Byl to typ belgick\u00e9ho piva. Ve zdej\u0161\u00ed \u00faprav\u011b byly k jeho uva\u0159en\u00ed pou\u017eity belgick\u00e9 a \u010desk\u00e9 slady, belgick\u00e9 kvasinky a \u0161\u0165\u00e1vy z malin a vi\u0161n\u00ed vyroben\u00e9 lisov\u00e1n\u00edm t\u011bchto plod\u016f. Alk.: 4,8 %.<\/li>\n<li>V \u00fanoru 2019 na \u010depu nov\u011b sv\u011btl\u00e1 <strong>Ho\u0159k\u00e1 dvan\u00e1ctka<\/strong> (alk.: 4,8 %) byla uva\u0159ena kombinac\u00ed t\u0159\u00ed druh\u016f slad\u016f (plze\u0148sk\u00e9ho, mnichovsk\u00e9ho a v\u00edde\u0148sk\u00e9ho) a dvou aromatick\u00fdch odr\u016fd chmel\u016f (Sl\u00e1dek a \u017dP\u010c), d\u00edky \u010demu\u017e dos\u00e1hla 45 jednotek ho\u0159kosti.<\/li>\n<li>V kv\u011btnu 2018 novinka \u2013 <strong>California Common<\/strong> (sv\u011btl\u00fd speci\u00e1l, svrchn\u011b kva\u0161en\u00fd, alk.: 5.4 %). Tento druh piva se za\u010dal va\u0159it v Kalifornii v dob\u011b zlat\u00e9 hore\u010dky. Nebylo zde k dispozici \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 chlazen\u00ed pro v\u00fdrobu le\u017e\u00e1ku, a tak se pou\u017eily kvasnice spodn\u00edho kva\u0161en\u00ed na kva\u0161en\u00ed p\u0159i teplot\u00e1ch typick\u00fdch pro svrchn\u00ed kva\u0161en\u00ed. D\u00edky tomu je mimo jin\u00e9 v t\u011bchto pivech vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed pod\u00edl ester\u016f ne\u017e v le\u017e\u00e1ck\u00fdch typech.<\/li>\n<li>V lednu 2018 novinka &#8211; <strong>Keller IPA<\/strong> (alk: 5,6 %). Typ piva keller, tedy \u010desky sklepn\u00ed, je m\u00e9n\u011b sycen\u00e9, v\u00edce ho\u0159\u010den\u00e9, ve v\u011bt\u0161in\u011b p\u0159\u00edpad\u016f spodn\u011b kva\u0161en\u00e9 pivo to\u010den\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edmo z le\u017e\u00e1ck\u00e9ho tanku. Zde uva\u0159ili svrchn\u011b kva\u0161enou variantu tohoto druhu piva.<\/li>\n<li>V restauraci v\u00e1no\u010dn\u00ed speci\u00e1ly narazili dne 2. prosince 2017. Na \u010depu Sv\u00e1te\u010dn\u00ed speci\u00e1l 12 % (pivo le\u017e\u00e1k sv\u011btl\u00e9 ochucen\u00e9, alk.: 4.8 %, va\u0159eno kombinac\u00ed 5 druh\u016f slad\u016f s p\u0159\u00eddavkem medu, sko\u0159ice a h\u0159eb\u00ed\u010dku), Pu\u0161kvorcov\u00fd speci\u00e1l 14 % (pivo speci\u00e1ln\u00ed sv\u011btl\u00e9 ochucen\u00e9, alk.: 5.7 %), U.S. IPA. Sed\u00edc\u00ed b\u00fdk (pivo speci\u00e1ln\u00ed polotmav\u00e9, svrchn\u011b kva\u0161en\u00e9, alk.: 7,0 %).<\/li>\n<li>Od 27.9.2017 na \u010depu speci\u00e1l <strong>Bohemia wet hop ale<\/strong>. Tato svrchn\u011b kva\u0161en\u00e1 t\u0159in\u00e1ctka okouzlila v\u00fdraznou chut\u00ed, kterou z\u00edskala d\u00edky \u010derstv\u011b natrhan\u00e9mu chmelu zna\u010dky Premiant. Dal\u0161\u00ed z \u0159ady singlehop\u016f s tradi\u010dn\u00edm chmelem Sl\u00e1dek.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Seven Hop Whiskey IPA No. 93<\/strong> (alk.: 5,8 %). 93. druh piva uva\u0159en\u00fd v pivov\u00e1rku byla IPA chmelen\u00e1 sedmi druhy chmele, konkr\u00e9tn\u011b CTZ (sm\u011bs chmel\u016f Columbus, Tomahawk a Zeus), Amarilo, Cascade, Citra a Simcoe, a ochucen\u00e1 dubov\u00fdmi chipsy macerovan\u00fdmi ve whiskey.<\/li>\n<li>Minipivovar na konec roku 2016 p\u0159ipravil Sv\u00e1te\u010dn\u00ed le\u017e\u00e1k 12 % (le\u017e\u00e1k sv\u011btl\u00fd ochucen\u00fd, alk.: 4,8 %, 5 druh\u016f slad\u016f s p\u0159\u00eddavkem medu, sko\u0159ice a h\u0159eb\u00ed\u010dku), US IPA Sed\u00edc\u00ed b\u00fdk 17 % (pivo speci\u00e1ln\u00ed polotmav\u00e9, svrchn\u011b kva\u0161en\u00e9, alk.: 7,0 %), Pu\u0161kvorcov\u00fd speci\u00e1l 14 % (pivo speci\u00e1ln\u00ed sv\u011btl\u00e9 ochucen\u00e9, alk.: 5,7 %), U.S. Rye IPA 15 % (pivo speci\u00e1ln\u00ed polotmav\u00e9 ochucen\u00e9, svrchn\u011b kva\u0161en\u00e9, alk.: 5,6 %).<\/li>\n<li>Dne 12.6.2016 na \u010depu IPA \u0160ifra Enigma . Alk.: 5,6 %. IPA \u0160ifra Enigma je dal\u0161\u00ed z \u0159ady piv chmelen\u00fdch netradi\u010dn\u00edmi australsk\u00fdmi chmely. Enigma je v\u00fdrazn\u00fd chmel, kter\u00fd prop\u016fj\u010d\u00ed pivu ovocn\u00e9 n\u00e1dechy v chuti i v\u016fni a skv\u011ble se dopl\u0148uje s Citrou.<\/li>\n<li>Dne 15.4.2016 na \u010depu Wellington IPA. Pivo typu India Pale Ale nen\u00ed na Nov\u00e9m Z\u00e9landu zcela typick\u00e9, rad\u011bji zde va\u0159\u00ed klasick\u00e9 le\u017e\u00e1ky. Na druhou stranu ka\u017ed\u00fd pivovar chce vyzkou\u0161et n\u011bco netradi\u010dn\u00edho, a tak i zde p\u0159evzali jeden z takov\u00fdch recept\u016f. (alk.:.5.8 %).<\/li>\n<li>Na \u010depu v lednu 2016 limitovan\u00e1 edice Extra ho\u0159k\u00e9 dvan\u00e1ctky, kter\u00e1 byla uva\u0159ena na t\u0159i rmuty, a chmelena dvojn\u00e1sobn\u00fdm mno\u017estv\u00edm su\u0161en\u00e9ho lisovan\u00e9ho chmele ze sklizn\u011b roku 2015. Pivo bylo uva\u0159eno proto, aby zjistili v\u016fni a chu\u0165 hl\u00e1vkov\u00e9ho chmele sklizn\u011b roku 2015. Alk.: 4,8 % Od 8.1. 2016 za\u010dali \u010depovat nov\u00e9 pivo 14 \u00b0US Rye IPA. Polotmav\u00fd Ale s p\u0159\u00eddavkem \u017eita a do zr\u00e1n\u00ed byl p\u0159id\u00e1n v\u00fdluh z dubov\u00e9 k\u016fry. Alk.: 5,6 %<\/li>\n<li>Dne 8.1.2016 na \u010depu Jeden\u00e1ctka, Dvan\u00e1ctka, Tmav\u00fd le\u017e\u00e1k, Pu\u0161kvorcov\u00fd speci\u00e1l, Sklepn\u00ed pivo, Aloe Bier, Hastrmansk\u00e9 v\u00fd\u010depn\u00ed , U.S. Rye IPA.<\/li>\n<li>Dne 6.12.2015 na \u010depu novinka &#8211; Zimn\u00ed p\u0161eni\u010dn\u00fd kozl\u00ed\u010dek. (pivo speci\u00e1ln\u00ed sv\u011btl\u00e9, svrchn\u011b kva\u0161en\u00e9, alk.: 5,4 %.<br \/>\nP\u0161eni\u010dn\u00fd kozl\u00ed\u010dek bylo pivo typu Weizenbock, kter\u00e9 je obl\u00edben\u00e9 p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm v sousedn\u00edm Bavorsku. Vyzna\u010duje se lehkou a sv\u011b\u017e\u00ed chut\u00ed s ovocn\u00fdm n\u00e1dechem a jemnou ho\u0159kost\u00ed.<\/li>\n<li>Od 13.11.2015 nov\u00e9 pivo na \u010depu &#8211; U.S. IPA Guvern\u00e9r Simcoe. John Graves Simcoe byl prvn\u00edm anglick\u00fdm guvern\u00e9rem v Kanad\u011b, a to v dob\u00e1ch indi\u00e1nsk\u00fdch v\u00e1lek. N\u00e1zev Simcoe byl d\u00e1n i americk\u00e9 odr\u016fd\u011b chmele, se kter\u00fdm bylo uva\u0159eno toto pivo. Vyzna\u010duje se p\u0159\u00edjemnou ho\u0159kost\u00ed a lehce borovicov\u00fdm aroma s citrusov\u00fdmi t\u00f3ny.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<ul>\n<li>Dne 31.10.2015 na \u010depu nov\u00fd U.S. IPA Virgil. Tento IPA je chmelen p\u0159ev\u00e1\u017en\u011b chmelovou odr\u016fdou Amarillo, kter\u00e1 byla vy\u0161lecht\u011bna firmu Virgil Gamache Farms v USA.<\/li>\n<li>Dne 4.6. na \u010depu Belgick\u00e9 sez\u00f3nn\u00ed. Pivo speci\u00e1ln\u00ed sv\u011btl\u00e9 nefiltrovan\u00e9, svrchn\u011b kva\u0161en\u00e9, alk.: 5,4 %, z kategorie Saison.<\/li>\n<li>Dne 22.5. na \u010depu Jeden\u00e1ctka, Dvan\u00e1ctka, Tmav\u00fd le\u017e\u00e1k, Hastrmansk\u00fd pu\u0161kvorcov\u00fd Ale, Sklepn\u00ed pivo, Hastrmansk\u00e9 bavorsk\u00e9, Aloe Bier, Hastrmansk\u00e9 p\u0161eni\u010dn\u00e9 a Hastrmansk\u00e9 v\u00fd\u010depn\u00ed.<\/li>\n<li>Dne 22.4. nov\u011b se na \u010depu objevilo Hastrmansk\u00e9 v\u00fd\u010depn\u00ed (3,7%), kter\u00fdm nahradili Hastrm\u00e1nka (1,5%).<\/li>\n<li>Dbe 30.3.2015 speci\u00e1l Velikono\u010dn\u00ed pu\u0161kvorec je na \u010depu. (sv\u011btl\u00fd speci\u00e1l, alk.: 5,7 %, ochucen\u00e9 ko\u0159enem z pu\u0161kvorce).<\/li>\n<li>Na za\u010d\u00e1tek roku 2015 p\u0159ipravili nov\u00e9 pivo a to Australian Galaxy. Jednalo se o svrchn\u011b kva\u0161en\u00e9 pivo 13\u00b0, kde byl z v\u00edce jak z 90 % pou\u017eit australsk\u00fd chmel Galaxy a na dokreslen\u00ed chut\u011b byl pou\u017eit americk\u00fd chmel Citra.<\/li>\n<li>V obdob\u00ed v\u00e1no\u010dn\u00edch sv\u00e1tk\u016f roku 2014 roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159ili nab\u00eddku to\u010den\u00fdch piv o v\u00e1no\u010dn\u00ed speci\u00e1ly &#8211; 17\u00b0 Velkorybnick\u00fd dvojit\u00fd Hastrman, 17\u00b0 U.S. IPA Sed\u00edc\u00ed b\u00fdk, 15\u00b0 \u017d\u00edzniv\u00fd vodn\u00edk &#8211; hastrmansk\u00fd dubbel, 15\u00b0 V\u00e1no\u010dn\u00ed bock, 15\u00b0 Pu\u0161kvorcov\u00fd speci\u00e1l a 13\u00b0 Sv\u00e1te\u010dn\u00ed speci\u00e1l.<\/li>\n<li>Dne 9.9. na \u010depu Retro Dvan\u00e1ctka (sv\u011btl\u00fd le\u017e\u00e1k, alk.: 4,8 %. Pivo je uva\u0159eno na dva rmuty z plze\u0148sk\u00e9ho sladu, ale hlavn\u011b je chmeleno hl\u00e1vkov\u00fdm poloran\u00fdm \u017eateck\u00fdm chmelem z velkorybnick\u00e9 a \u017eateck\u00e9 oblasti. Nav\u00edc byl p\u0159i va\u0159en\u00ed pou\u017eit v\u00fdluh z dubov\u00e9 k\u016fry pro napodoben\u00ed speci\u00e1ln\u00ed chuti, kterou pivo z\u00edsk\u00e1 p\u0159i zr\u00e1n\u00ed v dubov\u00fdch sudech).<\/li>\n<li>Dne 5.9. na \u010depu speci\u00e1l Blond Ale (pivo le\u017e\u00e1k sv\u011btl\u00e9, nefiltrovan\u00e9, svrchn\u011b kva\u0161en\u00e9, alk.: 4,8 %. Blond Ale je jeden z typ\u016f belgick\u00fdch piv, vynik\u00e1 svou sv\u011btlou sl\u00e1movou barvou, ale tak\u00e9 lehkou chut\u00ed a jemnou chmelovou v\u016fn\u00ed.<\/li>\n<li>Dne 10.7. Jako t\u0159et\u00ed v letn\u00edm projektu &#8222;indi\u00e1nsk\u00e9 l\u00e9to&#8220;, byl nara\u017een US Ale Koman\u010d, kde byly pou\u017eity slady jako na v\u00edde\u0148sk\u00e9 \u010derven\u00e9. Americk\u00e9 chmely a svrchn\u00ed kva\u0161en\u00ed v\u0161ak dalo pivu zcela jin\u00fd charakter ne\u017e p\u016fvodn\u00ed recept na spodn\u00ed speci\u00e1l.<\/li>\n<li>Dne 30.6. na \u010depu Letn\u00ed p\u0161eni\u010dn\u00fd kozl\u00ed\u010dek (speci\u00e1ln\u00ed polotmav\u00e9, svrchn\u011b kva\u0161en\u00e9, alk.: 5,5 %).<\/li>\n<li>Dne 26.5.2014 na \u010depu t\u0159in\u00e1ctka, kter\u00e1 v minulosti tvo\u0159ila jedno ze z\u00e1kladn\u00edch piv v nab\u00eddce pivovaru. Jednalo se o polotmavou verzi, kde byl pou\u017eit \u010desk\u00fd slad a polotmav\u00e1 barva byla dosa\u017eena jen p\u0159ibarven\u00edm sladem Carafa 2. Pou\u017eit\u00e9 chmely sl\u00e1dek a P\u010c\u017d.<\/li>\n<li>Od 15. dubna na \u010depu M\u00e1jov\u00fd kozl\u00edk 15\u00b0. Do konce roku 2006 zde vystavili 50 hl piva pod n\u00e1zvem Velkorybnick\u00fd hastrman a to ve t\u0159ech druz\u00edch, sv\u011btl\u00fd l\u00e9\u017e\u00e1k 11\u00b0a 12\u00b0 a polotmav\u00fd speci\u00e1l 13\u00b0.Maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed kapacita je 20 hl m\u011bs\u00ed\u010dn\u011b.<br \/>\n\u201eM\u011bli jsme chu\u0165 zkusit, jak chutn\u00e1 dom\u00e1c\u00ed pivo,\u201c vysv\u011btlil v b\u0159eznu 2007 Lubo\u0161 Vorel, pro\u010d ve sv\u00e9 restauraci U Hastrmana za\u010dal v roce 2006 va\u0159it tak\u00e9 stejnojmenn\u00fd mok. \u201eKdy\u017e p\u0159i\u0161ly nov\u00e9 technologie, tak mi to p\u0159ipadalo jako trochu podvod na \u010desk\u00e9ho piva\u0159e. Cht\u011bl jsem proto o\u017eivit star\u00e9 postupy,\u201c \u0159ekl Vorel. Pivn\u00ed technologi\u00ed se zab\u00fdval i profesion\u00e1ln\u011b, proto se rozhodl pivov\u00e1rek postavit doma, jak se \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 \u201ena kolen\u011b\u201c.P\u0159esto\u017ee nemusel investovat miliony do za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed dodan\u00e9ho na m\u00edru, nebylo spu\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed pivovaru nijak levnou z\u00e1le\u017eitost\u00ed. \u201eVy\u0161lo n\u00e1s to na necel\u00fdch t\u0159i sta tis\u00edc,\u201c m\u011bl spo\u010d\u00edt\u00e1no Vorel. Vlastn\u00ed pivovar se rozhodl vybudovat a\u017e po \u0161estn\u00e1cti letech provozov\u00e1n\u00ed hospody. \u201eD\u0159\u00edv na to nebyly pen\u00edze.\u201c Jeho za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed je schopn\u00e9 vyrobit maxim\u00e1ln\u011b dvacet hektolitr\u016f za m\u011bs\u00edc, v jedn\u00e9 v\u00e1rce m\u016f\u017ee uva\u0159it nanejv\u00fd\u0161 sto litr\u016f. \u201eT\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 v\u0161echno se vyto\u010d\u00ed v restauraci, mal\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed st\u00e1\u010d\u00edme z\u00e1jemc\u016fm i do pet lahv\u00ed,\u201c uvedl Vorel. Sv\u00e9 rozhodnut\u00ed si nemohl vynachv\u00e1lit. \u201eKv\u016fli dom\u00e1c\u00edmu pivu za\u010dalo chodit v\u00fdrazn\u011b v\u00edc lid\u00ed, p\u0159esto\u017ee jsme zat\u00edm va\u0159ili mimo hlavn\u00ed sezonu,\u201c tvrdil Vorel. Ochutnat p\u0159ij\u00ed\u017ed\u011bj\u00ed tak\u00e9 sb\u011bratel\u00e9 a pivn\u00ed turist\u00e9, kte\u0159\u00ed si informace o nov\u00e9m pivovaru na\u0161li na internetu. \u201eVa\u0159\u00edme i \u0161est dn\u00ed v t\u00fddnu,\u201c chlubil se Vorel. Roz\u0161i\u0159ovat v\u00fdrobu v\u0161ak nepl\u00e1noval. \u201eM\u00e1m povolen\u00ed prod\u00e1vat pouze ve sv\u00e9 hospod\u011b, kter\u00e1 m\u00e1 i s terasou \u0161edes\u00e1t m\u00edst, a u toho z\u016fstanu,\u201c dodal Vorel.<br \/>\nV \u010dervnu 2007 se zde to\u010dilo: 11 nefiltrovan\u00e1 sv\u011btl\u00e1, 12 nefiltrovan\u00e1 sv\u011btl\u00e1, 13 polotmav\u00e1 nefiltrovan\u00e1.<br \/>\nZ\u00e1kladn\u00ed sortiment minipivovaru byl v roce 2008 stejn\u00fd jako v p\u0159edchoz\u00edm roce, tedy 11 a 12 sv\u011btl\u00e1, 13 polotmav\u00e1. Na velikonoce byla p\u0159ipravena Pu\u0161kvorcov\u00e1 14. V l\u00e9t\u011b potom Staro\u010desk\u00e9 b\u00edl\u00e9. Pu\u0161kvorcov\u00e9 zde za\u0159adily na velikonoce po \u00fasp\u011bchu s v\u00e1no\u010dn\u00ed v\u00e1rkou. V\u00fdstav pivovaru za rok 2007 \u010dinil 232 hl.<br \/>\nV roce 2008 minipivovar vyr\u00e1b\u011bl tak\u00e9 p\u0161eni\u010dn\u00e9 pivo Staro\u010desk\u00e9 b\u00edl\u00e9<br \/>\n. Dne 12.12.2008 se za\u010daly prod\u00e1vat v\u00e1no\u010dn\u00ed speci\u00e1ly. Ochutnat jste mohli Medov\u00fd speci\u00e1l, Le\u017e\u00e1k s p\u0159\u00edchut\u00ed bor\u016fvky nebo ji\u017e tradi\u010dn\u00ed Pu\u0161kvorcov\u00fd speci\u00e1l.<br \/>\nV listopadu 2009 se v minipivovaru \u010depovalo pivo Velkorybnick\u00fd Hastrman 11%, Velkorybnick\u00fd Hastrman 12%- Staro\u010desk\u00e9 b\u00edl\u00e9- v\u0161e za 20 K\u010d.<br \/>\nNa ja\u0159e 2010 minipivovar nab\u00edzel tak\u00e9 pivo Hastrman Stout.<br \/>\nRestaurace U Hastrmana se tak\u00e9 stala Hosp\u016fdkou roku \u010dten\u00e1\u0159\u016f Den\u00edku pro rok 2010. \u201ePo\u010d\u00e1tek va\u0159en\u00ed piva v na\u0161em dom\u00e1c\u00edm pivov\u00e1rku se datuje do roku 2005. 13. b\u0159ezna byla na kuchy\u0148sk\u00e9m spor\u00e1ku uva\u0159ena prvn\u00ed ov\u011b\u0159ovac\u00ed v\u00e1rka Velkorybnick\u00e9ho Hastrmana. Jeliko\u017e pivo zachutnalo, rozb\u011bhl se administrativn\u00ed koloto\u010d se v\u0161emi povolen\u00edmi k zah\u00e1jen\u00ed v\u00fdroby piva. K ofici\u00e1ln\u00edmu prodeji do\u0161lo v z\u00e1\u0159\u00ed roku 2006,\u201c konstatoval v srpnu 2010 Lubo\u0161 Vorel, sl\u00e1dek a majitel minipivovaru U Hastrmana. Do konce tohoto roku uva\u0159ili v minipivovaru zhruba 50 hl dom\u00e1c\u00edho piva. V l\u00e9t\u011b 2010 se to\u010dilo v pivovaru p\u011bt druh\u016f piv. \u201eNejv\u00edce se prod\u00e1v\u00e1 sv\u011btl\u00e1 jeden\u00e1ctka. Potom m\u00e1me v nab\u00eddce je\u0161t\u011b sv\u011btlou dvan\u00e1ctku, polotmavou t\u0159in\u00e1ctku, tmavou dvan\u00e1ctku a dvan\u00e1ctku staro\u010desk\u00e9ho b\u00edl\u00e9ho, co\u017e je typ p\u0161eni\u010dn\u00e9ho piva,\u201c dodal sl\u00e1dek. Podle n\u011bj nen\u00ed v\u016fbec snadn\u00e9 uva\u0159it kvalitn\u00ed a hlavn\u011b takov\u00e9 pivo, aby chutnalo lidem. \u201eJ\u00e1 jsem studoval technologii va\u0159en\u00ed piva v\u00edce jak t\u0159i roky. Zjistil jsem, \u017ee nejt\u011b\u017e\u0161\u00ed a nejd\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed je dodr\u017eovat pr\u00e1v\u011b technologick\u00e9 postupy p\u0159i va\u0159en\u00ed. Tak\u00e9 z\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed na chmelu, proto\u017ee ka\u017ed\u00fd je unik\u00e1tn\u00ed. Voz\u00edme chmel ze \u017datce, ale tak\u00e9 nap\u0159\u00edklad z Nov\u00e9ho Z\u00e9landu,\u201c pokra\u010doval. P\u0159i v\u00fdznamn\u00fdch datech jsou U Hastrmana k dost\u00e1n\u00ed i piva velmi zaj\u00edmav\u00e1. \u201eNa V\u00e1noce va\u0159\u00edm v\u017edy n\u011bjak\u00e9 speci\u00e1ln\u00ed pivo. Jinak zde bylo k dost\u00e1n\u00ed nap\u0159\u00edklad pivo bor\u016fvkov\u00e9, medov\u00e9 \u010di pu\u0161kvorcov\u00e9,\u201c dodal sl\u00e1dek Lubo\u0161 Vorel. Za dobu existence minipivov\u00e1rku ji\u017e sl\u00e1dek uva\u0159il v\u00edce jak 1 300 hl piva. \u201eJe to m\u016fj kon\u00ed\u010dek, kter\u00e9mu v\u011bnuji denn\u011b zhruba \u010dtrn\u00e1ct hodin. P\u0159esto\u017ee historie na\u0161eho pivov\u00e1rku je prozat\u00edm kr\u00e1tk\u00e1, mysl\u00edm si, \u017ee p\u0159isp\u011bl, p\u0159isp\u00edv\u00e1 a je\u0161t\u011b jist\u011b p\u0159isp\u011bje k obohacen\u00ed pivn\u00edho trhu na z\u00e1pad\u011b \u010cech,\u201c uzav\u0159el majitel pivovaru. Minipivovar se pravideln\u011b z\u00fa\u010dastn\u00ed \u0159ady veletrh\u016f s pivem, kter\u00e9 se konaj\u00ed po cel\u00e9 republice. Na ned\u00e1vn\u00fdch Slavnostech piva v \u010cesk\u00fdch Bud\u011bjovic\u00edch obsadil Tmav\u00fd le\u017e\u00e1k druhou p\u0159\u00ed\u010dku. K Hastrmanovi jezd\u00ed tak\u00e9 zahrani\u010dn\u00ed turist\u00e9, kte\u0159\u00ed obj\u00ed\u017ed\u00ed minipivov\u00e1rky v republice. A pivo jim z\u0159ejm\u011b chutn\u00e1, jeliko\u017e na jednom anglick\u00e9m serveru byla sv\u011btl\u00e1 jeden\u00e1ctka \u010dtvrt\u00fdm nejlep\u0161\u00edm pivem.<br \/>\nV z\u00e1\u0159\u00ed 2010 minipivovar nab\u00edzel mj. sv\u011btlou 12%, Pu\u0161kvorcovou 14%, Novoz\u00e9landskou 12 % \u010di Staro\u010desk\u00e9 b\u00edl\u00e9 p\u0161eni\u010dn\u00e9 pivo.<br \/>\nMinipivovar v \u0159\u00edjnu 2010 nab\u00edzel mj.t\u0159in\u00e1ctistup\u0148ov\u00e9 Pu\u0161kvorcov\u00fd Ale, p\u0161eni\u010dn\u00e9 Staro\u010desk\u00e9 b\u00edl\u00e9, svatov\u00e1clavskou naku\u0159ovanou t\u0159in\u00e1ctku, Medov\u00fd speci\u00e1l 13 nebo Belgick\u00fd Wit Bier.<br \/>\nDne 19.3.2011 se uskute\u010dnilo ve Zv\u00edkovsk\u00e9m Podhrad\u00ed ji\u017e 5. setk\u00e1n\u00ed sl\u00e1dk\u016f mal\u00fdch pivovar\u016f za \u00fa\u010dasti 39 pivovar\u016f. V sout\u011b\u017ei Jarn\u00ed cena sl\u00e1dk\u016f bylo p\u0159ihl\u00e1\u0161eno 157 vzork\u016f. V kategorii \u201ep\u0161eni\u010dn\u00e9 pivo\u201c obsadilo t\u0159et\u00ed m\u00edsto pivo Staro\u010desk\u00e9 b\u00edl\u00e9.<br \/>\nV konkurenci 39 mal\u00fdch pivovar\u016f, kter\u00e9 sout\u011b\u017eily se 157 r\u016fzn\u00fdmi produkty, usp\u011bl i Dom\u00e1c\u00ed pivov\u00e1rek Velk\u00fd Rybn\u00edk s pivem Staro\u010desk\u00e9 b\u00edl\u00e9. \u201eJe to typ svrchn\u011b kva\u0161en\u00e9ho p\u0161eni\u010dn\u00e9ho piva, kter\u00e9 se va\u0159ilo v \u010cech\u00e1ch p\u0159ed t\u00edm, ne\u017e se v Plzni za\u010dal va\u0159it le\u017e\u00e1k,\u201c vysv\u011btlil sl\u00e1dek Lubo\u0161 Vorel, kter\u00fd na Velikonoce 2011 p\u0159ipravil pu\u0161kvorcov\u00e9 pivo. Konkuren\u010dn\u00ed pivo typu Alt ji\u017e uva\u0159ili, te\u010f tedy p\u0159i\u0161el na \u0159adu typ K\u00f6lsch pod vlastn\u00edm n\u00e1zvem.)<br \/>\nPro pr\u00e1zdninov\u00e9 m\u011bs\u00edce roku 2013 se zde rozhodli zm\u011bnit strategii p\u0159edstavov\u00e1n\u00ed piv a to v kategorii p\u0161eni\u010dn\u00fdch. B\u011bhem pr\u00e1zdnin se na \u010dep dostalo celkem 7 druh\u016f piv vyroben\u00fdch s pod\u00edlem p\u0161eni\u010dn\u00fdch slad\u016f. Prvn\u00ed z nich byl Dunkles Weissbier (tmav\u00e9 p\u0161eni\u010dn\u00e9, svrchn\u011b kva\u0161en\u00e9, alk.5.4 %).<br \/>\nDne 25.6. na \u010depu nov\u011b Hospodsk\u00e9 p\u0161eni\u010dn\u00e9 (typ americk\u00e9ho p\u0161eni\u010dn\u00e9ho piva).<br \/>\nDne 1.7. na \u010depu spole\u010dn\u011b dva Pu\u0161kvorcov\u00e9 speci\u00e1ly. Pro jistotu se p\u0159itom oto\u010dil od stolu sm\u011brem k baru, aby mi podle etiket na p\u00edp\u00e1ch p\u0159esn\u011b \u0159ekl, jak\u00e1 piva pod zna\u010dkou Velkorybnick\u00fd Hastrman dnes to\u010d\u00ed. N\u011bkter\u00e9 n\u00e1zvy zn\u011bj\u00ed b\u011b\u017en\u00e9mu pij\u00e1kovi dost exoticky, a to jich je\u0161t\u011b podle internetov\u00fdch str\u00e1nek pr\u016fb\u011b\u017en\u011b obm\u011b\u0148uje p\u0159es pades\u00e1t. \u201eNa pu\u0161kvorec jsem p\u0159i\u0161el tak, \u017ee jsem vid\u011bl v n\u011bjak\u00e9 poh\u00e1dce hastrmany Josefa Dvo\u0159\u00e1ka s Miroslavem Vladykou, jak jdou na pu\u0161kvorcov\u00e9 pivo. Fakt to jin\u00fd d\u016fvod nem\u011blo. Jen tu poh\u00e1dku,\u201c sm\u00e1l se. V roce 2013 u\u017e by se t\u0159iapades\u00e1tilet\u00fd Lubo\u0161 Vorel dal pova\u017eovat za odborn\u00edka, ale v\u017edycky to byl hlavn\u011b piva\u0159 a fanou\u0161ek piva a k n\u00e1padu zalo\u017eit si rodinn\u00fd podnik v podob\u011b minipivovaru se dopracoval postupn\u011b. \u201eSl\u00e1dek p\u016fvodn\u00ed profes\u00ed nejsem, ale moje kroky v\u017edy sm\u011b\u0159ovaly skoro cel\u00fd \u017eivot kolem piva a hospod,\u201c \u0159ekl Lubo\u0161 Vorel. \u017divil se a st\u00e1le \u017eiv\u00ed mont\u00e1\u017e\u00ed a sanitac\u00ed pivn\u00edho veden\u00ed a p\u0159ed v\u00edce ne\u017e dvaceti lety si k tomu s man\u017eelkou p\u0159ibral hospodu ve Velk\u00e9m Rybn\u00edku pobl\u00ed\u017e Karlov\u00fdch Var\u016f, kter\u00e1 se u\u017e p\u0159es sto let jmenuje U Hastrmana. Zpo\u010d\u00e1tku to\u010dili pivo zaveden\u00fdch zna\u010dek, s vlastn\u00edm za\u010dali p\u0159ed osmi lety. K prvn\u00edm experiment\u016fm poslou\u017eil kuchy\u0148sk\u00fd spor\u00e1k. Napoprv\u00e9 uva\u0159ili \u0161edes\u00e1t litr\u016f, v hospod\u011b uspo\u0159\u00e1dali mejdan a v\u0161em dali zadarmo ochutnat. Hned prvn\u00ed pokus host\u016fm zachutnal a my\u0161lenka \u010depovat v hospod\u011b jen vlastn\u00ed pivo byla na sv\u011bt\u011b. Lubo\u0161 Vorel p\u0159itom byl p\u0159ipraven\u00fd na to, \u017ee se jeho v\u00fdtvor u lid\u00ed nechytne, \u017ee to nebude k pit\u00ed nebo \u017ee to prost\u011b nebude um\u011bt uva\u0159it. \u201eBa naopak m\u011b p\u0159ekvapilo, \u017ee to vy\u0161lo,\u201c konstatoval. Rozhodnut\u00ed zalo\u017eit minipivovar obn\u00e1\u0161elo mimo jin\u00e9 rok sb\u00edr\u00e1n\u00ed r\u016fzn\u00fdch povolen\u00ed. A taky u\u010den\u00ed. Majitel p\u0159izn\u00e1v\u00e1, \u017ee mu t\u0159i roky zabralo, ne\u017e si v\u0161e kolem va\u0159en\u00ed piva dokonale osvojil. \u201eKamar\u00e1di z v\u011bt\u0161\u00edch pivovar\u016f mi poradili a pomohli sehnat technologii, jinak jsem se ale v\u0161echno u\u010dil s\u00e1m \u2013 internet, literatura a mo\u017en\u00e1 taky trochu citu, kter\u00fd v sob\u011b m\u00e1m,\u201c \u0159ekl. Co se t\u00fd\u010de pivn\u00ed produkce, cht\u011bl p\u0159ibl\u00ed\u017eit lidem, kte\u0159\u00ed nemaj\u00ed mo\u017enost jezdit po sv\u011bt\u011b, r\u016fzn\u00e9 typy zahrani\u010dn\u00edch piv. V nab\u00eddce m\u011bl proto piva belgick\u00e9ho nebo americk\u00e9ho typu \u010di sklepn\u00ed pivo, do n\u011bho\u017e se p\u0159i v\u00fdrob\u011b p\u0159id\u00e1v\u00e1 dubov\u00e1 k\u016fra, co\u017e m\u00e1 evokovat dobu, kdy pivo zr\u00e1lo v dubov\u00fdch sudech.
