IPL- takto se ozna\u010duje pivo le\u017e\u00e1ck\u00e9ho typu, kter\u00e9 se nav\u00edc chmel\u00ed do t\u0159etice za studena.<\/li>\n<li>V lednu 2026 op\u011bt nab\u00edzeli <strong>T\u0159\u00edkr\u00e1lovou 13<\/strong>. Pivo bylo chmeleno hned 3 x \u2013 prvn\u00ed chmelen\u00ed prob\u011bhlo na varn\u011b odr\u016fdou Sl\u00e1dek, hl\u00e1vkov\u00fd \u010derstv\u00fd chmel dali do druh\u00e9 d\u00e1vky chmelovaru a pro vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed aroma je\u0161t\u011b do t\u0159etice do v\u00ed\u0159iv\u00e9 kad\u011b.<\/li>\n<li>V srpnu 2025 novinka <strong>Dundee 12<\/strong> \u2013 australian NEIPA. Toto kaln\u00e9 pivo je d\u00edky spojen\u00ed speci\u00e1ln\u00edch slad\u016f a australsk\u00fdch chmel\u016f zn\u00e1m\u00e9 pro svou \u0161\u0165avnatou, ovocnou chu\u0165 a kr\u00e9mov\u00fd n\u00e1dech.<\/li>\n<li>Od 17.10.2024 v nab\u00eddce novinka <strong>Bastard-Ale 14<\/strong> &#8211; single hop, kter\u00fd je postaven\u00fd na americk\u00e9 odr\u016fd\u011b chmele Willamette.<\/li>\n<li>V \u010dervenci 2024 v prodeji <strong>Wanted-Ale<\/strong> (12% svrchn\u011b kva\u0161en\u00fd speci\u00e1l stylu American Ale). Pivo jantarov\u00e9 barvy chmeleno op\u011bt americk\u00fdma odr\u016fdami chmele Cascade, Amarillo, Idaho 7 a Dr.Rudi (Nov\u00fd Z\u00e9land).<\/li>\n<li>Od 20.6.2024 v nab\u00eddce <strong>\u0160em\u00edk<\/strong> (sun APA, EPM 11 % Alk.: 4,5 %). Letn\u00ed lehk\u00fd Ale oslnil sl\u00e1mov\u011b \u017elutou barvou, p\u0159\u00edjemnou ho\u0159kost\u00ed a typickou v\u016fn\u00ed \u010derstv\u00e9ho chmele s aromatem citrusov\u00fdch plod\u016f d\u00edky aromatick\u00fdm chmel\u016fm z USA.<\/li>\n<li>Od 22.2.2024 na \u010depu novinka <strong>Plnokrevn\u00edk 16<\/strong> (New England I.P.A). Krom\u011b \u010desk\u00e9ho sladu nav\u00edc p\u0159idali jak p\u0161eni\u010dn\u00e9, tak tak\u00e9 ovesn\u00e9 vlo\u010dky. Letn\u00ed lehk\u00fd Ale, V\u00e1s ve sklenici osln\u00ed sl\u00e1mov\u011b \u017elutou barvou, p\u0159\u00edjemnou ho\u0159kost\u00ed a typickou v\u016fn\u00ed \u010derstv\u00e9ho chmele s aromatem citrusov\u00fdch plod\u016f d\u00edky aromatick\u00fdm chmel\u016fm z USA.<\/li>\n<li>Po za\u010d\u00e1tc\u00edch v p\u0159\u00edstavku hostince U Kon\u00ed\u010dka na pomez\u00ed obc\u00ed Vojkovice a Dobratice, a pozd\u011bji ve skladech v Kon\u00ed\u010dkov\u011b dvo\u0159e ve Vojkovic\u00edch, kter\u00fd vznikl \u00fapravou are\u00e1lu b\u00fdval\u00e9ho lihovaru, pozd\u011bji zem\u011bd\u011blsk\u00e9ho dru\u017estva, byla v sobotu 1. \u010dervence 2023 slavnostn\u011b otev\u0159ena nov\u00fd are\u00e1l Pivovaru Kon\u00ed\u010dek. Stavba trvala dva roky a v budov\u011b byla kompletn\u00ed technologie, spilka, sklepy s tanky, sklady i pln\u00edc\u00ed linka. Krom\u011b toho tak\u00e9 pivnice, v tomto p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b pivovarsk\u00e1 \u0160alanda a v podkrov\u00ed s\u00e1l a\u017e pro 120 lid\u00ed. V\u00fdroba piva pokra\u010dovala ji\u017e jen tady na adrese Vojkovice \u010d.49.<\/li>\n<li>Od 9.6.2023 v nab\u00eddce Sun APA <strong>\u0160em\u00edk 11 %<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Od 26.5.2023 novinka \u2013 <strong>Kon\u00edk<\/strong>. Sv\u011btl\u00fd filtrovan\u00fd le\u017e\u00e1k 12%, kter\u00fd u\u017e z\u016fstal ve st\u00e1l\u00e9 nab\u00eddce a roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159il tak st\u00e1l\u00fd sortiment.<\/li>\n<li>V dubnu 2023 novinka \u2013 <strong>Western ale 13 %<\/strong> (svrchn\u011b kva\u0161en\u00fd polotmav\u00fd speci\u00e1l, 3x chmelen\u00fd, 2x na varn\u011b a do t\u0159etice americk\u00fdm aromatick\u00fdm chmelem).<\/li>\n<li>V kv\u011btnu 2022 novinka \u2013 <strong>Belgik<\/strong> (belgick\u00fd saison 15%). Dvorn\u00ed speci\u00e1l bylo spodn\u011b kva\u0161en\u00e9 sv\u011btl\u00e9 pivo m\u011bd\u011bn\u00e9 barvy. Mok se vyzna\u010doval st\u0159edn\u00ed ho\u0159kost\u00ed a pln\u00fdm sladov\u00fdm t\u011blem.<\/li>\n<li>V \u0159\u00edjnu 2018 v prodeji pivo Hektor 19,18 %. Pivo typu German Hefeweizen je ur\u010den\u00e9 pro milovn\u00edky p\u0159\u00edm\u00e9 p\u0161enice, kte\u0159\u00ed se obejdou bez dopl\u0148kov\u00fdch ingredienc\u00ed. Zpo\u010d\u00e1tku jemn\u00fd, nejsp\u00ed\u0161e nezbytn\u00fd ban\u00e1nov\u00fd buket, n\u00e1sleduje v\u0161ak tvrd\u00fd n\u00e1stup poctiv\u00e9ho p\u0161eni\u010dn\u00e9ho zrna.<\/li>\n<li>Minipivovar sv\u00e1tky jara roku 2018 uva\u0159il <strong>Velikono\u010dn\u00ed speci\u00e1l<\/strong> (16 %, alk. 6,9 %). Pivo bylo mahagonov\u00e9 barvy s v\u016fn\u00ed karamelovou, ko\u0159enitou, lehce zeleninovou. Byl uva\u0159en s pomoc\u00ed p\u0159\u00edrodn\u00edho barviva, kter\u00e9 je z \u010derven\u00e9 \u0159epy.<\/li>\n<li>Klus\u00e1\u010dek (13 %, alk. 5,5 %) &#8211; prvn\u00ed speci\u00e1l roku 2018. \u0160lo o pivo tmav\u0161\u00ed m\u011bd\u011bn\u00e9 barvy, kter\u00e9 zaujme svou karamelovou a sladovou v\u016fn\u00ed. Sortiment pochutin od \u0159eznictv\u00ed a uzen\u00e1\u0159stv\u00ed Bobr.<\/li>\n<li>Kon\u00ed\u010dk\u016fv dv\u016fr ve Vojkovic\u00edch se ofici\u00e1ln\u011b otev\u0159el dne 7.3.2017. Uv\u00edtali z\u00e1kazn\u00edky v potravin\u00e1ch a \u0159eznictv\u00ed, v cukr\u00e1rn\u011b a pivot\u00e9ce Ve Dvo\u0159e.<\/li>\n<li>Ke sv\u00e1tku Sv. Majitel Mojm\u00edr Velk\u00fd se rozhodl koupit are\u00e1l v centru obce Vojkovice. Sou\u010dasn\u00fd are\u00e1l pivovaru ji\u017e toti\u017e nedisponoval dostatkem prostoru pro dal\u0161\u00ed rozvoj a a nav\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed v\u00fdroby pivovaru.<\/li>\n<li>Na konci listopadu na \u010depu <strong>Podkov\u00e1\u0159<\/strong>. Sl\u00e1dek p\u0159ipravil 3 x chmelen\u00fd (za studena) speci\u00e1l. Sv\u011btl\u00e9, extra ho\u0159k\u00e9 pivo (15 %, 6,5 % alk.).<\/li>\n<li>Od 11.8.2016 p\u0159icv\u00e1l\u00e1 ke v\u0161em piva\u0159\u016fm <strong>Kobyla<\/strong> &#8211; smetanov\u00fd tmav\u00fd speci\u00e1l (15 %). Pro v\u00fdrobu byl pou\u017eit\u00fd moravsk\u00fd, barevn\u00fd, karamelov\u00fd a mnichovsk\u00fd slad. Alkohol: 6,3 %.<\/li>\n<li>Na \u010depu v hostinci byl od 3.6.2016 nejen medov\u00fd speci\u00e1l \u010cmel\u00e1k (12 %) a takt\u00e9\u017e unik\u00e1tn\u00ed v\u00fdro\u010dn\u00ed Vy\u0159echtan\u00e1 (11 %). \u0160lo o pivo polotmav\u00e9 a\u017e jantarov\u00e9 barvy, chmelen\u00e9 speci\u00e1ln\u00edm \u010desk\u00fdm, klasick\u00fdm, \u017eateck\u00fdm chmelem (\u017d.P.\u010c.). Unik\u00e1tn\u00ed chu\u0165 pak podtrhovala nov\u00e1 aromatick\u00e1 odr\u016fda Kazbek a speci\u00e1ln\u00ed aromatick\u00e1 odr\u016fda p\u011bstovan\u00e1 jen v USA.<\/li>\n<li>U Kon\u00ed\u010dka byl na \u010depu Pony Pejl &#8211; aromaticko ho\u0159k\u00fd, sv\u011btl\u00fd, speci\u00e1l (13%) od 7. dubna 2016.<\/li>\n<li>Zah\u00e1jen\u00ed v\u00fdroby sudov\u00fdch limon\u00e1d od Kon\u00ed\u010dka v dubnu 2016 &#8211; KO\u0147AKOLA a POMERAN\u010cOLA<\/li>\n<li>Pivovar roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159il v b\u0159eznu 2016 nab\u00eddku o filtrovan\u00e1 piva &#8211; <strong>Pon\u00edk a Vojkovjan<\/strong>. Po deseti letech, kdy pivovar Kon\u00ed\u010dek va\u0159il pouze nefiltrovan\u00e1 a nepasterizovan\u00e1 piva, se sortiment roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159il i o piva filtrovan\u00e1. St\u00e1lou nab\u00eddku tak, vedle mok\u016f Ryz\u00e1k, Gro\u0161\u00e1k a Vran\u00edk doplnily i Pon\u00edk 10 % a Vojkovjan 12 %. \u0160lo sice o piva filtrovan\u00e1, ale z\u016fstanou d\u00e1le nepasterizovan\u00e1.<\/li>\n<li>U Kon\u00ed\u010dka bylo od 28. ledna 2016 k dispozici nov\u011b i pivo <strong>Belgia-Pomeran\u010d<\/strong>. \u0160lo o svrchn\u011b kva\u0161en\u00fd speci\u00e1l belgick\u00e9ho typu (13 %, 5,5 % alkohol.). Pivo je k dispozici i v PET.<\/li>\n<li>Dne 27.1.2016 m\u011bli na \u010depu speci\u00e1l <strong>Sr\u0161e\u0148<\/strong> &#8211; polotmav\u00fd, medov\u00fd (14%). Barva se pohybovala v rozsahu od zlat\u00e9 po barvu star\u00e9 m\u011bdi. Plnost byla vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed sladov\u00e1, dopln\u011bn\u00e1 siln\u00fdm aroma.<\/li>\n<li>Po mimo\u0159\u00e1dn\u00e9m \u00fasp\u011bchu se v\u0161ichni milovn\u00edci piva op\u011bt do\u010dkali. Nejsiln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed extra speci\u00e1l<strong> \u0160t\u011bdrok 24\u00b0<\/strong> (alk. 10,5 %) byl na \u010depu od 19. prosince 2014. Ve t\u0159et\u00edm chmelen\u00ed z\u00edsk\u00e1v\u00e1 pivo svou typickou a jedine\u010dnou chu\u0165 aplikac\u00ed hl\u00e1vkov\u00e9ho \u017dateck\u00e9ho poloran\u00e9ho \u010derve\u0148\u00e1ku, kter\u00fd je p\u011bstov\u00e1n na \u00fazem\u00ed obce Vojkovice, ale u M\u011bln\u00edka. Pivo je charakteristick\u00e9 vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed plnost\u00ed, st\u0159edn\u00ed ho\u0159kost\u00ed, ale hlavn\u011b intenzivn\u00ed pronikavou v\u016fn\u00ed. \u010cerstv\u011b sklizen\u00fd chmel m\u00ed\u0159\u00ed p\u0159\u00edmo z chmelnic do pivovaru Kon\u00ed\u010dek, a to pr\u00e1v\u011b v dob\u011b, kdy se za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 va\u0159it pivo na v\u00e1noce, co\u017e je po\u010d\u00e1tkem \u0159\u00edjna. Celkem bylo nava\u0159eno 6 000 litr\u016f v\u00e1no\u010dn\u00edho piva, kter\u00e9 bylo od 12. prosince 2014 na \u010depu.<\/li>\n<li>Pivn\u00ed menu na podzim a zimu 2014: 26. 9. Vedle oblig\u00e1tn\u00edho Radegastu je v interi\u00e9ru pivnice na \u010depu jeden\u00e1ctistup\u0148ov\u00fd nefiltrovan\u00fd kvasni\u010d\u00e1k s n\u00e1zvem Ryz\u00e1k. U\u0161lechtil\u00fd n\u00e1poj vznikl rukou skute\u010dn\u00e9ho odborn\u00edka, v tomto p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b mlad\u00e9ho sl\u00e1dka po zmoud\u0159en\u00ed zb\u011bhl\u00e9ho z nedalek\u00e9 pivn\u00ed velkov\u00fdrobny. P\u0159esto\u017ee se m\u00edstn\u00ed pivo prod\u00e1valo pouze p\u00e1r posledn\u00edch letn\u00edch m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f, v nab\u00eddce byl hned dal\u0161\u00ed druh, \u010dern\u00e1 dvan\u00e1ctka. Lok\u00e1l U Kon\u00ed\u010dka je koncipov\u00e1n jako selsk\u00e1 jizba. Sb\u011bratele zaujme zna\u010dkov\u00e9 pivn\u00ed sklo s logem minipivovaru.<br \/>\nV z\u00e1\u0159\u00ed 2006 jste si v resturaci pochutnali na sv\u011btl\u00e9 jeden\u00e1ctce s n\u00e1zvem Ryz\u00e1k (0,5 l za 16 K\u010d) a tmav\u00e9 dvan\u00e1ctce Vran\u00edk (0,5 l za 19 K\u010d). V hostinci p\u0159il\u00e9h\u00e1 kryt\u00e1 zahr\u00e1dka s d\u0159ev\u011bn\u00fdmi stoly. Na tr\u00e1vn\u00edk kolem vrh\u00e1 \u0161irok\u00fd st\u00edn ko\u0161at\u00fd jasan. P\u0159\u00edjemn\u00e9 prost\u0159ed\u00ed v dosahu beskydsk\u00fdch hor zn\u00e1sobovala i ohrada dv\u011bma ko\u0148mi. Technologie je um\u00edst\u011bna v mal\u00e9m dome\u010dku vedle budovy hostince.<br \/>\nV listopadu 2006 minipivovar va\u0159il sv\u011btl\u00fd le\u017e\u00e1k Ryz\u00e1k a tmav\u00fd le\u017e\u00e1k Vran\u00edk.<br \/>\nNa konec roku 2006 uva\u0159il minipivovar speci\u00e1ln\u00ed polotmavou \u010dtrn\u00e1ctku Gro\u0161\u00e1k. Speci\u00e1l se setkal s velk\u00fdm \u00fasp\u011bchem, proto bylo rozhodnuto ho za\u0159adit do b\u011b\u017en\u00e9ho sortimentu. Piva\u0159i se na n\u011bho mohli t\u011b\u0161it v polovin\u011b \u00fanora 2007.<br \/>\nSlad, sv\u011btl\u00fd i tmav\u00fd, si voz\u00ed sl\u00e1dek s\u00e1m z Brodku u P\u0159erova. Kvasnice z pivovaru Zubr v P\u0159erov\u011b.<br \/>\nMinipivovar p\u0159ipravil na velikono\u010dn\u00ed sv\u00e1tky roku 2007 speci\u00e1ln\u00ed polotmavou t\u0159in\u00e1ctku. Piva\u0159i ji mohli ochutnat jen v Pivovarsk\u00e9m klubu v Praze-Karl\u00edn\u011b.<br \/>\n\u201ePivo m\u00e1 po uva\u0159en\u00ed le\u017eet dvan\u00e1ct dn\u00ed ve spilce a pak m\u011bs\u00edc zr\u00e1t ve sklep\u011b. Jenom\u017ee ji\u017e po dvou dnech chodili v\u0161ichni kamar\u00e1di, soused\u00e9 a zn\u00e1m\u00ed ochutn\u00e1vat. Ne\u017e dozr\u00e1lo, polovina byla vypita,\u201c sm\u00e1l se v b\u0159eznu 2007 sl\u00e1dek Mojm\u00edr Velk\u00fd. \u201eHlavn\u00ed inspirac\u00ed pro m\u011b byl restaura\u010dn\u00ed minipivovar na Hukvaldech. Tehdy jsem si \u0159ekl, \u017ee bychom to u n\u00e1s mohli zkusit taky,\u201c vzpom\u00ednal na za\u010d\u00e1tky. P\u0159esto\u017ee mu bylo teprve \u010dty\u0159iadvacet let, zku\u0161enost\u00ed m\u011bl dost. Vyu\u010dil se v oboru sladovn\u00edk- pivovarn\u00edk a p\u011bt let pracoval v nedalek\u00e9m pivovaru Radegast. O tom, jak se pivo va\u0159\u00ed a co v\u0161echno je k jeho v\u00fdrob\u011b zapot\u0159eb\u00ed, v\u011bd\u011bl v\u0161e. \u201eV Radegastu jsem pro\u0161el t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 v\u0161\u00edm a r\u00e1d na ta l\u00e9ta vzpom\u00edn\u00e1m. V\u0161ak u\u017e u n\u00e1s kolegov\u00e9 ze sladovny byli a moje pivo jim chutnalo. Je jin\u00e9, nefiltrovan\u00e9, nepasterizovan\u00e9, p\u0159\u00edrodn\u00ed &#8211; ale z\u00e1klad je stejn\u00fd: slad, voda, chmel, kvasnice. Nic v\u00edc,\u201c tvrdil. Jeho kvasnicov\u00e9 pivo m\u011blo pro zdej\u0161\u00ed restauraci i v\u00fdsti\u017en\u00e1 jm\u00e9na: sv\u011btl\u00e1 jeden\u00e1ctka Ryz\u00e1k, tmav\u00e1 dvan\u00e1ctka Vran\u00edk, polotmav\u00e1 \u010dtrn\u00e1ctka Gro\u0161\u00e1k. \u201eUva\u0159ili jsme jej jako v\u00e1no\u010dn\u00ed speci\u00e1l a lidem tak zachutnalo, \u017ee jej va\u0159\u00edme b\u011b\u017en\u011b,\u201c \u0159ekl. Minipivovar Vojkovice byl typick\u00fd rodinn\u00fd podnik. Star\u0161\u00ed bratr provozoval restauraci, kter\u00e1 vznikla na m\u00edst\u011b b\u00fdval\u00e9 rodinn\u00e9 usedlosti, maminka se starala o kuchy\u0148, mlad\u0161\u00ed Mojm\u00edr va\u0159il pivo. V \u010dem spo\u010d\u00edvala role sl\u00e1dka? Romantick\u00e1 p\u0159edstava vrchn\u00edho kucha\u0159e, kter\u00fd ochucuje v\u00e1rku p\u0159isyp\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00edm chmelov\u00fdch \u0161i\u0161ek, je notn\u011b zkreslen\u00e1. \u201eJsem va\u0159i\u010d, sl\u00e1dek, \u0161toka\u0159, spile\u010dn\u00fd, sklep\u00e1k i tankomy\u010d,\u201c \u0159ekl s \u00fasm\u011bvem Mojm\u00edr Velk\u00fd. V l\u00e9t\u011b va\u0159il p\u011bt a\u017e \u0161est v\u00e1rek t\u00fddn\u011b, v zim\u011b dv\u011b v\u00e1rky po 250 litrech. \u201eLo\u0148sk\u00e9 l\u00e9to se vyda\u0159ilo, denn\u011b se vypilo kolem p\u011bti set p\u016fllitr\u016f. Chod\u00ed k n\u00e1m hodn\u011b turist\u016f, cyklist\u00e9, lid\u00e9 z okol\u00ed si brali soudky dom\u016f \u2013 t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 jsme nesta\u010dili va\u0159it,\u201c vzpom\u00ednal na \u00fasp\u011b\u0161nou prvn\u00ed sezonu. Zdej\u0161\u00ed pivo v\u0161ak znali i v Praze. \u201eV prosinci se tam konal v\u00e1no\u010dn\u00ed pivn\u00ed trh, tak jsme jeli i s kolegou z hukvaldsk\u00e9ho minipivovaru p\u0159edstavit na\u0161e pivo. Pra\u017e\u00e1k\u016fm zachutnalo, a tak jej dodnes dod\u00e1v\u00e1me do Pivovarsk\u00e9ho Klubu v Karl\u00edn\u011b.\u201c<br \/>\nV minipivovaru jste v dubnu 2007 mohli ochutnat sv\u011btl\u00e9ho Ryz\u00e1ka 11\u00b0 (0,5 l za 18 K\u010d), tmav\u00e9ho Vran\u00edka 12\u00b0 (19 K\u010d) a polotmav\u00e9ho Gro\u0161\u00e1ka 14\u00b0 (20 K\u010d).<br \/>\nSl\u00e1dek minipivovaru Mojm\u00edr Velk\u00fd p\u0159ipravil k prvn\u00edmu v\u00fdro\u010d\u00ed otev\u0159en\u00ed provozu speci\u00e1ln\u00ed Dvaadvac\u00edtku. K ochutn\u00e1n\u00ed byla na po\u010d\u00e1tku \u010dervence 2007.<br \/>\nV \u010dervenci 2007 jste si ve Vojkovic\u00edch mohli pochutnat na sv\u011btl\u00e9 jeden\u00e1ctce Ryz\u00e1k za 18 K\u010d, tmav\u00e9 dvan\u00e1ctce Vran\u00edk za 19 K\u010d a polotmav\u00e9 \u010dtrn\u00e1ctce Gro\u0161\u00e1k za 20 K\u010d.<br \/>\nOd 11.11.2007 byl ve Vojkovic\u00edch na \u010depu Svatomartinsk\u00fd Speci\u00e1l 11 % polotmav\u00fd.<br \/>\nMinipivovar m\u011bl od 19.prosince 2007 na \u010depu V\u00e1no\u010dn\u00ed Speci\u00e1l 13% sv\u011btl\u00e9, od 26.12. pak sv\u011btl\u00fd speci\u00e1l Klad\u02c7as 16%.<br \/>\nVe vojkovick\u00e9 hosp\u016fdce U Kon\u00ed\u010dka byl v lednu 2008 \u010depov\u00e1n sv\u011btl\u00fd jeden\u00e1ctistup\u0148ov\u00fd Ryz\u00e1k za 19 K\u010d, tmav\u00fd le\u017e\u00e1k Vran\u00edk za 21 K\u010d a polotmav\u00fd \u010dtrn\u00e1ctistup\u0148ov\u00fd Gro\u0161\u00e1k za 22 K\u010d.<br \/>\nOd 23.3 2008 byl v minipivovaru na \u010depu 16% sv\u011btl\u00fd Kla\u010fas.<br \/>\nNa ja\u0159e 2008 minipivovar uva\u0159il Vojkovick\u00fd Extra Speci\u00e1l 22\u00b0.<br \/>\nZ d\u016fvod\u016f nav\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed v\u00fdroby instalovali ve Vojkovic\u00edch na podzim 2008 \u00fapln\u011b novou varnu o objemu 500 l hotov\u00e9ho piva.<br \/>\nDne 31.1.2009 bylo na \u010depu Medov\u00e9 sv\u011btl\u00e9 speci\u00e1ln\u00ed pivo 12% \u010cmel\u00e1k. Minipivovar uva\u0159il pivo pro Klub Netop\u00fdr v Brn\u011b na Fl\u00e9d\u011b &#8211; sv\u011btl\u00fd speci\u00e1l Netop\u00fdr 14% (hodn\u011b chmelen\u00e9 pivo dle po\u017eadavku klubu Netop\u00fdr).<br \/>\nDo jarn\u00ed degusta\u010dn\u00ed sout\u011b\u017ee sl\u00e1dk\u016f se v roce 2009 p\u0159ihl\u00e1sil rekordn\u00ed po\u010det minipivovar\u016f. Dne 21.3.2009 v Pivovarsk\u00e9m dvo\u0159e ve Zv\u00edkovsk\u00e9m Podhrad\u00ed mezi sebou soupe\u0159ilo 38 v\u00fdrobc\u016f, kte\u0159\u00ed p\u0159ivezli celkem 130 druh\u016f piv. V kategorii sv\u011btl\u00e9 le\u017e\u00e1ky 11% zv\u00edt\u011bzil Ryz\u00e1k z Vojkovic .<br \/>\nV r\u00e1mci Dne Kon\u00ed\u010dka (6.6.2009) k 3.v\u00fdro\u010d\u00ed zalo\u017een\u00ed pivovaru sl\u00e1dek p\u0159ipravil medov\u00fd le\u017e\u00e1k \u010cmel\u00e1k.<br \/>\nSl\u00e1dek Mojm\u00edr Velk\u00fd p\u0159ipravil na V\u00e1noce 2009 hned dva speci\u00e1l: V\u00e1no\u010dn\u00ed sv\u011btlou t\u0159in\u00e1ctku a medovou dvan\u00e1ctku \u010cmel\u00e1k. &#8222;Jakmile se dopije v\u00e1no\u010dn\u00ed t\u0159in\u00e1ctka, za\u010dneme \u010depovat \u010dmel\u00e1ka,&#8220; \u0159ekl v prosinci 2009 sl\u00e1dek.<br \/>\nHostinec nese u\u017e od roku 1999 jm\u00e9no U Kon\u00ed\u010dka podle jm\u00e9na Josefa Kon\u00ed\u010dka, kter\u00fd tady kdysi vystav\u011bl zem\u011bd\u011blskou usedlost. \u201eNa\u0161li jsme po n\u011bm ml\u00fdnek na kafe se jm\u00e9nem Josef Kon\u00ed\u010dek a datem 1902,\u201c \u0159ekl Mojm\u00edr Velk\u00fd, kter\u00fd m\u011bl v rodinn\u00e9 firm\u011b na starost va\u0159en\u00ed piva. Jeho matka a bratr se staraj\u00ed o kuchyni a provoz restaurace. A kdy\u017e u\u017e se p\u0159edek jmenoval Kon\u00ed\u010dek, za\u010dal Mojm\u00edr Velk\u00fd d\u00e1vat ko\u0148sk\u00e1 jm\u00e9na i piv\u016fm, kter\u00e1 tady za\u010dal va\u0159it. \u201eNa\u0161e z\u00e1kladn\u00ed piva jsou sv\u011btl\u00e1 jeden\u00e1ctka Ryz\u00e1k, tmav\u00e1 dvan\u00e1ctka Vran\u00edk a polotmav\u00e1 \u010dtrn\u00e1ctka Gro\u0161\u00e1k. V ohrad\u011b u restaurace pak pob\u00edh\u00e1 skute\u010dn\u00fd ryz\u00e1\u010dek a vran\u00edk, jenom gro\u0161\u00e1ka moment\u00e1ln\u011b nem\u00e1me,\u201c \u0159ekl v lednu 2010 Mojm\u00edr Velk\u00fd, kter\u00fd se vyu\u010dil v roce 2001 v oboru sladovn\u00edk, pivovarn\u00edk na u\u010dili\u0161ti v Hav\u00ed\u0159ov\u011b. \u201eV prvn\u00edm ro\u010dn\u00edku n\u00e1s bylo sedm a pokud v\u00edm, tak u piva jsme z\u016fstali jen dva. Pozd\u011bji ten obor zanikl,\u201c \u0159ekl sl\u00e1dek. Po absolvov\u00e1n\u00ed u\u010dili\u0161t\u011b \u0161el pracovat do Pivovaru Radegast v No\u0161ovic\u00edch a odtud v roce 2006 ode\u0161el, aby se stal sl\u00e1dkem ve vlastn\u00edm minipivovaru. Za\u010d\u00e1tky nebyly jednoduch\u00e9. \u201eLid\u00e9, zvykl\u00ed na no\u0161ovick\u00fd Radegast, zprvu pot\u0159ebovali vysv\u011btlit, pro\u010d m\u00e1 na\u0161e nepasterizovan\u00e9 pivo m\u00edrn\u00fd z\u00e1kal, jinou chu\u0165 i v\u016fni,\u201c vzpom\u00ednal Mojm\u00edr Velk\u00fd na prvn\u00ed zku\u0161enosti s va\u0159en\u00edm piva. P\u0159ipou\u0161t\u011bl, \u017ee jeho prvn\u00ed v\u00fdrobky z\u0159ejm\u011b nebyly ani na takov\u00e9 \u00farovni jako dnes. \u201eTe\u010f u\u017e snad nikoho nemus\u00edme p\u0159esv\u011bd\u010dovat, \u017ee je dobr\u00e9 p\u00edt p\u0159\u00edrodn\u00ed \u017eiv\u00e9 nepasterizovan\u00e9 pivo. M\u00e1me \u0161tamgasty s pot\u00ed\u017eemi za\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed, kte\u0159\u00ed k n\u00e1m do restaurace chod\u00ed na pivo jako do l\u00e9k\u00e1rny,\u201c \u0159ekl Mojm\u00edr Velk\u00fd. Ro\u010dn\u011b uva\u0159il a prodal zhruba 800 hl piva a pat\u0159il tak k mal\u00fdm pivovar\u016fm v kraji, kter\u00e9 maj\u00ed sp\u00ed\u0161e vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed prodej i v\u00fdrobu. \u201eChceme ale prodat je\u0161t\u011b v\u00edce,\u201c \u0159ekl sl\u00e1dek. Minipivovar ne\u010depoval sv\u00e9 pivo jen v restauraci U Kon\u00ed\u010dka, ale rozv\u00e1\u017eel je tak\u00e9 do t\u0159\u00ed restaurac\u00ed v Hav\u00ed\u0159ov\u011b, jedn\u00e9 v \u010cesk\u00e9m T\u011b\u0161\u00edn\u011b a tak\u00e9 do jednoho brn\u011bnsk\u00e9ho klubu. \u201eVoz\u00edme tam do klubu Netop\u00fdr sv\u011btlou \u010dtrn\u00e1ctku se stejn\u00fdm jm\u00e9nem,\u201c \u0159ekl sl\u00e1dek. Krom\u011b zm\u00edn\u011bn\u00fdch piv va\u0159il ob\u010das Mojm\u00edr Velk\u00fd tak\u00e9 speci\u00e1ly, nap\u0159\u00edklad medovou dvan\u00e1ctku \u010cmel\u00e1k, velikono\u010dn\u00ed \u0161estn\u00e1ctku Kla\u010fas, v\u00e1no\u010dn\u00ed sv\u011btlou t\u0159in\u00e1ctku a svatomartinskou polotmavou \u201ejeden\u00e1ct a p\u016flku\u201c. \u201eP\u0159ipravujeme nov\u00e9 speci\u00e1ln\u00ed bylinkov\u00e9 pivo,\u201c \u0159ekl v lednu 2010 Mojm\u00edr Velk\u00fd.<br \/>\nMinipivovar m\u011bl od 21.kv\u011btna 2010 na \u010depu speci\u00e1ln\u00ed Kou\u0159ov\u00e9 pivo 13 % &#8211; polotmav\u00e9 (styl Rauchen Bier).<br \/>\nNa pivn\u00ed slavnosti v Ostrav\u011b-Z\u00e1b\u0159ehu v z\u00e1\u0159\u00ed 2010 minipivovar uva\u0159il \u0161estn\u00e1ctku Kla\u010fas ( l\u00e1hev ). Piva zde to\u010den\u00e1 byla napln\u011bna i do 1,5 l PET lahv\u00ed s vlastn\u00ed etiketou.<br \/>\nDne 28.10.2010 minipivovar nab\u00edzel i sv\u011btlou \u010dtrn\u00e1ctku Netop\u00fdr (l\u00e1hev). V\u0161echna piva byla pln\u011bna do PET lahv\u00ed s etiketou.<br \/>\nV listopadu 2010 minipivovar krom\u011b st\u00e1l\u00e9ho sortimentu nab\u00edzel i polotmavou Sametovou 17%.<br \/>\nMinipivovar od 24.4.2011 nab\u00edzel velikono\u010dn\u00ed sv\u011btl\u00fd speci\u00e1l Kla\u010fas 16%<br \/>\nOde dne 12.srpna 2011 m\u011bl minipivovar na \u010depu tmav\u00fd extra speci\u00e1l-nebo-li porter, Mustang 18 %. Od 3.z\u00e1\u0159\u00ed 2011 byl na \u010depu sv\u011btl\u00fd le\u017e\u00e1k Vojkovjan 12% va\u0159en\u00fd na p\u0159\u00e1n\u00ed obce, na Obecn\u00ed den, kter\u00fd se konal ve Vojkovic\u00edch na h\u0159i\u0161ti TJ Sokol, na \u010depu byl jak v are\u00e1lu TJ tak v pivovaru.<br \/>\nOd 29.11.2011 se ve Vojkovic\u00edch \u010depoval mj. 13\u00b0 polotmav\u00fd Kou\u0159ov\u00fd speci\u00e1l.<br \/>\nNa konec roku 2011 minipivovar p\u0159ipravil V\u00e1no\u010dn\u00ed sv\u011btlou 13\u00b0.<br \/>\nMojm\u00edr Velk\u00fd z hostince U Kon\u00ed\u010dka v prosinci 2011 \u0159ekl, \u017ee pivovar pln\u00ed sudy i PET l\u00e1hve a krom\u011b sv\u00e9ho podniku dod\u00e1v\u00e1 pivo do deseti restaurac\u00ed v regionu. \u201eV l\u00e9t\u011b jedeme na maximum, v\u00edce u\u017e vyrobit nem\u016f\u017eeme. V zim\u011b b\u00fdv\u00e1 ka\u017ed\u00fd rok pokles, ale u\u017e ne takov\u00fd jako na za\u010d\u00e1tku, ka\u017edou zimu va\u0159\u00edme v\u00edce piva ne\u017e tu p\u0159edchoz\u00ed,\u201c \u0159ekl Velk\u00fd. \u201eProdej m\u00e1 st\u00e1le vzr\u016fstaj\u00edc\u00ed tendenci. Ka\u017ed\u00fd rok je to lep\u0161\u00ed a lep\u0161\u00ed,\u201c dodal Velk\u00fd. Je to pivo, kter\u00e9 se d\u00e1 p\u00edt i ve v\u011bt\u0161\u00edm mno\u017estv\u00ed, ale nen\u00ed z\u00e1rove\u0148 tak slab\u00e9, aby n\u011bkoho urazilo. Bude v\u00edce nachmelen\u00e9, s vy\u0161\u0161\u00edm obsahem \u017eateck\u00e9ho \u010derve\u0148\u00e1ku.
