Dne 31.12.2021 definitivn\u011b zav\u0159eli.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>V z\u00e1\u0159\u00ed 2021 dv\u011b novinky: 11 % Ginger Ale nebo 13 % Rye Ale.<\/li>\n<li>Od 1.6.2021 na \u010depu 8% Summer Mango Ale Labu\u0165. Na l\u00e9to op\u011bt p\u0159ipravili lehk\u00fd Ale s p\u0159\u00eddavkem \u017eitn\u00e9ho sladu, kter\u00fd dod\u00e1v\u00e1 pivu sametovou hutnost a plnost. Kombinace americk\u00fdch chmel\u016f podpo\u0159ila p\u0159\u00edjemnou ho\u0159kost a citrusov\u00e9 aroma. V\u0161e pak bylo skv\u011ble dopln\u011bno \u0161\u0165\u00e1vou z tropick\u00e9ho manga. Alkohol: 2,8 %.<\/li>\n<li>V dubnu 2021 nov\u00fd speci\u00e1l 14% Zkou\u0159en\u00e1 Labu\u0165, siln\u00e9 sv\u011btl\u00e9 spodn\u011b kva\u0161en\u00e9 pivo z naku\u0159ovan\u00fdch slad\u016f.<\/li>\n<li>Na konci z\u00e1\u0159\u00ed 2020 na \u010depu 14% American Nugget. Siln\u00e9 sv\u011btl\u00e9 svrchn\u011b kva\u0161en\u00e9 pivo. Americk\u00e1 varianta klasick\u00e9ho anglick\u00e9ho piva APA je chmelen\u00e1 americk\u00fdmi a novoz\u00e9landsk\u00fdmi chmely, kter\u00e9 dod\u00e1vaj\u00ed pivu specifickou ho\u0159kost a v\u00fdraznou v\u016fni po citrusov\u00e9m ovoci. Alk. 6%.<\/li>\n<li>Dne 25.9.2020 na \u010depu 11% Kellerbier, 12% sv\u011btl\u00fd le\u017e\u00e1k, 12% polotmav\u00fd le\u017e\u00e1k 13% sv\u011btl\u00fd Ale a novinka 14% American Nugget.<\/li>\n<li>Od 24.1.2020 novinka <strong>14% Rye Ale Labu\u0165<\/strong>. Zaj\u00edmavou variantou pivn\u00edho stylu &#8222;ALE&#8220; je toto svrchn\u011b kva\u0161en\u00e9 pivo s p\u0159\u00eddavkem \u017eitn\u00e9ho sladu. Zde p\u0159ipravili \u017eitn\u00fd speci\u00e1l z p\u011bti druh\u016f slad\u016f, kde pod\u00edl sladu \u017eitn\u00e9ho je 25%. D\u00edky \u017eitn\u00e9mu sladu m\u00e1 pivo vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed hutnost a plnost. Ho\u0159kost a aroma dosahujeme \u010dty\u0159mi druhy americk\u00fdch chmel\u016f. Ochucen\u00e9 siln\u00e9 polotmav\u00e9 medov\u00e9 pivo, spodn\u011b kva\u0161en\u00e9, p\u0159ipravovan\u00e9 ze \u010dty\u0159 druh\u016f speci\u00e1ln\u00edch slad\u016f, t\u0159\u00ed druh\u016f chmel\u016f a 18 kg prav\u00e9ho medu od litom\u011b\u0159ick\u00fdch v\u010dela\u0159\u016f. Pivo se vyzna\u010duje pln\u00fdm t\u011blem, vy\u0161\u0161\u00edm \u0159\u00edzem, p\u0159\u00edjemnou ho\u0159kost\u00ed, nasl\u00e1dlou chut\u00ed po medu. Obsah alk.: 6,5%.<\/li>\n<li>Od 16.7.2018 na \u010depu letn\u00ed speci\u00e1l <strong>8% Summer Mango Ale<\/strong> Labu\u0165. Lehk\u00fd Ale s p\u0159\u00eddavkem \u017eitn\u00e9ho sladu, kter\u00fd dodal pivu sametovou hutnost a plnost. Kombinace americk\u00fdch chmel\u016f podpo\u0159ila p\u0159\u00edjemnou ho\u0159kost a citrusov\u00e9 aroma. V\u0161e pak bylo skv\u011ble podpo\u0159eno \u0161\u0165\u00e1vou z tropick\u00e9ho manga. Alk.: 2,9 %.<\/li>\n<li>V kv\u011btnu 2018 nov\u011b na \u010depu speci\u00e1l <strong>18 % American Coffee PORTER<\/strong> Labu\u0165. Tmav\u00fd svrchn\u011b kva\u0161en\u00fd special typu Porter. Labut\u00ed Porter byl uva\u0159en z 5-ti druh\u016f slad\u016f s p\u0159\u00eddavkem ovesn\u00fdch vlo\u010dek pro zjemn\u011bn\u00ed chuti. D\u00e1le byla pou\u017eita aromatick\u00e1 k\u00e1va z Vietnamu. Ho\u0159kost piva tvo\u0159ily 4 druhy chmel\u016f ze Slovinska, Nov\u00e9ho Z\u00e9landu a Velk\u00e9 Brit\u00e1nie. Tyto kombinace daly pivu aroma po \u010dokol\u00e1d\u011b a zraj\u00edc\u00edm ovoci. Obsah alkoholu: 7,8 %.<\/li>\n<li>V b\u0159eznu 2018 na \u010depu <strong>15 % Stout Labu\u0165<\/strong>. Pivo tmav\u0161\u00ed a\u017e \u010dern\u00e9 barvy s pra\u017eenou k\u00e1vovou a \u010dokol\u00e1dovou v\u016fn\u00ed. Stout Labu\u0165 byl uva\u0159en ze sedmi druh\u016f speci\u00e1ln\u00edch slad\u016f a dvou druh\u016f americk\u00fdch chmel\u016f. St\u0159edn\u00ed \u0159\u00edz se st\u0159edn\u00edm t\u011blem a velmi lehk\u00e1 alkoholov\u00e1 h\u0159ejivost v z\u00e1v\u011bru. Pivo vzniklo ve spolupr\u00e1ci s pivovarem Falkon. Obsah alk.: 6,4%.<\/li>\n<li>V prosinci 2017 na \u010depu <strong>15 % Belgian Ale<\/strong> Labu\u0165. Svrchn\u011b kva\u0161en\u00fd speci\u00e1l inspirovan\u00fd belgickou pivn\u00ed sc\u00e9nou. Jednalo se o svrchn\u011b kva\u0161en\u00e9 pivo uva\u0159en\u00e9 z belgick\u00fdch slad\u016f, dvou druh\u016f anglick\u00fdch chmel\u016f a belgick\u00fdch kvasinek. Tyto kvasnice dod\u00e1vaj\u00ed pivu v\u00fdrazn\u00e9 aroma, kde m\u016f\u017eete nap\u0159\u00edklad c\u00edtit v\u016fni ban\u00e1n\u016f, h\u0159eb\u00ed\u010dku a rozinek. Ho\u0159kost u t\u011bchto piv je ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed a b\u00fdvaj\u00ed jemn\u011b nasl\u00e1dl\u00e1. Bled\u011b zlat\u00e1 barva, jemn\u00e1 p\u011bna, v\u016fn\u011b slab\u011b sladov\u00e1 a p\u0159\u00edjemn\u011b ovocn\u00e1 po malin\u00e1ch. Pivo m\u011blo jemnou vyv\u00e1\u017eenou chu\u0165 sladu a ovocn\u00fdch t\u00f3n\u016f s jemnou ho\u0159kost\u00ed, t\u011blo bylo st\u0159edn\u011b slab\u00e9 s ni\u017e\u0161\u00edm \u0159\u00edzem. Alk. 5%.<\/li>\n<li>Dne 1.6.2017 na \u010depu 10 % v\u00fd\u010depn\u00ed, 12 % sv\u011btl\u00fd le\u017e\u00e1k, 12 % polotmav\u00fd le\u017e\u00e1k, 13 % Ale, 15 % Maibock.<\/li>\n<li>Dne 27.1.2016 na \u010depu narozeninov\u00fd speci\u00e1l <strong>Black Wheat IPA 15 %<\/strong>. Svoj\u00ed ho\u0159kost\u00ed p\u0159ipom\u00ednal piva typu IPA, ale kombinac\u00ed tmav\u00fdch je\u010dn\u00fdch a p\u0161eni\u010dn\u00fdch slad\u016f a chmelen\u00edm americk\u00fdmi chmely za studena z\u00edskalo toto pivo velmi tmavou a\u017e \u010dernou barvu a hustou b\u00e9\u017eovou p\u011bnu. \u010cokol\u00e1dov\u00e9 a k\u00e1vov\u00e9 t\u00f3ny se snoubily s ovocnou v\u016fn\u00ed tropick\u00e9ho ovoce, prysky\u0159ice, ho\u0159k\u00e9 \u010dokol\u00e1dy a pra\u017een\u00e9ho sladu.<\/li>\n<li>Minipivovar m\u011bl na konci prosince 2016 na \u010depu novinku \u2013 <strong>18 % Medov\u00fd pivn\u00ed speci\u00e1l Labu\u0165<\/strong>.<br \/>\nSiln\u00fd spodn\u011b kva\u0161en\u00fd medov\u00fd speci\u00e1l p\u0159ipravovan\u00fd ze \u010dty\u0159 druh\u016f speci\u00e1ln\u00edch slad\u016f, t\u0159\u00ed druh\u016f chmel\u016f a<br \/>\n18 kg prav\u00e9ho medu od litom\u011b\u0159ick\u00fdch v\u010dela\u0159\u016f. Svrchn\u011b kva\u0161en\u00fd speci\u00e1l inspirovan\u00fd belgickou pivn\u00ed sc\u00e9nou. Jednalo se o svrchn\u011b kva\u0161en\u00e9 pivo uva\u0159en\u00e9 z belgick\u00fdch slad\u016f, dvou druh\u016f anglick\u00fdch chmel\u016f a belgick\u00fdch kvasinek. Tyto kvasnice dod\u00e1vaj\u00ed pivu v\u00fdrazn\u00e9 aroma, kde m\u016f\u017eete nap\u0159\u00edklad c\u00edtit v\u016fni ban\u00e1n\u016f, h\u0159eb\u00ed\u010dku a rozinek. Ho\u0159kost u t\u011bchto piv je ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed a b\u00fdvaj\u00ed jemn\u011b nasl\u00e1dl\u00e1. Barva &#8211; 23 EBC. Ho\u0159kost &#8211; 20 IBU. Alkohol &#8211; 6,3%.<\/li>\n<li>Minipivovar m\u011bl na po\u010d\u00e1tku listopadu 2016 na \u010depu novinkov\u00fd speci\u00e1l \u2013 <strong>16 % fresh hop Kazbek IPA<\/strong>.<br \/>\nTento speci\u00e1l je mo\u017en\u00e9 uva\u0159it pouze jednou do roka a to jen v okam\u017eiku sklizn\u011b zelen\u00e9ho chmelu.<br \/>\nObsah alkoholu je 6,8%. Barva &#8211; 20 EBC.<\/li>\n<li>Dne 27.9.2016 na \u010depu dv\u011b novinky: <strong>11% Kellerbier<\/strong> (tzv. sklepn\u00ed pivo) je nefiltrovan\u00fd, p\u0159\u00edjemn\u011b chmelen\u00fd a spodn\u011b kva\u0161en\u00fd le\u017e\u00e1k. M\u00e1 ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed a\u017e st\u0159edn\u00ed \u0159\u00edz a st\u0159edn\u00ed plnost. V aroma i chuti se projevuje kvasni\u010dnost, karamelov\u00e9 a o\u0159\u00ed\u0161kov\u00e9 t\u00f3ny po Mnichovsk\u00e9m sladu a samoz\u0159ejm\u011b chmelov\u00e1 ho\u0159kost, p\u0159ech\u00e1zej\u00edc\u00ed do dozn\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed.<br \/>\nObsah alkoholu je 4,2%<br \/>\n<strong>15% Oatmeal Pale Ale<\/strong>. Styl OATMEAL Pale ALE je u n\u00e1s m\u00e9n\u011b zn\u00e1m\u00fd typ ENGLISH ALE. Pro v\u00fdrobu se skute\u010dn\u011b pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed b\u011b\u017en\u00e9 ovesn\u00e9 vlo\u010dky, jejich\u017e aroma je v pivu c\u00edtit. Prvn\u00ed pivo uva\u0159\u00edme sice je\u0161t\u011b v roce 2010, z\u00e1kazn\u00edk\u016fm ho ale kv\u016fli technologick\u00fdm postup\u016fm budeme moci nab\u00eddnout a\u017e zkraje dal\u0161\u00edho roku,\u201c popsala v prosinci 2010 situaci okolo pivovaru Sabina \u017d\u00e1kov\u00e1. Zcela nov\u00fd podnik se bude jmenovat Minipivovar Labu\u0165 a v nab\u00eddce m\u00e1 m\u00edt 11\u00b0 a 12\u00b0 sv\u011btl\u00e9 a tak\u00e9 polotmav\u00e9 pivo plze\u0148sk\u00e9ho typu. \u201eP\u0159i v\u00fdrob\u011b projde pivo dv\u011bma st\u00e1dii kva\u0161en\u00ed, nebude obsahovat \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 konzervanty, vrac\u00edme se zde k p\u016fvodn\u00edmu va\u0159en\u00ed piva,\u201c \u0159ekla ve sklepen\u00edch hotelu Labu\u0165 Sabina \u017d\u00e1kov\u00e1. Jak dodala, s man\u017eelem je\u0161t\u011b nem\u011bli jasno o tom, jak se bude nov\u00e9 pivo jmenovat. Prostory restaurace a pivovaru byly stylov\u00e9, klenut\u00e9 sklepen\u00ed zdob\u00ed p\u016fvodn\u00ed obna\u017een\u00e9 zdivo. Host\u00e9, kter\u00fdch se dovnit\u0159 vejde kolem \u0161edes\u00e1ti, m\u011bli sed\u011bt na d\u0159ev\u011bn\u00fdch lavic\u00edch a v sezon\u011b mohli vyu\u017e\u00edt i venkovn\u00ed zahr\u00e1dku. \u201eChceme, aby host, kter\u00fd sem p\u0159ijde, poznal atmosf\u00e9ru v\u00fdroby piva. Uc\u00edt\u00ed typickou v\u016fni, kter\u00e1 se p\u0159ed lety linula m\u011bstem, kdy\u017e se vyr\u00e1b\u011blo pivo v litom\u011b\u0159ick\u00e9m pivovaru. Pl\u00e1nujeme tak\u00e9 jakousi z\u00e1\u017eitkovou n\u00e1v\u0161t\u011bvu pivovaru, kdy si \u010dlov\u011bk bude moci na vlastn\u00ed k\u016f\u017ei vyzkou\u0161et se sl\u00e1dkem samotnou v\u00fdrobu,\u201c popsala dal\u0161\u00ed z\u00e1m\u011bry majitel\u016f Sabina \u017d\u00e1kov\u00e1.<br \/>\nRo\u010dn\u00ed produkce minipivovaru m\u011bla b\u00fdt v za\u010d\u00e1tc\u00edch 600 hl piva, co\u017e znamenalo 120 tis\u00edc p\u016fllitr\u016f. St\u00e1\u010den\u00ed do lahv\u00ed a n\u00e1sledn\u00fd prodej do obchodn\u00ed s\u00edt\u011b man\u017eel\u00e9 \u017d\u00e1kovi nepl\u00e1novali, n\u011bkter\u00e1 speci\u00e1ln\u00ed piva v\u0161ak cht\u011bli st\u00e1\u010det do vlastn\u00edch reklamn\u00edch lahv\u00ed. Minipivovar nem\u011bl b\u00fdt klasickou restaurac\u00ed, kter\u00e1 by nab\u00edzela nap\u0159\u00edklad teplou kuchyni, k j\u00eddlu zde mohli host\u00e9 dostat sp\u00ed\u0161e \u201echu\u0165ovky\u201c k pivu, jako jsou nap\u0159\u00edklad s\u00fdry. To v\u0161e m\u011blo dotv\u00e1\u0159et r\u00e1z a neobvyklost.<br \/>\nPivov\u00e1rek se nach\u00e1z\u00ed v objektu b\u00fdval\u00e9ho hotelu, resp. v jeho sklep\u00edch. Vchod je ze dvora (kde bude v l\u00e9t\u011b velk\u00e1 zahr\u00e1dka a gril) dol\u016f po schodech. Samotn\u00e1 hostinsk\u00e1 m\u00edstnost je \u010dlen\u011bna na ku\u0159\u00e1ckou, kter\u00e1 se nach\u00e1z\u00ed v ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed partii, u v\u00fd\u010depn\u00edho pultu a neku\u0159\u00e1ckou, o p\u00e1r sch\u016fdk\u016f v\u00fd\u0161e. Celkem asi 50 m\u00edst (v\u00edce v \u010d\u00e1sti neku\u0159\u00e1ck\u00e9). Za v\u00fd\u010depn\u00edm pultem je varna, o objemu 600 l. Zat\u00edm byly po otev\u0159en\u00ed na \u010depu sv\u011btl\u00fd le\u017e\u00e1k 12\u00b0 a 12\u00b0polotmav\u00e1. V \u00fanoru 2011 p\u0159ibyla i tmav\u00e1 11\u00b0.<br \/>\nV minipivovaru bude v nab\u00eddce dvan\u00e1ctka sv\u011btl\u00e1 a polotmav\u00e1 a tmav\u00e1 jeden\u00e1ctka, v\u0161echny druhy le\u017e\u00e1ck\u00e9. \u201eDo ka\u017ed\u00e9ho piva se pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 od sm\u011bsi dvou a\u017e p\u011bti druh\u016f sladu a t\u0159i druhy chmele. I varn\u00fd proces, kter\u00fd zde prob\u00edh\u00e1, nen\u00ed pro jednotliv\u00e1 piva stejn\u00fd. S ka\u017ed\u00fdm pivem se pracuje jinak a optimalizace jednotliv\u00fdch druh\u016f bude trvat p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b rok,\u201c sd\u011blil sl\u00e1dek.<br \/>\nPivo se ve varn\u011b va\u0159\u00ed deset a\u017e dvan\u00e1ct hodin, a produkt \u2013 takzvan\u00e1 mladina z varny se pak nech\u00e1v\u00e1 sedm a\u017e dvan\u00e1ct dn\u00ed, podle druhu piva, zakvasit ve spilce. \u201eKvasnice jsou speci\u00e1ln\u00ed odr\u016fda. Kdy\u017e mlad\u00e9 pivo ve spilce dos\u00e1hne pot\u0159ebn\u00fdch parametr\u016f, p\u0159e\u010derp\u00e1v\u00e1 se do le\u017e\u00e1ck\u00fdch tank\u016f. Zde se zav\u0159e a nech\u00e1 dozr\u00e1t a p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b za t\u0159i t\u00fddny m\u016f\u017ee j\u00edt hotov\u00e9 pivo ke spot\u0159ebiteli. P\u0159i v\u00fdrob\u011b ochutn\u00e1m na \u0161pi\u010dku jazyka kv\u016fli ho\u0159kosti, ale p\u016fllitr piva jsem nikdy nevypila. Ani t\u0159etinku,\u201c \u0159ekla v srpnu 2013 sedmat\u0159icetilet\u00e1 \u017eena, kter\u00e1 se o minipivovar ve sklep\u011b p\u016fvodn\u00edho secesn\u00edho hotelu star\u00e1 spole\u010dn\u011b s man\u017eelem. Ten sice pivo pije, ale ani on se ned\u00e1 pova\u017eovat za odborn\u00edka. P\u0159esto se rozhodli, \u017ee svoje podnik\u00e1n\u00ed spoj\u00ed pr\u00e1v\u011b s pivem. Budova, kter\u00e1 byla u\u017e p\u0159ed sto pades\u00e1ti lety postavena jako hotel Labu\u0165, pat\u0159ila rodin\u011b Sabiny \u017d\u00e1kov\u00e9. Kdy\u017e s man\u017eelem p\u0159em\u00fd\u0161leli, co s nevyu\u017eit\u00fdmi sklepy, poradil jim jeden zn\u00e1m\u00fd, kter\u00fd si minipivovar s\u00e1m zalo\u017eil. Pr\u00fd \u017ee je to v m\u00f3d\u011b a a\u0165 to taky zkus\u00ed. Na ot\u00e1zku, co o provozov\u00e1n\u00ed minipivovaru p\u0159edem v\u011bd\u011bli, Sabina \u017d\u00e1kov\u00e1 op\u011bt trochu v\u00e1hav\u011b p\u0159iznala: \u201eProst\u011b nic. Sehnala jsem informace z internetu, zkontaktovala firmy, p\u0159ivedla je sem, nechala si v\u0161echno vysv\u011btlit, namalovat, spo\u010d\u00edtat, pozvali jsme architekta a za\u010dal koloto\u010d povolen\u00ed.\u201c Uznala, \u017ee ona ani man\u017eel do pivovarnick\u00e9ho sv\u011bta tak \u00fapln\u011b nepat\u0159\u00ed a podle toho se na ni zku\u0161en\u00ed pivovarn\u00edci ze za\u010d\u00e1tku d\u00edvali. Jako p\u0159ek\u00e1\u017eku to ale nevn\u00edm\u00e1. \u201eNemus\u00edte b\u00fdt z oboru, ty d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 lidi si najmete a ud\u011blaj\u00ed to pro v\u00e1s stejn\u011b dob\u0159e, jako by to bylo jejich vlastn\u00ed,\u201c je p\u0159esv\u011bd\u010den\u00e1. Jejich hlavn\u00ed sl\u00e1dek m\u00e1 zku\u0161enosti z Bud\u011bjovic a pravideln\u011b k nim doj\u00ed\u017ed\u00ed, dal\u0161\u00ed sl\u00e1dek pom\u00e1h\u00e1 s ostatn\u00edmi v\u011bcmi v\u010detn\u011b \u00fadr\u017eby. \u201eNejsem technick\u00fd typ a nesah\u00e1m na to, ale m\u00e1m na to prof\u00edky, kte\u0159\u00ed m\u011b zastoup\u00ed. D\u011bl\u00e1m jenom pap\u00edry a rozhoduji o tom, co budeme va\u0159it,\u201c \u0159ekla majitelka. On je mana\u017eerem v informa\u010dn\u00edch technologi\u00edch, ona se v\u011bnuje angli\u010dtin\u011b, kterou vystudovala, a vod\u00ed mimo jin\u00e9 do minipivovaru zahrani\u010dn\u00ed turisty, kte\u0159\u00ed p\u0159ipluj\u00ed na v\u00fdlet po Labi. To pr\u00fd znamen\u00e1 pro minipivovar velmi zaj\u00edmav\u00fd p\u0159\u00edjem. \u201eMysl\u00edm, \u017ee minipivovar\u016fm pov\u011bst nekaz\u00edme. Dok\u00e1zali jsme to vybudovat z ni\u010deho, bez znalost\u00ed, kter\u00e9 po\u0159\u00e1d sb\u00edr\u00e1me. To ale neznamen\u00e1, \u017ee to d\u011bl\u00e1me na kolen\u011b.
