivo se pr\u00fd prod\u00e1v\u00e1 samo. Kdy\u017e na to p\u0159ijde, mohl by celou produkci vyv\u00e9zt do N\u011bmecka. Tam\u011bj\u0161\u00ed labu\u017en\u00edci se s jeho pivem sezn\u00e1mili na lo\u0148sk\u00e9m sv\u011btov\u00e9m veletrhu v Norimberku. Jeho kvalitu ocenil a podpisem stvrdil spolkov\u00fd kancl\u00e9\u0159 Gerhard Schr\u00f6der, podobn\u00e9 ocen\u011bn\u00ed se Milanu Rambouskovi dostalo od slovinsk\u00e9ho prezidenta Ku\u010dmy. V\u011b\u0159\u00ed, \u017ee se vstupem do EU p\u0159ijde takov\u00e1 doba, kdy pivo nebude pova\u017eov\u00e1no jen za n\u00e1poj dobr\u00fd k uha\u0161en\u00ed \u017e\u00edzn\u011b. Kvalitn\u00ed piva budou prod\u00e1v\u00e1na v mal\u00fdch hosp\u016fdk\u00e1ch, jejich konzumace bude spojena s vysokou kulturou prost\u0159ed\u00ed a obsluhy a za takovou slu\u017ebu z\u00e1kazn\u00edci budou ochotni zaplatit nepom\u011brn\u011b vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed cenu ne\u017e dnes. &#8222;Kdy\u017e se do jak\u00e9koli pr\u00e1ce vlo\u017e\u00ed srdce, l\u00e1ska a \u010das, tak se d\u00edlo poda\u0159\u00ed.  D\u011blat n\u011bco \u0161patn\u011b bych necht\u011bl ani za velk\u00e9 pen\u00edze.&#8220;<br \/>\nV roce 2004 pivovar uva\u0159il 31 hl piva<br \/>\nChodbami budouc\u00edho krajsk\u00e9ho \u00fa\u0159adu v Hradci Kr\u00e1lov\u00e9 se bude linout v\u016fn\u011b sladu, vypl\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed formul\u00e1\u0159\u016f si lid\u00e9 budou moci zp\u0159\u00edjemnit prohl\u00eddkou kvasu v k\u00e1d\u00edch, z p\u00edpy na jejich konci si nato\u010dit dou\u0161ek hradeck\u00e9ho piva. \u017div\u00e1 expozice ve vestibulu nov\u00e9ho krajsk\u00e9ho \u00fa\u0159adu bude p\u0159ipom\u00ednat, \u017ee v historick\u00e9 budov\u011b, jej\u00ed\u017e rekonstrukce p\u0159ijde Kr\u00e1lov\u00e9hradeck\u00fd kraj 1,3 miliardy korun, kdysi b\u00fdval v\u011bhlasn\u00fd pivovar. \u201eHejtmanstv\u00ed m\u011blo p\u016fvodn\u011b vizi, \u017ee ve vstupn\u00ed hale bude muzeum, kter\u00e9 p\u0159ipomene, \u017ee se tu kdysi vyr\u00e1b\u011bl zlatav\u00fd mok. Mrtv\u00e1 expozice s n\u011bkolika vitr\u00ednami mi ale p\u0159ipadala nudn\u00e1, a proto jsem p\u0159i\u0161el s n\u00e1padem, \u017ee budeme v administrativn\u00edm centru va\u0159it pivo p\u0159\u00edmo p\u0159ed o\u010dima n\u00e1v\u0161t\u011bvn\u00edk\u016f,\u201c l\u00ed\u010dil v lednu 2006 kr\u00e1lov\u00e9hradeck\u00fd sl\u00e1dek Milan Rambousek. Rambousek se na konci devades\u00e1t\u00fdch let nesm\u00ed\u0159il s uzav\u0159en\u00edm hradeck\u00e9ho pivovaru a v nedalek\u00e9m pr\u00e1vov\u00e1re\u010dn\u00e9m dom\u011b v historick\u00e9m centru Hradce za\u010dal na vlastn\u00ed p\u011bst va\u0159it pivo. A jak\u00e9 druhy piva chce va\u0159it na krajsk\u00e9m \u00fa\u0159adu? \u201eBudou to sam\u00e9 speciality, \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 des\u00edtky. Zam\u011b\u0159\u00edme se na siln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed piva, dvan\u00e1ctky a v\u00fd\u0161. D\u00e1rkov\u00e1 balen\u00ed budou dost\u00e1vat n\u00e1v\u0161t\u011bvy a delegace \u00fa\u0159adu, ochutnat budou moci ale i jin\u00ed z\u00e1jemci,\u201c pl\u00e1nuje nad\u0161en\u00fd sl\u00e1dek. Tekut\u00e9ho zlata bude v\u0161ak jen omezen\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed, Rambouskovo za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed m\u00e1 toti\u017e kapacitu 120 litr\u016f m\u011bs\u00ed\u010dn\u011b. \u201eNep\u016fjde o komerci, hosty budu prov\u00e1zet na po\u017e\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed jen z nad\u0161en\u00ed a p\u0159i zam\u011bstn\u00e1n\u00ed,\u201c vysv\u011btluje sl\u00e1dek. Na st\u016fl p\u0159itom rozkl\u00e1d\u00e1 pl\u00e1ny, jak by m\u011bla expozice vypadat. \u201eProsklen\u00fd prostor, v n\u011bm takzvan\u00e1 mladinov\u00e1 p\u00e1nev a soudky,\u201c \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 Rambousek. Kdy\u017e se v\u0161e poda\u0159\u00ed, mohla by se v\u00fdroba piva do b\u00fdval\u00e9ho pivovaru s v\u00edce ne\u017e stopades\u00e1tiletou tradic\u00ed vr\u00e1tit v roce 2007, kdy by m\u011blo b\u00fdt administrativn\u00ed centrum otev\u0159eno. Jm\u00e9no piva zat\u00edm sl\u00e1dek taj\u00ed. \u201eVotrok a Lev byla nejslavn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed jm\u00e9na hradeck\u00fdch piv. Moje soukrom\u00e9 v\u00fdrobky nesou etiketu s m\u00fdm jm\u00e9nem. Pivo vyroben\u00e9 v budouc\u00edm administrativn\u00edm centru se ale bude jmenovat asi \u00fapln\u011b jinak. Jen bude m\u00edt n\u011bco spole\u010dn\u00e9ho z Hradcem Kr\u00e1lov\u00e9,\u201c nazna\u010duje Rambousek.<br \/>\nNa \u010desk\u00e9m pivn\u00edm trhu p\u0159ibyla roku 2007 nov\u00e1 zna\u010dka. Hradeck\u00fd pivovarn\u00edk Milan Rambousek za\u010dal va\u0159it Eli\u0161\u010dino kr\u00e1lovsk\u00e9 pivo, a to jako sv\u011btlou dvan\u00e1ctku a tmavou \u0161estn\u00e1ctku. Poch\u00e1zelo z minipivovaru, kter\u00fd pivovarn\u00edk z\u0159\u00eddil v s\u00eddle hradeck\u00e9ho hejtmanstv\u00ed. Pivo neslo jm\u00e9no podle Eli\u0161ky Rej\u010dky, kter\u00e1 byla man\u017eelkou kr\u00e1le V\u00e1clava II. a Hradec Kr\u00e1lov\u00e9 j\u00ed pat\u0159il. &#8222;Lidem, kte\u0159\u00ed v\u011bd\u00ed, co je pivo, se muselo stahovat hrdlo, kdy\u017e kamiony odv\u00e1\u017eely le\u017e\u00e1ck\u00e9 tanky ze zanikl\u00fdch sklep\u016f,&#8220; \u0159ekl k neslavn\u00e9mu konci pivovaru Rambousek. Tradici va\u0159en\u00ed piva v metropoli kraje Rambousek udr\u017eoval ve sv\u00e9m minipivovaru na Velk\u00e9m n\u00e1m\u011bst\u00ed. Poznamenal, \u017ee v minulosti jeho pivo ochutnali nap\u0159\u00edklad n\u011bmeck\u00fd kancl\u00e9\u0159 \u010di slovinsk\u00fd prezident. Minipivovar v s\u00eddle kraje zab\u00edral zhruba 25 metr\u016f \u010dtvere\u010dn\u00fdch. &#8222;M\u011bd\u011bn\u00e9 n\u00e1doby a dal\u0161\u00ed za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed budou m\u00edt n\u00e1v\u0161t\u011bvn\u00edci \u00fa\u0159adu p\u0159\u00edmo na o\u010d\u00edch. Za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed bude vyr\u00e1b\u011bt pivo po cel\u00fd rok. Pivovar p\u0159\u00edmo v takov\u00fdch prostorech je u n\u00e1s naprost\u00e1 rarita,&#8220; \u0159ekl Rambousek. Eli\u0161\u010dino kr\u00e1lovsk\u00e9 se m\u011blo st\u00e1\u010det i do lahv\u00ed, v to\u010den\u00e9 podob\u011b jej budou moci lid\u00e9 ochutnat v jedn\u00e9 z restaurac\u00ed v are\u00e1lu hejtmanstv\u00ed.<br \/>\nChodbami Regiocentra Nov\u00fd pivovar v Hradci Kr\u00e1lov\u00e9 se v z\u00e1\u0159\u00ed 2007 za\u010dala \u0161\u00ed\u0159it v\u016fn\u011b p\u0159\u00edsad na v\u00fdrobu piva, kter\u00e9 ochutnali prvn\u00ed n\u00e1v\u0161t\u011bvn\u00edci dokon\u010dovan\u00e9ho are\u00e1lu. V sousedstv\u00ed recepce Krajsk\u00e9ho \u00fa\u0159adu Kr\u00e1lov\u00e9hradeck\u00e9ho kraje se leskla m\u011bd\u011bn\u00e1 varna minipivov\u00e1rku. Pivovarn\u00edk Milan Rambousek zde va\u0159il Eli\u0161\u010dino kr\u00e1lovsk\u00e9 pivo. &#8222;M\u011bs\u00ed\u010dn\u011b bych cht\u011bl uva\u0159it zhruba 480 litr\u016f piva. Vedle Eli\u0161\u010diny kr\u00e1lovsk\u00e9 sv\u011btl\u00e9 t\u0159in\u00e1ctky a tmav\u00e9 \u0161estn\u00e1ctky chci p\u0159ipravovat tak\u00e9 speci\u00e1ly nap\u0159\u00edklad s p\u0159\u00eddavkem ka\u0161tanov\u00e9ho medu. Speci\u00e1ly bych va\u0159il pro v\u00fdro\u010dn\u00ed ud\u00e1losti. Pivov\u00e1rek by m\u011bl b\u00fdt v provozu po cel\u00fd rok,&#8220; \u0159ekl Milan Rambousek. Cel\u00e9 v\u00fdrobn\u00ed za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed pivovaru si muselo vysta\u010dit s prostorem 16 metr\u016f \u010dtvere\u010dn\u00edch. &#8222;N\u00e1doby a dal\u0161\u00ed za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed pivov\u00e1rku budou m\u00edt n\u00e1v\u0161t\u011bvn\u00edci \u00fa\u0159adu p\u0159\u00edmo na o\u010d\u00edch. Pivovar p\u0159\u00edmo na \u00fa\u0159adu je u n\u00e1s naprost\u00e1 rarita a v\u011b\u0159\u00edm, \u017ee m\u00edstu dod\u00e1 neopakovatelnou poetiku. Vedle autentick\u00e9 park\u00e1nov\u00e9 ba\u0161ty, kterou nalezli p\u0159i stavb\u011b archeologov\u00e9, bude p\u0159ipom\u00ednat historii komplexu,&#8220; m\u00ednil pivovarn\u00edk. Va\u0159en\u00ed piva bylo pro Milana Rambouska u\u017e l\u00e9ta v\u00e1\u0161nivou z\u00e1libou. &#8222;\u00darove\u0148 a kvalita v\u00fdroby mus\u00ed b\u00fdt ale stoprocentn\u00ed a na profesion\u00e1ln\u00ed \u00farovni, i kdy\u017e je to kon\u00ed\u010dek,&#8220; \u0159ekl pivovarn\u00edk. Pivo, kter\u00e9 vznikalo v pivovaru um\u00edst\u011bn\u00e9m u vstupu do \u00fa\u0159adu Kr\u00e1lov\u00e9hradeck\u00e9ho kraje v lev\u00e9m rohu budouc\u00edho Pivovarsk\u00e9ho n\u00e1dvo\u0159\u00ed, si budou moci v lahv\u00edch odn\u00e1\u0161et ofici\u00e1ln\u00ed n\u00e1v\u0161t\u011bvn\u00edci kraje jako suven\u00fdry. Etikety na lahv\u00edch nov\u00e9ho hradeck\u00e9ho piva se u\u017e p\u0159ipravovaly.<br \/>\nNecel\u00fdch 300 litr\u016f dvan\u00e1ctistup\u0148ov\u00e9ho piva s p\u0159\u00eddavkem ka\u0161tanov\u00e9ho medu, t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 90 litr\u016f tmav\u00e9 patn\u00e1ctky a 84 litr\u016f speci\u00e1ln\u00edho d\u00fd\u0148ov\u00e9ho piva. Takov\u00fd byl v\u00fdsledek dne 19.12.2007 zah\u00e1jen\u00e9ho prvn\u00edho \u201eostr\u00e9ho\u201c va\u0159en\u00ed. \u201ePrvn\u00ed var za\u010dal p\u0159esn\u011b v 8 hodin a patn\u00e1ct minut,\u201c sezn\u00e1mil se zah\u00e1jen\u00edm v\u00fdroby Milan Rambousek, majitel nejmen\u0161\u00edho \u010desk\u00e9ho komer\u010dn\u00edho pivovaru, rozkl\u00e1daj\u00edc\u00edho se na plo\u0161e pouh\u00fdch 14 metr\u016f \u010dtvere\u010dn\u00edch. Prvn\u00ed pivo bylo k expedici k z\u00e1kazn\u00edk\u016fm p\u0159ipraveno koncem ledna. Do t\u00e9 doby pro\u0161lo cel\u00fdm procesem va\u0159en\u00ed i zr\u00e1n\u00ed. Po jedenap\u016flhodinov\u00e9m va\u0159en\u00ed se mladina nechala asi p\u016fl hodiny odst\u00e1t a p\u0159es \u010derpadlo a chladi\u010d se dostala do kvasn\u00e9ho tanku a na zr\u00e1n\u00ed. Po zhruba \u0161esti t\u00fddnech bylo pivo p\u0159ipraveno ke sto\u010den\u00ed do lahv\u00ed nebo do sudu.<br \/>\nT\u0159in\u00e1ctistup\u0148ov\u00e9 Eli\u0161\u010dino kr\u00e1lovsk\u00e9 a dal\u0161\u00ed speciality si zat\u00edm b\u011b\u017en\u00fd konzument nekoupil. \u201eZ\u00e1jem je tak velk\u00fd, \u017ee m\u00e1me zak\u00e1zky na t\u0159i m\u011bs\u00edce dop\u0159edu. N\u011bkte\u0159\u00ed lid\u00e9 v\u0161ak st\u00e1le nemohou pochopit, \u017ee jde o formu zak\u00e1zkov\u00e9 v\u00fdroby, kdy pivo vyr\u00e1b\u00edme a\u017e na z\u00e1klad\u011b objedn\u00e1vky firem nebo instituc\u00ed. Nen\u00ed tedy mo\u017en\u00e9 p\u0159ij\u00edt a koupit si t\u0159eba t\u0159etinku piva. Velikost pivov\u00e1rku a ekonomick\u00e9 podm\u00ednky to nedovoluj\u00ed,\u201c \u0159ekl v dubnu 2008 Milan Rambousek, majitel nejmen\u0161\u00edho \u010desk\u00e9ho komer\u010dn\u00edho pivovaru. K b\u011b\u017en\u00fdm konzument\u016fm se pivo zat\u00edm nedostalo. Podle pivovarn\u00edka Milana Rambouska pivovar jednal s n\u011bkolika restauracemi, kde by mohlo b\u00fdt pivo k dost\u00e1n\u00ed i pro \u0161ir\u0161\u00ed ve\u0159ejnost. \u201eM\u00e1me obavy z toho, \u017ee to v\u00fdrobou nepokryjeme. V restaurac\u00edch asi bude doch\u00e1zet k tomu, \u017ee pivo kv\u016fli n\u00edzk\u00e9 v\u00fdrobn\u00ed kapacit\u011b dojde, tak\u017ee bude z\u00e1le\u017eet sp\u00ed\u0161e na \u0161t\u011bst\u00ed z\u00e1kazn\u00edka, jestli zrovna bude k dost\u00e1n\u00ed. Majitel\u00e9 se samoz\u0159ejm\u011b boj\u00ed, aby jim to nepo\u0161kozovalo jm\u00e9no, tak\u017ee je\u0161t\u011b budeme jednat,\u201c informoval Rambousek. I z toho d\u016fvodu se kapacita pivovaru mo\u017en\u00e1 bude zv\u011bt\u0161ovat, a to ve t\u0159ech etap\u00e1ch. \u201ePrvn\u00ed bude trvat asi dva m\u011bs\u00edce a zb\u00fdvaj\u00edc\u00ed v horizontu jednoho, dvou let. T\u00edm zvedneme v\u00fdrobu o 60 litr\u016f, co\u017e je pro n\u00e1s pot\u011b\u0161uj\u00edc\u00ed,\u201c m\u00ednil Milan Rambousek.<br \/>\nNa konci roku 2008 pivovar uva\u0159il 16\u00b0 tmav\u00fd v\u00e1no\u010dn\u00ed speci\u00e1l .<br \/>\nMilan Rambousek nem\u011bnil na V\u00e1noce 2009 obsah lahv\u00ed. \u201eJedn\u00e1 se sp\u00ed\u0161e o sv\u00e1te\u010dn\u00ed zp\u016fsob balen\u00ed. Ve\u0161ker\u00e1 v\u00fdroba je v tuto dobu na zak\u00e1zku, objedn\u00e1vky chodily n\u011bkolik m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f p\u0159edem,\u201c sd\u011blil Rambousek. Jeho velk\u00fdm odb\u011bratelem bylo pr\u00fd hlavn\u00ed m\u011bsto Praha.<br \/>\nSl\u00e1dek Rambousek na konec roku 2009 uva\u0159il pivo Chilli Beer Arizona v limitovan\u00e9 edici patentn\u00edch lahv\u00ed.<br \/>\nMinipivovar v lednu 2010 nab\u00edzel mj.pivo Rambousek Chilli v 0,5 litrov\u00e9 patentn\u00ed lahvi.<br \/>\nHradeck\u00fd specialista na tradi\u010dn\u00ed v\u00fdrobu piva s\u00eddl\u00ed na tamn\u00edm Pivovarsk\u00e9m n\u00e1m\u011bst\u00ed. &#8222;Na\u0161e pivo va\u0159\u00edme na zak\u00e1zku po domluv\u011b, jde o speci\u00e1ln\u00ed piva, kter\u00e1 nikdo jin\u00fd ned\u011bl\u00e1,&#8220; uvedl v b\u0159eznu 2012 majitel minipivovaru Milan Rambousek.<br \/>\nV \u010dervnu 2012 \u0161lo ochutnat speci\u00e1ln\u00ed pivo Rambousek broskev ( svrchn\u011b kva\u0161en\u00e9 pivo s pod\u00edlem \u010derstv\u00fdch broskv\u00ed ze Slovinska).<br \/>\nMinipivovar Rambousek v Hradci Kr\u00e1lov\u00e9 v roce 2012 vyrobil siln\u00fd silvestrovsk\u00fd speci\u00e1l. &#8222;Va\u0159il jsem \u010dern\u00e9 \u0161estn\u00e1ctistup\u0148ov\u00e9 pivo s lehce karamelov\u00fdm n\u00e1dechem,&#8220; l\u00e1kal sl\u00e1dek a majitel pivovaru Milan Rambousek. Stejn\u011b jako v\u0161echna jeho piva, je i silvestrovsk\u00e9 Eli\u0161\u010dino kr\u00e1lovsk\u00e9 va\u0159eno v omezen\u00e9m mno\u017estv\u00ed. &#8222;V\u00e1rka tohoto piva s velice speci\u00e1ln\u00ed recepturou m\u011bla zhruba sto litr\u016f a je vyrobena z ojedin\u011bl\u00fdch surovin,&#8220; \u0159ekl Rambousek.<br \/>\nTechnologie byla n\u00e1sledn\u011b p\u0159est\u011bhov\u00e1na do are\u00e1lu Pivovaru Pardubice.
