Polotmav\u00e9 speci\u00e1ln\u00ed pivo s 6,0 % alkoholu.<\/li>\n<li>V z\u00e1\u0159\u00ed 2015 novinka ve v\u00fdrobn\u00edm programu pivovaru \u2013 100 % p\u0159\u00edrodn\u00ed ochucen\u00fd le\u017e\u00e1k Prokop (alk.: 4,2 %). P\u0159i v\u00fdrob\u011b tohoto v\u00fdjime\u010dn\u00e9ho n\u00e1poje nebyla pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1na \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e1 um\u011bl\u00e1 ochucovadla, ale pouze limetka, z\u00e1zvor a jable\u010dn\u00fd mo\u0161t.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><u>Star\u0161\u00ed info:<\/u><br \/>\nVladim\u00edr La\u017eansk\u00fd, kter\u00fd koupil a opravil z\u00e1mek Chy\u0161e a v roce 2005 obnovoval i zdej\u0161\u00ed pivovar, cht\u011bl zah\u00e1jit v\u00fdrobu v dubnu 2006. &#8222;Krom\u011b pivnice p\u0159\u00edmo u pivovaru otev\u0159eme dal\u0161\u00ed v Karlov\u00fdch Varech,&#8220; uvedl v listopadu 2005 La\u017eansk\u00fd.<br \/>\nKarlovarsk\u00e9 noviny zve\u0159ejnili, \u017ee rekonstruovan\u00fd historick\u00fd pivovar v are\u00e1lu z\u00e1mku by m\u011bl b\u00fdt slavnostn\u011b otev\u0159en 17. kv\u011btna 2006. Vladim\u00edr La\u017eansk\u00fd, majitele z\u00e1mku a pivovaru v Chy\u0161i, na to v dubnu 2006 reagoval: \u201eNen\u00ed to pravda, do\u0161lo k nedorozum\u011bn\u00ed. Sice v\u0161e b\u011b\u017e\u00ed, tak jak m\u00e1, j\u00e1 ale nejsem schopen uv\u00e1d\u011bt jak\u00e9koli term\u00edny, kdy bude pivovar ofici\u00e1ln\u011b otev\u0159en. V sou\u010dasn\u00e9 dob\u011b b\u011b\u017e\u00ed zku\u0161ebn\u00ed provoz a d\u011bl\u00e1me v\u0161e proto, abychom mohli stavbu kolaudovat koncem tohoto m\u011bs\u00edce. A proto\u017ee m\u00e1 va\u0159en\u00ed piva sv\u00e9 z\u00e1konitosti, kter\u00e9 nelze opom\u00edjet, v\u016fbec nechci spekulovat o tom, kdy zde pote\u010de pivo a podobn\u011b. Opakuji v\u0161ak, \u017ee d\u011bl\u00e1me maximum, abychom postupovali rychle. Nechci v\u0161ak otev\u00edrat jakkoli provizorn\u011b, v\u0161e mus\u00ed b\u00fdt dokon\u010deno a v po\u0159\u00e1dku.\u201c<br \/>\nB\u00fdval\u00fd chy\u0161sk\u00fd i \u017elutick\u00fd far\u00e1\u0159 Vladim\u00edr M\u00fcller sv\u011btil v pond\u011bl\u00ed 1.kv\u011btna 2006 prvn\u00ed v\u00e1rku piva Prokop ze soukrom\u00e9ho chy\u0161sk\u00e9ho pivovaru. &#8222;Jsme r\u00e1di, \u017ee pan far\u00e1\u0159 pro n\u00e1s toto vysv\u011bcen\u00ed provedl. M\u00e1 velk\u00fd vztah k Chy\u0161i, proto jsme to pova\u017eovali za symbolick\u00e9,&#8220; \u0159ekl majitel pivovaru a chy\u0161sk\u00e9ho z\u00e1mku Vladim\u00edr La\u017eansk\u00fd. &#8222;Proces va\u0159en\u00ed piva je um\u011bn\u00ed a ne pr\u00e1v\u011b jednoduch\u00e9,&#8220; \u0159ekl Vladim\u00edr La\u017eansk\u00fd. V kv\u011btnu 2006 se pivovar chystal ke kolaudaci. &#8222;Chceme, aby se uskute\u010dnila asi v polovin\u011b m\u011bs\u00edce,&#8220; \u0159ekl Vladim\u00edr La\u017eansk\u00fd. Jak tak\u00e9 uvedl, za\u010d\u00e1tkem \u010dervna 2006 by m\u011blo doj\u00edt ke slavnostn\u00edmu otev\u0159en\u00ed pivovaru. &#8222;V objektu pivovaru, kter\u00fd byl p\u0159ed zah\u00e1jen\u00edm rekonstrukce v dezol\u00e1tn\u00edm stavu, to u\u017e vypad\u00e4lo k nepozn\u00e1n\u00ed. Velkou zaj\u00edmavost\u00ed pro n\u00e1v\u0161t\u011bvn\u00edky jist\u011b byla mo\u017enost vid\u011bt va\u0159en\u00ed piva p\u0159\u00edmo z restaurace,&#8220; \u0159ekl starosta Chy\u0161e Miroslav Dor\u0148\u00e1k. Jak sd\u011blil Vladim\u00edr La\u017eansk\u00fd, nem\u011bl v \u00famyslu otev\u0159\u00edt pivovar se \u017e\u00e1dnou obzvl\u00e1\u0161tn\u00ed pompou. &#8222;Jsem soukromn\u00edk, v\u0161e bude pat\u0159i\u010dn\u00e9, ale skromn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed, ne\u017e kdy\u017e se otev\u00edr\u00e1 velk\u00fd provoz,&#8220; dodal La\u017eansk\u00fd. La\u017eansk\u00fd po\u010d\u00edtal, \u017ee ro\u010dn\u011b uva\u0159\u00ed zhruba dva tis\u00edce hektolitr\u016f. &#8222;Ned\u011bl\u00e1me si ambice, \u017ee bychom porazili velk\u00e9 pivovary,&#8220; \u0159ekl.<br \/>\nOde dne 2.6.2006 mohli z\u00e1jemci p\u0159ij\u00edt do nov\u00e9 z\u00e1meck\u00e9 restaurace a pivnice v Chy\u0161i. A mohli tak\u00e9 ochutnat u\u017e prvn\u00ed litry zlat\u00e9ho moku ze soukrom\u00e9ho z\u00e1meck\u00e9ho pivovaru Vladim\u00edra La\u017eansk\u00e9ho. &#8222;V\u011b\u0159\u00edm, \u017ee pivo bude dobr\u00e9, nyn\u00ed budeme st\u00e1\u010det prvn\u00ed v\u00e1rku do sud\u016f. Jeho kvalitu v\u0161ak ale budou muset posoudit konzumenti,&#8220; usm\u00edval se Vladim\u00edr La\u017eansk\u00fd. Pivo bylo vozeno i v restauraci v Sokolovsk\u00e9 ulici v Karlov\u00fdch Varech. \u201eJde o tradi\u010dn\u00ed \u010desk\u00e9 pivo, kter\u00e9 se va\u0159\u00ed klasick\u00fdm poctiv\u00fdm zp\u016fsobem. Bude se jednat o sv\u011btlou a \u010dernou dvan\u00e1ctku, budeme va\u0159it i jeden\u00e1ctku a p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitostn\u011b i t\u0159in\u00e1cti a \u010dtrn\u00e1ctistup\u0148ov\u00e9 polotmav\u00e9 speci\u00e1ly,\u201c uvedl majitel pivovaru a chy\u0161sk\u00e9ho z\u00e1mku Vladim\u00edr La\u017eansk\u00fd.<\/p>\n<p>Za\u010d\u00e1tek t\u0159et\u00edho tis\u00edcilet\u00ed byl, p\u0159inejmen\u0161\u00edm v Karlovarsk\u00e9m kraji, charakterizov\u00e1n rozvojem pivovarnictv\u00ed. Vznikla tu \u0159ada mal\u00fdch pivovar\u016f a s nimi se z \u0161era d\u00e1vn\u00fdch \u010das\u016f vyno\u0159ila i nov\u00e1 profese pivovarn\u00edk. Jedn\u00edm z dr\u017eitel\u016f koncese na va\u0159en\u00ed piva byl tehdy pades\u00e1tilet\u00fd majitel z\u00e1mku Chy\u0161e Vladim\u00edr La\u017eansk\u00fd. Pro Karlovarsk\u00e9 noviny v srpnu 2006 \u0159ekl:<br \/>\n&#8222;* Jak moc je t\u0159eba, aby byl pivovarn\u00edk piva\u0159? Pt\u00e1m se mu\u017ee obda\u0159en\u00e9ho \u0161t\u00edhlou postavou milovn\u00edka v\u00edna.<br \/>\nNev\u00edm dost p\u0159esn\u011b, \u010demu se \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 piva\u0159, ale j\u00e1 m\u00e1m pivo opravdu r\u00e1d. Dokonce kdybych m\u011bl ze sv\u00e9ho \u017eivota vy\u0161krtat v\u0161echny n\u00e1poje a\u017e na jedin\u00fd, bylo by to pivo.<br \/>\n* To ale asi nebyl ten d\u016fvod, pro\u010d jste se pustil do jeho va\u0159en\u00ed.<br \/>\nSamoz\u0159ejm\u011b, \u017ee ne! Z\u00e1meck\u00fd pivovar nen\u00ed \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fd m\u016fj rozmar, ale prvn\u00ed krok k tomu, aby si z\u00e1mek na sebe za\u010dal vyd\u011bl\u00e1vat. Alespo\u0148 na vlastn\u00ed provoz, to znamen\u00e1 mzdy zam\u011bstnanc\u016f, energie a \u00fadr\u017ebu parku. To v\u0161e spolyk\u00e1 ro\u010dn\u011b dva miliony, kter\u00e9 zat\u00edm mus\u00edm dotovat z jin\u00e9 sv\u00e9 \u010dinnosti. A to nemluv\u00edm o pen\u011bz\u00edch, kter\u00e9 vkl\u00e1d\u00e1m do rekonstrukce objektu.<br \/>\n* Z \u010deho proboha \u017eivili z\u00e1mek va\u0161i p\u0159edkov\u00e9 ?<br \/>\nP\u0159edem mus\u00edm \u0159\u00edct, \u017ee j\u00e1 nejsem p\u0159\u00edm\u00fd p\u0159\u00edbuzn\u00fd La\u017eansk\u00fdch, kte\u0159\u00ed hospoda\u0159ili na Chy\u0161\u00edch. N\u00e1\u0161 rodokmen se s nimi sice prot\u00edn\u00e1, ale v dalek\u00e9 minulosti a\u017e n\u011bkolika set let. Ten z\u00e1mek mi nespadl do kl\u00edna jako restituce, ale koupil jsem si jej. A k tomu hospoda\u0159en\u00ed: Z\u00e1mek s\u00e1m byl jen n\u011bco jako rodinn\u00e1 vila, takov\u00e1 t\u0159e\u0161ni\u010dka na dortu velk\u00e9ho hospod\u00e1\u0159stv\u00ed. \u0158\u00edk\u00e1valo se, \u017ee na metr \u010dtvere\u010dn\u00fd st\u0159echy z\u00e1mku je t\u0159eba jeden hektar lesa nebo pole, a tady na Chy\u0161\u00edch to platilo. J\u00e1 jsem ov\u0161em koupil jen ten z\u00e1mek, na tom, co zbylo z kdysi velmi dob\u0159e prosperuj\u00edc\u00edho velkostatku, dnes hospoda\u0159\u00ed jin\u00ed.<br \/>\n* M\u016f\u017eete prozradit, z \u010deho tedy z\u00e1mek \u017eiv\u00edte ?<br \/>\nTo nen\u00ed \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 tajemstv\u00ed. J\u00e1 jsem p\u016fvodn\u011b strojn\u00ed in\u017een\u00fdr a jako takov\u00fd jsem po \u0161kole nastoupil do tehdej\u0161\u00ed st\u00e1tn\u00ed banky. Jako technik, ale postupn\u011b m\u011b za\u010dal zaj\u00edmat i vlastn\u00ed provoz banky, vystudoval jsem tedy ekonomii a po p\u0159evratu v roce 1989 jsem za\u010dal samostatn\u011b podnikat ve finan\u010dnictv\u00ed. To je dnes m\u016fj hlavn\u00ed a jedin\u00fd zdroj p\u0159\u00edjm\u016f.<br \/>\n* Vra\u0165me se ale k tomu pivu.<br \/>\nPivovar byl jedin\u00e9 hospod\u00e1\u0159sk\u00e9 staven\u00ed v are\u00e1lu z\u00e1mku, kter\u00e9 bylo k m\u00e1n\u00ed. V provozu byl do roku 1932, pak byl a\u017e do roku 1972 vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n celkem citliv\u011b jako \u0161pejchar, ale potom z n\u011bho ud\u011blali uhelnou kotelnu a za\u010dala d\u011bsiv\u00e1 devastace. V prosinci 2003 jsem ten objekt koupil jako ruinu, rekonstrukce trvala dva roky.<br \/>\n* A pak jste za\u010dal va\u0159it pivo a poh\u00e1dky je konec.<br \/>\nTak rychle to bohu\u017eel ne\u0161lo. J\u00e1 m\u00e1m sice, jak u\u017e jsem \u0159\u00edkal, k pivu velice dobr\u00fd vztah, ale na jeho va\u0159en\u00ed bych si netroufl. Musel jsem naj\u00edt sl\u00e1dka, a v\u011b\u0159te, \u017ee pr\u00e1v\u011b tohle byl t\u011b\u017ek\u00fd o\u0159\u00ed\u0161ek. Nakonec se mi povedlo na doporu\u010den\u00ed p\u0159edn\u00edho \u010desk\u00e9ho pivn\u00edho technologa anga\u017eovat Roberta Ma\u0148\u00e1ka, kter\u00fd je i p\u0159es svoje ml\u00e1d\u00ed velmi zku\u0161en\u00fdm sl\u00e1dkem. Je odchovancem jednoho z nejlep\u0161\u00edch \u010desk\u00fdch sl\u00e1dk\u016f Martina Matu\u0161ky, kter\u00fd t\u0159eba va\u0159il t\u0159in\u00e1ct let pivo u Flek\u016f. Chvilku trvalo, ne\u017e si osahal na\u0161i technologii, ale mysl\u00edm, a z\u00e1jem o na\u0161e pivo to dokazuje, \u017ee jeho pivo je skute\u010dn\u011b dobr\u00e9.<br \/>\n* Pivovar je u\u017e p\u00e1r m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f v provozu, p\u0159inesl o\u010dek\u00e1van\u00e9 zisky ?<br \/>\nNa cel\u00fd z\u00e1mek nevyd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1, ale na mzdy zam\u011bstnanc\u016f to z\u0159ejm\u011b bude sta\u010dit.<br \/>\n* Bydl\u00edte na z\u00e1mku a provozujete pivovar v Chy\u0161\u00edch, ale na dve\u0159\u00edch va\u0161\u00ed pivnice v Karlov\u00fdch Varech je va\u0161e jm\u00e9no s bydli\u0161t\u011bm v D\u011b\u010d\u00edn\u011b.<br \/>\nV\u017edy\u0165 j\u00e1 po\u0159\u00e1d je\u0161t\u011b jsem D\u011b\u010d\u00ed\u0148\u00e1k. Tam jsem se narodil a vyrostl, tam m\u00e1m s\u00eddlo firmy a tam jsem si taky postavil domek, ve kter\u00e9m m\u00e1m trval\u00e9 bydli\u0161t\u011b. Vlastn\u00edma rukama od z\u00e1klad\u016f a\u017e po st\u0159echu. Postavit si d\u016fm, to byla tenkr\u00e1t za minul\u00e9ho re\u017eimu jedna z m\u00e1la mo\u017enost\u00ed seberealizace, a tak jsem se vyu\u010dil zedn\u00edkem. Mysl\u00edm, \u017ee bych se t\u00edm mohl i \u017eivit, kdyby se ty nedobr\u00e9 \u010dasy vr\u00e1tily. &#8220;<br \/>\nV srpnu minipivovar nab\u00edzel sv\u011btlou 11\u00b0 a 12\u00b0 a tmavou 12\u00b0 Prokop.<br \/>\nVarna pivovaru stoj\u00ed p\u0159\u00edmo v restaura\u010dn\u00ed \u010d\u00e1sti, kter\u00e1 ohrom\u00ed sv\u00fdm prostorem a tak\u00e9 historickou klenbou. Na \u010depu byla v prosinci 2006 tradi\u010dn\u00ed t\u0159i zde va\u0159en\u00e1 piva: sv\u011btl\u00fd jeden\u00e1ctistup\u0148ov\u00fd kvasnicov\u00fd le\u017e\u00e1k Prokop, polotmav\u00fd kvasnicov\u00fd Jantar a tmav\u00fd kvasnicov\u00fd Prokop. Sv\u00e1te\u010dn\u00ed dvaadvacetistup\u0148ov\u00fd tmav\u00fd speci\u00e1l byl prod\u00e1v\u00e1n pouze v patentov\u00fdch lahv\u00edch za 100,- K\u010d. V p\u0159edv\u00e1no\u010dn\u00edm t\u00fddnu byl speci\u00e1l k dost\u00e1n\u00ed i jako to\u010den\u00fd.<br \/>\nV lednu 2007 minipivovar nab\u00edzel sortiment piv: Prokop 11\u00b0 sv\u011btl\u00fd, Prokop Jantar 12\u00b0 polotmav\u00fd a Prokop 12\u00b0 tmav\u00fd.<br \/>\nZnalci pivn\u00edho moku si nemohli vynachv\u00e1lit nepasterizovan\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edrodn\u00ed pivo Prokop.. Sv\u011btlou jeden\u00e1ctku, polotmavou dvan\u00e1ctku a tmavou dvan\u00e1ctku doplnila b\u011bhem roku 2007 \u0159ada dal\u0161\u00edch \u201esv\u00e1te\u010dn\u00edch\u201c piv. \u201eJsme schopni za jeden rok vyrobit dva tis\u00edce hektolitr\u016f piva. To znamen\u00e1 dv\u011b st\u011b v\u00e1rek. Nyn\u00ed vyr\u00e1b\u00edme polovinu tohoto mno\u017estv\u00ed. V sezon\u011b pak vyrob\u00edme piva v\u00edce,\u201c \u0159ekl Vladim\u00edr La\u017eansk\u00fd. Speci\u00e1ln\u00ed nab\u00eddku piv pl\u00e1noval z\u00e1meck\u00fd p\u00e1n pravideln\u011b jednou za \u010das. \u201eD\u011bl\u00e1me i speci\u00e1ln\u00ed piva. Nyn\u00ed n\u00e1m dokva\u0161uje sv\u011btl\u00e1 velikono\u010dn\u00ed \u010dtrn\u00e1ctka, na l\u00e9to p\u0159ipravujeme dal\u0161\u00ed novinku, pl\u00e1nujeme uva\u0159it pivo na svat\u00e9ho Prokopa a na svat\u00e9ho V\u00e1clava d\u011bl\u00e1me patn\u00e1ctku. Na V\u00e1noce vyr\u00e1b\u00edme siln\u00e9 \u010dern\u00e9 pivo a podobn\u011b. Jednou za dva t\u0159i m\u011bs\u00edce se tedy sna\u017e\u00edme vyrobit siln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed speci\u00e1l,\u201c up\u0159esnil La\u017eansk\u00fd. A kde lid\u00e9 mohli chy\u0161sk\u00e9 pivo v b\u0159eznu 2007 ochutnat? \u201eSamoz\u0159ejm\u011b u n\u00e1s v pivovaru, v pivnici v Karlov\u00fdch Varech, ve dvou restaurac\u00edch v Man\u011bt\u00edn\u011b, v Praze U jel\u00ednka na Betl\u00e9msk\u00e9m n\u00e1m\u011bst\u00ed a v pivn\u00edm baru v \u00dast\u00ed nad Labem,\u201c dodal.<br \/>\n&#8222;My jeho prodejem chceme vyd\u011blat na provoz z\u00e1mku. Stejn\u011b jako to bylo v minulosti,&#8220; vysv\u011btlil v b\u0159eznu 2007 Vojt\u011bch La\u017eansk\u00fd, jeho\u017e otec vr\u00e1til \u017eivot z\u00e1mku Chy\u0161e a v roce 2006 k n\u011bmu p\u0159idal i obnoven\u00fd Z\u00e1meck\u00fd pivovar. Ten v roce 2007 zah\u00e1jil prvn\u00ed ucelenou sezonu. Hlavn\u00ed klientelu m\u011bli tvo\u0159it nejen n\u00e1v\u0161t\u011bvn\u00edci z\u00e1mku, kter\u00fdch v roce 2006 bylo 14 tis\u00edc, ale cyklist\u00e9 nebo turist\u00e9. Ti zde za p\u016fllitr &#8222;dvan\u00e1ctky&#8220; zaplatili 24 korun.<br \/>\nNa velikonoce 2007 p\u0159ipravil zdej\u0161\u00ed sl\u00e1dek speci\u00e1ln\u00ed \u010dtrn\u00e1ctku.<br \/>\nSortiment Z\u00e1meck\u00e9ho pivovaru v \u010dervnu 2007: Prokop 11\u00b0 sv\u011btl\u00fd (1,5 l PET\/70 K\u010d); Prokop Jantar 12\u00b0 polotmav\u00fd (1,5 l PET\/75 K\u010d, 0,5 l\/24 K\u010d); Prokop 12\u00b0 tmav\u00fd 1,5 l (PET\/75 K\u010d 0,5 l\/24 K\u010d).<br \/>\nBr\u00e1ny z\u00e1mku se do \u00b4pln\u00e9\u00b4 sezony otev\u0159ely op\u011bt v dubnu roku 2008. Po svatov\u00e1clavsk\u00e9 patn\u00e1ctce se chystala samoz\u0159ejm\u011b i v\u00e1no\u010dn\u00ed specialita.<br \/>\n\u201eNab\u00edz\u00edme \u010dty\u0159i st\u00e1l\u00e9 druhy piva, sv\u011btl\u00e1 i \u010dern\u00e1. Nesou jm\u00e9no Prokop, co\u017e je rodinn\u00e9 jm\u00e9no,\u201c poznamenal v dubnu 2008 majitel z\u00e1mku v Chy\u0161\u00edch Vladim\u00edr La\u017eansk\u00fd. \u201eNav\u00edc po cel\u00fd rok i piva k r\u016fzn\u00fdm v\u00fdznamn\u00fdm ud\u00e1lostem. Va\u0159ili jsme velikono\u010dn\u00ed pivo a te\u010f chyst\u00e1me m\u00e1jov\u00e9,\u201c dodal mu\u017e, kter\u00fd opravil ch\u00e1traj\u00edc\u00ed rodinn\u00e9 s\u00eddlo a dovedl ho k z\u00e1meck\u00e9 prosperit\u011b.<br \/>\nPivovar v \u010dervenci 2008 nab\u00edzel to\u010den\u00e9 pivo ve slo\u017een\u00ed: 11st. Prokop sv. le\u017e\u00e1k 0,3l za 14 K\u010d, 0,5 l za 23 K\u010d, 1,0 l za 46 K\u010d; 12st. Prokop Jantar polotmav\u00fd le\u017e\u00e1k za 17, 28 a 56 K\u010d &#8211; za stejnou cenu i 12st. Prokop tmav\u00fd le\u017e\u00e1k; 12st.. Prokop p\u0161eni\u010dn\u00fd le\u017e\u00e1k za 17 a 28 K\u010d.<br \/>\nNa konci roku 2008 \u0161lo v Ch\u00fd\u0161i ochutnat 22\u00b0 tmav\u00fd v\u00e1no\u010dn\u00ed speci\u00e1l Prokop &#8211; to\u010den\u00fd 0,2 l za 30 K\u010d nebo v l\u00e1hvi s patentn\u00edm uz\u00e1v\u011brem 0,5 l za 100 K\u010d.<br \/>\nDiplom Zlat\u00e1 pivn\u00ed pe\u010de\u0165 z nejpresti\u017en\u011bj\u0161\u00ed tuzemsk\u00e9 sout\u011b\u017ei \u010cesk\u00e1 pivn\u00ed pe\u010de\u0165 v T\u00e1bo\u0159e v \u00fanoru 2010 putoval tak\u00e9 do z\u00e1meck\u00e9ho minipivovaru. Zlatou pe\u010de\u0165 si odvezl za jeden\u00e1ctistup\u0148ov\u00e9 pivo Prokop. \u201eToto mimo\u0159\u00e1dn\u011b vysok\u00e9 ocen\u011bn\u00ed jsme nejen pro n\u00e1s, ale i pro cel\u00fd Karlovarsk\u00fd kraj dostali v kategorii sv\u011btl\u00e9 mal\u00e9 pivo. Zaujalo z\u0159ejm\u011b t\u00edm, \u017ee pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1me klasicky vyroben\u00e9 slady a \u017eateck\u00fd chmel,\u201c uvedl majitel pivovaru Vladim\u00edr La\u017eansk\u00fd. Lv\u00ed pod\u00edl na \u00fasp\u011bchu p\u0159ipisoval sl\u00e1dkovi Robertu Ma\u0148\u00e1kovi. K diplomu Zlat\u00e1 pe\u010de\u0165 n\u00e1le\u017eel rovn\u011b\u017e keramick\u00fd korbel. Oboj\u00ed u\u017e bylo vystaveno v z\u00e1meck\u00e9m pivova\u0159e. \u0160lo u\u017e o osm\u00e9 ocen\u011bn\u00ed od 1. \u010dervna 2006, kdy pivovar po 74 letech obnovil v\u00fdrobu kvalitn\u00edho z\u00e1meck\u00e9ho piva. P\u0159i slavnostn\u00edm zah\u00e1jen\u00ed sezony mohli z\u00e1jemci ochutnat velikono\u010dn\u00ed medovou \u010dtrn\u00e1ctku.<br \/>\nV kv\u011btnu 2010 pivovar nab\u00edzel i novinkov\u00e9 pivo Anton 13\u00b0 (sv\u011btl\u00fd nefiltrovan\u00fd le\u017e\u00e1k).<br \/>\nZ\u00e1meck\u00fd pivovar na za\u010d\u00e1tku \u00fanora 2011 vybojoval na 21. Reprezenta\u010dn\u00edch slavnostech piva v jiho\u010desk\u00e9m T\u00e1bo\u0159e mezi 37 pivovary bronzovou pivn\u00ed pe\u010de\u0165 pro sv\u00e9 pivo Prokop v kategorii polotmav\u00fd le\u017e\u00e1k. &#8222;Bronzov\u00e1 pe\u010de\u0165 je u\u017e t\u0159et\u00ed do sb\u00edrky, dopln\u00ed tu zlatou a st\u0159\u00edbrnou. Cenn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed je o to, \u017ee ka\u017ed\u00e1 z nich je za jin\u00e9 pivo \u2013 sv\u011btl\u00e9, polotmav\u00e9 a tmav\u00e9 pivo. Ozdobili jsme jimi na\u0161\u00ed restauraci. Jedn\u00e1 se o nejpresti\u017en\u011bj\u0161\u00ed sout\u011b\u017e pivovar\u016f v na\u0161\u00ed zemi. Krom\u011b n\u00ed se ka\u017edoro\u010dn\u011b \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edme i Jarn\u00ed ceny \u010desk\u00fdch sl\u00e1dk\u016f, ze kter\u00e9 jsme si u\u017e dovezli osm ocen\u011bn\u00ed,&#8220; \u0159ekl Vladim\u00edr La\u017eansk\u00fd, majitel z\u00e1mku a pivovaru. V kategorii \u201esvrchn\u011b kva\u0161en\u00e1 piva anglosask\u00e9ho typu\u201c obsadilo prvn\u00ed m\u00edsto pivo American Winter ale. Sv\u016fj pod\u00edl na \u00fasp\u011bchu zlat\u00e9ho moku z Chy\u0161e m\u011bl i zdej\u0161\u00ed sl\u00e1dek Robert Ma\u0148\u00e1k. Va\u0159il tu pivo u\u017e p\u00e1t\u00fdm rokem. V t\u00e9to bran\u017ei to nen\u00ed zase a\u017e tak b\u011b\u017en\u00e9, aby si jednotliv\u00ed sl\u00e1dci p\u0159ed\u00e1vali sv\u00e9 um\u011bn\u00ed. &#8222;Proto\u017ee je n\u00e1s men\u0161\u00ed pivovar\u016f v republice u\u017e 103, a je zapot\u0159eb\u00ed tuto s\u00edlu n\u011bjak sm\u011b\u0159ovat, chceme zalo\u017eit \u010ceskomoravsk\u00fd svaz minipivovar\u016f,&#8220; uzav\u00edral La\u017eansk\u00fd.<br \/>\nPrvn\u00ed cenu mezi svrchn\u011b kva\u0161en\u00fdmi pivy anglosask\u00e9ho typu z\u00edskalo na Jarn\u00ed cen\u011b \u010desk\u00fdch sl\u00e1dk\u016f pivo American Winter ze Z\u00e1meck\u00e9ho pivovaru Chy\u0161e. \u201eJe to podobn\u00e9 pivo, jak\u00e9 se va\u0159\u00ed v Anglii nebo v Americe, li\u0161\u00ed se pou\u017eit\u00fdmi kvasinkami, pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1me americk\u00fd chmel,\u201c prozradil sl\u00e1dek Robert Ma\u0148\u00e1k, kde uva\u0159\u00ed asi 1000 hektolitr\u016f piva ro\u010dn\u011b.<br \/>\nPivovar uva\u0159il v roce 2011 p\u0159es 1100 hl piva. Jestli se dostane p\u0159\u00ed\u0161t\u00ed rok t\u0159eba a\u017e k 1500 hektolitr\u016f, co\u017e byla jeho kapacita, uk\u00e1\u017ee odbyt, uvedl majitel Vladim\u00edr La\u017eansk\u00fd. Pivovar vyr\u00e1b\u011bl jako z\u00e1kladn\u00ed produkt sv\u011btlou jeden\u00e1ctku a dv\u011b dvan\u00e1ctistup\u0148ov\u00e1 piva &#8211; tmav\u00e9 a polotmav\u00e9. V pr\u016fb\u011bhu roku va\u0159il asi deset r\u016fzn\u00fdch pivn\u00edch speci\u00e1l\u016f. A to od t\u0159in\u00e1ctistup\u0148ov\u00e9ho a\u017e po v\u00e1no\u010dn\u00ed tmavou dvaadvac\u00edtku. &#8222;V nab\u00eddce nechyb\u00ed ani speci\u00e1ly velikono\u010dn\u00ed nebo svatov\u00e1clavsk\u00e9,&#8220; poznamenal La\u017eansk\u00fd. V\u011bt\u0161inu piva uva\u0159en\u00e9ho v Chy\u0161i \u0161lo koupit pouze na m\u00edst\u011b nebo ochutnat v pivovarsk\u00e9 restauraci. Obnova cel\u00e9ho are\u00e1lu pansk\u00e9ho pivovaru, kter\u00fd vznikl v letech 1839 a\u017e 1841, p\u0159i\u0161la na zhruba 30 milion\u016f korun. Pokud by se o chy\u0161sk\u00e9 pivo z\u00e1jem zvy\u0161oval, pivovar m\u011bl rezervu na roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u00ed v\u00fdroby. Krom\u011b Chy\u0161e to\u010dily z\u00e1meck\u00e9 pivo jedna z karlovarsk\u00fdch restaurac\u00ed a pivnice v Plzni a Praze, je\u017e pat\u0159ila do Klubu mal\u00fdch pivovar\u016f. &#8222;Va\u0159\u00edme tak\u00e9 pro jednu restauraci v \u00dast\u00ed nad Labem. S dal\u0161\u00edm roz\u0161i\u0159ov\u00e1n\u00edm ale nesp\u011bch\u00e1me,&#8220; dodal La\u017eansk\u00fd. Tradi\u010dn\u00ed velikono\u010dn\u00ed speci\u00e1l s p\u0159\u00edm\u011bs\u00ed p\u0159\u00edrodn\u00edho kv\u011btov\u00e9ho medu byl na \u010depu i v roce 2013.<br \/>\nJi\u017e 30. listopadu 2013 za\u010dali \u010depovat tradi\u010dn\u00ed v\u00e1no\u010dn\u00ed tmavou dvaadvac\u00edtku.<br \/>\nOd 25.2.2014 na \u010depu speci\u00e1l Winter Ale 17\u00b0.<br \/>\nOd 20.4. na \u010depu op\u011bt Velikono\u010dn\u00ed sv\u011btl\u00fd speci\u00e1l 14\u00b0 s p\u0159\u00eddavkem medu (alk.: 5,9 %).<br \/>\nOd 11.7. na \u010depu V\u00edde\u0148sk\u00fd speci\u00e1l 15\u00b0 polotmav\u00fd.<br \/>\nV \u010dervenci \u010depovali jedine\u010dnou sv\u011btlou mnichovskou jeden\u00e1ctku.<br \/>\nV z\u00e1\u0159\u00ed dozr\u00e1val speci\u00e1l Svatov\u00e1clavsk\u00fd Rub\u00edn 15\u00b0 (polotmav\u00fd le\u017e\u00e1k, alk.: 6,0 %).<br \/>\nDne 13.10. v prodeji piva 11 % Prokop sv\u011btl\u00fd le\u017e\u00e1k, 12 % Prokop Jantar polotmav\u00fd le\u017e\u00e1k a 15 % Svatov\u00e1clavsk\u00fd Rub\u00edn.<br \/>\nU p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitosti 160. v\u00fdro\u010d\u00ed narozen\u00ed Leopolda II. hrab\u011bte La\u017eansk\u00e9ho (1854- 1891) se rozhodli obnovit na jeho po\u010dest starou chy\u0161skou recepturu. Vznikl tak 13\u00b0 sv\u011btl\u00fd speci\u00e1l Leopold s obsahem alkoholu 5,5 % obj., kter\u00fd byl va\u0159en ze sm\u011bsi je\u010dn\u00e9ho a \u017eitn\u00e9ho sladu a chmelen legend\u00e1rn\u00edm \u017eateck\u00fdm chmelem. Od 1.11.2014 byl k dost\u00e1n\u00ed t\u00e9\u017e ve specialn\u00ed edici litrov\u00fdch lahv\u00ed, kter\u00e9 nesly repliku origin\u00e1ln\u00ed etikety z let 1870-1891.<br \/>\nDne 19.1.2015 na \u010depu 17\u00b0 American Winter Ale &#8211; polotmav\u00fd speci\u00e1l va\u0159en\u00fd ze sm\u011bsi 4 slad\u016f (pale ale, plze\u0148sk\u00fd, karamelov\u00fd a barvic\u00ed) s obsahem alkoholu 7 % obj.<br \/>\nDne 9.6.2015 \u010depovali tak\u00e9 speci\u00e1l American Pale Ale &#8211; mimo\u0159\u00e1dn\u011b ho\u0159kou sv\u011btlou t\u0159in\u00e1ctku, chmelenou americkou odr\u016fdou &#8222;Cascade&#8220;.
