V\u00fdborn\u00e9 spojen\u00ed piva Larische s bor\u016fvkovou p\u0159\u00edchut\u00ed.<\/li>\n<li>Od 8.3.2016 \u010depovali Medov\u00e9 pivo Larische.<\/li>\n<li>Od 3.12.2015 na \u010depu Adventn\u00ed speci\u00e1l Larische 15\u00b0 (spodn\u011b kva\u0161en\u00fd).<\/li>\n<li>Od 17. listopadu 2015 na \u010depu m\u011bli &#8222;Sametovou \u010dernou t\u0159in\u00e1ctku&#8220;.<\/li>\n<li>Pivo zna\u010dky Larische se va\u0159\u00ed od roku 2013, kdy byl v restauraci Ove\u010dka vybudov\u00e1n minipivovar.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Star\u0161\u00ed info:<br \/>\nRoku 1901 Restauraci Ove\u010dka zalo\u017eili man\u017eel\u00e9 Josef a Anna Raszykovi. Zpo\u010d\u00e1tku to byla pivnice nesouc\u00ed n\u00e1zev \u201eU Zast\u00e1vky\u201c. Kdy\u017e se v\u0161ak stalo zvykem, \u017ee m\u00edstn\u00ed hospodsk\u00fd svol\u00e1val horn\u00edky jdouc\u00ed z pr\u00e1ce, slovy: \u201ePoj\u010fte, vy moje ove\u010dky!\u201c, za\u010dalo se pivnici \u0159\u00edkat Ove\u010dka, a tak tomu ji\u017e z\u016fstalo. V roce 2008 pro\u0161la kompletn\u00ed rekonstrukc\u00ed a dostalo se j\u00ed vzhledu, jak\u00fd zn\u00e1te dnes. Ve stejn\u00e9m roce se odd\u011blila pivnice a vznikla restaurace s terasou. V roce 2013 za\u010dala p\u0159\u00edprava na otev\u0159en\u00ed nov\u00e9ho karvinsk\u00e9ho pivovaru.<br \/>\n\u201eZ\u00e1kladem by m\u011blo b\u00fdt v\u00fd\u010depn\u00ed sv\u011btl\u00e9 desetistup\u0148ov\u00e9 pivo a potom Larische le\u017e\u00e1k,&#8220; \u0159ekl mana\u017eer pivovaru Larische Radek Cieslar. \u010casem cht\u011bj\u00ed va\u0159it tak\u00e9 pivn\u00ed speci\u00e1ly \u2013 svrchn\u011b zkva\u0161en\u00e1 p\u0161eni\u010dn\u00e1 piva, v\u00edcestup\u0148ov\u00e9 polotmav\u00e9 le\u017e\u00e1ky, tmav\u00e1 piva a dal\u0161\u00ed. \u201eTo ale opravdu, a\u017e provoz zab\u011bhneme,&#8220; dodal v l\u00e9t\u011b 2013 Cieslar. (zdroj: karvinsky.denik.cz)<br \/>\nAby lidem nab\u00eddli n\u011bco nov\u00e9ho a z\u00e1rove\u0148 exkluzivn\u00edho, rozhodli se v restauraci Ove\u010dka rozjet pr\u00e1v\u011b pivovar, kde podle receptury cht\u011bj\u00ed nav\u00e1zat na dlouholetou tradici va\u0159en\u00ed piva ve m\u011bst\u011b, kter\u00e1 v roce 1953 zanikla. Jeho varnu mohou lid\u00e9 spat\u0159it p\u0159\u00edmo v restauraci, kde se m\u011bly vyr\u00e1b\u011bt jak spodn\u011b kva\u0161en\u00e1 piva plze\u0148sk\u00e9ho typu, tak r\u016fzn\u00e9 pivn\u00ed speci\u00e1ly. Uva\u0159en\u00e9 pivo se pot\u00e9 ve vedlej\u0161\u00ed m\u00edstnosti, takzvan\u00e9 Spilce kvas\u00ed a n\u00e1sledn\u011b putuje do le\u017e\u00e1ck\u00e9ho sklepa, kde v tanc\u00edch dozr\u00e1v\u00e1 a nakonec proud\u00ed v\u00fd\u010depem. &#8222;Moment\u00e1ln\u011b \u010depujeme jeden\u00e1cti stup\u0148ov\u00fd le\u017e\u00e1k a v tanc\u00edch u\u017e n\u00e1m dozr\u00e1v\u00e1 i dvan\u00e1ctka a v brzk\u00e9 dob\u011b tak\u00e9 p\u0159ibude v\u00edcestup\u0148ov\u00fd polotmav\u00fd le\u017e\u00e1k, co\u017e je speci\u00e1lek. Lid\u00e9 si zat\u00edm chu\u0165 piva pochvaluj\u00ed,&#8220; dodal v \u0159\u00edjnu 2013 Radek Cieslar z restaurace Ove\u010dka. Piva jsou vyr\u00e1b\u011bna z kvalitn\u00edch prvot\u0159\u00eddn\u00edch surovin, jsou nefiltrovan\u00e1 a nepasterov\u00e1na, \u010d\u00edm\u017e si zachov\u00e1vaj\u00ed svou plnou chu\u0165, \u017eiv\u00e9 kultury, vitam\u00edny a miner\u00e1ln\u00ed l\u00e1tky. P\u0159i va\u0159en\u00ed piva je kladen d\u016fraz na kvalitu surovin, a proto jsou pou\u017eity \u010desk\u00e9 suroviny, jimi\u017e jsou \u017eateck\u00fd chmel poloran\u00fd \u010derve\u0148\u00e1k a moravsk\u00e9 slady.(zdroj: www.novinky.cz)<\/p>\n<p>Dne 8.12.2013 na \u010depu nov\u011b Larische V\u00e1no\u010dn\u00ed speci\u00e1l 13\u00b0 polotmav\u00fd le\u017e\u00e1k v\u00edde\u0148sk\u00e9ho typu, d\u00e1le Larische 12\u00b0 sv\u011btl\u00fd le\u017e\u00e1k a Larische 11\u00b0 sv\u011btl\u00fd le\u017e\u00e1k.<br \/>\nOd jara 2014 v prodeji pivn\u00ed novinka &#8211; Larische p\u0161eni\u010dn\u00e9 pivo (svrchn\u011b kva\u0161en\u00fd nefiltrovan\u00fd sv\u011btl\u00fd p\u0161eni\u010dn\u00fd le\u017e\u00e1k).<br \/>\nDne 7.3. poprv\u00e9 nar\u00e1\u017eeno pivo Larische P\u0161eni\u010dn\u00e9. Bylo to svrchn\u011b kva\u0161en\u00fd nefiltrovan\u00fd sv\u011btl\u00fd p\u0161eni\u010dn\u00fd le\u017e\u00e1k, kter\u00fd m\u011bl velmi lehkou a harmonickou chu\u0165 dopln\u011bnou o ovocn\u00e9 t\u00f3ny.<br \/>\nOde dne 7.5. nov\u011b na \u010depu: 13\u00b0 polotmav\u00fd le\u017e\u00e1k Larische va\u0159en\u00fd ze sladu v\u00edde\u0148sk\u00e9ho typu, kter\u00fd pivu dal jeho gran\u00e1tov\u011b-\u010dervenou barvu. V chuti se objevily o\u0159\u00ed\u0161ky, kde se doplnily s p\u0159\u00edjemnou ho\u0159kost\u00ed a ko\u0159en\u011bn\u00fdm dozn\u00edv\u00e1n\u00edm.<br \/>\nOd \u010dervna do nab\u00eddky p\u0159idali nov\u00fd produkt: Larisch\u016fv Radler.<br \/>\nOd 18.6. na \u010depu 11-ti stup\u0148ov\u00fd Speci\u00e1l. Tentokr\u00e1t Medov\u00fd.<br \/>\nDne 4.7. na \u010depu Polotmav\u00fd speci\u00e1l 13 % va\u0159en\u00fd z v\u00edde\u0148sk\u00e9ho sladu.<br \/>\nDne 22.12.2014 na \u010depu Novoro\u010dn\u00ed speci\u00e1l &#8211; polotmav\u00e1 patn\u00e1ctka.<br \/>\nOd 9.2.2015 na \u010depu Valent\u00fdnsk\u00fd speci\u00e1l (sv\u011btl\u00e1 11% a vanilka).<br \/>\nNa Velikonoce p\u0159ipravili pivn\u00ed speci\u00e1l &#8211; Velikono\u010dn\u00ed bor\u016fvku. Na \u010depu byla od 27.3.2015. Velikono\u010dn\u00ed bor\u016fvka bylo v\u00fdborn\u00e9 spojen\u00ed piva Larische 11\u00b0 s bor\u016fvkovou p\u0159\u00edchut\u00ed.
