Vyzna\u010doval se p\u0159\u00edrodn\u00edm kvasnicov\u00fdm z\u00e1kalem, byl charakteristick\u00fd jantarov\u011b m\u011bd\u011bnou barvou, nasl\u00e1dlou sametov\u011b hebkou chut\u00ed s o\u0159\u00ed\u0161kov\u00fdmi podt\u00f3ny a p\u0159\u00edjemn\u011b ko\u0159en\u011bn\u00fdm dozn\u00edv\u00e1n\u00edm.
