Vynin\u00e1 v\u00fdrazn\u00fdm citrusov\u00fdm aroma dopln\u011bn\u00fdm prysky\u0159i\u010dnou a kv\u011btinovou v\u016fn\u00ed s trochou karamele. Chuti dominuje pra\u017een\u00fd slad a vysok\u00e1 chmelov\u00e1 ho\u0159kost.<\/li>\n<li>V listopadu 2019 v prodeji <strong>Plum Brown ALE 13\u00b0<\/strong>. \u0160vestkov\u00e1 novinka je ochucen\u00fd britsk\u00fd ejl. Bylo pou\u017eito 150 kg \u010derstv\u00fdch \u0161vestek.<\/li>\n<li>Od 18.3.2019 v prodeji Orange IPA 18 %. Na 1000 litr\u016f bylo zpracov\u00e1no 140 kg \u010derstv\u00fdch pomeran\u010d\u016f Tarocco dovezen\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edmo z jihu It\u00e1lie.<\/li>\n<li>Festivalov\u00e9 pivo pro akci Pivo na N\u00e1plavce 2018 (15.\u201316.6.2018) v\u017edy va\u0159\u00ed v\u00edt\u011bzn\u00fd pivovar z hlasov\u00e1n\u00ed n\u00e1v\u0161t\u011bvn\u00edk\u016f. V roce 2017 se stal nejobl\u00edben\u011bj\u0161\u00edm pivovarem festivalu pivovar Kru\u0161nohor, kter\u00fd v roce 2018 pod veden\u00edm sl\u00e1dka Josefa Zatloukala uva\u0159il v\u00e1rku <strong>Vltavsk\u00e9 \u010dubi\u010dky<\/strong>. Barva piva byla sv\u011btle \u017elut\u00e1 s v\u00fdrazn\u00fdm z\u00e1kalem, ve v\u016fni dominovala citronov\u00e1 k\u016fra, t\u011blo piva bylo leh\u010d\u00ed, nasycen\u00ed vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed a chu\u0165 lehce obiln\u00e1 se z\u0159etelnou stopou citronov\u00e9 k\u016fry a zakon\u010dena je m\u00edrn\u011b vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed ho\u0159kost\u00ed. Stup\u0148ovitost\/EPM: 8 % hm., obsah alk.: 3,1 % obj., ho\u0159kost: 30 IBU.<br \/>\nSlo\u017een\u00ed: pitn\u00e1 voda; slady \u2013 plze\u0148sk\u00fd je\u010dn\u00fd, p\u0161eni\u010dn\u00fd, \u017eitn\u00fd a je\u010dn\u00fd karamelov\u00fd Caraamber; upraven\u00e9 chmely \u2013 p\u0159i chmelovaru pou\u017eity Magnum, Summit a Sl\u00e1dek, p\u0159i studen\u00e9m chmelen\u00ed Sl\u00e1dek a Harmonie.<\/li>\n<li>V kv\u011btnu 2018 novinka &#8211; letn\u00ed p\u0161eni\u010dn\u00e1 Blond IPA 14\u00b0 se \u010dty\u0159mi chmely, koriandrem a pomeran\u010dovou k\u016frou.<\/li>\n<li>Pivovar v prosinci 2017 nab\u00eddl pro milovn\u00edky kokosu nov\u00fd pivn\u00ed speci\u00e1l <strong>Coco Stout 17<\/strong>. Byl to dal\u0161\u00ed v \u0159ad\u011b zdej\u0161\u00ed ochucen\u00fdch piv. Va\u0159\u00ed jej jako britsk\u00fd milk stout tak, aby bylo pivo co nejhutn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed a k\u00e1vov\u00e1 chu\u0165 v n\u011bm byla vyv\u00e1\u017een\u00e1 s plnost\u00ed a nasl\u00e1dlost\u00ed jeho t\u011bla. B\u011bhem v\u00fdroby pak pivo nechali le\u017eet na opra\u017een\u00fdch \u010derstv\u00fdch kokosov\u00fdch vlo\u010dk\u00e1ch, kter\u00e9 m\u00edstn\u00edmu COCO dodaly nezam\u011bnitelnou v\u016fni a chu\u0165 kokosov\u00e9ho o\u0159echu.<\/li>\n<li>Hijack byla nov\u00e1 limitovan\u00e1 IPA, kter\u00e1 byla v\u00fdrazn\u011b citrusov\u00e1 a ovocn\u00e1, ale z\u00e1rove\u0148 jste v n\u00ed po celou dobu, jak ve v\u016fni tak v chuti, uc\u00edt\u00edli jemn\u00fd n\u00e1znak kokosu a citronov\u00e9 k\u016fry. Za v\u0161e mohla obl\u00edben\u00e1 kombinace chmel\u016f Sorachi Ace a Nelson Sauvin. Pln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed t\u011blo Hijacka bylo pak tvo\u0159eno britsk\u00fdm sladem Maris Otter. EPM: 15% Alk.: 6,5% obj. Ho\u0159kost: 57 IBU.<\/li>\n<li>Vltavsk\u00e9 ou\u0161ko &#8211; za studena chmelen\u00e1 des\u00edtka, kter\u00e1 byla vyrobena ku p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitosti kon\u00e1n\u00ed 5. ro\u010dn\u00edku festivalu Pivo na N\u00e1plavce (16.\u2009\u2013 17. 6.2017).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Mountain Ale Summer Edition<\/strong> od 18.4.2017 op\u011bt v prodeji. Toto lehk\u00e9 letn\u00ed pivo stylu American Pale Ale vynikalo sv\u00fdm sv\u011b\u017e\u00edm charakterem, kter\u00fd mu prop\u016fj\u010dila pe\u010dliv\u011b vybran\u00e1 kombinace t\u0159\u00ed americk\u00fdch chmel\u016f. Ty byly do piva p\u0159id\u00e1v\u00e1ny nejen na varn\u011b, ale tak\u00e9 b\u011bhem tzv. studen\u00e9ho chmelen\u00ed v le\u017e\u00e1ck\u00e9m tanku. D\u00edky tomu se toto pivo py\u0161nilo v\u00fdrazn\u00fdm chmelov\u011b-citrusov\u00fdm aroma a vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed ho\u0159kost\u00ed.<br \/>\nEPM: 10% Alk.: 4,1% obj. Ho\u0159kost: 40 IBU<\/li>\n<li>Pivovar dal dne 3. 4. 2017 do prodeje zelen\u00e9 pivo, tentokr\u00e1t vylep\u0161en\u00e9 eukalyptem. <strong>Zelen\u00fd velikono\u010dn\u00ed Ale 13<\/strong> \u0161lo vychutnat pouze v omezen\u00e9m \u010dase v pr\u016fb\u011bhu Velikonoc. Jeho zelen\u00e1 barva vznikla ji\u017e b\u011bhem p\u0159\u00edpravy mladiny &#8211; tedy ji\u017e na varn\u011b. P\u0159id\u00e1n\u00edm sm\u011bsi n\u011bkolika bylin se zm\u011bnila barva piva ze zlatav\u00e9 na syt\u011b zelenou a chu\u0165 a v\u016fn\u011b piva z\u00edskala t\u00f3ny m\u00e1ty, eukalyptu a kop\u0159iv. Tomuto bylinn\u00e9mu aroma je\u0161t\u011b sekundovala pe\u010dliv\u011b vybran\u00e1 sm\u011bs chmel\u016f.<\/li>\n<li>Pivovar Kru\u0161nohor nab\u00edzel od 14.3.2017 dal\u0161\u00ed novinku &#8211; <strong>IPA Orange 18<\/strong>. Pro jej\u00ed ochucen\u00ed pou\u017eili metr\u00e1k \u010derstv\u011b dovezen\u00fdch italsk\u00fdch bio pomeran\u010d\u016f odr\u016fdy Tarocco. Alk.: 7,2 % obj.<br \/>\nHo\u0159kost: 65 IBU.<\/li>\n<li>V lednu 2017 pivovar p\u0159inesl dal\u0161\u00ed novinku, tentokr\u00e1te \u0161lo o \u017eitn\u00fd India Pale Ale (EPM: 16 %, alk.: 6,9 % obj., 70 IBU). Speci\u00e1l nechali o n\u011bco v\u00edce prokvasit. Odtud tak\u00e9 vych\u00e1z\u00ed n\u00e1zev piva, kter\u00fd bylo spojen\u00edm slov rye, tedy \u017eito, a dry, tedy such\u00fd. Nav\u00edc do piva nasypali opravdovou n\u00e1lo\u017e m\u00e9n\u011b tradi\u010dn\u00edch chmel\u016f, jak\u00fdmi jsou Sorachi Ace nebo Summit a doplnili je tradi\u010dn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed Citrou a dal\u0161\u00edmi v\u00fdrazn\u00fdmi chmely.<\/li>\n<li>Pivovar p\u0159edstavil v listopadu 2016 extra speci\u00e1l &#8211; <strong>Imperial Stout 20, Cuban Cask Legendario Elix\u00edr<\/strong> (alk.: 8,7 %, 200 dn\u00ed zr\u00e1n\u00ed, IBU 55). Sta\u0159en\u00e9 dubem bylo pivo temn\u011b \u010dern\u00e9 barvy a kr\u00e9mov\u00e9 jemn\u011b nahn\u011bdl\u00e9 p\u011bny. Ve v\u016fni byl nug\u00e1t, jemnou pra\u017eenost, vanilku, d\u0159evo a mnoho dal\u0161\u00edch slo\u017eek, kter\u00e9 mu dodal alkohol, se kter\u00fdm byl sta\u0159en. V\u00fdraznou chu\u0165 pra\u017een\u00fdch obilnin zjemnil oves, kter\u00fd Stoutu dodal hutnost a kr\u00e9movost. Nav\u00edc bylo toto pivo zjemn\u011bno dlouh\u00fdm dvouf\u00e1zov\u00fdm zr\u00e1n\u00edm. Dvojit\u00e9 zr\u00e1n\u00ed, britsk\u00fd chmel, moravsk\u00fd a bavorsk\u00fd slad. Celkem v\u00edce ne\u017e 200 dn\u00ed zr\u00e1n\u00ed spolu s perfektn\u00edm v\u00fdb\u011brem surovin a speci\u00e1ln\u00ed metoda sta\u0159en\u00ed d\u011blaly z tohoto piva skute\u010dn\u011b v\u00fdjime\u010dnou z\u00e1le\u017eitost. Pro sta\u0159en\u00ed piva vyu\u017eili ty nejlep\u0161\u00ed rumy, whisky a dal\u0161\u00ed p\u00e1lenky a to nejkvalitn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed dubov\u00e9 d\u0159evo. 5druh\u016f Cuban Cask &#8211; sta\u0159eny s Legendario elixir, Carribean cask &#8211; Dos Maderas 5 + 5, Scotch Cask &#8211; Talisker 10 y. o., Sherry Cask &#8211; Pedro ,Ximenez 12 y. o., Barrique &#8211; sta\u0159eno ve francouzsk\u00e9m dubov\u00e9m sudu po \u010derven\u00e9m v\u00edn\u011b.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<ul>\n<li>K navozen\u00ed t\u00e9 prav\u00e9 sv\u00e1te\u010dn\u00ed atmosf\u00e9ry roku 2016 sl\u00e1dek nava\u0159il V\u00e1no\u010dn\u00ed le\u017e\u00e1k 13 % (alk.: 5,3 %, IBU 20). Krom\u011b vybran\u00e9ho sladu a chmele do n\u011bj na varn\u011b p\u0159isypal tak\u00e9 pe\u010dliv\u011b slo\u017eenou sm\u011bs v\u00e1no\u010dn\u00edho ko\u0159en\u00ed. D\u00edky n\u011bkolika druh\u016fm karamelov\u00fdch slad\u016f bylo pivo jemn\u011b nasl\u00e1dl\u00e9 a jeho karamelov\u00e1 chu\u0165 se p\u0159irozen\u011b doplnila s jemnou chut\u00ed a v\u016fn\u00ed bady\u00e1nu, sko\u0159ice a dal\u0161\u00edho pou\u017eit\u00e9ho ko\u0159en\u00ed.<\/li>\n<li>Od 20.10.2016 v prodeji D\u00fd\u0148ov\u00e9 pivo <strong>Pumpkin Ale 15<\/strong>. (EPM 15%, alk. 6,2 % ho\u0159kost 20 IBU). Na 1 000 litr\u016f piva bylo pou\u017eito 100 kg d\u00fdn\u00ed.<\/li>\n<li>Pivovar nab\u00edzel v \u010dervenci 2016 letn\u00ed pivo Bikebeer 8 % (alk.: 3,1 % obj.alk.). American Wheat ale, barva sv\u011btle \u017elut\u00e1 s v\u00fdrazn\u00fdm z\u00e1kalem.<\/li>\n<li>Od 19.4.2016 nov\u00e9 pivo <strong>Black storm<\/strong> ji\u017e v prodeji. Black IPA, India Black Ale, nebo t\u0159eba Cascadian Dark Ale. Toto v\u0161echno byly n\u00e1zvy pro jeden pivn\u00ed styl, kter\u00fd vznikl teprve v devades\u00e1t\u00fdch letech minul\u00e9ho stolet\u00ed v oblasti Kask\u00e1dov\u00e9ho poho\u0159\u00ed na pacifick\u00e9m pob\u0159e\u017e\u00ed USA. Toto jedine\u010dn\u00e9 pivo vynikalo v\u00fdrazn\u00fdm citrusov\u00fdm aroma dopln\u011bn\u00fdm prysky\u0159i\u010dnou a kv\u011btinovou v\u016fn\u00ed s trochou karamele. Chuti dominoval pra\u017een\u00fd slad a vysok\u00e1 chmelov\u00e1 ho\u0159kost.<\/li>\n<li>Minipivovar od 31.3.2016 m\u011bl v prodeji nov\u00fd speci\u00e1l &#8211; Summer Ale 10. Toto lehk\u00e9 letn\u00ed pivo stylu American Pale Ale vynikalo sv\u00fdm sv\u011b\u017e\u00edm charakterem, kter\u00fd mu prop\u016fj\u010dila pe\u010dliv\u011b vybran\u00e1 kombinace t\u0159\u00ed americk\u00fdch chmel\u016f. Jeho zelen\u00e1 barva vznikla ji\u017e b\u011bhem p\u0159\u00edpravy tzv. mladiny &#8211; tedy ji\u017e na varn\u011b. P\u0159id\u00e1n\u00edm sm\u011bsi n\u011bkolika bylin se zm\u011bnila barva piva ze zlatav\u00e9 na jarn\u00ed zelenou a chu\u0165 a v\u016fn\u011b piva z\u00edskaly t\u00f3ny kop\u0159iv, tr\u00e1vy a m\u00e1ty. Toto bylinn\u00e9 aroma nakonec je\u0161t\u011b podpo\u0159ila speci\u00e1ln\u011b vybran\u00e1 sm\u011bs netradi\u010dn\u00edch chmel\u016f.<\/li>\n<li>Od 21.12.2015 \u0161el do prodeje nov\u00fd zimn\u00ed sv\u011btl\u00fd svrchn\u011b kva\u0161en\u00fd speci\u00e1l Mountain Ale 14.<br \/>\nV\u016fn\u011b ko\u0159en\u00ed, barva jantarov\u00e1.<\/li>\n<li>V b\u0159eznu 2015 byla do budovy instalov\u00e1na varna.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><u>Star\u0161\u00ed info:<\/u><br \/>\nSkaln\u00edm piva\u0159\u016fm v Kraslic\u00edch se kone\u010dn\u011b v roce 2015 splnil jejich velk\u00fd sen. V okrajov\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti m\u011bsta, konkr\u00e9tn\u011b v Tisov\u00e9, toti\u017e za\u010dal fungovat rodinn\u00fd pivovar, jeho\u017e origin\u00e1ln\u00ed n\u00e1zev Kru\u0161nohor prozrazuje, jak\u00e9 vlastnosti lze od nov\u00e9ho chmelov\u00e9ho n\u00e1poje o\u010dek\u00e1vat a pro koho bude ur\u010den\u00fd. Pochutnaj\u00ed si na n\u011bm prav\u00ed horalov\u00e9, pivn\u00ed fajn\u0161mek\u0159i a pak ka\u017ed\u00fd, kdo m\u00e1 r\u00e1d pivo s po\u0159\u00e1dn\u00fdm \u0159\u00edzem. Vskutku, Kru\u0161nohor chce vsadit zejm\u00e9na na v\u00fdrobu piv s v\u00fdrazn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed ho\u0159kost\u00ed, co\u017e z nich ud\u011bl\u00e1 skv\u011bl\u00e1 pive\u010dka s osobitou a dob\u0159e zapamatovatelnou chut\u00ed. A\u010dkoli provoz kraslick\u00e9ho pivovaru odstartovali a\u017e za\u010d\u00e1tkem b\u0159ezna, u\u017e v lednu si lid\u00e9 mohli dop\u0159\u00e1t n\u011bkolik druh\u016f Kru\u0161nohora v lahv\u00edch nebo \u010depovan\u00e9, a to v obl\u00edben\u00e9 restauraci \u0160vejk v horsk\u00e9 Bublav\u011b.<br \/>\n\u201eMy\u0161lenka na zalo\u017een\u00ed pivovaru ve mn\u011b d\u0159\u00edmala asi dva roky. \u0158\u00edkal jsem si, na Kraslicku \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fd funguj\u00edc\u00ed pivovar nen\u00ed, tak pro\u010d to nezkusit? Pivovarnictv\u00ed v Kraslic\u00edch m\u00e1 historickou tradici a j\u00e1 jsem r\u00e1d, \u017ee na ni budeme moci nav\u00e1zat,\u201c prohl\u00e1sil Vlastislav Kopeck\u00fd, mana\u017eer rodinn\u00e9ho pivovaru Kru\u0161nohor, kter\u00fd si pro sv\u00e9 s\u00eddlo vybral nevyu\u017eit\u00e9 prostory b\u00fdval\u00e9 samoobsluhy. \u201eKoncem ledna 2015 bychom m\u011bli za\u010d\u00edt do Tisov\u00e9 nav\u00e1\u017eet technologii s t\u00edm, \u017ee jej\u00ed mont\u00e1\u017e potrv\u00e1 p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b t\u0159i \u010dty\u0159i t\u00fddny. Pak p\u0159ijde na \u0159adu zku\u0161ebn\u00ed provoz, po n\u011bm\u017e plynule p\u0159ejdeme k v\u00fdrob\u011b z\u00e1kladn\u00ed \u0159ady na\u0161ich piv. Pivovar bude m\u00edt v\u00fdstav maxim\u00e1ln\u011b 3 000 hl ro\u010dn\u011b, co\u017e n\u00e1s za\u0159ad\u00ed mezi st\u0159edn\u011b velk\u00e9 v\u00fdrobce,\u201c up\u0159esnil Kopeck\u00fd.<br \/>\nZa zrodem pivovaru Kru\u0161nohor st\u00e1ly rodiny Kopeck\u00fdch a Sladk\u00fdch. Spole\u010dn\u011b cht\u011bly razit takovou ekonomiku provozu, kter\u00e1 udr\u017e\u00ed pivovar v chodu i p\u0159i minim\u00e1ln\u00edm odbytu. \u201eNepl\u00e1nujeme n\u011bjak\u00fd p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 velk\u00fd rozmach. Hodl\u00e1me p\u0159ev\u00e1\u017en\u011b va\u0159it, jak se lidov\u011b \u0159\u00edk\u00e1, kolem kom\u00edna,\u201c nast\u00ednil mana\u017eer podnikatelsk\u00fd z\u00e1m\u011br a jedn\u00edm dechem dodal, \u017ee i tak by si p\u0159\u00e1l, aby se pivo dostalo do hospod i za hranice regionu.<br \/>\nPrvn\u00ed v\u00e1rky na odlad\u011bn\u00ed chuti nechali pivovarn\u00edci nava\u0159it v mal\u00e9m pivovaru v Plzni. A jak se uk\u00e1zalo, premi\u00e9ra t\u0159\u00ed zku\u0161ebn\u00edch receptur slavila \u00fasp\u011bch. \u201eUva\u0159ili jsme sv\u011btlou des\u00edtku, dvan\u00e1ctku a tmav\u00fd le\u017e\u00e1k. Naplnili jsme n\u011bjak\u00fdch 2200 lahv\u00ed a hned b\u011bhem \u010dty\u0159 dn\u016f bylo v\u0161echno vyprod\u00e1no. Z toho jsme m\u011bli pochopiteln\u011b obrovskou radost,\u201c usm\u00e1l se Kopeck\u00fd. \u201eReakce lid\u00ed na na\u0161e nov\u00e9 pivo jsou dost pochvaln\u00e9. Nejv\u00edce z\u00e1kazn\u00edky nadchla des\u00edtka. Ud\u011blali jsme ji hodn\u011b nachmelenou, aby m\u011bla dobr\u00fd \u0159\u00edz a byla dostate\u010dn\u011b ho\u0159k\u00e1. Co se t\u00fd\u010de dvan\u00e1ctky, tak tu jsme necht\u011bli m\u00edt ve stylu zn\u00e1m\u00fdch a velk\u00fdch pivovar\u016f, proto je trochu slad\u0161\u00ed. Stejn\u011b si ale mysl\u00edm, \u017ee ji je\u0161t\u011b trochu dochmel\u00edme,\u201c doplnil mana\u017eer. Pivovar v budoucnu pl\u00e1noval dr\u017eet z\u00e1kladn\u00ed \u0159adu piv \u2013 sv\u011btlou des\u00edtku, dvan\u00e1ctku, polotmavou t\u0159in\u00e1ctku a tmav\u00fd le\u017e\u00e1k.
