Sl\u00e1dek Du\u0161an T\u00e1borsk\u00fd ji uva\u0159il klasicky na t\u0159i rmuty z plze\u0148sk\u00e9ho a mnichovsk\u00e9ho sladu a chmelil na \u010dty\u0159ikr\u00e1t \u017dateck\u00fdm poloran\u00fdm \u010derve\u0148\u00e1kem a Sl\u00e1dkem. S IBU 30 a obsahem alkoholu 4,1 % nab\u00edz\u00ed perfektn\u00ed ho\u0159k\u00e9 osv\u011b\u017een\u00ed.<\/li>\n<li>Na z\u00e1\u0159\u00ed 2017 uva\u0159ili Kn\u00ed\u017eec\u00ed speci\u00e1l. Polotmav\u00e9 pivo s jemn\u011b karamelovou chut\u00ed.<\/li>\n<li>Na Slavnostech b\u0159eclavsk\u00e9ho piva (dne 11.6.2016) byla pivn\u00ed nab\u00eddka: Kanec sv\u011btl\u00fd, Kanec polotmav\u00fd, Podlu\u017ean, Piv\u00edn, Summer Ale, Z\u00e1meck\u00e1 des\u00edtka a Nealko.<\/li>\n<li>Dne 20.5.2016 p\u0159edstavili letn\u00ed novinku s n\u00e1dechem citrusov\u00fdch plod\u016f \u2013 Summer Ale. Jednalo se o svrchn\u011b kva\u0161en\u00fd sv\u011btl\u00fd le\u017e\u00e1k. Proto byly pro z\u00e1kladn\u00ed chmelen\u00ed zvoleny americk\u00e9 chmelov\u00e9 odr\u016fdy Centennial a Chinook, d\u00e1le pak \u010desk\u00e1 ho\u0159k\u00e1 odr\u016fda Premiant a pro fin\u00e1ln\u00ed \u201edryhop\u201c odr\u016fdy Citra a Amarillo. Charakteristick\u00fdm rysem tohoto piva byla citrusov\u00e1 chu\u0165 a v\u016fn\u011b. Na pivn\u00ed trh se 11.11.2015 dostalo prvn\u00ed zdej\u0161\u00ed Ale americk\u00e9ho typu.<br \/>\nSvrchn\u011b kva\u0161en\u00fd speci\u00e1l tmav\u011b rub\u00ednov\u00e9 barvy chmelili americk\u00fdmi chmelov\u00fdmi odr\u016fdami Centennial a Chinook, pro fin\u00e1ln\u00ed \u201edryhop\u201c pak odr\u016fdami Citra a Amarillo. Alkohol.: 7,0 %<\/li>\n<li>Pivovar dne 9.11.2015 celorepublikov\u011b uvedl na trh novou zna\u010dku sv\u011btl\u00e9ho piva Piv\u00edn, se kterou se ve\u0159ejnost mohla setkat v televizn\u00edm seri\u00e1lu Vina\u0159i. Piv\u00edn byl k dost\u00e1n\u00ed ve dvou modelech: 12\u00b0 le\u017e\u00e1k a 14\u00b0 speci\u00e1l. Piv\u00edn 12\u00b0 byl vyroben ze dvou odr\u016fd \u017eateck\u00e9ho chmele a z \u010desk\u00e9ho sladut. Obsah alkoholu do 5,2 % obj. Piv\u00edn 14\u00b0 bylo sv\u011btl\u00e9 speci\u00e1ln\u00ed pivo, kter\u00e9 se vyzna\u010dovalo syt\u011b zlatou barvou, vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed plnost\u00ed a st\u0159edn\u00ed ho\u0159kost\u00ed. Obsah alkoholu do 6,0 % obj.<br \/>\nOproti dosavadn\u00edm b\u0159eclavsk\u00fdm zna\u010dk\u00e1m byl hlavn\u00ed rozd\u00edl v obsahu alkoholu a tak\u00e9 pou\u017eit\u00ed v\u00edce odr\u016fd \u017eateck\u00e9ho chmele.<\/li>\n<li>Podzimn\u00ed novinka m\u011bla podobu Polotmav\u00e9ho le\u017e\u00e1ku (alk.: 5,0 %). V prodeji od 23.10.2015<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<ul>\n<li>Svatov\u00e1clavsk\u00fd speci\u00e1l v z\u00e1\u0159\u00ed 2015 v s\u00edt\u00ed hospod a tak\u00e9 exkluzivn\u011b v prodejn\u00e1ch potravin ENAPO. \u0160lo o polotmav\u00e9 pivo s obsahem alkoholu 5,2 % obj.. Vyzna\u010dovalo se m\u00edrn\u011b karamelovou p\u0159\u00edchut\u00ed a v\u016fn\u00ed s jemnou vyv\u00e1\u017eenou ho\u0159kost\u00ed.<\/li>\n<li>V \u010dervnu 2015 novinka &#8211; Beran, prav\u00e1 jeden\u00e1ctka. Speci\u00e1ln\u011b va\u0159en\u00e9 pro Zl\u00ednsko a Vala\u0161sko. Alk.: 4,7 %.<\/li>\n<li>V b\u0159eznu 2015 v prodeji polotmav\u00fd le\u017e\u00e1k Kanec.<\/li>\n<li>Po obnov\u011b \u010dinnosti v roce 2013 uva\u0159il 9 tis\u00edc hektolitr\u016f piva, v roce 2014 \u2013 15 000 hl.<\/li>\n<li>I v roce 2014 uva\u0159ili sl\u00e1dci V\u00e1no\u010dn\u00ed d\u011bdictv\u00ed. Siln\u00fd tmav\u00fd speci\u00e1l, kter\u00fd je vhodn\u00fd (nejen) pro nadch\u00e1zej\u00edc\u00ed sv\u00e1te\u010dn\u00ed dny. Tmav\u00fd, nepasterovan\u00fd le\u017e\u00e1k s m\u00edrn\u011b karamelovou chut\u00ed a v\u016fn\u00ed s obsahem alkoholu 6 %. Extrakt p\u016fvodn\u00ed mladiny u tohoto speci\u00e1lu 15,22 %. Pr\u00e1v\u011b druh\u00e1 hodnota odkazuje na historick\u00e9 datum vzniku b\u0159eclavsk\u00e9ho pivovaru.<br \/>\nPro zp\u0159\u00edjemn\u011bn\u00ed jara 2014 uva\u0159ili speci\u00e1ln\u00ed tmav\u00e9 pivo, Sl\u00e1dkovo jarn\u00ed. \u0160lo o 13\u00b0 tmav\u00e9 pivo, kter\u00e9 zaujalo p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm ka\u0161tanovou barvou, jemnou karamelovou chut\u00ed s p\u0159\u00edjemnou ho\u0159kost\u00ed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><u>Star\u0161\u00ed info:<\/u><br \/>\nV roce 2013 se do B\u0159eclavi po t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 dvaceti letech vr\u00e1tila v\u00fdroba piva. Nov\u00fd investor do oprav p\u016fvodn\u00edho provozu dal zat\u00edm zhruba 80 milion\u016f korun. Z\u00e1meck\u00fd pivovar B\u0159eclav spol. s r.o. za\u010dal prvn\u00ed pivo prod\u00e1vat v polovin\u011b kv\u011btna 2013. Pro rok 2013 pl\u00e1novali vyrobit kolem 20 000 hl piva. Dne 13.5. v 9:00 prob\u011bhla v are\u00e1lu pivovaru tiskov\u00e1 konference, na kter\u00e9 zve\u0159ejnili informace o nov\u011b uva\u0159en\u00fdch pivech. &#8222;V\u00fdroba se u\u017e rozjela, zat\u00edm nejedeme na sto procent. Na maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed mo\u017en\u00e9 m\u00ed\u0159e budeme za t\u00fdden a\u017e deset dn\u00ed,&#8220; uvedl \u0159editel pivovaru Ale\u0161 Hofman. Podle veden\u00ed pivovaru byla kapacita provozu asi 35 000 hl piva ro\u010dn\u011b.<br \/>\n&#8222;Pivo va\u0159\u00edme klasickou \u010deskou technologi\u00ed. Pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1me v\u00fdhradn\u011b \u010desk\u00e9 suroviny,&#8220; uvedl sl\u00e1dek pivovaru V\u00e1clav D\u00edt\u011b. Nov\u00fd pivovar se chystal dva druhy piv st\u00e1\u010det do sklen\u011bn\u00fdch lahv\u00ed, pet lahv\u00ed i sud\u016f. Pivo bude i v maloobchodn\u00ed s\u00edti Enapo, kter\u00e1 je majetkov\u011b sp\u0159\u00edzn\u011bn\u00e1 se Z\u00e1meck\u00fdm pivovarem B\u0159eclav. S\u00ed\u0165 pivovaru zajist\u00ed distribuci des\u00edtky Deleg\u00e1t po cel\u00e9 \u010cR, dvan\u00e1ctka Kanec bude podle veden\u00ed pivovaru dostupn\u00e1 pouze na B\u0159eclavsku.<br \/>\nNov\u00fd b\u0159eclavsk\u00fd pivovar vznikl na m\u00edst\u011b b\u00fdval\u00e9ho provozu, kter\u00fd skon\u010dil v roce 1996. O va\u0159en\u00ed piva se budou starat dva sl\u00e1dci. &#8222;V\u00e1clav D\u00edt\u011b je emeritn\u00ed sl\u00e1dek, zku\u0161en\u00fd, s pades\u00e1tiletou zku\u0161enost\u00ed s va\u0159en\u00edm piva ve st\u0159edn\u011b velk\u00e9m pivovaru, p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm v pivovaru Pern\u0161tejn. Naproti tomu Karel Vavre\u010dka m\u00e1 zku\u0161enosti sp\u00ed\u0161e z men\u0161\u00edch pivovar\u016f, jako jsou Dale\u0161ice, Pegas a Harach. Je mlad\u00fd, progresivn\u00ed, vyzn\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed modern\u00ed p\u0159\u00edstup,&#8220; prozradil Z\u00e1meck\u00fd pivovar B\u0159eclav.\u201eSpojen\u00edm tradi\u010dn\u00edho a modern\u00edho p\u0159\u00edstupu k va\u0159en\u00ed piva dost\u00e1v\u00e1me to nejlep\u0161\u00ed a p\u0159esn\u011b to vystihuje sm\u011br, kter\u00fdm se chceme ub\u00edrat\u201c, \u0159ekl k tomu Ale\u0161 Hofman, \u0159editel pivovaru.<br \/>\nTo\u010den\u00e9ho Kance \u0161lo ochutnat poprv\u00e9 17. 5. 2013 p\u0159\u00edmo v are\u00e1lu pivovaru p\u0159i otev\u0159en\u00ed venkovn\u00edho posezen\u00ed. Ve vybran\u00fdch prodejn\u00e1ch maloobchodn\u00ed s\u00edt\u011b ENAPO bylo pivo k dost\u00e1n\u00ed v lahvi PET 1,5 l od 20. 5. 2013.<br \/>\nPivo va\u0159en\u00e9 v b\u0159eclavsk\u00e9m pivovaru, z\u00e1mek i dal\u0161\u00ed symboly b\u0159eclavsk\u00e9ho regionu jste v kv\u011btnu 2013 mohli naj\u00edt v p\u00edsni\u010dce \u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u00e9 rockov\u00e9 skupiny Argema \u201eZ\u00e1meck\u00e9 d\u011bdictv\u00ed\u201c, kter\u00e1 byla naps\u00e1na speci\u00e1ln\u011b pro Z\u00e1meck\u00fd pivovar B\u0159eclav.<br \/>\nOd po\u010d\u00e1tku z\u00e1\u0159\u00ed 2013 v prodeji Svatov\u00e1clavsk\u00fd speci\u00e1l (alk.: 5,2 %, origin\u00e1ln\u00ed karamelov\u00e1 p\u0159\u00edchu\u0165, Odtajn\u011bno. Ze Z\u00e1meck\u00e9ho pivovaru v B\u0159eclavi dne 28.1.2014 zazn\u011blo: Tento t\u00fdden za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1me va\u0159it Podlu\u017ean. Prohl\u00e1sila to mluv\u010d\u00ed pivovaru Jana Kili\u00e1nov\u00e1. Podrobn\u00e9 informace o nov\u00e9m druhu piva z\u00e1stupci pivovaru ofici\u00e1ln\u011b sd\u011bl\u00ed a\u017e na tiskov\u00e9 konferenci za\u010d\u00e1tkem b\u0159ezna, p\u0159esto B\u0159eclavsk\u00fd den\u00edk Rovnost ji\u017e v\u00ed, co bude za touto staronovou zna\u010dkou st\u00e1t. \u201ePodlu\u017ean bude jeden\u00e1ctistup\u0148ov\u00e9 pivo. Dopln\u00edme t\u00edm \u0159adu na\u0161ich z\u00e1kladn\u00edch piv, des\u00edtku Deleg\u00e1ta a dvan\u00e1ctistup\u0148ov\u00e9ho Kance,&#8220; prozradila Kili\u00e1nov\u00e1. Potvrdila tak o\u010dek\u00e1van\u00fd tah b\u0159eclavsk\u00e9ho pivovaru \u2013 vznik tria. Podle mluv\u010d\u00ed je napl\u00e1novan\u00e9 za\u010d\u00edt s distribuc\u00ed \u201ejeden\u00e1ctky&#8220; koncem dubna. \u201ePodlu\u017ean p\u016fjde jako v\u00fd\u010depn\u00ed pivo do restaurac\u00ed, hospod, a tak\u00e9 do sklen\u011bn\u00fdch a PET lahv\u00ed,&#8220; dodala. Z\u00e1meck\u00fd pivovar B\u0159eclav ozn\u00e1mil p\u0159evzet\u00ed ochrann\u00e9 zn\u00e1mky pivn\u00ed zna\u010dky Podlu\u017ean za\u010d\u00e1tkem prosince roku 2013. P\u0159edt\u00edm ji vlastnil podnikatel Zden\u011bk Balga. \u201eV n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00edm obdob\u00ed by m\u011bl Podlu\u017ean znamenat tradici, kvalitu a poctiv\u011b vyroben\u00e9 pivo,&#8220; uvedl p\u0159i t\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitosti \u010dlen spr\u00e1vn\u00ed rady pivovaru Jan Svoboda. V roce 2014 pivovar roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159il kapacitu o t\u0159i le\u017e\u00e1ck\u00e9 tanky o obsahu 210 hektolitr\u016f a jednu spilku.
