Svrchn\u011b kva\u0161en\u00e1 12,5 EPM, kter\u00e1 byla speci\u00e1ln\u011b uva\u0159en\u00e1 ke Dni otev\u0159en\u00fdch dve\u0159\u00ed pivovaru. N\u00e1zev piva byl d\u00edky chmelu, kter\u00fd byl do piva pou\u017eit\u00fd. To znamenalo chmel z Francie s n\u00e1zvem Barbe Rouge, kter\u00fd m\u00e1 lehk\u00e9 t\u00f3ny do kv\u011bt\u016f r\u016f\u017ee a chmel z Ameriky s n\u00e1zvem Lotus, kter\u00fd m\u00e1 t\u00f3ny do exotick\u00e9ho ovoce.<\/li>\n<li>V dubnu 2025 na \u010depu <strong>Vildenbersk\u00fd Zelen\u00e1\u010d<\/strong>. Velikono\u010dn\u00ed speci\u00e1l, kter\u00fd se va\u0159il se sm\u011bs\u00ed bylin, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e v chuti nejv\u00edce vynik\u00e1 m\u00e1ta, kter\u00e1 s vybran\u00fdmi chmely vykouzlila zaj\u00edmavou a origin\u00e1ln\u00ed chu\u0165. Polotmav\u00fd spodn\u011b kva\u0161en\u00fd speci\u00e1l 13,5 \u00b0, kter\u00fd byl uva\u0159en\u00fd ze \u010dty\u0159 druh\u016f slad\u016f, t\u0159ech odr\u016fd \u010desk\u00e9ho chmele a na z\u00e1v\u011br dopln\u011bn\u00fd o lesn\u00ed med z Vyso\u010diny. Touto kombinac\u00ed vznikla nezam\u011bniteln\u00e1 chu\u0165 a v\u016fn\u011b. Po prvn\u00edm nap\u00edt\u00ed byla c\u00edtit p\u0159\u00edjemn\u00e1 chu\u0165 po medu a ke konci dozn\u00edv\u00e1 ho\u0159kost po \u017eateck\u00e9m chmelu. <strong>Chrismas B\u00ed\u00ed\u00edr<\/strong> Byl to svrchn\u011b kva\u0161en\u00fd sv\u011btl\u00fd speci\u00e1l 13,5\u00b0, kter\u00fd je va\u0159en\u00fd ze dvou druh\u016f sladu a chmelen\u00fd dv\u011bma odr\u016fdami americk\u00e9ho chmele. V pivu ale nejv\u00edce vynikl chmel El Dorado, kter\u00fd se vyzna\u010duje lehk\u00fdm aromatem po meru\u0148k\u00e1ch a tropick\u00e9m ovoci. Pivo zakon\u010dilo p\u0159\u00edjemn\u00e1 a p\u0159itom siln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed ho\u0159kost.<\/li>\n<li>V listopadu 2023 novinka &#8211; <strong>Vildenbersk\u00fd Pumpkin<\/strong>. Byl to sv\u011btl\u00fd spodn\u011b kva\u0161en\u00fd speci\u00e1l 12,5 EPM, chmelen\u00fd americk\u00fdm chmelem, kter\u00fd nesl ko\u0159en\u011bn\u00e9 t\u00f3ny. Pivo bylo va\u0159en\u00e9 se spousty kil d\u00fdn\u011b, ko\u0159en\u00edm jako je sko\u0159ice a h\u0159eb\u00ed\u010dek. Na z\u00e1v\u011br byl je\u0161t\u011b p\u0159id\u00e1n z\u00e1zvor.<\/li>\n<li>V \u0159\u00edjnu 2022 novinka <strong>Vildenbersk\u00fd Ohnivec<\/strong>. Speci\u00e1ln\u00ed le\u017e\u00e1k, kter\u00fd byl va\u0159en\u00fd pouze ze dvou druh\u016f sladu a chmelen\u00fd jedn\u00edm druhem chmele tak, aby pr\u00e1v\u011b vynikla p\u0159\u00edjemn\u00e1 palivost papri\u010dek Trinidat Scorpion Moruga Satan. Alk.: 4,8 %.<\/li>\n<li>V \u010dervnu 2022 na \u010depu <strong>Double Hop\u00edk<\/strong>. Byla to prvn\u00ed zdej\u0161\u00ed svrchn\u011b kva\u0161en\u00e1 sv\u011btl\u00e1 12\u00b0, kter\u00e1 byla dvakr\u00e1t za studena chmelen\u00e1 a ke v\u0161emu poka\u017ed\u00e9 jin\u00fdm chmelem. Prvn\u00ed odr\u016fda byla americk\u00e1 El Dorado. Druh\u00e1 odr\u016fda poch\u00e1z\u00ed z Nov\u00e9ho Z\u00e9landu a nese jm\u00e9no Nelson Sauvin.<\/li>\n<li>V prosinci 2021 speci\u00e1l Mraz\u00edk Ale. Byl to pivo typu pale ale. Svrchn\u011b kva\u0161en\u00e1 sv\u011btl\u00e1 12\u00b0, kter\u00e1 byla chmelen\u00e1 pouze jednou odr\u016fdou americk\u00e9ho chmele (single hop). V chuti a v\u016fn\u00ed \u0161lo zaznamenat lehk\u00e9 t\u00f3ny po jehli\u010d\u00ed (borovi\u010dka), av\u0161ak ke konci p\u0159evl\u00e1dala vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed ho\u0159kost.<\/li>\n<li>Na koci roku speci\u00e1l <strong>P\u0159ip\u00e1len\u00fd pern\u00ed\u010dek<\/strong>. Byl to tmav\u00fd speci\u00e1l 13,5\u00b0 uva\u0159en\u00fd ze \u010dty\u0159 druh\u016f sladu chmelen\u00fd pouze jedn\u00edm druhem \u010desk\u00e9ho chmele. Va\u0159en\u00e9 pouze ze dvou druh\u016f sladu a chmelen\u00e9 pouze jednou odr\u016fdou).<\/li>\n<li>V kv\u011btnu 2021 novinka &#8211; <strong>Double Hop\u00edk<\/strong>. Prvn\u00ed zdej\u0161\u00ed svrchn\u011b kva\u0161en\u00e9 pivo, kter\u00e9 je dvakr\u00e1t za studena chmelen\u00e9 a ke v\u0161emu poka\u017ed\u00e9 jin\u00fdm chmelem. Prvn\u00ed odr\u016fda byla americk\u00e1 El Dorado. Druh\u00e1 odr\u016fda je zde \u00fapln\u011b poprv\u00e9. Poch\u00e1z\u00ed z Nov\u00e9ho Z\u00e9landu a nese jm\u00e9no Nelson Sauvin. A pr\u00e1v\u011b jak se chmel jmenuje, takov\u00e9 chu\u0165ov\u00e9 t\u00f3ny m\u016f\u017eeme v pive\u010dku nal\u00e9zt. Lehce vinn\u00e9, ale p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm je kr\u00e1sn\u011b c\u00edtit trpkost po angre\u0161tu.<\/li>\n<li>Od 29.4.2021 v prodeji <strong>Vildenbersk\u00fd Mercen<\/strong>. Je to sv\u011btl\u00fd spodn\u011b kva\u0161en\u00fd speci\u00e1l 13,5 \u00b0, va\u0159en\u00fd pouze z n\u011bmeck\u00fdch slad\u016f z m\u011bsta Bamberk. Slady se kr\u00e1sn\u011b uk\u00e1\u017e\u00ed i v kone\u010dn\u00e9 chuti. Se stavbou za\u010dal u\u017e na sklonku roku 2013. D\u011bln\u00edci na m\u00edst\u011b bourali a stav\u011bli a\u017e do kv\u011btna 2014. Pak \u0160merda za\u010dal nav\u00e1\u017eet technologie a montovat nerezov\u00e9 tanky. Prvn\u00ed pivo s n\u00e1zvem Vildenberg nato\u010dil v prosinci 2014. \u0160merda sh\u00e1n\u011bl sl\u00e1dka netypick\u00fdm zp\u016fsobem. \u201eObj\u00ed\u017ed\u011bl jsem r\u016fzn\u00e9 pivn\u00ed festivaly, z\u00edskal jsem p\u00e1r kontakt\u016f a na\u0161el toho prav\u00e9ho,&#8220; vysv\u011btlil \u0160merda.<br \/>\nPivovar nab\u00edzel v b\u0159eznu 2015 t\u0159i druhy piv Vildenberg. \u201eJde o dva druhy st\u00e1l\u00fdch, sv\u011btlou des\u00edtku a dvan\u00e1ctku, a jeden speci\u00e1l, kter\u00fd v\u017edy po ur\u010dit\u00e9 dob\u011b vym\u011bn\u00edme. Moment\u00e1ln\u011b je to novoro\u010dn\u00ed pivo s jantarovou barvou a medovou chut\u00ed. V\u0161echny n\u00e1poje jsou nefiltrovan\u00e9 a nepasterizovan\u00e9,&#8220; up\u0159esnil \u0160merda. Dal\u0161\u00ed speci\u00e1ly na sebe nenechaly dlouho \u010dekat. \u201eUr\u010dit\u011b nab\u00eddneme tak\u00e9 velikono\u010dn\u00ed speci\u00e1l a na duben chyst\u00e1me i polotmav\u00e9 svrchn\u011b kva\u0161en\u00e9 jarn\u00ed pivo,&#8220; pozval z\u00e1jemce \u0160merda, kter\u00fd pl\u00e1noval v\u00fdstav zhruba p\u011bt a\u017e \u0161est stovek hektolitr\u016f.
