K prodeji pouze PET lahve.<\/li>\n<li>Dne 6.1.2016 nab\u00edzeli nov\u00e9 speci\u00e1ly Bavorsk\u00fd le\u017e\u00e1k 12\u00b0 a Gran\u00e1tov\u00e1 15\u00b0.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><u>Star\u0161\u00ed info:<\/u><br \/>\nPrap\u016fvodem my\u0161lenky a vzniku pivovaru bylo zakoupen\u00ed velk\u00e9 zem\u011bd\u011blsk\u00e9 usedlosti v Mut\u011bjovic\u00edch (okres Rakovn\u00edk) firmou Kuger s.r.o.. Technologii dodala firma MiniBrewerySystem Prost\u011bjov (nerezov\u00e1 varna 6 hl s plynov\u00fdm oh\u0159evem, dv\u011bma spilkami 12 hl a le\u017e\u00e1ck\u00fdm sklepem). Od 1.11.2009 se zdej\u0161\u00edm sl\u00e1dkem stal Pavel Rottenborn. Prvn\u00ed \u010dty\u0159i zku\u0161ebn\u00ed v\u00e1rky byly uva\u0159eny z\u00e1stupcem dodavatelsk\u00e9 firmy ing. Vladim\u00edrem \u010cernohorsk\u00fdm a nastupuj\u00edc\u00edm sl\u00e1dkem Pavlem Rottenbornem ji\u017e koncem z\u00e1\u0159\u00ed 2009. Z rozhodnut\u00ed majitele a sl\u00e1dka bude tento minipivovar produkovat hlavn\u011b sv\u011btlou a polotmavou nefiltrovanou a nepasterizovanou 12%. Slad je odeb\u00edr\u00e1n ze sladovny M\u0161eno. V restauraci je staro\u010desk\u00e9 mosazn\u00e9 v\u00fd\u010depn\u00ed za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed se t\u0159emi speci\u00e1ln\u00edmi kompenz\u00e1torov\u00fdmi oto\u010dn\u00fdmi kohouty od firmy Lukr. Pr\u00e1v\u011b na t\u0159et\u00edm kohoutu je po\u010d\u00edt\u00e1no se speci\u00e1ly k r\u016fzn\u00fdm v\u00fdro\u010d\u00edm a sv\u00e1tk\u016fm. Ob\u011b dvan\u00e1ctky se vyr\u00e1b\u011bj\u00ed klasick\u00fdm dvourmutov\u00fdm zp\u016fsobem s rozd\u011blen\u00edm hlavn\u00edho kva\u0161en\u00ed na spilce a dokva\u0161ov\u00e1n\u00edm v le\u017e\u00e1ck\u00fdch tanc\u00edch. V p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b speci\u00e1l\u016f se m\u016f\u017ee pou\u017e\u00edt i t\u0159\u00edrmutov\u00fd zp\u016fsob v\u00fdroby mladiny. K jejich v\u00fdrob\u011b se pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 (a bude pou\u017e\u00edvat pro speci\u00e1ly) mimo \u010desk\u00e9ho sladu tak\u00e9 slad bavorsk\u00fd, karamelov\u00fd a barevn\u00fd a chmelov\u00fd granul\u00e1t, v\u010detn\u011b \u017eateck\u00e9ho \u010derve\u0148\u00e1ku. Voda je z art\u00e9zsk\u00e9 studn\u011b. P\u0159i v\u00fdrob\u011b piva se nepou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 n\u00e1hra\u017eky.<br \/>\nDne 26.\u00fanora 2010 byla otev\u0159ena restaurace. Na \u010depu byla sv\u011btl\u00e1 a tmav\u00e1 12%. Otv\u00edrac\u00ed doba je Po-So 11:00 &#8211; 23:00, v Ne 11:00 &#8211; 22:00.<br \/>\n\u201eMy\u0161lenka na minipivovar je star\u00e1 sedm let, statek jsem kupoval u\u017e s jasnou p\u0159edstavou, \u017ee ho v n\u011bm ud\u011bl\u00e1me. Prostor na\u0161im pot\u0159eb\u00e1m maxim\u00e1ln\u011b vyhovoval, probl\u00e9my byly jen mal\u00e9 s in\u017een\u00fdrsk\u00fdmi s\u00edt\u011bmi, ale ty se poda\u0159ilo vy\u0159e\u0161it. S rekonstrukc\u00ed jsme za\u010dali p\u0159ed dv\u011bma lety. Neopravovali jsme postupn\u011b budovu po budov\u011b, ale v\u0161echny najednou,\u201c popisoval majitel minipivovaru Sergej Maslovski, kter\u00fd je p\u016fvodem z Litvy. Statek byl za \u00e9ry socialismu vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n jako centr\u00e1ln\u00ed budova JZD a po revoluci jako s\u00eddlo soukrom\u00e9 zem\u011bd\u011blsk\u00e9 firmy. Pot\u00e9 byl p\u00e1r let pr\u00e1zdn\u00fd, ne\u017e ho Sergej Maslovski koupil a prom\u011bnil k nepozn\u00e1n\u00ed. P\u0159i rekonstrukci se sna\u017eil co nejv\u00edce vyu\u017e\u00edt potenci\u00e1l star\u00e9 budovy. Na mnoha m\u00edstech tedy ponechal odkryt\u00e9 cihlov\u00e9 \u010di opukov\u00e9 zdivo a interi\u00e9r vybavil p\u0159\u00edrodn\u00edmi materi\u00e1ly. Restaurace je sv\u011btl\u00e1 a \u00fatuln\u00e1, nav\u00edc m\u00e1 ku\u0159\u00e1ck\u00e9 i neku\u0159\u00e1ck\u00e9 odd\u011blen\u00ed a tak\u00e9 salonek pro uzav\u0159enou spole\u010dnost. Celkem se zde usad\u00ed 120 lid\u00ed. Sl\u00e1dkem je Pavel Rottenborn, kter\u00fd pracoval 28 let v pivovaru ve Velk\u00e9m B\u0159ezn\u011b. \u201eVych\u00e1z\u00edm ze sv\u00e9 receptury, kterou jsem d\u011blal ve Velk\u00e9m B\u0159ezn\u011b. Chmel m\u00e1me \u017eateck\u00fd, tak\u017ee mo\u017en\u00e1, ani\u017e to v\u00edme, vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1me i chmel, kter\u00fd byl vyp\u011bstovan\u00fd p\u0159\u00edmo tady. A slad bereme ze M\u0161ena, kde je soukrom\u00e1 rodinn\u00e1 sladovna. D\u00edky tomu m\u00e1me vyrovnanou kvalitu sladu. Zku\u0161ebn\u00ed v\u00e1rky se va\u0159ily v z\u00e1\u0159\u00ed a povedly se. Ty u\u017e jsou pry\u010d. D\u011bl\u00e1me spr\u00e1vn\u00e9 \u010desk\u00e9 pivo i stup\u0148ovitost. Kdy\u017e m\u00e1me le\u017e\u00e1k, tak m\u00e1 minim\u00e1ln\u011b 12,6\u00b0, ten je zrovna te\u010f na p\u00edp\u011b,\u201c p\u0159ibl\u00ed\u017eil sl\u00e1dek. Kdy\u017e pivo uva\u0159\u00ed, trv\u00e1 d\u00e9le ne\u017e m\u011bs\u00edc, ne\u017e se dostane do v\u00fd\u010depu. V prvn\u00ed f\u00e1zi mus\u00ed zhruba deset a\u017e dvan\u00e1ct dn\u00ed st\u00e1t v k\u00e1di a pot\u00e9 minim\u00e1ln\u011b 30 dn\u00ed v tanku v le\u017e\u00e1ck\u00e9mu sklepu, kde dozr\u00e1v\u00e1. \u201eM\u00e1me celosladov\u00e9 v\u00e1rky. Sna\u017e\u00edm se, aby chu\u0165 byla zakulacen\u00e1, to znamen\u00e1, aby bylo ze za\u010d\u00e1tku pivo sladk\u00e9 a pak za\u010dala dozn\u00edvat ho\u0159kost, a aby nab\u00e1dala k dal\u0161\u00edmu napit\u00ed. P\u0159ipravujeme tak\u00e9 pro r\u016fzn\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitosti speci\u00e1ly. Te\u010f m\u00e1me p\u0159ipravenu na tanku m\u00e1jovou \u010dtrn\u00e1ctku, kter\u00e1 se naraz\u00ed 1. kv\u011btna. A v b\u0159eznu chceme d\u011blat tzv. b\u0159ez\u0148\u00e1ka, co\u017e je b\u0159eznov\u00e9 pivo, kter\u00e9 se bude nar\u00e1\u017eet zhruba na \u0160t\u011bdr\u00fd den. To bude m\u00edt s p\u016fvodn\u00edm extraktem asi 18 procent,\u201c p\u0159ibl\u00ed\u017eil Pavel Rottenborn.<br \/>\nMinipivovar v dubnu 2010 nab\u00edzel i velikono\u010dn\u00ed t\u0159in\u00e1ctku.<br \/>\nV dubnu 2010 byl v minipivovaru nab\u00edzen sortiment: sv\u011btl\u00e1 a tmav\u00e1 dvan\u00e1ctka za 28 K\u010d.<br \/>\nV \u010dervenci 2010 m\u011bli na \u010depu 12\u00b0 sv\u011btl\u00e9 a tmav\u00e9 pivo, 13\u00b0 polotmav\u00fd kvasnicov\u00fd le\u017e\u00e1k Bawarian bier a novinkov\u00fd 17,5\u00b0 Marzbier.<br \/>\nV z\u00e1\u0159\u00ed 2010 minipivovar nab\u00edzel sv\u011btlou dvan\u00e1ctku, Bavorskou polotmavou 13 % a sv\u011btlou 17 %.<br \/>\nV lednu 2011 nab\u00edzena piva pod n\u00e1zvy: Podd\u017eb\u00e1nsk\u00e1 kvasnicov\u00e1 10\u00b0 sv\u011btl\u00e1, Podd\u017eb\u00e1nsk\u00e1 kvasnicov\u00e1 12\u00b0 sv\u011btl\u00e1, Podd\u017eb\u00e1nsk\u00e1 kvasnicov\u00e1 12\u00b0 tmav\u00e1 a Podd\u017eb\u00e1nsk\u00e1 kvasnicov\u00e1 13 \u00b0 sv\u011btl\u00e1.<br \/>\nV minipivovaru v b\u0159eznu 2011 \u0161lo ochutnat Podd\u017eb\u00e1nsk\u00e9 pivo 10\u00b0 sv\u011btl\u00e9 (21 K\u010d), 12\u00b0 sv\u011btl\u00e9 a tmav\u00e9 (28 K\u010d) a 14\u00b0 (32 K\u010d).<br \/>\nO Velikonoc\u00edch roku 2012 na \u010depu sv\u011btl\u00e9 10\u00b0 pivo, sv\u011btl\u00e9 a \u010dern\u00e9 12\u00b0 pivo a polotmav\u00fd speci\u00e1l Boxer 14\u00b0.<br \/>\nOd 8.12.2012 byl na \u010depu nov\u00fd speci\u00e1l Gran\u00e1t 14\u00b0.<br \/>\nDne 9.2.2013 na \u010depu novinka &#8211; Sv\u011btl\u00fd pr\u00e9miov\u00fd le\u017e\u00e1k \u201e999\u201c. Nov\u00fd pr\u00e9miov\u00fd le\u017e\u00e1k \u201e999\u201c bylo dvan\u00e1ctistup\u0148ov\u00e9 pivo, va\u0159en\u00e9 jednormutov\u00fdm zp\u016fsobem z p\u011bti druh\u016f sladu a dvou druh\u016f chmele. Toto pivo se vyzna\u010dovalo kr\u00e1snou zlatou barvou, proto 999 (ozna\u010den\u00ed prav\u00e9ho zlata). Zaj\u00edmavost\u00ed bylo, \u017ee toto pivo bylo va\u0159eno 12.12.2012.<br \/>\nDne 25.3. na \u010depu nov\u00fd speci\u00e1l Valkyrie 15\u00b0.<br \/>\nDne 16.9. 2013 na \u010depu Speci\u00e1l 14\u00b0.<br \/>\nPivovar prod\u00e1vala na po\u010d\u00e1tku roku 2014 realitn\u00ed spole\u010dnost Naxos. V\u00fdchoz\u00ed cena k jedn\u00e1n\u00ed byla 16 milion\u016f korun.<br \/>\nV kv\u011btnu 2014 na \u010depu novinka \u2013 Maibock.<br \/>\nDne 23.8. na \u010depu Sv\u011btl\u00e9 10 %, Le\u017e\u00e1k 12 % a Speci\u00e1l 15 % polotmav\u00fd.<br \/>\nV \u0159\u00edjnu 2014 op\u011bt na \u010depu Nov\u00fd speci\u00e1l 17\u00b0.<br \/>\nDne 11.12.2014 na \u010depu V\u00e1no\u010dn\u00ed speci\u00e1l 18\u00b0.<br \/>\nV \u00fanoru 2015 byla m\u00edstn\u00ed restaurace zav\u0159en\u00e1, ale pivovar fungoval. Pivo dod\u00e1vali do r\u016fzn\u00fdch hospod.<br \/>\nDne 23.4.2015 v prodeji &#8211; Mnichovsk\u00fd le\u017e\u00e1k 12\u00b0, Speci\u00e1l 15\u00b0 a 12\u00b0 V\u00edde\u0148sk\u00fd le\u017e\u00e1k.<br \/>\nDne 9.7.2015 v prodeji piva Podd\u017eb\u00e1nsk\u00fd le\u017e\u00e1k 12\u00b0 a Speci\u00e1l jantarov\u00e1 16\u00b0.<br \/>\nDne 14.7.2015 v prodeji Mnichovsk\u00fd le\u017e\u00e1k 12\u00b0 (m\u00e1 p\u0159\u00edjemnou sladovou v\u016fni a syt\u011b zlatou barvu, typickou pro slady mnichovsk\u00e9ho typu. V chuti je zn\u00e1t p\u0159\u00edjemn\u00e1 pra\u017eenost sladu s lehk\u00fdmi t\u00f3ny ho\u0159kosti chmele) a Speci\u00e1l jantarov\u00e1 16\u00b0 (receptura dev\u00edti slad\u016f, spolu s pou\u017eit\u00fdm chmelem, tvo\u0159\u00ed jedine\u010dnou, harmonickou a nezam\u011bnitelnou chu\u0165 i v\u016fni. P\u0159i p\u0159ivon\u011bn\u00ed uc\u00edt\u00edte p\u0159\u00edjemnou sladovo-chmelovou, lehce karamelovou v\u016fni s t\u00f3ny naku\u0159ovan\u00e9ho sladu. P\u0159i ochutn\u00e1n\u00ed je zprvu nasl\u00e1dl\u00e9 povahy, ale tu vz\u00e1p\u011bt\u00ed vyst\u0159\u00edd\u00e1 p\u0159\u00edjemn\u00e1 naho\u0159kl\u00e1 chu\u0165).<br \/>\nDne 6.8.2015 na \u010depu 14\u00b0 speci\u00e1l Valk\u00fdra. \u0160lo o polotmav\u00e9 pivo v\u00edde\u0148sk\u00e9ho a\u017e gran\u00e1tov\u00e9ho typu.
