Poprv\u00e9 bylo v Pegasu uva\u0159eno v roce 2015 a jednalo se o prvn\u00ed pivo \u010depovan\u00e9 do keramick\u00fdch d\u017eb\u00e1nk\u016f. Jednalo se o speci\u00e1ln\u00ed polotmav\u00e9, spodn\u011b kva\u0161en\u00e9 pivo s 16 % EPM. V syp\u00e1n\u00ed byly pou\u017eity slady v\u00edde\u0148sk\u00fd, mnichovsk\u00fd, karamelov\u00fd a tak\u00e9 naku\u0159ovan\u00fd. Ten dodal specifick\u00e9, jemn\u011b nauzen\u00e9 aroma a chu\u0165. Chmeleno bylo pouze n\u011bmeckou odr\u016fdou Hallertauer Tradition.<\/li>\n<li>Od 30.3.2016 p\u0159ipraven v\u00fdrazn\u011b chmelen\u00fd speci\u00e1l Red I.P.A. 14% (alk.: 5,9 %).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<ul>\n<li>Od 22.1.2016 \u0161lo ochutnat dal\u0161\u00ed speci\u00e1ln\u00ed pivo a to <strong>Helles Rauchbier<\/strong> &#8211; sv\u011btl\u00e9 speci\u00e1ln\u00ed pivo s 13% EPM. V syp\u00e1n\u00ed krom\u011b plze\u0148sk\u00e9ho a mnichovsk\u00e9ho tak\u00e9 naku\u0159ovan\u00fd slad, kter\u00fd pivu prop\u016fj\u010dil jedine\u010dn\u00e9 uzen\u00e9 aroma a chu\u0165. Chmeleno bylo pouze jednou odr\u016fdou n\u011bmeck\u00e9ho chmele Hallertauer Tradition na 31 jednotek ho\u0159kosti IBU.<\/li>\n<li>Nov\u00fd speci\u00e1l &#8211; Helles Rauchbier 13\u00b0 na \u010depu od 22.1.2016.<\/li>\n<li>Pivo Pegas Black I.P.A. od 22.9.2015 na \u010depu. Pro hosty restaurace p\u0159ipravili tmav\u00fd, 15 stup\u0148ov\u00fd speci\u00e1l, v\u00fdrazn\u011b chmelen\u00fd vybran\u00fdmi odr\u016fdami americk\u00fdch chmel\u016f.<\/li>\n<li>Od 14.8. se na speci\u00e1lov\u00e9m kohoutu to\u010dil speci\u00e1l <strong>Pegas Kellerbier<\/strong>, variace na n\u011bmeck\u00fd pivn\u00ed styl typick\u00fd pro Horn\u00ed Franky v Bavorsku, tak\u00e9 naz\u00fdvan\u00fd Ungespundetes. Jednalo se o sv\u011btl\u00e9 speci\u00e1ln\u00ed pivo o 13 % EPM, obsahu alkoholu 5,2% a ho\u0159kosti 30 IBU. Vyzna\u010doval se vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed plnost\u00ed, ni\u017e\u0161\u00edm \u0159\u00edzem a jemn\u00fdm chmelov\u00fdm aroma. V syp\u00e1n\u00ed byly pou\u017eity slady plze\u0148sk\u00fd a mnichovsk\u00fd, rmutov\u00e1no bylo v\u00edcestup\u0148ovou infuz\u00ed, chmeleno pouze n\u011bmeckou aromatickou odr\u016fdou Hallertauer Tradition. \u010cepov\u00e1no bylo do kameniny a od 17.8. tak\u00e9 ze samosp\u00e1dov\u00fdch sud\u016f.<\/li>\n<li>Dne 2.7.2015 na \u010depu pivo <strong>Distant Grounds I.P.A<\/strong>. \u0160lo o speci\u00e1ln\u00ed pivo, tentokr\u00e1t anglick\u00e1 I.P.A. Uva\u0159ena byla ve spolupr\u00e1ci pivovaru Pegas s anglick\u00fdm pivovarem Newby Wyke. Jednalo se o sv\u011btl\u00e9 svrchn\u011b kva\u0161en\u00e9 pivo o 11 % EPM a 4,8 % obj. alk. s jemnou chmelovou v\u016fn\u00ed a v\u00fdraznou ho\u0159kost\u00ed. Chmeleno bylo pouze jednou odr\u016fdou anglick\u00e9ho chmele a to East Kent Golding. V syp\u00e1n\u00ed slady plze\u0148sk\u00fd a karamelov\u00fd. Uva\u0159eno bylo za p\u0159\u00edtomnosti sl\u00e1dka pivovaru Newby Wyke Roberta Marche.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><u>Star\u0161\u00ed info:<\/u><br \/>\nPivnice Pegas nen\u00ed mal\u00e1, m\u00e1 v\u0161ak po\u0159\u00e1d je\u0161t\u011b rozm\u011bry slu\u010diteln\u00e9 s \u00fatulnost\u00ed. M\u00edsta je v hospod\u011b opravdu mnoho, je zde velk\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed velk\u00fdch i mal\u00fdch stol\u016f a dokonce i police pro mo\u017enost svla\u017een\u00ed hrdla &#8222;na stoj\u00e1ka&#8220;. Za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed je cel\u00e9 nov\u00e9, d\u0159ev\u011bn\u00e9 \u017eidle a stoly jsou, jako v\u0161e kam oko dohl\u00e9dne, stylov\u00e9. Od v\u00fd\u010depn\u00ed stolice, na kter\u00e9 vis\u00ed aktu\u00e1ln\u00ed \u00fadaj o teplot\u011b piva (obvykle 8,8 o C) a za n\u00ed\u017e stoj\u00ed varn\u00e9 kotle, lze jak z kapit\u00e1nsk\u00e9ho m\u016fstku obhl\u00e9dnout p\u0159\u00ed\u010f i z\u00e1\u010f lok\u00e1lu. Krom\u011b sv\u011btl\u00e9, \u010dern\u00e9 \u010di \u0159ezan\u00e9 dvan\u00e1ctky Pegas je zde mo\u017eno okusit i p\u0161eni\u010dn\u00fd le\u017e\u00e1k. Jeho chu\u0165 je pro tuzemsk\u00e9ho piva\u0159e nezvykl\u00e1, odpov\u00edd\u00e1 v\u0161ak charakteru t\u011bchto typ\u016f piva obl\u00edben\u00fdch p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm v N\u011bmecku (weissbier). Pivn\u00ed sklo je atypick\u00e9, ne v\u0161ak natolik, aby bylo nevkusn\u00e9. Pivo se \u010depuje do nedosp\u011bl\u00fdch krygl\u016f o objemu 0,4 litru. N\u00e1lev je charakteristicky kaln\u00fd, nebo\u0165, jak je ps\u00e1no na nevelk\u00e9 tabuli, nen\u00ed filtrov\u00e1n. Nen\u00ed p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 siln\u00e9, vyzr\u00e1lost chuti je v\u0161ak dostate\u010dn\u00e1. Minipivovar zalo\u017een\u00fd roku1992 m\u00e1 logo Prvn\u00ed moravsk\u00fd dom\u00e1c\u00ed hostinsk\u00fd pivovar. Za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed minipivovaru dodala n\u011bmeck\u00e1 spole\u010dnost Caspary-Schulz-Ziemann. Pivovar m\u00e1 kapacitu 7 500 hl ro\u010dn\u011b.<br \/>\nNa podzim 2003 pivovar nab\u00edzel novinkov\u00e9 pivo Krystal. Jednalo se o polotmav\u00fd le\u017e\u00e1k s origin\u00e1ln\u00ed chut\u00ed. Na rozd\u00edl od ostatn\u00edho va\u0159en\u00e9ho sortimentu bylo toto pivo filtrovan\u00e9 (\u010dir\u00e9).<br \/>\nCena piva v lednu 2000, lednu 2001:<br \/>\nsv\u011btl\u00fd a tmav\u00fd le\u017e\u00e1k Pegas &#8211; 14,40 K\u010d za 0,4 l<br \/>\np\u0161eni\u010dn\u00fd le\u017e\u00e1k, bylinn\u00fd le\u017e\u00e1k- 18 K\u010d za 0,5 l<br \/>\nv \u010dervenci 2003: Pegas za 15,60 K\u010d (0,4 l) ; v \u0159\u00edjnu, listopadu 2003: Krystal za 22 K\u010d za 0,5 l, p\u0161eni\u010dn\u00e9 za 20 K\u010d.<br \/>\nMinipivovar v srpnu 2004 nab\u00edzel 4 druhy piva. Sv\u011btl\u00fd a tmav\u00fd nefiltrovan\u00fd le\u017e\u00e1k Pegas byly za 16 K\u010d (0,4 l), P\u0161eni\u010dn\u00fd nefiltrovan\u00fd le\u017e\u00e1k jste po\u0159\u00eddili za 20 K\u010d (0,5 l), filtrovan\u00fd le\u017e\u00e1k Krystal byl tak\u00e9 za 20 K\u010d (0,5 l). Sortiment minipivovaru se tak stabilizoval. Definitivn\u011b se ustoupilo od v\u00fdroby bylinn\u00fdch \u010di jinak ochucen\u00fdch speci\u00e1l\u016f (nap\u0159. medov\u00fd le\u017e\u00e1k, bady\u00e1nov\u00fd &#8211; polotmav\u00fd, fenyklov\u00fd &#8211; polotmav\u00fd, vanilkov\u00fd, eukalyptov\u00fd &#8211; sv\u011btl\u00fd, z\u00e1zvorov\u00fd &#8211; polotmav\u00fd).<br \/>\nNa prosinec 2004 zdej\u0161\u00ed sl\u00e1dek uva\u0159il polotmav\u00fd V\u00e1no\u010dn\u00ed le\u017e\u00e1k (0,5 l za 20 K\u010d).<br \/>\nV roce 2005 minipivovar ukon\u010dil v\u00fdrobu piva Pegas Krystal, \u0161lo o polotmav\u00fd filtrovan\u00fd le\u017e\u00e1k. V restauraci byl pod\u00e1v\u00e1n v 0,5 litrov\u00fdch vysok\u00fdch sklenic\u00edch. Poprv\u00e9 uva\u0159eno na podzim 2003.<\/p>\n<p>Minipivovar od 1.z\u00e1\u0159\u00ed 2005 zavedl nov\u00e9 sklenice o obsahu 0,6 litr\u016f. To\u010den je do nich klasick\u00fd sv\u011btl\u00fd a tmav\u00fd le\u017e\u00e1k Pegas v cen\u011b 24 K\u010d. P\u0161eni\u010dn\u00fd le\u017e\u00e1k je i nad\u00e1le nab\u00edzen za cenu 20 K\u010d v tradi\u010dn\u00edch vysok\u00fdch sklenic\u00edch.<br \/>\nT\u00fdden p\u0159ed v\u00e1nocemi v roce 2005 restaurace Pegas nab\u00edzela V\u00e1no\u010dn\u00ed le\u017e\u00e1k.<br \/>\nMinipivovar uva\u0159il na jarn\u00ed sv\u00e1tky roku 2006 speci\u00e1ln\u00ed polotmav\u00fd Velikono\u010dn\u00ed le\u017e\u00e1k, v restauraci na Jakubsk\u00e9 ulici jej to\u010dili od 10.4.2006 za cenu 24 K\u010d\/0,6 l.<br \/>\nNep\u0159ehl\u00e9dnuteln\u00fdm st\u0159edem minipivovaru je dvoun\u00e1dobov\u00e1 varna, kolem kter\u00e9 stoj\u00ed dlouh\u00fd barov\u00fd pult, kter\u00fd je p\u0159ev\u00e1\u017en\u011b ve ve\u010dern\u00edch hodin\u00e1ch obsyp\u00e1n \u0161tamgasty, co p\u0159i\u0161li jen &#8222;na jedno&#8220;.
