Pivo s v\u016fn\u00ed mandarinek, sametovou ho\u0159kost\u00ed a vysokou pitelnost\u00ed. V prodeji od 30.10.2018.<\/li>\n<li>Od 14.8.2018 v prodeji speci\u00e1l s n\u00e1zvem <strong>Mimoza<\/strong> (k\u00f3dov\u00e9 ozna\u010den\u00ed 5227), v \u017datci, nov\u011b vy\u0161lecht\u011bn\u00e1 odr\u016fda aromatick\u00e9ho chmele. D\u00edky laskavosti Chmela\u0159sk\u00e9ho institutu jej dostali na zku\u0161ebn\u00ed v\u00e1rku. Uva\u0159ili proto pivo stejn\u00e9ho n\u00e1zvu, a to jako lehk\u00fd letn\u00ed le\u017e\u00e1k. Mimoza byla pou\u017eita na studen\u00e9 chmelen\u00ed do tanku. Pivu dodala jemnou citrusovou, he\u0159m\u00e1nkovou, jasm\u00ednovou v\u016fni a chu\u0165. Osv\u011b\u017euj\u00edc\u00ed letn\u00ed pit\u00ed s men\u0161\u00edm obsahem alkoholu 4,2 %.<\/li>\n<li>Od 14.6.2018 v prodeji novinkov\u00fd speci\u00e1l <strong>Siesta<\/strong>, pohodov\u00e9 letn\u00ed a lehk\u00e9 pivo. Byl svrchn\u011b kva\u0161en, stylu Summer Ale. N\u00edzk\u00fd obsah alkoholu, lehk\u00e9 t\u011blo, vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed ho\u0159kost a velk\u00e1 pitelnost jej kvalifikuj\u00ed do letn\u00ed pivn\u00ed \u0161pi\u010dky. EPM 11 %, alk.: 4,0 %.<\/li>\n<li>Od 4.5.2018 v prodeji op\u011bt <strong>Flori\u00e1n<\/strong>. Pivo sv\u011btl\u00fd le\u017e\u00e1k, chmelen\u00fd t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 nezn\u00e1mou odr\u016fdou Rub\u00edn. Ta pivu dod\u00e1v\u00e1 zaj\u00edmavou, neot\u0159elou a\u017e pikantn\u00ed ho\u0159kost i v\u016fni.<\/li>\n<li>Na konci listopadu 2017 speci\u00e1l Alle\u0161 Gute v prodeji. Nava\u0159en jako 13%, s alkoholem lehce nad 5%. Kr\u00e1sn\u00e1 m\u011bd\u011bn\u00e1 barva byla d\u00e1na vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed koncentrac\u00ed bavorsk\u00e9ho sladu. Zdej\u0161\u00ed verze m\u00e4rzenu-b\u0159ez\u0148\u00e1ku byla m\u00edrn\u011b ho\u0159\u010d\u00ed, ne\u017e je u tohoto stylu zvykem.<\/li>\n<li><\/li>\n<li>Speci\u00e1l IPA, kter\u00fd dali do prodeje v \u0159\u00edjnu 2017, bylo mo\u017eno charakterizovat sametovou ho\u0159kost\u00ed a jemnou, st\u0159edn\u011b v\u00fdraznou v\u016fn\u00ed. Ta byla d\u00e1na kombinaci 3 aromatick\u00fdch chmelu: americk\u00e9 Summit, Centennial a \u010desk\u00fd Kazbek. 13.5%, IBU 45.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Krom\u011b\u0159\u00ed\u017esk\u00e1 10 %<\/strong>, kdy\u017e se v minulosti va\u0159ila, mela pov\u011bst nevalnou. Proto v pivov\u00e1rku cht\u011bli tuto reputaci zlep\u0161it a uk\u00e1zat pivn\u00edmu sv\u011btu, \u017ee te\u010f v Krom\u011b\u0159\u00ed\u017ei um\u00ed dobrou des\u00edtku ud\u011blat.<br \/>\nOd 31.5.2016.v prodeji. EPM: 10.2 % IBU: 28 Alk.: 3,7 %<\/li>\n<li>Od 21.1.2016 v prodeji speci\u00e1l &#8211; <strong>IPL Simcoe<\/strong>. Zkratka znamen\u00e1 India Pale Lager, Simcoe je jm\u00e9no americk\u00e9ho aromatick\u00e9ho chmele. Bylo to pivo, kter\u00e9 v sob\u011b kombinovalo to nejlep\u0161\u00ed z IPA a le\u017e\u00e1ku. Va\u0159ilo se jako le\u017e\u00e1k, chmelilo se jako IPA (v\u010detn\u011b studen\u00e9ho chmeleni), kvasilo jako le\u017e\u00e1k. V\u00fdsledkem bylo pozoruhodn\u00e9 pivo, kter\u00e9 m\u011blo pouze 2 chu\u0165ov\u00e9 vrstvy. Pln\u00e9 sladov\u00e9 t\u011blo ze sladu plze\u0148sk\u00e9ho bylo v z\u00e1v\u011bru vyst\u0159\u00edd\u00e1no jemnou, ale intenzivn\u00ed ho\u0159kost\u00ed americk\u00e9ho chmele. Nad t\u00edm v\u0161\u00edm se vzn\u00e1\u0161elo u\u0161lechtil\u00e9, ovocn\u011b-chmelov\u00e9 aroma.<\/li>\n<li>Dne 20.11.2015 pivov\u00e1rek p\u0159i\u0161el s v\u00e1no\u010dn\u00edm speci\u00e1lem Jesus Christ Suprst\u00e1r. Vo\u0148av\u00e9, polotmav\u00e9, kr\u00e1sn\u011b ho\u0159k\u00e9. EPM: 13,5 % Alkohol: 5,2 % IBU (ho\u0159kost): 45.<\/li>\n<li>Alle\u0161 Gute! Po mnoha m\u011bs\u00edc\u00edch p\u0159i\u0161el pivov\u00e1rek op\u011bt s popul\u00e1rn\u00edm speci\u00e1lem \u201eAlle\u0161\u201c. Jednalo se bavorsk\u00fd m\u00e4rzen \/ b\u0159ez\u0148\u00e1k. Slo\u017een\u00ed: pouze 1 slad a 1 chmel. Barva: temn\u011b m\u011bd\u011bn\u00e1, bronzov\u00e1 Chu\u0165: sametov\u011b sladov\u00e1 s velmi jemnou chmelovou linkou. Zdej\u0161\u00ed nejm\u00e9n\u011b ho\u0159k\u00e9 pivo, s pln\u00fdm t\u011blem, bohatou a\u017e kr\u00e9movou p\u011bnou. EPM: 13 % Alkohol: 5 % V prodeji od 13.10.2015.<\/li>\n<li>V\u00fdro\u010dn\u00ed pivo (4.10.2015) bylo op\u011bt <strong>Van\u011bk Ferdinand<\/strong>. Ferdinand Van\u011bk je postava z Havlovy hry &#8222;Audience&#8220;. Van\u011bk zde p\u0159edstavuje postavu zak\u00e1zan\u00e9ho spisovatele, kter\u00fd mus\u00ed pracovat v pivovaru a p\u0159esn\u011b tedy kop\u00edruje osud samotn\u00e9ho Havla. Jak souvis\u00ed V\u00e1clav Havel s krom\u011b\u0159\u00ed\u017esk\u00fdm pivovarem? Ta spojitost je datum 5.10. To se, v roce 1936, narodil V\u00e1clav Havel. A ve stejn\u00fd den, ale v roce 2013 otev\u0159eli 1. selsk\u00fd pivov\u00e1rek a narazili prvn\u00ed tank Sedl\u00e1\u010dka 11,5 %.<br \/>\nKa\u017ed\u00fdm rokem pl\u00e1nuj\u00ed nava\u0159it jin\u00e9ho Va\u0148ka. V roce 2015 to byl sv\u011btl\u00fd le\u017e\u00e1k.<br \/>\nEPM: 12,9 % Alkohol: 4,8 % IBU: 60<\/li>\n<li>V z\u00e1\u0159\u00ed 2015 pivov\u00e1rek po del\u0161\u00ed dob\u011b op\u011bt uva\u0159il pivo v\u00edde\u0148sk\u00e9ho typu C &amp;.K.V\u00edde\u0148sk\u00fd le\u017e\u00e1k. Na zkou\u0161ku jej chmelili i za studena. Jemn\u00e1, sladovo-chmelov\u011b vyv\u00e1\u017een\u00e1 chu\u0165 a m\u011bd\u011bn\u00e1 barva. EPM: 12.6% alkohol: 4.5% IBU: 30<\/li>\n<li>Pivo Velk\u00fd Mogul uva\u0159ili v l\u00e9t\u011b 2015 \u00fapln\u011b stejn\u011b, jako poprv\u00e9. Jedin\u00fd rozd\u00edl byl ve kvasnic\u00edch. Poprv\u00e9 to byly kvasnice spodn\u00ed, uva\u0159ili le\u017e\u00e1k, tentokr\u00e1t bylo pivo prokv\u00e1\u0161eno kvasnicemi svrchn\u00edmi, a vznikl tedy ale. EPM: 12.5% alkohol: 4.5% IBU: 60.<\/li>\n<li>Dne 29.6. op\u011bt v prodeji speci\u00e1l \u0160palda. Pivo uva\u0159en\u00e9 z p\u0161enice \u0161paldy m\u011blo takov\u00fd ohlas, \u017ee jej uva\u0159ili je\u0161t\u011b jednou. Bylo kva\u0161en\u00e9 spodn\u011b, p\u0161eni\u010dn\u00e9 t\u00f3ny bylyv n\u011bm rozpoznateln\u00e9, t\u011blo st\u0159edn\u00ed, ho\u0159kost 30 IBU, alkohol 4.1 %.<\/li>\n<li><\/li>\n<li>V \u010dervnu 2015 v prodeji velmi specifick\u00e9 a v na\u0161ich kon\u010din\u00e1ch nezvykl\u00e9 pivo, kategorie IBL neboli India Brown Lager. Va\u0159il se jako le\u017e\u00e1k, chmelil se jako IPA, kvasil op\u011bt jako le\u017e\u00e1k. Ve sv\u00e9m charakteru tedy kombinoval to nejlep\u0161\u00ed z le\u017e\u00e1ku a IPA. Aromatick\u00e9, po americk\u00fdch chmelech vo\u0148av\u00e9 pivo s intenzivn\u00ed a kr\u00e1snou ho\u0159kost\u00ed. EPM: 12.5 %, IBU: 60, alkohol: 4.5 %.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Krok do tmy<\/strong>. Irsk\u00fd stout, 13.5 % EPM a 5 % alkoholu, chmeleno na 35 IBU. V chuti k\u00e1va, kakao, ho\u0159k\u00e1 \u010dokol\u00e1da, n\u00e1znak su\u0161en\u00fdch \u0161vestek. V prodeji od 5.6.2015.<\/li>\n<li>\u0160palda je starod\u00e1vn\u00e1 p\u0161enice, v sou\u010dasn\u00e9 dob\u011b propagovan\u00e1 jako zdrav\u011bj\u0161\u00ed alternativa p\u0161enice set\u00e9. Medic\u00edna ji p\u0159ipisuje stimula\u010dn\u00ed efekt na imunitn\u00ed syst\u00e9m. Jedna osiva\u0159sk\u00e1 firma, prod\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed \u0161paldu pivovar po\u017e\u00e1dala o uva\u0159en\u00ed piva, kter\u00e9 by bylo postaveno pr\u00e1v\u011b na teto obilnin\u011b. Pivo bylo vyu\u017eito jako reklamn\u00ed a propaga\u010dn\u00ed materi\u00e1l pro zem\u011bd\u011blce. Nicm\u00e9n\u011b, zhruba 300 litr\u016f bylo pro piva\u0159e. Ho\u0159kost 30 IBU, alkohol 4.1%. T\u00edm jsme cht\u011bli zjistit, zda budeme schopni pivo v\u016fbec vyrobit. Prvn\u00ed v\u00e1rka se n\u00e1m \u00fapln\u011b nepovedla, ale p\u0159esto byla piteln\u00e1. Neodradilo n\u00e1s to a zkou\u0161eli jsme to d\u00e1l. V pr\u016fb\u011bhu va\u0159en\u00ed se pak zrodila my\u0161lenka, \u017ee bychom mohli zalo\u017eit sv\u016fj vlastn\u00ed pivovar. Kamar\u00e1di s t\u00edm ale moc nesouhlasili, proto jsem se do toho nakonec pustil s\u00e1m. N\u00e1pad se nav\u00edc l\u00edbil m\u00e9mu dlouholet\u00e9mu z\u00e1kazn\u00edkovi a kamar\u00e1dovi Radku B\u011bhalovi, kter\u00fd se mnou celou my\u0161lenku realizoval. Je z Olomouce a tak\u00e9 pracuje v zem\u011bd\u011blsk\u00e9m sektoru jako j\u00e1. Nicm\u00e9n\u011b suroviny, kter\u00e9 se pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed k v\u00fdrob\u011b piva jako je\u010dmen, p\u0161enice \u010di chmel, jsou produkty zem\u011bd\u011blsk\u00e9 v\u00fdroby.<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\u2022 Jak\u00e9 druhy piva va\u0159\u00edte?<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>Va\u0159\u00edme dva druhy podle zp\u016fsobu kva\u0161en\u00ed. Pivo bylo hotov\u00e9 na za\u010d\u00e1tku \u0159\u00edjna.<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>V z\u00e1\u0159\u00ed zm\u011bnili druhy chmel\u016f u piva C&amp;K (le\u017e\u00e1k v\u00edde\u0148sk\u00fd). V\u00fdsledkem bylo o n\u011bco jin\u00e9 pivo. Charakter ho\u0159kosti byl toti\u017e v\u00fdznamn\u011b odli\u0161n\u00fd, pikantn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed, ko\u0159enit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed, v\u00fdrazn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed.<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>Dne 5.10. po\u0159\u00e1dali oslavu prvn\u00edho v\u00fdro\u010d\u00ed otev\u0159en\u00ed pivovaru. Vzniklo velmi zaj\u00edmav\u011b pivo. Ob\u011b ho\u0159kosti, chmelov\u00e1 ze Sedl\u00e1ka a pra\u017een\u00e1 z Kroku se obrousily a daly vzniknout jemn\u00e9mu, ale st\u00e1le v\u00fdrazn\u00e9mu pit\u00ed. Barva byla tmav\u00e1, ka\u0161tanov\u00e1, p\u011bna byla hust\u00e1 a bohat\u00e1, v chuti bylo harmonicky skloubeno siln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed sladov\u00e9 t\u011blo se st\u0159edn\u011b intenzivn\u00ed ho\u0159kost\u00ed, kter\u00e1 v\u0161ak pom\u011brn\u011b dlouho na pat\u0159e dozn\u00edvala.<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>Nov\u00e9 pivo &#8211; IPA Columbus (chmelen\u00e9 americkou odr\u016fdou Columbus).
