Svrchn\u011b kva\u0161en\u00fd tmav\u00fd speci\u00e1l uva\u0159en\u00fd v americk\u00e9m stylu. Pivo pln\u00e9ho t\u011bla, karamelovo-k\u00e1vov\u00e9 chuti a v\u00fdrazn\u00e1 v\u016fn\u011b chmelu Equinox.<\/li>\n<li>Od 1.2.2018 nov\u00e9 pivo na \u010depu &#8211; Dark Rose. Spodn\u011b kva\u0161en\u00e9 speci\u00e1ln\u00ed tmav\u00e9 pivo pln\u00e9 chuti, vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed ho\u0159kosti, \u010dokol\u00e1dov\u00fdmi t\u00f3ny a dlouh\u00fdm pra\u017een\u00fdm dozn\u00edv\u00e1n\u00edm.<\/li>\n<li>Od 13.11.2017 nov\u00e9 pivo na \u010depu &#8211; Amber Ale. Svrchn\u011b kva\u0161en\u00e9 pivo polotmav\u00e9 barvy se st\u0159edn\u00edm t\u011blem, specifickou chut\u00ed a chmelov\u00fdm aroma po citrusov\u00fdch plodech, p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm limetky.<\/li>\n<li>V srpnu 2017 Kl\u00e1\u0161tern\u00ed speci\u00e1l No.4 op\u011bt na \u010depu. Byla to zlatav\u00e1 obdoba p\u016fvodn\u00edho tmav\u00e9ho Kl\u00e1\u0161tern\u00edho speci\u00e1lu. Pivo bylo po b\u011b\u017en\u00e9m chmelovaru je\u0161t\u011b dochmelov\u00e1no za studena, m\u011blo v\u00fdrazn\u00e9 chmelov\u00e9 t\u00f3ny v kombinace koriandru a citrusu.<\/li>\n<li>Na po\u010d\u00e1tku kv\u011btna 2017 na \u010depu American hop lager. Sv\u011btl\u00fd speci\u00e1l americk\u00e9ho typu s dominantn\u00ed chmelovou chut\u00ed. Pivo bylo va\u0159eno z americk\u00e9ho chmele Simcoe a Chinook.<\/li>\n<li>Dne 19 ledna 2017 nov\u00e9 p\u0161eni\u010dn\u00e9 pivo na \u010depu &#8211; Alt \u2013 BayeriseWeissbier. Unik\u00e1tn\u00ed sv\u011btl\u00e9 svrchn\u011b kva\u0161en\u00e9 pivo, kter\u00e9 bylo uva\u0159eno v\u00fdhradn\u011b z p\u0161eni\u010dn\u00e9ho sladu a n\u011bmeck\u00fdch aromatick\u00fdch chmel\u016f. Pivu dominovala v\u00fdrazn\u00e1 v\u016fn\u011b kvasnic.<\/li>\n<li>V \u0159\u00edjnu 2016 nov\u00e9 p\u0161eni\u010dn\u00e9 pivo na \u010depu: Alt bayerishe weissbier. Uva\u0159eno podle starobyl\u00e9ho origin\u00e1ln\u00edho receptu za pou\u017eit\u00ed n\u011bmeck\u00fdch kvasnic .Svrchn\u011b kva\u0161en\u00fd speci\u00e1l s jemnou ban\u00e1novou p\u0159\u00edchut\u00ed. EPM 14 %, alk.: 5,4 %.<\/li>\n<li>Dne 4.8.2016 nov\u00fd speci\u00e1l na \u010depu, kter\u00fd u\u017e v pivovaru jednou va\u0159ili a pro velk\u00fd \u00fasp\u011bch ho Robert Ma\u0148\u00e1k op\u011bt za\u0159adil do piv na \u010depu &#8211; <strong>Salzburg speci\u00e1l<\/strong>. Uva\u0159eno podle starov\u011bk\u00e9 receptury z kl\u00e1\u0161tern\u00edho pivovaru v Salzburgu. Sv\u011btl\u00fd speci\u00e1l byl uva\u0159en z n\u011bmeck\u00e9ho sladu Carapils a chmele Spalter Select. Barva speci\u00e1lu byla v\u00fdrazn\u011b sv\u011btlej\u0161\u00ed a nasl\u00e1dlej\u0161\u00ed chuti ne\u017e sv\u011btl\u00fd speci\u00e1l.<\/li>\n<li>V \u010dervenci 2016 nov\u00e9 pivo na \u010depu &#8211; <strong>Elderflower Ale<\/strong> (alk.:5 %).<br \/>\nSpeci\u00e1ln\u00ed pivo z p\u0161eni\u010dn\u00e9ho sladu a kvasinkami svrchn\u00edho kva\u0161en\u00ed, kter\u00e9 bylo v\u00fdjime\u010dn\u00e9 postupem va\u0159en\u00ed. Pivo zr\u00e1lo na kv\u011btech \u010dern\u00e9ho bezu.<\/li>\n<li>Dne 22.6.2016 nov\u00e9 pivo na \u010depu &#8211; 100% Weissbier. Unik\u00e1tn\u00ed sv\u011btl\u00e9 svrchn\u011b kva\u0161en\u00e9 pivo, kter\u00e9 bylo uva\u0159eno v\u00fdhradn\u011b z p\u0161eni\u010dn\u00e9ho sladu a N\u011bmeck\u00fdch aromatick\u00fdch chmel\u016f. EPM 14%, alk. 5.3%.<\/li>\n<li>Dne 3.5.2016 na \u010depu &#8211; \u010cern\u00e1 lavina. Svrchn\u011b kva\u0161en\u00e9 pivo typu Dry Stout. Pivo s n\u00edzk\u00fdm \u0159\u00edzem, lehk\u00fdm a such\u00fdm t\u011blem s v\u00fdraznou ho\u0159kost\u00ed kakaov\u00fdch bob\u016f. EPM 16%, alk. 6.3%.<\/li>\n<li>Dne 12 b\u0159ezna 2016 \u00b7nov\u00e9 pivo na \u010depu American Pale Ale (alk.: 6,1 %). Svrchn\u011b kva\u0161en\u00e9 pivo sv\u011btlo \u2013 zlatav\u00e9 barvy se st\u0159edn\u00edm t\u011blem, specifickou chut\u00ed a chmelov\u00fdm aroma po citrusov\u00fdch plodech, p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm limetky.<\/li>\n<li>Dne 12.1.2016 nov\u00e9 pivo na \u010depu &#8211; Dark Rose. (alk.: 6.4 % ). Spodn\u011b kva\u0161en\u00e9 speci\u00e1ln\u00ed tmav\u00e9 pivo pln\u00e9 chuti, vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed ho\u0159kosti, \u010dokol\u00e1dov\u00fdmi t\u00f3ny a dlouh\u00fdm pra\u017een\u00fdm dozn\u00edv\u00e1n\u00edm.<\/li>\n<li>Dne 22.12.2015 nov\u00e9 a siln\u00e9 pivo na \u010depu &#8211; Double IPA (alk.: 8,3%).<br \/>\nVelmi siln\u00e9, svrchn\u011b kva\u0161en\u00e9 polotmav\u00e9 pivo typu IPA. V kontrastu vysok\u00e9 ho\u0159kosti s alkoholem vznikla opravdu opojiv\u00e9, robustn\u00ed zimn\u00ed pivo. IBU &#8211; stupe\u0148 ho\u0159kosti byl 90 jednotek.<\/li>\n<li>Nov\u00e9 pivo na \u010depu v prosinci 2015 &#8211; Christmas Amber. Speci\u00e1ln\u00ed polotmav\u00e9, spodn\u011b kva\u0161en\u00e9 pivo st\u0159edn\u011b ho\u0159k\u00e9 chuti a jantarov\u00e9 barvy se specifickou chmelovou v\u016fn\u00ed. Inspirac\u00ed pro sestaven\u00ed receptury byly sv\u00e1tky V\u00e1no\u010dn\u00ed. Alkohol: 5,7 %<\/li>\n<li>Dne 1.11.2015 na \u010depu &#8211; Single hop Ale. Sv\u011btl\u00e9, svrchn\u011b kva\u0161en\u00e9 pivo, kter\u00e9 je chmeleno v\u00fdhradn\u011b odr\u016fdou americk\u00e9ho chmele Sorachi Ace, kter\u00e1 se vyzna\u010duje zemitou chut\u00ed a v\u016fn\u00ed po kokosov\u00e9 du\u017ein\u011b.<\/li>\n<li>Dne 5.9.2015 na \u010depu speci\u00e1l West coast IPA, 6,1%. Svrchn\u011b kva\u0161en\u00e9 pivo. Tento typ piva je charakteristick\u00fd vysokou ho\u0159kost\u00ed a siln\u00fdm chmelov\u00fdm aroma. Speci\u00e1l byl uva\u0159en z americk\u00fdch chmel\u016f Chinook, Sorachi Ace, Citra.<\/li>\n<li>Dne 24.9. 2015 na \u010depu &#8211; Mnichovsk\u00fd speci\u00e1l (alk 5,7%).
