V nab\u00eddce od 19.12.2015. Pln\u00e1 chu\u0165 s jemn\u00fdm citrusov\u00fdm dozvukem.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><u>Star\u0161\u00ed info:<\/u><br \/>\nMinipivovar byl prvn\u00edm nov\u00fdm pivovarem otev\u0159en\u00fdm v Praze ve 20.stolet\u00ed (podzim 1993). Sv\u00fdm pivem z\u00e1soboval pouze vlastn\u00ed restauraci, kter\u00e1 je origin\u00e1ln\u011b \u0159e\u0161ena rozd\u011blen\u00edm jednotliv\u00fdch vnit\u0159n\u00edch prostor na r\u016fzn\u00e9 stavebn\u00ed slohy. Vstupn\u00ed prostor, kde je um\u00edst\u011bna dvoun\u00e1dobov\u00e1 varna, je stejn\u011b jako Radn\u00ed salon vyzdoben v secesn\u00edm slohu. Nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed, tzv. Prim\u00e1torsk\u00fd salon je \u0159e\u0161en ve stylu renesance. P\u0159edlohou v\u00fdzdoby byly motivy z \u010deskokrumlovsk\u00e9ho a dal\u0161\u00edch jiho\u010desk\u00fdch z\u00e1mk\u016f. Dal\u0161\u00edm prostorem je Podskal\u00ed, vystaven\u00e9 ve stylu staropra\u017esk\u00e9 plov\u00e1rny. N\u00e1sleduje Spilka s kuchy\u0148sk\u00fdmi stoly a \u017eidlemi postaven\u00fdmi p\u0159ed okny s mu\u0161k\u00e1tem, kter\u00fdmi je vid\u011bt p\u011bt kvasn\u00fdch k\u00e1d\u00ed. Restaura\u010dn\u00ed provozy jsou zakon\u010deny t\u0159emi Gotick\u00fdmi salonky se zbytky fresek a dal\u0161\u00edch prvk\u016f gotick\u00e9 v\u00fdzdoby. Varnu dodala n\u011bmeck\u00e1 firma Caspary-Schulz-Ziemann. Pivovar m\u00e1 kapacitu 3 000 hl ro\u010dn\u011b<\/p>\n<p>V Novom\u011bstsk\u00e9m pivovaru maj\u00ed velk\u00e9 porce a levn\u00e9 pivo<br \/>\n(Anna Ku\u010derov\u00e1, 29.12.2000)<br \/>\n&#8222;Restaurac\u00ed a jin\u00fdch podnik\u016f, kde \u010depuj\u00ed pivo, je v centru Prahy v\u00edc ne\u017e dost. M\u00e9n\u011b je ji\u017e t\u011bch, kde maj\u00ed pivo opravdu dobr\u00e9. A je\u0161t\u011b m\u00e9n\u011b t\u011bch, kter\u00e9 nab\u00edzej\u00ed pivo vlastn\u00ed v\u00fdroby. Lid\u00e9 m\u00edjej\u00edc\u00ed pas\u00e1\u017e ve Vodi\u010dkov\u011b ulici, nad n\u00ed\u017e se ty\u010d\u00ed n\u00e1pis Novom\u011bstsk\u00fd pivovar, mo\u017en\u00e1 ani netu\u0161\u00ed, \u017ee jen p\u00e1r krok\u016f od nich bubl\u00e1 v obrovsk\u00fdch kotl\u00edch zlatav\u00fd mok a v n\u011bkolika s\u00e1lech cinkaj\u00ed stolovn\u00edci sv\u00fdmi sklenicemi a p\u0159\u00edbory. N\u00e1v\u0161t\u011bva pivovaru bezesporu pat\u0159\u00ed do oblasti z\u00e1\u017eitkov\u00e9 gastronomie. Ka\u017ed\u00fd host vstupuje p\u0159\u00edmo do Varny a nem\u016f\u017ee tak p\u0159ehl\u00e9dnout obrovsk\u00e9 kotle, v nich\u017e n\u011bkolikr\u00e1t t\u00fddn\u011b va\u0159\u00ed mist\u0159i sl\u00e1dci pivo. Naopak &#8211; na chu\u0165 je v\u00fdborn\u00e9 a zakalenost, kter\u00e1 n\u011bkoho mo\u017en\u00e1 p\u0159ekvap\u00ed a kterou zp\u016fsobuj\u00ed zdrav\u00e9 kvasinky, je zcela nam\u00edst\u011b. Ve Varn\u011b v\u011bt\u0161inou b\u00fdv\u00e1 plno, ale m\u016f\u017eete hledat m\u00edsta i v dal\u0161\u00edch s\u00e1lech. Ne\u010dekejte v\u0161ak, \u017ee v\u00e1m person\u00e1l bude n\u00e1pomocen. Je-li plno, \u010d\u00ed\u0161n\u00edci ochotou p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 neopl\u00fdvaj\u00ed. A p\u0159ipravte se na dlouhou cestu nekone\u010dnou splet\u00ed chodeb a s\u00e1l\u016f. Krom\u011b Terasy a Varny jsou v\u0161echny ve sklepn\u00edch prostor\u00e1ch. V kategorii \u201etmav\u00fd le\u017e\u00e1k\u201c obsadilo prvn\u00ed m\u00edsto pivo Novom\u011bstsk\u00fd le\u017e\u00e1k.<br \/>\nNa konec roku 2011 pivovar p\u0159ipravil V\u00e1no\u010dn\u00ed 14 \u00b0 &#8211; kvasnicov\u00fd tmav\u00fd le\u017e\u00e1k.<br \/>\nMezi velkou konkurenc\u00ed 60 minipivovar\u016f cel\u00e9 \u010cR na Jarn\u00ed cen\u011b \u010desk\u00fdch sl\u00e1dk\u016f na Zv\u00edkov\u011b byly ud\u011blov\u00e1ny ceny \u010deskomoravsk\u00fdm svazem minipivovar\u016f. Polotmav\u00fd Novom\u011bstsk\u00fd 11 le\u017e\u00e1k byl ocen\u011bn 1.m\u00edstem a tmav\u00fd Novom\u011bstsk\u00fd 11 le\u017e\u00e1k byl ocen\u011bn 2.m\u00edstem.<br \/>\nOd 10.12.2012 byl v prodeji V\u00e1no\u010dn\u00ed 14\u00b0 polotmav\u00fd speci\u00e1l v 5 l soudc\u00edch. Od 17.12. pak bylo pivo tak\u00e9 na v\u00fd\u010depech a 1 l lahv\u00edch k prodeji.<br \/>\nV lednu 2013 nab\u00edzel minipivovar novinku &#8211; Pivovici v d\u00e1rkov\u00e9m balen\u00ed v\u010detn\u011b specieln\u00edch skleni\u010dek zvan\u00fdch \u201epija\u010dky\u201c s logem Novom\u011bstsk\u00e9ho pivovaru. Pivn\u00ed 50% p\u00e1lenka barique je vyroben\u00e1 z Novom\u011bstsk\u00e9ho kvasnicov\u00e9ho le\u017e\u00e1ku. P\u0159\u00edvlastek barique zna\u010d\u00ed, \u017ee po vyp\u00e1len\u00ed zr\u00e1la p\u00e1lenka v dubov\u00fdch sudech, aby z\u00edskala svou jedine\u010dnou chu\u0165.<br \/>\nDne 2.2. v Novom\u011bstsk\u00e9m pivovaru prob\u011bhly Zabij\u00e1\u010dkov\u00e9 hody. Novom\u011bstsk\u00fd kvasnicov\u00fd 11\u00b0 le\u017e\u00e1k tekl proudem cel\u00fd den 0,5 l pouze za 29 K\u010d.<br \/>\nDne 15.12.2013 v r\u00e1mci oslav 20.v\u00fdro\u010d\u00ed otev\u0159en\u00ed prob\u011bhl k\u0159est nov\u00e9ho V\u00fdro\u010dn\u00edho naku\u0159ovan\u00e9ho le\u017e\u00e1ku.<br \/>\nNovinka &#8211; \u010cokol\u00e1dov\u00e9 pivo (tmav\u00fd 11stup\u0148ov\u00fd le\u017e\u00e1k) byla uvedena 1.2.2014 v r\u00e1mci akce Zabij\u00e1\u010dkov\u00e9 hody.<br \/>\nOd 17.4. na \u010depu limitovan\u00e1 pivn\u00ed novinka \u2013 P\u0161eni\u010dn\u00fd nefiltrovan\u00fd le\u017e\u00e1k &#8211; 11\u00b0 tmav\u00e9 pivo.<br \/>\nNovinka &#8211; \u010cokol\u00e1dov\u00fd nefiltrovan\u00fd 11\u00b0 le\u017e\u00e1k.
