(alk.: 5,6 %) Byl uva\u0159en speci\u00e1ln\u011b k p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitosti \u010desk\u00e9ho st\u00e1tn\u00edho sv\u00e1tku, Dni \u010desk\u00e9 st\u00e1tnosti. Je extra chmelen\u00fd a m\u00e1 kr\u00e1snou syt\u011b \u017elutou jantarovou barvu, kterou si u\u017eijete nejv\u00edce ve sv\u011btle sl\u00e1bnouc\u00edho slunce bab\u00edho l\u00e9ta.<\/li>\n<li>Od 3.12.2017 na \u010depu V\u00e1no\u010dn\u00ed speci\u00e1l polotmav\u00fd 13% \u010dty\u0159 sladov\u00fd, extra chmelen\u00fd tradi\u010dn\u00edmi \u010desk\u00fdmi chmely.<\/li>\n<li>V listopadu 2017 na \u010depu 13 % Winter Ale.<\/li>\n<li>Speci\u00e1l Stout narazili v Pivovarsk\u00e1 restauraci dne 16.11.2016. Pivo velmi tmav\u00e9, svrchn\u011b kva\u0161en\u00e9 s kyselej\u0161\u00ed chut\u00ed, kter\u00e1 byla pro tato piva typick\u00e1. Charakteristick\u00e1 byla siln\u00e1 chu\u0165 pra\u017een\u00e9ho je\u010dmene. V\u016fni a ho\u0159kost dodala odr\u016fda chmele Challenger.<\/li>\n<li>Od 5.\u00fanora 2016 to\u010dili svrchn\u011b kva\u0161en\u00e1 piva Red Ale a IPA.Red Ale &#8211; pivo anglick\u00e9ho typu, polotmav\u00e9 12% na toto pivo byly pou\u017eity speci\u00e1ln\u00ed chmely Cascade a Citra, kter\u00e9 dodaly citrusovou v\u016fni. IPA- pivo speci\u00e1ln\u00ed sv\u011btl\u00e9, siln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed a v\u00fdrazn\u011b chmelen\u00e9 15%.<\/li>\n<li>V\u00e1no\u010dn\u00ed, \u010dist\u011b v\u00edde\u0148sk\u00fd speci\u00e1l 13 % narazili 4.12.2015.<\/li>\n<li>Dne 2.10.2015 v Restauraci U Richarda (Brno, \u00dadoln\u00ed ulice) v nab\u00eddce p\u0161eni\u010dn\u00e1 jeden\u00e1ctka, sv\u011btl\u00e1 dvan\u00e1ctka, tmav\u00e1 dvan\u00e1ctka, vi\u0161\u0148ov\u00e1 dvan\u00e1ctka a \u0159ezan\u00e1 dvan\u00e1ctka.<\/li>\n<li>Dne 11.6.2015 nov\u00e1 Letn\u00ed 10\u00b0. Jednalo se o pivo va\u0159en\u00e9 klasicky dvourmutov\u011b, pou\u017eit byl slad plze\u0148sk\u00e9ho typu a slad Carapils, kter\u00fd se v\u00fdborn\u011b hodil na n\u00edzkoalkoholick\u00e1 piva a podtrhuje jejich kvalitu.<\/li>\n<li>Na m\u011bs\u00edc kv\u011bten 2015 sl\u00e1dci uva\u0159ili M\u00e1jov\u00fd speci\u00e1l &#8211; 11\u00b0 polotmavou p\u0161enici.<\/li>\n<li>Na Zelen\u00fd \u010dtvrtek 2.4.2015 narazli Velikono\u010dn\u00ed \u017eit\u0148\u00e1k.<\/li>\n<li>V pivovaru v roce 2015 nachystali Valent\u00fdnsk\u00fd 14\u00b0 polotmav\u00fd speci\u00e1l.<\/li>\n<li>Od 5.prosince 2014 to\u010dili 14\u00b0 V\u00e1no\u010dn\u00ed V\u00edde\u0148sk\u00fd speci\u00e1l.<\/li>\n<li>Dne 3.10.2014 v prodeji piva &#8211; P\u0161eni\u010dn\u00e9, Richard sv\u011btl\u00fd le\u017e\u00e1k, Richard tmav\u00fd le\u017e\u00e1k, Meru\u0148kov\u00e9 p\u0161eni\u010dn\u00e9, Vi\u0161\u0148ov\u00e9 a Medov\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li>Dne 16.4.narazili velikono\u010dn\u00ed polotmavou p\u0161eni\u010dnou dvan\u00e1ctku.<\/li>\n<li>Od 28.2. to\u010dili nov\u00fd pivn\u00ed speci\u00e1l dvan\u00e1ctku Troj\u00e1k (3 m\u011bs\u00edce le\u017eel, 3x se chmelil a 3x ho rmutovali).<\/li>\n<li>Dne 16.12.2013 to\u010dili 14\u00b0 polotmav\u00fd V\u00e1no\u010dn\u00ed speci\u00e1l.<\/li>\n<li>Od 8.11.2013 na \u010depu Svatomartinsk\u00fd naku\u0159ovan\u00fd le\u017e\u00e1k (speci\u00e1ln\u00ed ra\u0161elinou proku\u0159ovan\u00fd slad).<\/li>\n<li>Dne 5.6.2013 op\u011bt to\u010dili polotmavou t\u0159in\u00e1ctku z v\u00edde\u0148sk\u00e9ho sladu.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><u>Star\u0161\u00ed info:<\/u><br \/>\nPivovar byl v provozu od srpna roku 2004. Dvoun\u00e1dobov\u00e1 varna je um\u00edst\u011bna p\u0159\u00edmo v pivnici. Stabiln\u00ed sortiment by m\u011bl nab\u00edzet 11 % sv\u011btl\u00e9 nefiltrovan\u00e9, 12 % sv\u011btl\u00e9 nefiltrovan\u00e9, 12 % tmav\u00e9 nefiltrovan\u00e9. V \u0159\u00edjnu 2004 bylo na \u010depu 11 % polotmav\u00e9 nefiltrovan\u00e9, 12 % sv\u011btl\u00e9 nefiltrovan\u00e9. V srpnu se va\u0159ilo i 10 % sv\u011btl\u00e9 nefiltrovan\u00e9. Piva m\u011bla n\u00e1zev &#8222;RICHARD&#8220;. Cena piva v \u0159\u00edjnu 2004 byla 17 K\u010d za 0,4 l. Varna: 450 l\/ v\u00e1rka. Otev\u0159eno bylo denn\u011b od 11:00-23:00. V listopadu 2004 se \u010depovalo: 11 % sv\u011btl\u00e1 nefiltrovan\u00e1 a 12 % tmav\u00e1 nefiltrovan\u00e1.<br \/>\nV prosinci 2004 minipivovar nab\u00edzel sv\u011btlou a tmavou kvasnicovou dvan\u00e1ctku (0,4 l za 17 K\u010d) a vi\u0161\u0148ovou polotmavou des\u00edtku (0,5 l za 17 K\u010d). Pivo bylo \u010depov\u00e1no do &#8222;krygl\u016f&#8220; bez loga, minipivovar nem\u011bl zat\u00edm ani sv\u00e9 t\u00e1cky.<br \/>\nNa Silvestra 2004 minipivovar obohatil nab\u00eddku o 13 % polotmav\u00e9 nefiltrovan\u00e9 pod n\u00e1zvem Karamelov\u00e9. V lednu 2005 na \u010depu m\u011bli 3 druhy tmav\u00fdch variant piv &#8211; 12 % tmav\u00e9, 12 % polotmav\u00e9, 13 % polotmav\u00e9. Sv\u011btl\u00e9 nebylo.<br \/>\nV dubnu 2005 minipivovar nab\u00edzel 10 % sv\u011btl\u00e9 nefiltrovan\u00e9, 12 % tmav\u00e9 nefiltrovan\u00e9 a novinkou bylo 12 % sv\u011btl\u00e9 nefiltrovan\u00e9 p\u0161eni\u010dn\u00e9. P\u0161eni\u010dn\u00e9 pivo se va\u0159ilo dle sl\u00e1dka z 80 % p\u0161eni\u010dn\u00e9ho sladu a bylo spodn\u011b fermentovan\u00e9 (v\u0161e za 17 K\u010d).<br \/>\nMinipivovar koncem \u010dervna 2005 nab\u00edzel n\u00e1v\u0161t\u011bvn\u00edk\u016fm sv\u011btlou 11, tmavou 12, polotmavou 11 a p\u0161eni\u010dnou 12. S vyj\u00edmkou sv\u011btl\u00e9 jeden\u00e1ctky bylo v\u0161e pod\u00e1v\u00e1no do 0,4 l sklenic, jednotn\u00e1 cena byla 17,- K\u010d.<br \/>\nPivovarsk\u00e1 restaurace v Brn\u011b-\u017deb\u011bt\u00edn\u011b v listopadu 2005 nab\u00edzeli sv\u011btlou jeden\u00e1ctku Richard za 17 K\u010d (0,5 l) a tmavou dvan\u00e1ctku za stejnou cenu (jen 0,4 l).<br \/>\nSortiment minipivovaru se na po\u010d\u00e1tku roku 2006 se ust\u00e1lil do standardn\u00ed nab\u00eddky: Sv\u011btl\u00e9 12, p\u0161eni\u010dn\u00e9 11 a vi\u0161\u0148ov\u00e9 12. Dal\u0161\u00ed novinkou byla v\u00fdstavba v\u011bt\u0161\u00edho pivovaru v prostor\u00e1ch are\u00e1lu restaurace.<br \/>\nAktu\u00e1ln\u00ed sortiment piva minipivovaru v dubnu 2006 byl p\u0161eni\u010dn\u00ed pivo (jeden\u00e1ctka), sv\u011btl\u00fd klasick\u00fd le\u017e\u00e1k 12, vi\u0161\u0148ov\u00e9 pivo 12. Speci\u00e1ln\u00ed pivo zde na Velikonoce neuva\u0159ili, proto\u017ee zrovna prob\u00edhala stavba nov\u00e9ho v\u011bt\u0161\u00edho pivovaru, kter\u00e1 by m\u011bla b\u00fdt dokon\u010dena do jednoho m\u011bs\u00edce.<br \/>\n&#8222;Z\u00e1kladem na\u0161eho piva je pouze voda, slad, chmel a kvasnice. Pivo je \u010derstv\u00e9, nen\u00ed pasterizovan\u00e9 ani filtrovan\u00e9, neobsahuje stabiliz\u00e1tory. Sna\u017e\u00edme se o kvalitu a tradi\u010dn\u00ed recepturu,&#8220; vysv\u011btlil v \u010dervnu 2006 Petr Kobz\u00edk, kter\u00fd pro vlastn\u00ed podnik va\u0159il t\u0159i druhy jeden\u00e1ctistup\u0148ov\u00e9ho piva.<br \/>\nAktu\u00e1ln\u00ed sortiment minipivovaru byl v listopadu 2006: kvasnicov\u00fd le\u017e\u00e1k 12 % a p\u0161eni\u010dn\u00e9 12 %. Na konci roku 2006 bylo na \u010depu i v\u00e1no\u010dn\u00ed pivo. Medov\u00fd, polotmav\u00fd speci\u00e1l 16%.<br \/>\nV prosinci 2006 minipivovar nab\u00edzel speci\u00e1ln\u00ed v\u00e1no\u010dn\u00ed Medovou 16\u00b0 (0,4 l za 24 K\u010d), p\u0161eni\u010dn\u00e9 pivo (0,5 l za 19 K\u010d) a vi\u0161\u0148ov\u00e9 pivo (0,4 l za 17 K\u010d).<br \/>\nV Pivovarsk\u00e9 restauraci jste v lednu 2007 mohli ochutnat 12 kvasnicovou sv\u011btlou (0,5 l za 19 K\u010d), 12 vi\u0161\u0148ovou a 16 medovou sv\u011btlou (ob\u011b v sklenic\u00edch 0,4 l).<br \/>\nMinipivovar na Velikonoce roku 2007 uva\u0159il v\u00e1rku tmav\u00e9 t\u0159in\u00e1ctky. B\u011b\u017en\u00fd sortiment byl v b\u0159eznu 2007: sv\u011btl\u00e1 12\u00b0 (0,4 l za 21 K\u010d), vi\u0161\u0148ov\u00e9 pivo (0,4 l za 19 K\u010d), medov\u00e1 15\u00b0 (0,4 l za 24 K\u010d).<br \/>\nSortiment minipivovaru v z\u00e1\u0159\u00ed 2007 byl ve slo\u017een\u00ed 12% sv\u011btl\u00fd le\u017e\u00e1k, 12% vi\u0161\u0148ov\u00fd le\u017e\u00e1k, 15% medov\u00fd speci\u00e1l.<br \/>\nMinipivovar otev\u0159el 1.2. 2009 svou novou provozovnu v centru m\u011bsta Brna. Jednalo se o restauraci se stejn\u00fdm n\u00e1zvem U Richarda, kter\u00e1 se nach\u00e1z\u00ed na ulici \u00dadoln\u00ed \u010d.7. V nab\u00eddce byl kompletn\u00ed sortiment pivovaru, tedy sv\u011btl\u00fd le\u017e\u00e1k 12, vi\u0161\u0148ov\u00e9 sv\u011btl\u00e9 12, p\u0161eni\u010dn\u00e9 11 a medov\u00fd speci\u00e1l 15.<br \/>\nMinipivovar v b\u0159eznu 2009 va\u0159il 12 sv\u011btl\u00e9, 12 vi\u0161\u0148ov\u00e9, 11 p\u0161eni\u010dn\u00e9, 15 medov\u00e9 pivo. Ro\u010dn\u00ed v\u00fdstav 850 hl sta\u010dil na z\u00e1sobov\u00e1n\u00ed dvou hospod a n\u011bkolika dal\u0161\u00edch odb\u011bratel\u016f, kte\u0159\u00ed cht\u011bli svou pivn\u00ed nab\u00eddku n\u011b\u010d\u00edm ozvl\u00e1\u0161tnit. \u201eJedeme tak na \u0161edes\u00e1t procent, va\u0159\u00edme na dva rmuty a pivo le\u017e\u00ed v otev\u0159en\u00e9 spilce,\u201c poodhalil v \u010dervenci 2009 Kobz\u00edk z\u00e1kulis\u00ed. \u201eV\u0161echno m\u00e1me \u010desk\u00e9, od \u017eateck\u00e9ho chmele po med. Zrovna u n\u011bj n\u00e1m docela dlouho trvalo, ne\u017e jsme vychytali, kter\u00fd z mnoha druh\u016f med\u016f je pro richardovsk\u00e9 medov\u00e9 pivo ide\u00e1ln\u00ed. A lipov\u00fd to vyhr\u00e1l. D\u00edky spolupr\u00e1ci s brn\u011bnskou Mendelovou zem\u011bd\u011blskou a lesnickou univerzitou v\u00edme, \u017ee co se u n\u00e1s p\u0159id\u00e1v\u00e1 do piva, je skute\u010dn\u011b med lipov\u00fd a ne n\u011bjak\u00e1 sm\u011bska,\u201c dodal vz\u00e1p\u011bt\u00ed.<br \/>\nJe\u0161t\u011b p\u0159ede dv\u011bma lety se v \u017deb\u011bt\u00edn\u011b proto\u010dilo ro\u010dn\u011b kolem 500 hl piva. \u201eDnes u\u017e je to t\u0159in\u00e1ct set hektolitr\u016f, d\u00edky tomu, \u017ee jsme letos otev\u0159eli dal\u0161\u00ed dv\u011b pobo\u010dky v Brn\u011b,\u201c popsal v z\u00e1\u0159\u00ed 2009 mana\u017eer pivovaru a syn zakladatele Petr Kobz\u00edk.<br \/>\nV dubnu 2010 byl v minipivovaru nab\u00edzen sortiment: Richard sv\u011btl\u00e1 12\u00b0 za 26 K\u010d, Richard vi\u0161\u0148ov\u00e1 12\u00b0 za 24 K\u010d, Richard p\u0161eni\u010dn\u00e1 11\u00b0 za 26 K\u010d, Richard medov\u00e1 15\u00b0 za 29 K\u010d .<br \/>\n\u017deb\u011bt\u00ednsk\u00fd minipivovar na pivn\u00edm festivalu v Brn\u011b v \u010dervnu 2010 to\u010dil sv\u011btl\u00fd i vi\u0161\u0148ov\u00fd le\u017e\u00e1k a p\u0161eni\u010dnou jeden\u00e1ctku. A fajn\u0161mekr\u016fm to chutnaly. \u201e\u010c\u00edm v\u00edc n\u00e1s bude, t\u00edm l\u00edp,\u201c \u0159ekl o mal\u00fdch pivovarech majitel Petr Kobz\u00edk. Podobn\u00e9 pivn\u00ed akce se se sv\u00fdm minipivovarem \u00fa\u010dastnil poprv\u00e9. Cht\u011bl tady sb\u00edrat zku\u0161enosti, p\u0159edstavit sv\u00e9 pivo lidem a sezn\u00e1mit se s jin\u00fdmi malov\u00fdrobci zlatav\u00e9ho moku. A i kdy\u017e pivo d\u011blal teprve sedm\u00fdm rokem, na Brn\u011bnsku u\u017e si sv\u00e9 fanou\u0161ky na\u0161el. \u201eOproti p\u011bt set let star\u00fdm pivovar\u016fm jsme trochu \u010derstv\u011bj\u0161\u00ed,\u201c \u0159ekl Petr Kobz\u00edk. A dodal, \u017ee va\u0159en\u00ed piva byl p\u016fvodn\u011b jen kon\u00ed\u010dek. \u201eLid\u00e9 o na\u0161e pivo m\u011bli z\u00e1jem a tak jsme po\u0159\u00eddili v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed technologii a za\u010dali jsme va\u0159it. Dost lid\u00ed si k n\u00e1m ob\u010das zajede pron\u011bjakou tu be\u010dku,\u201c \u0159ekl. O sv\u00e9m kon\u00ed\u010dku a byznysu v jednom se bavil s nad\u0161en\u00edm. Richarda va\u0159il sl\u00e1dek tradi\u010dn\u00ed metodou, kdy ka\u017ed\u00fd druh piva m\u00e1 svou recepturu a nebylo pasterizovan\u00e9 ani filtrovan\u00e9. Jsme kapacitn\u011b omezen\u00ed i tou men\u0161\u00ed trvanlivost\u00ed, nem\u016f\u017eeme expandovat a ani nechceme. Chceme zachovat takovou tu rukod\u011blnou tvorbu,\u201c popsal v\u00fdrobce tradi\u010dn\u00edho \u010desk\u00e9ho n\u00e1poje. V mal\u00e9m pivovaru standardn\u011b v roce 2010 va\u0159ili \u010dty\u0159i druhy piva. Dvan\u00e1ctku sv\u011btl\u00fd a vi\u0161\u0148ov\u00fd le\u017e\u00e1k doplnila p\u0161eni\u010dn\u00e1 jeden\u00e1ctka. M\u00e9n\u011b obvyklou nab\u00eddku pak p\u0159edstavoval patn\u00e1ctistup\u0148ov\u00fd medov\u00fd speci\u00e1l ( l\u00e1hev PET ). \u201ePatn\u00e1ctka, to by v tomhle po\u010das\u00ed byla moc velk\u00e1 divo\u010dina,\u201c pov\u00eddal s nads\u00e1zkou Kobz\u00edk.<br \/>\nV \u010dervenci 2010 minipivovar za\u010dal plnit pivo do v 1 l PET lahv\u00ed.<br \/>\n\u201eNem\u00e1 smysl za\u010d\u00edt vyr\u00e1b\u011bt nap\u0159\u00edklad svrchn\u011b kva\u0161en\u00e1 piva. Lid\u00e9 u n\u00e1s na n\u011b nejsou zvykl\u00ed. Nav\u00edc v sou\u010dasnosti jsme r\u00e1di, \u017ee st\u00edh\u00e1me uspokojit popt\u00e1vku. V\u00fdrobu proto pl\u00e1nujeme roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159it.
