Eclipse je australsk\u00e1 odr\u016fda, kter\u00e1 vynik\u00e1 v\u00fdrazn\u00fdm citrusov\u00fdm aroma s t\u00f3ny mandarinky, sladk\u00e9ho pomeran\u010de a jemn\u00e9ho tropick\u00e9ho ovoce. V chuti se projevuje \u0161\u0165avnat\u00e1 citrusov\u00e1 sv\u011b\u017eest, podpo\u0159en\u00e1 vyv\u00e1\u017eenou ho\u0159kost\u00ed.<\/li>\n<li>Na konci roku 2025 na \u010depu V\u00e1no\u010dn\u00ed speci\u00e1l \u2013 Porter 13 s malinami. Tmav\u00e9, pln\u00e9 pivo, kde se \u010dokol\u00e1dov\u00e9 a pra\u017een\u00e9 t\u00f3ny propojily s ovocnou sv\u011b\u017eest\u00ed malin a jemnou vanilkovou sladkost\u00ed. V\u016fn\u011b k\u00e1vy a dokonale vyv\u00e1\u017een\u00e1 chu\u0165 mezi ovocnou kyselost\u00ed a sladk\u00fdm z\u00e1v\u011brem.<\/li>\n<li>V prosinci 2025 na \u010depu Ale 10 jednochmel Erebus. Chmel p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdrazn\u00e9 aroma tmav\u00e9ho lesn\u00edho ovoce, zral\u00fdch t\u0159e\u0161n\u00ed a lehce ko\u0159enit\u00fd n\u00e1dech, kter\u00fd cel\u00e9mu pivu dod\u00e1v\u00e1 hlub\u0161\u00ed charakter. V chuti se snoub\u00ed \u0161\u0165avnat\u00e9 ovocn\u00e9 t\u00f3ny s jemnou bylinnou linkou a \u010dist\u011b ho\u0159k\u00fdm zakon\u010den\u00edm.<\/li>\n<li>V z\u00e1\u0159\u00ed 2025 v nab\u00eddce 10 Ale jednochmel Dolcita. Jednalo se o novou americk\u00e1 odr\u016fdu chmele z programu Hop Breeding Company, d\u0159\u00edve ozna\u010dovan\u00e1 jako HBC 1019. Dolcita zaujme svou ovocnou aromatikou. Najdete v n\u00ed t\u00f3ny broskv\u00ed, merun\u011bk a kandovan\u00e9ho ananasu, s jemn\u00fdm n\u00e1dechem tmav\u00e9ho rumu. V chuti p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161\u00ed \u0161\u0165avnat\u00fd, ovocn\u011b sladk\u00fd charakter s vyv\u00e1\u017eenou ho\u0159kost\u00ed.<\/li>\n<li>V \u010dervenci 2025 novinka Gose 11. Sv\u011btl\u00e9 pivo s v\u00edce ne\u017e polovi\u010dn\u00edm pod\u00edlem p\u0161enice, mlad\u00fdmi smrkov\u00fdmi v\u00fdhonky, jalovcem, citronovou a limetkovou k\u016frou. Vyzna\u010duje se slan\u00fdm charakterem a kyselost\u00ed, kter\u00e1 je dosa\u017eena pomoc\u00ed u\u0161lechtil\u00fdch bakteri\u00ed Lactobacillus.<\/li>\n<li>V \u010dervnu 2025 na \u010depu Ananas &#038; Yuzu. Jemn\u00e1 a osv\u011b\u017euj\u00edc\u00ed kyselost, kter\u00e1 vznikla p\u0159\u00edmo na varn\u011b d\u00edky u\u0161lechtil\u00fdm bakteri\u00edm ml\u00e9\u010dn\u00e9ho kva\u0161en\u00ed, tvo\u0159ila ide\u00e1ln\u00ed z\u00e1klad pro exotick\u00e9 t\u00f3ny ananasu a yuzu. V\u00fdsledkem bylo lehk\u00e9, tropicky lad\u011bn\u00e9 pivo s v\u00fdrazn\u011b osv\u011b\u017euj\u00edc\u00edm citrusov\u00fdm charakterem. Jednalo se o sv\u011b\u017e\u00ed svrchn\u011b kva\u0161en\u00e9 pivo s vy\u0161\u0161\u00edm pod\u00edlem p\u0161eni\u010dn\u00e9ho sladu a ni\u017e\u0161\u00edm obsahem alkoholu.<\/li>\n<li>V \u00fanoru 2025 na \u010depu Valent\u00fdnsk\u00e1 12 &#8211; witbier. Uva\u0159eno z je\u010dn\u00fdch a p\u0161eni\u010dn\u00fdch slad\u016f, upraven\u00e9ho chmelu, ovesn\u00fdch vlo\u010dek, koriandru a malinov\u00e9ho pyr\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li>Od 27.11.2022 na \u010depu v\u00e1no\u010dn\u00ed speci\u00e1l Sv\u011btl\u00fd Ale 18. Uva\u0159ili siln\u00e9 svrchn\u011b kva\u0161en\u00e9 pivo s v\u00fdrazn\u011b zlatavou barvou, pln\u011bj\u0161\u00edm t\u011blem a vyv\u00e1\u017eenou ho\u0159kost\u00ed. Jeho s\u00edlu doplnily jemn\u00e9 t\u00f3ny citrus\u016f a kv\u011btin, kter\u00e9 do piva p\u0159e\u0161ly z americk\u00fdch chmel\u016f Centennial a Amarillo.<\/li>\n<li>Na l\u00e9to 2022 uva\u0159ili osv\u011b\u017euj\u00edc\u00ed bor\u016fvkovo-limetkov\u00fd kysel\u00e1\u010d s EPM 9 %. Jednalo se o svrchn\u011b kva\u0161en\u00e9 pivo s v\u011bt\u0161\u00edm pod\u00edlem p\u0161eni\u010dn\u00e9ho sladu, ni\u017e\u0161\u00edm alkoholem a vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed kyselost\u00ed vytv\u00e1\u0159enou \u0159\u00edzen\u011b pomoc\u00ed u\u0161lechtil\u00fdch bakteri\u00ed. Jemnou ho\u0159kost \u017dateck\u00e9ho poloran\u00e9ho \u010derve\u0148\u00e1ku p\u0159ekr\u00fdv\u00e1 chu\u0165 bor\u016fvek a limetky, kter\u00e9 se ve form\u011b pyr\u00e9 p\u0159id\u00e1valy po hlavn\u00edm kva\u0161en\u00ed.<\/li>\n<li>V roce 2022 speci\u00e1ln\u011b pro akci \u201esuch\u00fd \u00fanor\u201c uva\u0159ili <strong>Zimn\u00ed nealko<\/strong> \u2013 za studena chmelen\u00fd speci\u00e1l. Zimn\u00ed nealko bylo pivo s vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed ho\u0159kost\u00ed, chmelen\u00e9 za studena americk\u00fdmi chmely a chmelem Citra. V chuti byly pak zn\u00e1t citrusov\u00e9 t\u00f3ny.<\/li>\n<li>Na konci roku 2021 v prodeji v\u00e1no\u010dn\u00ed \u010dty\u0159pack. Obsahoval tato pivka: 12 Polotmav\u00fd le\u017e\u00e1k, 13 Sv\u011btl\u00e9 siln\u00e9 pivo, 14 Black ALE, 16 V\u00e1no\u010dn\u00ed speci\u00e1l IPA 16 (sv\u011btl\u00e9 svrchn\u011b kva\u0161en\u00e9 siln\u00e9 pivo IPA, va\u0159en\u00e9 z p\u011bti druh\u016f je\u010dn\u00fdch slad\u016f a t\u0159\u00ed druh\u016f chmele. Chmely byly pou\u017eity dva americk\u00e9 Ekuanot, Columbus a jeden australsk\u00fd Galaxy. Stupe\u0148 ho\u0159kosti: 55 IBU Obsah alkoholu: 7,5 % obj.).<\/li>\n<li>V b\u0159eznu 2021 v prodeji<strong> Jarn\u00ed Ale 12<\/strong>. Jednalo se o sv\u011btl\u00e9 svrchn\u011b kva\u0161en\u00e9 pln\u00e9 pivo typu ALE. Vyzna\u010dovalo se vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed ho\u0159kost\u00ed a pln\u011bj\u0161\u00edm t\u011blem se st\u0159edn\u00edm \u0159\u00edzem. Pivo bylo chmelen\u00e9 dv\u011bma novoz\u00e9landsk\u00fdmi chmely, kter\u00e9 dodaly pivu n\u00e1dech citrus\u016f a tropick\u00e9 maracuji.<\/li>\n<li>V z\u00e1\u0159\u00ed 2020 &#8211; novinka <strong>12 APL<\/strong> (American Pale Lager). Jednalo se o spodn\u011b kva\u0161en\u00e9 pivo, do po hlavn\u00edm kva\u0161en\u00ed na spilce p\u0159idali chmely Amarillo a Centenial. V t\u00e9to f\u00e1zi v\u00fdroby nep\u0159ech\u00e1zej\u00ed t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 ho\u0159k\u00e9 l\u00e1tky ze chmelu do piva, ale zintenziv\u0148uje se aroma, kter\u00e9 tyto chmely zp\u016fsobuj\u00ed, konkr\u00e9tn\u011b t\u00f3ny kv\u011btin, citrus\u016f a bylin.<\/li>\n<li>Letn\u00ed speci\u00e1l p\u0159ist\u00e1l v \u010dervnu 2018 na \u010dep tak\u00e9 v H1. Nov\u00e1 varianta p\u016fvodn\u00ed Osmi\u010dky bylo svrchn\u011b kva\u0161en\u00e9 n\u00edzko stup\u0148ovit\u00e9 pivo typu Ale, va\u0159en\u00e9 z p\u011bti slad\u016f a chmel\u016f \u017dateck\u00fd poloran\u00fd \u010derve\u0148\u00e1k, Polaris a Pekko. Pivo m\u011blo vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed ho\u0159kost a \u0159\u00edz.<\/li>\n<li>Od 27.5.2018 nov\u00fd speci\u00e1l na \u010depu 12\u00b0 p\u0161enice.<\/li>\n<li>Od 2.5.2018 na \u010depu Ale 12. Do v\u00e1rky byly pou\u017eity 4 druhy slad\u016f a 4 druhy americk\u00fdch chmel\u016f, dod\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed pivu v\u016fni kv\u011btin a citrusov\u00fdch plod\u016f. Alk.. 5,4 %, EPM 12,5 %.<\/li>\n<li>Pivovar Hostivar m\u011bl v prosinci 2017 v prodeji limitovanou edici speci\u00e1l\u016f: na Hostivaru 1: <strong>Doppelbock 17<\/strong> (17,6 % EPM, alk.: 7,0 %). Spodn\u011b kva\u0161en\u00e9 pivo, kter\u00e9 se vyzna\u010duje hn\u011bdou barvou s rud\u00fdmi t\u00f3ny, v\u00fdraznou sladovou v\u016fn\u00ed a pln\u00fdm t\u011blem. Ho\u0159kost je st\u0159edn\u00ed a objevuje se a\u017e na z\u00e1v\u011br. Pivo va\u0159ili kombinac\u00ed 4 druh\u016f sladu a 2 druhu \u010desk\u00fdch chmel\u016f. na H2: <strong>Golden Strong Ale 18<\/strong> (18,6 % EPM, Alk.: 7,9 %). Svrchn\u011b kva\u0161en\u00fd speci\u00e1l zlatav\u00e9 barvy va\u0159en\u00fd kombinac\u00ed p\u011bti druh\u016f sladu a 3 druh\u016f chmele. Ve v\u016fn\u00ed p\u0159eva\u017euje kv\u011btinov\u00e9, lehce ovocn\u00e9 aroma.<\/li>\n<li>Hostivar <strong>Martinsk\u00e1 14%<\/strong> na \u010depu v obou provozovn\u00e1ch H1 i H2 od 11.11.2017. Svrchn\u011b kva\u0161en\u00e9 pivo zlatav\u00e9 barvy. Toto pivo bylo uva\u0159eno ze \u010dty\u0159 slad\u016f a pouze jednoho chmelu, Kazbek. Ve v\u016fni jemn\u011b citrusov\u00e9 aroma p\u0159ech\u00e1zej\u00edc\u00ed a\u017e ke grepu dopln\u011bn\u00e9 o m\u00edrnou peprnost a zemitost. EPM \u2013 14,6% IBU \u2013 41 Obsah alkoholu \u2013 6,1%.<\/li>\n<li>Od 6.6.2017 na \u010depu p\u0161enice &#8211; model 2017. 12,4 % EPM, alk.: 4,8 %.<\/li>\n<li>Od 17. 3. 2017 na \u010depu <strong>Tmav\u00e1 \u010dtrn\u00e1ctka<\/strong>, spodn\u011b kva\u0161en\u00fd speci\u00e1l, uva\u0159en\u00fd z p\u011bti druh\u016f sladu. V\u016fn\u011b a chu\u0165 k\u00e1vov\u00e1, st\u0159edn\u00ed \u0159\u00edz. Such\u00e9, jemn\u011b ho\u0159k\u00e9 dozn\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed. PET l\u00e1hve za\u010dali prod\u00e1vat od 1. \u010dervna 2013.<br \/>\nDne 11.6. st\u00e1lou nab\u00eddku &#8211; sv\u011btlou jeden\u00e1ctku, polotmavou dvan\u00e1ctku a patn\u00e1ctku H &#8211; Ale m\u011bli doplnit sez\u00f3nn\u00ed speci\u00e1ly, nejd\u0159\u00edve cyklistick\u00e1 osmi\u010dka, d\u00e1le pl\u00e1novali p\u0161eni\u010dn\u00e9 pivo.<br \/>\nDne 21.6. sv\u011b\u017e\u00ed letn\u00ed speci\u00e1l Cyklistick\u00e1 osmi\u010dka. Na \u010depu byla v polovin\u011b kv\u011btna.<br \/>\nPo roce se 27.6. na \u010depu op\u011bt objevila ,,Cyklistick\u00e1 osmi\u010dka&#8220; .<br \/>\nPo Cyklistick\u00e9 8\u00b0 p\u0159ipravili dal\u0161\u00ed speci\u00e1l. Letn\u00ed, lehk\u00fd, dob\u0159e piteln\u00fd Pale Ale 12\u00b0, s lehce vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed ho\u0159kost\u00ed a del\u0161\u00edm dozn\u00edv\u00e1n\u00edm. V chuti se objevily t\u00f3ny tropick\u00e9ho ovoce a n\u00e1dech \u010dern\u00e9ho ryb\u00edzu. Na \u010depu od 25. 7.<br \/>\nOd 18. 8. Bylo P\u0161eni\u010dn\u00e9 pivo op\u011bt na \u010depu.<br \/>\nK hus\u00edm specialit\u00e1m byla na \u010depu Martinsk\u00e1 14\u00b0.Nar\u00e1\u017eela se 11.11.2014 v 11:11 hod.<br \/>\nOd 7. 12.2014 na druhou adventn\u00ed ned\u011bli byl op\u011bt na \u010depu Doppelbock 17\u00b0. Spodn\u011b kva\u0161en\u00e9 pivo, kter\u00e9 se vyzna\u010dovalo hn\u011bdou barvou s rud\u00fdmi t\u00f3ny, v\u00fdraznou sladovou v\u016fn\u00ed a pln\u00fdm t\u011blem. P\u0159ipravili tak\u00e9 limitovanou edici (196 ks) tmav\u00e9 13\u00b0 ve sklen\u011bn\u00fdch lahv\u00edch 0,75 l s keramick\u00fdm uz\u00e1v\u011brem.<br \/>\nOd 2.4.2015 na \u010depu 2. leto\u0161n\u00ed speci\u00e1l &#8211; V\u00fdro\u010dn\u00ed IPA 14, velmi ho\u0159k\u00e1 (IBU 69,6), chmelena \u010dty\u0159mi britsk\u00fdmi chmely, alkohol 6,1 %.<br \/>\nOd 8. 6. byl na \u010depu Witbier. Stout z Hostivaru pat\u0159il do kategorie Irish stout, byl vyroben\u00fd ze t\u0159\u00ed slad\u016f a pra\u017een\u00e9ho je\u010dmene, st\u0159edn\u00ed ho\u0159kost pivu dod\u00e1valy dva druhy britsk\u00fdch chmel\u016f. Chu\u0165ov\u011b byl su\u0161\u0161\u00ed, s n\u00e1znakem medu, v dozn\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed se objevily i k\u00e1vov\u00e9 t\u00f3ny a chu\u0165 po pra\u017een\u00ed.
