V chuti dominovala sladov\u00e1 hutnost s t\u00f3ny medov\u00e9ho pern\u00edku. V dozn\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed se pak projevila jemn\u00e1 chmelov\u00e1 ho\u0159\u010dinka.<\/li>\n<li>V \u00fanoru 2025 v nab\u00eddce Masopustn\u00ed bock 16.<\/li>\n<li>Dne 18.5.2024 prob\u011bhla oslava 13. v\u00fdro\u010d\u00ed znovuotev\u0159en\u00ed pivovaru a p\u0159i t\u00e9to p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitosti narazili zdej\u0161\u00ed historicky prvn\u00ed svrchn\u011b kva\u0161en\u00e9 pivo typu XPA. <strong>Skippy<\/strong> uva\u0159ili v pivovaru Bad Flash. Varn\u00ed postup tentokr\u00e1t zvolili jednodu\u0161\u0161\u00ed, infuzn\u00ed, a pro syp\u00e1n\u00ed vybrali dva druhy slad\u016f \u2013 plze\u0148sk\u00fd a mnichovsk\u00fd. Pro chmelen\u00ed byly pou\u017eity \u010dty\u0159i druhy chmele, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e odr\u016fdy Amarillo a Cascade jsou p\u016fvodem z USA a Victoria Secret s Enigmou poch\u00e1z\u00ed z Austr\u00e1lie. Amarilo, Cascade a Victoria secret byly pou\u017eity za tepla na varn\u011b a je\u0161t\u011b jednu d\u00e1vku odr\u016fdy Enigma \u0161oupli za studena do tanku. EPM 12 %.<\/li>\n<li>Od 28.9.2023 na \u010depu <strong>Svatov\u00e1clavsk\u00e1 14\u00b0<\/strong>. Zvl\u00e1\u0161tnost\u00ed speci\u00e1lu je, \u017ee je va\u0159en t\u0159\u00edrmutov\u00fdm zp\u016fsobem a je chmelen poka\u017ed\u00e9 jin\u00fdmi odr\u016fdami chmele. Pro chmelen\u00ed v roce 2023 pou\u017eili odr\u016fdy Shine, Saturn, Perle a Citra, kter\u00e9 v t\u00e9to kombinaci dodaly pivu velmi zaj\u00edmav\u00e9 aroma i chu\u0165.<\/li>\n<li>Dne 1.4.2023 narazili speci\u00e1l <strong>Jarn\u00ed Petrkl\u00ed\u010d<\/strong>. Bylo to pivo, kter\u00e9 bylo nabit\u00e9 chut\u011bmi a v\u016fn\u011bmi tak, jako jaro samo. Jednalo se o spodn\u011b kva\u0161enou jeden\u00e1ctku s obsahem alkoholu 4,5 % st\u0159edn\u011b pln\u00e9ho t\u011bla, kde m\u016f\u017eete hledat spoustu chut\u00ed od sladov\u00e9, jemn\u011b karamelov\u00e9, bylinn\u00e9, p\u0159es t\u00f3ny o\u0159echov\u00e9 a\u017e t\u0159eba po citrusov\u00e9 plody.<\/li>\n<li>V listopadu 2020 se rozhodli plnit \u00dan\u011btickou 12\u00b0 do 0,5 l plechovek.<\/li>\n<li>Od 23.9.2020 v prodeji <strong>Svatov\u00e1clavsk\u00fd speci\u00e1l &#8211; sv\u011btl\u00fd le\u017e\u00e1k 14\u00b0<\/strong>. Pivo je sv\u011btl\u00e9, nefiltrovan\u00e9, s obsahem alkoholu 5,5%. Uva\u0159eno na t\u0159i rmuty s pou\u017eit\u00edm novoz\u00e9landsk\u00fdch chmel\u016f.<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u00dan\u011btick\u00e1 8\u00b0<\/strong> v \u010dervnu 2019 na \u010depu ve v\u00fd\u010depu pivovarsk\u00e9ho hostince a ve vybran\u00fdch hospod\u00e1ch. Sv\u011btl\u00e9 v\u00fd\u010depn\u00ed, alk.: 2,9 %.<\/li>\n<li>V \u00fanoru 2018 na \u010depu <strong>Masopustn\u00ed speci\u00e1l 16\u00b0 Bock<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Na v\u00e1noce 2017 uva\u0159ili sl\u00e1dci \u00dan\u011btick\u00e9ho pivovaru v\u00e1no\u010dn\u00ed speci\u00e1l dle receptury v\u00fdznamn\u00e9ho \u00fan\u011btick\u00e9ho sl\u00e1dka Vladim\u00edra \u010cernohorsk\u00e9ho. Na v\u00fdrobu byly pou\u017eity: 4 druhy je\u010dn\u00e9ho sladu (sv\u011btl\u00fd plze\u0148sk\u00fd, mnichovsk\u00fd, karamelov\u00fd a barv\u00edc\u00ed) a kvalitn\u00ed \u010desk\u00fd chmel. Pivo m\u00e1 st\u0159edn\u00ed \u0159\u00edz s vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed plnost\u00ed, dochu\u0165 je karamelov\u00e1 a lehce nasl\u00e1dl\u00e1. P\u016fvodn\u00ed stup\u0148ovitost 13,2%; Obsah alkoholu 5,2 %; Ho\u0159kost 29 j EBC.<\/li>\n<li>Na ja\u0159e 2017 na \u010depu <strong>\u00dan\u011btick\u00e1 Josef\u00edna<\/strong> 11\u00b0 . St\u0159edn\u00ed jemn\u00fd \u0159\u00edz, st\u0159edn\u00ed a\u017e lehce vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed plnost. V chuti pra\u017een\u00e9, lehce k\u00e1vov\u00e9, s n\u00e1dechem l\u00e9ko\u0159ice. Ho\u0159kost byla st\u0159edn\u00ed. Dozn\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed dlouh\u00e9, pra\u017een\u00e9, lehce k\u00e1vov\u00e9, s n\u00e1dechem l\u00e9ko\u0159ice. Alk. 4,1 %, 33 IBU, 74,5 EBC<\/li>\n<li>Vrchol m\u011bs\u00edce b\u0159ezna 2016 v pivovaru byl 19.3., kdy narazili \u00dan\u011btick\u00fd speci\u00e1l <strong>Jarn\u00ed jantar<\/strong> \u2013 polotmav\u00fd le\u017e\u00e1k 11,5\u00b0. \u00dan\u011btick\u00fd Jarn\u00ed Jantar byla polotmav\u00e1 11,5\u00b0, uva\u0159en\u00e1 sl\u00e1dkem Janem Lumbertem ve spolupr\u00e1ci s renomovan\u00fdm \u010desk\u00fdm sl\u00e1dkem Ivanem Chramosilem.<\/li>\n<li>\u00dan\u011btick\u00fd masopust prob\u011bhl 23. ledna 2016. V z\u00e1\u0159\u00ed roku 2010 byla zalo\u017eena akciov\u00e1 spole\u010dnost \u00dan\u011btick\u00fd pivovar, kter\u00e1 v listopadu 2010 odkoupila objekt od spole\u010dnosti Primo k. s., kter\u00e1 zde provozovala sklad ml\u00e9\u010dn\u00fdch v\u00fdrobk\u016f. Stavebn\u00ed \u00fapravy za\u010daly bezprost\u0159edn\u011b pot\u00e9. Budovu bylo nutn\u00e9 upravit tak, aby vyhovovala dne\u0161n\u00edm legislativn\u00edm a technologick\u00fdm po\u017eadavk\u016fm v\u00fdroby piva, sou\u010dasn\u011b byl kladen d\u016fraz i na zachov\u00e1n\u00ed p\u016fvodn\u00ed atmosf\u00e9ry cel\u00e9ho objektu. V r\u00e1mci rekonstrukce bylo i vybudov\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159\u00edpojek plynu, vody a kanalizace. D\u00edky podpo\u0159e p\u0159\u00e1tel \u00dan\u011btick\u00e9ho pivovaru a obce \u00dan\u011btice mohla b\u00fdt 4. dubna 2011 zah\u00e1jena instalace nov\u00e9 technologie. Dodavatelem cel\u00e9ho vybaven\u00ed je \u010desk\u00e1 spole\u010dnost Destila, kter\u00e1 od roku 1990 pat\u0159\u00ed mezi p\u0159edn\u00ed \u010desk\u00e9 v\u00fdrobce technologi\u00ed pro mal\u00e9 pr\u016fmyslov\u00e9 pivovary.<br \/>\nPo \u0161esti des\u00edtk\u00e1ch let se op\u011bt za\u010dal va\u0159it pivo v b\u00fdval\u00e9m pivovaru v \u00dan\u011btic\u00edch pobl\u00ed\u017e Prahy. Prvn\u00ed sud hodlal pivovar provozovan\u00fd stejnojmennou akciovou spole\u010dnost\u00ed narazit 11. \u010dervna 2011. \u201eV horizontu t\u0159\u00ed a\u017e p\u011bti let bychom r\u00e1di dos\u00e1hli ro\u010dn\u00edho v\u00fdstavu deset tis\u00edc hektolitr\u016f piva,\u201c \u0159ekla mluv\u010d\u00ed pivovaru Jitka Menclov\u00e1. Pivovar hodlal nav\u00e1zat na p\u0159edchoz\u00ed tradice a va\u0159it klasickou des\u00edtku a dvan\u00e1ctku, a to nepasterizovanou a bez chemick\u00e9 stabilizace. \u201eP\u0159i v\u00fdrob\u011b piva pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1me \u010dist\u011b \u010desk\u00e9 produkty \u2013 slad poch\u00e1z\u00ed z mal\u00e9 sladovny ve st\u0159edn\u00edch \u010cech\u00e1ch, chmel je zn\u00e1m\u00fd \u017eateck\u00fd poloran\u00fd \u010derve\u0148\u00e1k,\u201c uvedl vrchn\u00ed sl\u00e1dek pivovaru Vladim\u00edr \u010cernohorsk\u00fd. Pivo by se m\u011blo \u010depovat v pivovarsk\u00e9m v\u00fd\u010depu a okoln\u00edch hospod\u00e1ch a restaurac\u00edch.<br \/>\nV pivovaru byl od konce listopadu 2011 na \u010depu \u00dan\u011btick\u00fd v\u00e1no\u010dn\u00ed speci\u00e1l &#8211; 13\u00b0.<br \/>\n\u00dan\u011btick\u00fd pivovar resp. man\u017eel\u00e9 Tkadlecovi se stali v\u00edt\u011bzi kategorie &#8222;Osobnost roku &#8211; pivovar v\u00fdstavem do 10.000 hl&#8220; vyhl\u00e1\u0161enou \u010dasopisem Pivo, Bier &amp; Ale. Slavnostn\u00ed ve\u010der s p\u0159ed\u00e1n\u00edm cen za rok 2011 se konal 31.1.2012 v pra\u017esk\u00e9m Kl\u00e1\u0161tern\u00edm pivovaru Strahov a ocen\u011bn\u00ed si odnesli v\u00edt\u011bzov\u00e9 celkem 16 kategori\u00ed.<br \/>\nV roce 2011 znovuotev\u0159en\u00fd pivovar se chystal v roce 2012 navy\u0161ovat kapacitu v\u00fdroby piva. Technologick\u00e9 z\u00e1zem\u00ed se m\u011blo roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159it o dal\u0161\u00ed dv\u011b kvasn\u00e9 k\u00e1d\u011b na spilce a p\u011bt le\u017e\u00e1ck\u00fdch tank\u016f ve sklep\u011b. Prvn\u00ed pivo z nich \u0161lo o\u010dek\u00e1vat v polovin\u011b \u010dervna 2012. Pivovar byl na hranici sv\u00e9 kapacity. To i p\u0159esto, \u017ee pivo se va\u0159ilo n\u011bkolikr\u00e1t t\u00fddn\u011b. &#8222;Jsou to pro n\u00e1s vlastn\u011b pozitivn\u00ed starosti &#8211; ukazuje to, \u017ee na\u0161e pivo chutn\u00e1. Zvy\u0161ov\u00e1n\u00ed kapacity pivovaru jsme pl\u00e1novali, ale ne takhle brzy&#8220;, \u0159ekl \u0159editel pivovaru \u0160t\u011bp\u00e1n Tkadlec. &#8222;To, na co st\u00e1le s\u00e1z\u00edme je kvalita na\u0161eho piva a poctiv\u00e9 procesy, kter\u00fdmi proch\u00e1z\u00ed &#8211; nic neurychlujeme, pivo m\u00e1 st\u00e1le stejnou p\u00e9\u010di. A spr\u00e1vn\u00fd piva\u0159 v\u00ed, \u017ee le\u017e\u00e1k mus\u00ed le\u017eet ide\u00e1ln\u011b m\u011bs\u00edc a vzhledem k tomuto faktu na\u0161e sou\u010dasn\u00e1 kapacita popt\u00e1vce klient\u016f prost\u011b nesta\u010d\u00ed.&#8220; \u00dan\u011btick\u00e1 10\u00b0 i 12\u00b0 si rychle na\u0161ly sv\u00e9 konzumenty, kte\u0159\u00ed oce\u0148uj\u00ed pr\u00e1v\u011b jeho kvalitu a chu\u0165. Pivo se tak b\u011bhem p\u00e1r m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f dostalo do podnik\u016f nejen v okol\u00ed \u00dan\u011btic, ale tak\u00e9 do Prahy. Zde bylo pivo na \u010depu v n\u011bkolika legend\u00e1rn\u00edch pivn\u00edch hospod\u00e1ch. V pivovaru u\u017e brzy m\u011bl otev\u0159\u00edt sv\u016fj provoz Pivovarsk\u00fd v\u00fd\u010dep s restaurac\u00ed. Prostory b\u00fdval\u00e9ho Sladovn\u00edho humna pro\u0161ly rozs\u00e1hl\u00fdmi \u00fapravami, p\u0159ibylo soci\u00e1ln\u00ed za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed, vstup pro voz\u00ed\u010dk\u00e1\u0159e i roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u00e9 kuchy\u0148sk\u00e9 z\u00e1zem\u00ed. Prvn\u00ed z\u00e1kazn\u00edky zde obslou\u017eili koncem dubna 2012. (tiskov\u00e1 zpr\u00e1va pivovaru)<br \/>\nOd 25.5.2012 v Pivovarsk\u00e9m v\u00fd\u010depu pivo p\u0159\u00edmo z pivn\u00edho tanku.<br \/>\nOslavy 1.v\u00fdro\u010d\u00ed znovuotev\u0159en\u00ed \u00dan\u011btick\u00e9ho pivovaru prob\u011bhly dne 16.\u010dervna 2012.<br \/>\nPivo se v \u010dervnu 2012 prod\u00e1valo tak\u00e9 v lahvi PET 1,5 l &#8211; \u00dan\u011btick\u00e9 pivo 10\u00b0 za 59 K\u010d a \u00dan\u011btick\u00e9 pivo 12\u00b0 za 75 K\u010d a v lahvi sklen\u011bn\u00e9 2 l &#8211; \u00dan\u011btick\u00e9 pivo 12\u00b0 za 220 K\u010d.<br \/>\nPo\u010d\u00e1tkem srpna 2012 na \u010depu: \u00dan\u011btick\u00e9 pivo 10\u00b0 sv\u011btl\u00e9 (26 K\u010d) a 12\u00b0 sv\u011btl\u00e9 (32 K\u010d).<br \/>\n\u00dan\u011btick\u00e9 posv\u00edcen\u00ed prob\u011bhlo ve dnech 18. a 19.8.2012. B\u011bhem dvoudenn\u00edch oslav do\u0161lo mimo jin\u00e9 tak\u00e9 k nara\u017een\u00ed druh\u00e9ho speci\u00e1lu roku 2012 v \u00dan\u011btick\u00e9ho pivovaru &#8211; Posv\u00edcensk\u00e9 polotmav\u00e9 \u017eitn\u00e9 11\u00b0 .<\/p>\n<p>Dne 8. \u0159\u00edjna 2012 byly uva\u0159eny prvn\u00ed dv\u011b v\u00e1rky V\u00e1no\u010dn\u00edho speci\u00e1lu. Pro velk\u00fd \u00fasp\u011bch receptury roku 2011 se rozhodli pro stejn\u00e9 pivo &#8211; tedy polotmavou 13\u00b0. T\u011b\u0161it se na ni piva\u0159i mohli od 17. listopadu, kdy byla slavnostn\u011b nara\u017eena.<br \/>\nTeprve p\u0159ed rokem znovuotev\u0159en\u00fd pivovar v \u00dan\u011btic\u00edch se v roce 2012 stal dr\u017eitelem hned t\u0159\u00ed presti\u017en\u00edch ocen\u011bn\u00ed, kter\u00e1 ka\u017edoro\u010dn\u011b ud\u011blovalo Sdru\u017een\u00ed p\u0159\u00e1tel piva. \u00dan\u011btick\u00e1 10\u00b0 se stala v\u00edt\u011bzem mezi desetistup\u0148ov\u00fdmi pivy, \u00dan\u011btick\u00e1 12\u00b0 skon\u010dila ve sv\u00e9 kategorii druh\u00e1 a \u00dan\u011btick\u00fd pivovar si odnesl tak\u00e9 2.m\u00edsto jako Minipivovar roku. Ocen\u011bn\u00ed, kter\u00e9 se mu dostalo hned ve t\u0159ech kategori\u00edch bylo ur\u010dit\u011b zaslou\u017een\u00e9, ale p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm zavazuj\u00edc\u00ed. &#8222;Od t\u00e9 doby, co jsme v \u00dan\u011btic\u00edch op\u011bt za\u010dali va\u0159it pivo je na\u0161\u00edm c\u00edlem nav\u00e1zat na historickou tradici a oblibu m\u00edstn\u00edho piva. St\u00e1le pracujeme na tom, abychom byli mal\u00fdm, ale siln\u00fdm pivovarem, kter\u00fd bude st\u00e1le va\u0159it poctiv\u00e9 a kvalitn\u00ed pivo&#8220;, \u0159ekl \u0159editel pivovaru \u0160t\u011bp\u00e1n Tkadlec. Sdru\u017een\u00ed p\u0159\u00e1tel piva sv\u00e9 ceny rozdalo 1.listopadu 2012 v Litom\u011b\u0159ic\u00edch.<br \/>\nV roce 2010 se v jedn\u00e9 vesnici na hranici Prahy za\u010daly d\u00edt v\u011bci. \u010cty\u0159i spole\u010dn\u00edci se dali dohromady, zrekonstruovali pivovar z osmn\u00e1ct\u00e9ho stolet\u00ed a rozhodli se, \u017ee mu navr\u00e1t\u00ed jeho n\u011bkdej\u0161\u00ed sl\u00e1vu. Jejich c\u00edlem bylo nav\u00e1zat na historickou tradici a oblibu m\u00edstn\u00edho piva a vybudovat mal\u00fd, ale siln\u00fd region\u00e1ln\u00ed pivovar, kter\u00fd bude va\u0159it poctiv\u00e9 a kvalitn\u00ed pivo. Za rok a p\u016fl provozu se pivovaru poda\u0159ilo dostat se \u201ez nuly\u201c na deset tis\u00edc hektolitr\u016f ro\u010dn\u011b, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e z\u00e1soboval na sedm des\u00edtek hostinc\u016f. V\u010dele pivovaru stoj\u00ed man\u017eel\u00e9 \u0160t\u011bp\u00e1n a Lucie Tkadlecovi. Oba man\u017eel\u00e9 Tkadlecovi dlouhou dobu pracovali ve velk\u00e9m pivovaru a svorn\u011b maj\u00ed chemick\u00e9 vzd\u011bl\u00e1n\u00ed \u2013 \u0160t\u011bp\u00e1n Tkadlec dokonce vystudoval p\u0159\u00edmo obor pivovarnictv\u00ed. \u201ePo\u010d\u00e1tkem roku 2010 n\u00e1s napadlo, \u017ee by vlastn\u00ed pivovar mohl b\u00fdt soukrom\u00fdm podnik\u00e1n\u00edm, kter\u00e9 bychom mohli a cht\u011bli d\u011blat. Ud\u00e1losti pak m\u011bly dramatick\u00fd sp\u00e1d. Nejd\u0159\u00edve to byl jen n\u00e1pad. Proto\u017ee bydl\u00edme nedaleko odtud, jednou jsme s man\u017eelem proj\u00ed\u017ed\u011bli \u00dan\u011bticemi a v\u0161imli jsme si, \u017ee je tu budova, na kter\u00e9 je naps\u00e1no \u201aPivovar\u2018 \u2013 tak jsme se \u0161li zeptat, jestli by n\u00e1m to neprodali,\u201c vypr\u00e1v\u011bla Lucie Tkadlecov\u00e1. Ot\u00e1zkou ov\u0161em bylo, v jak\u00e9m stavu budova byla. \u201eMan\u017eel si \u0161el prohl\u00e9dnout hlavn\u011b technick\u00e9 z\u00e1zem\u00ed a zjistil, \u017ee to nen\u00ed \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e1 ruina \u2013 do takov\u00e9ho projektu bychom ne\u0161li,\u201c vypr\u00e1v\u00ed Tkadlecov\u00e1. Vysok\u00e1 investice do rekonstrukce pivovaru v\u0161ak byla v \u010dasech krize dosti rizikovou. \u201eSice jsme m\u011bli velkou v\u00fdhodu \u2013 jsme z oboru, v\u00edme, jak funguje trh, a zn\u00e1me kvalitn\u00ed lidi. Z\u00e1rove\u0148 jsme c\u00edtili ur\u010dit\u00fd trend a tu\u0161ili jsme, \u017ee by takov\u00fd projekt mohl zaujmout. Budova byla na prodej za sumu zcela odpov\u00eddaj\u00edc\u00ed jej\u00edmu stavu a na\u0161t\u011bst\u00ed se n\u00e1m poda\u0159ilo sehnat dal\u0161\u00ed dva spole\u010dn\u00edky. Ve \u010dty\u0159ech spole\u010dn\u011b sd\u00edl\u00edme v\u0161echny starosti, ale i ob\u010dasn\u00e9 z\u00e1chvaty \u0161t\u011bst\u00ed, kdy\u017e to zrovna jde,\u201c \u0159ekla spolumajitelka. P\u0159iznala ov\u0161em, \u017ee \u201eto bylo velk\u00e9 riziko a je\u0161t\u011b n\u011bjakou chv\u00edli bude \u2013 investice byla vypo\u010d\u00edt\u00e1na na deset let, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e ani pak nelze po\u010d\u00edtat s \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fdmi velk\u00fdmi zisky\u201c. Zat\u00edmco n\u00e1m \u201ezrychlen\u00ed\u201c z nuly na deset tis\u00edc hektolitr\u016f za dva roky p\u0159ipadalo jako fenomen\u00e1ln\u00ed \u00fasp\u011bch, pro veden\u00ed \u00dan\u011btick\u00e9ho pivovaru \u0161lo toliko o spln\u011bn\u00ed pl\u00e1nu, by\u0165 velmi sm\u011bl\u00e9ho a ambici\u00f3zn\u00edho. \u201eKapacity jsme cht\u011bli dos\u00e1hnout do t\u0159\u00ed let \u2013 to ale znamen\u00e1, \u017ee koncem druh\u00e9ho roku, tedy nyn\u00ed, je t\u0159eba m\u00edt u\u017e v\u0161echny z\u00e1kazn\u00edky nasmlouvan\u00e9, aby t\u0159et\u00ed rok mohl pivovar b\u011b\u017eet naplno, tedy naplnit kapacitu deset tis\u00edc hektolitr\u016f. Podle v\u0161eho se n\u00e1m to poda\u0159\u00ed. Na\u0161e pivo u\u017e je celkem zn\u00e1m\u00e9,\u201c \u0159ekla Lucie Tkadlecov\u00e1. \u201eTak rychl\u00fd r\u016fst jsme ale samoz\u0159ejm\u011b ne\u010dekali. N\u00e1\u0161 pl\u00e1n se n\u00e1m zd\u00e1l b\u00fdt mo\u017en\u00e1 a\u017e moc optimistick\u00fd. Ka\u017edop\u00e1dn\u011b jsme se trefili \u2013 byli jsme ve spr\u00e1vn\u00fd \u010das na spr\u00e1vn\u00e9m m\u00edst\u011b,\u201c dodala. \u00dan\u011btick\u00e9 pak velmi t\u011b\u0161ilo, \u017ee se \u0159ada z\u00e1kazn\u00edk\u016f oz\u00fdv\u00e1 sama od sebe \u2013 \u010d\u00e1ste\u010dn\u011b na takzvanou \u010dtvrtou p\u00edpu, p\u0159ib\u00fdv\u00e1 ale p\u0159\u00edpad\u016f, kdy cht\u011bj\u00ed hospod\u0161t\u00ed \u010depovat jen \u201e\u00fan\u011btice\u201c. M\u00edstn\u00ed pivo je toti\u017e odli\u0161n\u00e9 jak od produkce gigant\u016f, tak od klasick\u00e9ho sortimentu minipivovar\u016f. Stabiln\u011b se tu va\u0159\u00ed jen poctiv\u00e1 \u010desk\u00e1 \u201edes\u00edtka\u201c a \u201edvan\u00e1ctka\u201c, p\u00e1rkr\u00e1t do roka dopln\u011bn\u00e9 speci\u00e1lem. \u201eV\u011b\u0159\u00edme, \u017ee na\u0161e pivo je lep\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e Prazdroj, ale s\u00edla zna\u010dky je p\u0159irozen\u011b n\u011bkde \u00fapln\u011b jinde,\u201c podotkl spolumajitelka. \u201eMo\u017en\u00e1 to bude zn\u00edt neuv\u011b\u0159iteln\u011b, ale my c\u00edt\u00edme, \u017ee vlastn\u011b \u017e\u00e1dnou konkurenci nem\u00e1me,\u201c zn\u011bla p\u0159ekvapiv\u00e1 teze pan\u00ed spolumajitelky. Ono to ov\u0161em zas tak podivn\u00e9 nen\u00ed. \u201eDod\u00e1v\u00e1me n\u011bco jin\u00e9ho ne\u017e Gambrinus nebo Staropramen, ale nepodob\u00e1me se ani minipivovar\u016fm, kter\u00e9 se zam\u011b\u0159uj\u00ed v\u00fdhradn\u011b na speci\u00e1ly,\u201c \u0159ekla Tkadlecov\u00e1. Hospodsk\u00fd tak m\u016f\u017ee bez obav nab\u00eddnout host\u016fm \u00fan\u011btick\u00e9 pivo m\u00edsto glob\u00e1ln\u00edch zna\u010dek \u2013 tradi\u010dn\u00ed \u010desk\u00e9 portfolio \u201e10 a 12\u201c toti\u017e uspokoj\u00ed i konzervativn\u00ed \u201epiva\u0159e\u201c. Pivovar je nav\u00edc schopen hostinc\u016fm poskytnout kompletn\u00ed servis v\u00fd\u010depem po\u010d\u00ednaje a sv\u011btelnou reklamou kon\u010de. \u201eRozhodn\u011b ale nikomu ned\u00e1v\u00e1me pen\u00edze. Ubrusy tak\u00e9 nem\u00e1me, proto\u017ee se n\u00e1m zdaj\u00ed o\u0161kliv\u00e9,\u201c vysv\u011btlila Lucie Tkadlecov\u00e1. Za kvalitou piva stoj\u00ed p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm vrchn\u00ed sl\u00e1dek Vladim\u00edr \u010cernohorsk\u00fd, jen\u017e m\u00e1 v oboru obrovsk\u00e9 renom\u00e9. \u201ePr\u00e1v\u011b on vytvo\u0159il v\u0161echny receptury v\u010detn\u011b speci\u00e1l\u016f. On je tak zku\u0161en\u00fd a znal\u00fd, \u017ee ta piva byla vynikaj\u00edc\u00ed hned napoprv\u00e9. Pravideln\u011b sem tak\u00e9 jezd\u00ed kontrolovat kvalitu a v\u00fdrobn\u00ed postup,\u201c popisovala spolumajitelka. Je ale tak\u00e9 t\u0159eba dohl\u00ed\u017eet na jednotliv\u00e9 hospodsk\u00e9, aby nekazili pivu pov\u011bst. \u201ePivo nechceme pustit z dohledu, neprod\u00e1v\u00e1me p\u0159es velkoobchod. Chceme m\u00edt p\u0159\u00edmou vazbu na hospody \u2013 v sou\u010dasnosti jich m\u00e1me sedmdes\u00e1t a chceme m\u00edt tak stovku, to by n\u00e1m \u00fapln\u011b sta\u010dilo,\u201c \u0159ekla Tkadlecov\u00e1. Prvn\u00ed mo\u017enost\u00ed ochutn\u00e1vky byl Bubene\u010dsk\u00fd Oktoberfest v Restauraci na Slamn\u00edku o v\u00edkendu 26. a\u017e 28. \u0159\u00edjna.<br \/>\nSlavnostn\u00ed nara\u017een\u00ed \u00dan\u011btick\u00e9ho v\u00e1no\u010dn\u00edho speci\u00e1lu \u2013 polotmav\u00e9 13\u00b0 se uskute\u010dnilo dne 17.11. v restauraci v \u00dan\u011btick\u00e9m pivovaru.<br \/>\nRoztocko-\u00fan\u011btick\u00fd masopustn\u00ed pr\u016fvod se konal dne 9.\u00fanora 2013. Postup na varn\u011b byl zvolen s p\u0159ihl\u00e9dnut\u00edm k charakteru zpracovan\u00fdch slad\u016f. C\u00edlem bylo potla\u010dit v\u00fdrazn\u00e9 karamelov\u00e9 aroma a\u017e p\u0159ip\u00e1len\u00e9 chut\u011b a dos\u00e1hnout m\u00edrn\u011b na\u010dervenal\u00e9ho zbarven\u00ed . Nara\u017een\u00ed prob\u011bhlo dne 16.11. v pivovaru a vybran\u00fdch hospod\u00e1ch.<br \/>\nDne 14.1.2014 sesudovali \u00dan\u011btick\u00fd Masopustn\u00ed speci\u00e1l &#8211; \u010dernou 11\u00b0, kter\u00e1 se byla nar\u00e1\u017eena 15. \u00fanora v \u00dan\u011btick\u00e9m pivovaru a na Z\u00e1me\u010dku v Roztok\u00e1ch u p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitosti Roztocko &#8211; \u00dan\u011btick\u00e9ho masopustu.<br \/>\nRestaurace v \u00dan\u011btick\u00e9m pivovaru byla v b\u0159eznu vyhl\u00e1\u0161ena jako nejlep\u0161\u00ed v kategorii: Pivovarsk\u00e1 restaurace v r\u00e1mci V\u00fdro\u010dn\u00edch cen \u010cesk\u00e9 a moravsk\u00e9 pivovarnick\u00e9 akademie za rok 2013, kterou zalo\u017eil M\u011bs\u00ed\u010dn\u00edk Pivo, Bier &amp; Ale.<br \/>\nDne 26.5. uva\u0159en V\u00fdro\u010dn\u00ed speci\u00e1l. \u0160lo o p\u0161eni\u010dn\u00e9 svrchn\u011b kva\u0161en\u00e9 pivo, kter\u00e9 se bylo nara\u017eeno v r\u00e1mci oslav 3. v\u00fdro\u010d\u00ed znovuotev\u0159en\u00ed pivovaru 14. \u010dervna ve 13.00 v Pivovarsk\u00e9 stodole.<br \/>\n\u00dan\u011btick\u00fd posv\u00edceneck\u00fd speci\u00e1l &#8211; \u017eitnou 11\u00b0 uva\u0159ili 16. 7., dle ji\u017e tradi\u010dn\u00ed receptury.<br \/>\nDne 15.10. byly uva\u0159eny a sesp\u00edlan\u00fd prvn\u00ed dv\u011b v\u00e1rky \u00dan\u011btick\u00e9ho v\u00e1no\u010dn\u00edho speci\u00e1lu &#8211; polotmav\u00e9 13\u00b0. Prvn\u00ed vyvalen\u00ed sud\u016f a slavnostn\u00ed nara\u017een\u00ed prob\u011bhlo 15. listopadu ve Stodole.<br \/>\nPro masopust v Roztok\u00e1ch a v \u00dan\u011btic\u00edch, kter\u00fd se konal 14.2. 2015 uva\u0159ili dva speci\u00e1ly. Prvn\u00ed byl ji\u017e tradi\u010dn\u00ed \u00dan\u011btick\u00fd speci\u00e1l Masopustn\u00ed \u010dern\u00e1 11\u00b0. Druh\u00e9 pivo bylo uva\u0159eno v limitovan\u00e9 edici \u00dan\u011btick\u00fd speci\u00e1l Masopustn\u00ed Bock sv\u011btl\u00e1 16\u00b0. \u00dan\u011btick\u00fd bock byl sv\u011btlou variantou naz\u00fdvanou maibock nebo helles bock, zlatav\u00e9 a\u017e m\u011bd\u011bn\u00e9 barvy. Chu\u0165 je v\u00fdrazn\u011b sladov\u00e1 s medovou plnost\u00ed a nepatrn\u00fdm karamelov\u00fdm n\u00e1dechem. Chmelov\u00e1 ho\u0159kost byla z po\u010d\u00e1tku potla\u010dena dominantn\u00edmi slo\u017ekami chuti a pak vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed plnost\u00ed.
