Z\u00e1kladem lobe\u010dsk\u00e9ho Gruitu je Tu\u017eebn\u00edk jilmov\u00fd (filipendula ulmaria), vytrval\u00e1 bylina vlhk\u00fdch \u00fadoln\u00edch luk, kter\u00e1 m\u00e1 mnoho l\u00e9\u010div\u00fdch vlastnost\u00ed. V sou\u010dasnosti se jako l\u00e9\u010div\u00e1 bylina uplat\u0148uje hlavn\u011b pro sv\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dinky na tr\u00e1v\u00edc\u00ed syst\u00e9m. Historicky byl pro sv\u00e9 sv\u00e9r\u00e1zn\u00e9 mandlov\u00e9 aroma u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n pro ochucov\u00e1n\u00ed medoviny a piva hlavn\u011b ve Skandin\u00e1vii.<br \/>\nBarva piva je mahagonov\u00e1.
