Jedine\u010dnost tohoto piva byla d\u00e1na historickou recepturou z roku 1626. Chmeleno bylo pomoc\u00ed \u017eateck\u00fdch (Sl\u00e1dek, Premiant) a anglick\u00fdm (Fuggles, Golding) odr\u016fd chmele.<br \/>\nPro evokaci v\u00e1no\u010dn\u00edch sv\u00e1tk\u016f byl Imperial stout aromatizov\u00e1n su\u0161en\u00fdm pomeran\u010dov\u00fdm oplod\u00edm a zpest\u0159en \u0161petkou drcen\u00e9ho chilli.<\/li>\n<li>V \u0159\u00edjnu 2017 v prodeji <strong>Pou\u0165ov\u00e1 10<\/strong>. Jednalo se o polotmav\u00e9 v\u00fd\u010depn\u00ed pivo. P\u0159i v\u00fdrob\u011b bylo pou\u017eito 5 druh\u016f pra\u017een\u00fdch slad\u016f a jeden druh \u017eateckeho chmele Vital. Obsah alkoholu: 3,9 %.<\/li>\n<li>Pivovar uva\u0159il a nab\u00edzel v \u00fanoru 2017 speci\u00e1l &#8211; <strong>Postn\u00ed 1<\/strong>6. Pivo vych\u00e1zej\u00edc\u00ed ze speci\u00e1ln\u00edch v\u00edde\u0148sk\u00fdch piv. Vn\u00edmav\u00fd ochutn\u00e1va\u010d v n\u011bm objevil mimo nasl\u00e1dl\u00fdch t\u00f3n\u016f s jemn\u00fdm chmelem, i lehce pomeran\u010dov\u00fd akcent ve v\u016fni i chuti, dan\u00fd v\u00fdb\u011brem surovin a postupem va\u0159en\u00ed. Na\u017eloutl\u00e1 jantarov\u00e1 barva, korunov\u00e1na hustou smetanovou p\u011bnou, byla potom samoz\u0159ejmou sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed celkov\u00e9ho dojmu.<\/li>\n<li>Ve zdej\u0161\u00edch kl\u00e1\u0161tern\u00edch tanc\u00edch zr\u00e1l v \u010dervnu 2016 <strong>God\u0161alk<\/strong> &#8211; zcela nov\u00e9 pivo typu Abbey Ale. Inspirac\u00ed pro tuto recepturu byla dortmundsk\u00e1 tmav\u00e1 piva, receptura piva God\u0161alk byla v\u0161ak zcela origin\u00e1ln\u00ed.<\/li>\n\n<li>Tmav\u00fd nefiltrovan\u00fd 14 stup\u0148ov\u00fd speci\u00e1l <strong>Falco<\/strong>, byl nov\u00fdm pivem pivovaru v kv\u011btnu 2016. Dal\u0161\u00ed pivo, o n\u011bco slab\u0161\u00ed, p\u0159\u00edchu\u0165ov\u00e9, dostalo n\u00e1zev Castulus. Ve\u0161ker\u00e9 pivo m\u011blo b\u00fdt expedov\u00e1no ve speci\u00e1ln\u00edch lahv\u00edch. Prvn\u00ed pivo se v kl\u00e1\u0161te\u0159e pravd\u011bpodobn\u011b za\u010dalo va\u0159it u\u017e ve 13. stolet\u00ed. Prvn\u00ed zm\u00ednka o kl\u00e1\u0161tern\u00edm pivovaru je ze 16. stolet\u00ed. Va\u0159en\u00ed piva skon\u010dilo v srpnu 1907, kdy kl\u00e1\u0161ter vyho\u0159el v\u010detn\u011b pivovaru. &#8222;Nad v\u00fdrobou piva jsme za\u010dali p\u0159em\u00fd\u0161let u\u017e v roce 1991, po p\u0159evzet\u00ed objektu. V minul\u00e9m roce jsme obdr\u017eeli nab\u00eddku na n\u00e1kup za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed minipivovaru. Ro\u010dn\u00ed v\u00fdstav by se m\u011bl pohybovat kolem deseti tis\u00edc hektolitr\u016f. Prostory kl\u00e1\u0161tera jsou pam\u00e1tkov\u011b chr\u00e1n\u011bn\u00e9, proto jsme ve\u0161ker\u00e9 projektov\u00e9 z\u00e1le\u017eitosti museli konzultovat s pam\u00e1tk\u00e1\u0159i,&#8220; \u0159ekl p\u0159evor kl\u00e1\u0161tera Pavel Hroznata Adamec. Sm\u011bl\u00fdm pl\u00e1nem bylo vyrobit prvn\u00ed v\u00e1rku piva do po\u010d\u00e1tku z\u00e1\u0159\u00ed. &#8222;R\u00e1di bychom \u010d\u00e1ste\u010dn\u011b zp\u0159\u00edstupnili prostory pivovaru. Pot\u00fdk\u00e1me se s nedostatkem financ\u00ed, rekonstrukce si vy\u017e\u00e1d\u00e1 vysok\u00e9 n\u00e1klady,&#8220;dodal p\u0159evor kl\u00e1\u0161tera.<br \/>\n&#8222;Pokud se poda\u0159\u00ed prvn\u00ed v\u00e1rku uva\u0159it do p\u011btadvac\u00e1t\u00e9ho srpna, mohli bychom prvn\u00ed kl\u00e1\u0161tern\u00ed pivo ochutnat na pouti,&#8220; \u0159ekl p\u0159evor kanonie premonstr\u00e1t\u016f Pavel Hroznata Adamec. S\u00e1m hned ozna\u010dil vysloven\u00e1 data za term\u00edn z kategorie \u0161ibeni\u010dn\u00edch. Na po\u010d\u00e1tku srpna se spr\u00e1va kl\u00e1\u0161tera toti\u017e pustila do stavebn\u00edch \u00faprav, teprve pot\u00e9 p\u0159i\u0161la na \u0159adu instalace technologie. Zm\u00edn\u011bn\u00e1 pou\u0165 m\u011bla b\u00fdt v polovin\u011b z\u00e1\u0159\u00ed. Bylo jist\u00e9, \u017ee se s pivem vr\u00e1t\u00ed do \u017deliva Gottschalk. Pr\u00e1v\u011b tak se jmenoval prvn\u00ed \u017eelivsk\u00fd opat, kter\u00fd v kl\u00e1\u0161te\u0159e p\u016fsobil ve dvan\u00e1ct\u00e9m stolet\u00ed. &#8222;Rozhodli jsme se, \u017ee se na\u0161e piva budou jmenovat podle v\u00fdznamn\u00fdch opat\u016f. Gottschalk prop\u016fj\u010d\u00ed sv\u00e9 jm\u00e9no svrchn\u011b kva\u0161en\u00e9 patn\u00e1ctce,&#8220; uvedl p\u0159evor Adamec a hned se pochlubil n\u00e1vrhem etikety zcela nov\u00e9 zna\u010dky na dom\u00e1c\u00edm trhu s pivem. Etiketa v \u010dernob\u00edl\u00e9m proveden\u00ed ozdobila speci\u00e1ln\u00ed l\u00e1hev z \u010dir\u00e9ho skla. &#8222;V\u0161echna na\u0161e speci\u00e1ln\u00ed piva chceme prod\u00e1vat ve t\u0159etink\u00e1ch, do sud\u016f je budeme plnit jenom na zak\u00e1zku,&#8220; poodhalil p\u0159evor Adamec z\u00e1m\u011bry spole\u010dnosti, kter\u00e1 se chystala v kl\u00e1\u0161te\u0159e va\u0159it pivo. Nov\u011b vzniklou spole\u010dnost tvo\u0159ili vedle kanonie dal\u0161\u00ed dva spole\u010dn\u00edci. &#8222;Sl\u00e1dek Libor Pavelec z Jihlavy (zanikl\u00fd minipivovar Patriot) um\u00ed va\u0159it pivo a disponuje i pot\u0159ebnou technologi\u00ed, Jan Lochman z Prahy se bude zase starat o obchodn\u00ed str\u00e1nku chodu nov\u00e9 firmy. A my dod\u00e1me nov\u00e9mu pivo jm\u00e9no a tradici. V\u017edy\u0165 se tady pivo va\u0159ilo po cel\u00e1 stalet\u00ed,&#8220; p\u0159ipomenul p\u0159evor Adamec. S\u00e1m se u\u017e t\u011b\u0161il, a\u017e prvn\u00ed novodob\u00e9 \u017eelivsk\u00e9 pivo on, nov\u00ed partne\u0159i i dal\u0161\u00ed z\u00e1jemci ochutnaj\u00ed. &#8222;Bude to z\u0159ejm\u011b t\u0159in\u00e1ctka, pro tu zat\u00edm jm\u00e9no nem\u00e1me. Na ochutn\u00e1vku jsou zv\u011bdavi v\u0161ichni, s nimi\u017e jsem se v posledn\u00ed dob\u011b o p\u0159ipravovan\u00e9m rozjezdu pivovaru bavil,&#8220; poznamenal p\u0159edn\u00ed \u017eelivsk\u00fd premonstr\u00e1t. A\u010dkoliv d\u00edky bl\u00ed\u017e\u00edc\u00edmu se napln\u011bn\u00ed letit\u00e9ho z\u00e1m\u011bru se o nov\u00e9m pivu bavil cel\u00fd \u017deliv, nikdo ne\u010dekal, \u017ee nov\u00e1 zna\u010dka zaplav\u00ed kraj sv\u00fdmi v\u00fdrobky. &#8222;Nebudeme okoln\u00edm pivovar\u016fm konkurovat. Ze za\u010d\u00e1tku chceme vyr\u00e1b\u011bt kolem dvou tis\u00edc hektolitr\u016f ro\u010dn\u011b, jestli\u017ee se dostaneme na deset tis\u00edc, tak to bude z\u0159ejm\u011b maximum,&#8220; ujistil p\u0159evor Adamec.<br \/>\nMni\u0161i v premonstr\u00e1tsk\u00e9m kl\u00e1\u0161te\u0159e za\u010dali b\u011bhem prvn\u00ed prosincov\u00e9 t\u00fddne roku 2003 st\u00e1\u010det kl\u00e1\u0161tern\u00ed pivo, kter\u00e9 v tanc\u00edch zr\u00e1lo sedm ned\u011bl. Prvn\u00edm produktem, o kter\u00fd byl z\u00e1jem a\u017e v Praze, se stalo patn\u00e1ctistup\u0148ov\u00e9 pivo Gottschalk s \u010dernou etiketou. Zku\u0161ebn\u00ed v\u00e1rka \u010dinila 500 t\u0159etinkov\u00fdch lahv\u00ed, jejich\u017e cena se pohybovala kolem dvaadvaceti korun za l\u00e1hev. Vyrobena byla i zku\u0161ebn\u00ed v\u00e1rka t\u0159in\u00e1ctistup\u0148ov\u00e9ho medov\u00e9ho piva Castulus.<\/p>\n<p>P\u0159\u00edmo v \u017delivi \u0161lo v \u00fanoru 2004 zdej\u0161\u00ed pivo koupit v obchod\u011b u br\u00e1ny kl\u00e1\u0161tera za 28,- K\u010d v\u010d. nevratn\u00e9 l\u00e1hve. Od b\u0159ezna 2004 minipivovar za\u010dal distribuovat novinkov\u00e9 pivo s vi\u0161\u0148ovou p\u0159\u00edchut\u00ed.<br \/>\nDne 11.5.2004 ochutnal nov\u00e9 kl\u00e1\u0161tern\u00ed pivo prezident republiky V\u00e1clav Klaus.<br \/>\nPivovar se dostal do sporu s belgick\u00fdm premonstr\u00e1tsk\u00fdm \u0159\u00e1dem o ozna\u010den\u00ed piva, kter\u00e9 pivovar produkoval. &#8222;Na\u0161e pivo ale nen\u00ed trapistick\u00e9,&#8220; \u0159ekl v \u010dervenci 2005 p\u0159edstaven\u00fd kl\u00e1\u0161tera p\u00e1ter Richard na adresu belgick\u00fdch mnich\u016f, kte\u0159\u00ed se proti tomu ve\u0159ejn\u011b ohradili. &#8222;Jde o mylnou interpretaci na\u0161ich webov\u00fdch str\u00e1nek ve francouz\u0161tin\u011b,&#8220; vysv\u011btlil p\u00e1ter. Pr\u00e1v\u011b ty belgick\u00e9 mnichy popudily. Podle nich tato verze uv\u00e1d\u011bla, \u017ee se \u017eelivsk\u00fd kl\u00e1\u0161ter st\u00e1v\u00e1 sedm\u00fdm m\u00edstem na sv\u011bt\u011b, kde se trapistick\u00e9 pivo va\u0159\u00ed. &#8222;N\u00e1zev trapistick\u00e9 neznamen\u00e1 druh piva, ale ozna\u010den\u00ed p\u016fvodu. Mohou ho tedy pou\u017e\u00edvat pouze piva poch\u00e1zej\u00edc\u00ed z kl\u00e1\u0161ter\u016f trapistick\u00fdch mnich\u016f. V\u00e1\u0161 kl\u00e1\u0161ter p\u0159itom ob\u00fdvaj\u00ed premonstr\u00e1ti,&#8220; napsal do \u017deliva mluv\u010d\u00ed belgick\u00fdch kl\u00e1\u0161tern\u00edch pivovar\u016f Francois de Harenne. P\u00e1ter Richard v\u0161ak tvrdil, \u017ee nen\u00ed co m\u011bnit, proto\u017ee Kl\u00e1\u0161tern\u00ed pivovar takov\u00e1 piva neva\u0159\u00ed. &#8222;Jsme premonstr\u00e1ti. P\u0159i vysv\u011btlov\u00e1n\u00ed historie jsme pouze mluvili o historii trapistick\u00fdch kl\u00e1\u0161ter\u016f a piv. V\u00edc za t\u00edm nen\u00ed t\u0159eba hledat,&#8220; podotkl a pokl\u00e1dal t\u00edm &#8222;mezin\u00e1rodn\u00ed spor&#8220; za uzav\u0159en\u00fd. Tak\u00e9 \u010desk\u00e1 verze webov\u00fdch str\u00e1nek Kl\u00e1\u0161tern\u00edho pivovaru p\u0159ipomn\u011bla v\u00fdvoj trapistick\u00fdch piv, v\u010detn\u011b toho, \u017ee v\u0161echna va\u0159\u00ed mni\u0161i v Belgii. &#8222;V ostatn\u00edch zem\u00edch mohou va\u0159it takov\u00e9to pivo i jin\u00e9 c\u00edrkevn\u00ed \u0159\u00e1dy, ale toto pivo se pak naz\u00fdv\u00e1 Kl\u00e1\u0161tern\u00ed pivo &#8211; Kloster Bier,&#8220; uv\u00e1d\u011blo se na webu. I v \u017deliv\u011b se v\u0161ak va\u0159ilo pivo podle star\u00fdch osv\u011bd\u010den\u00fdch postup\u016f. &#8222;T\u0159in\u00e1ctku i patn\u00e1ctku vrchn\u00edm kva\u0161en\u00edm,&#8220; podotkl p\u00e1ter Richard. Ro\u010dn\u00ed v\u00fdstav minipivovaru se pohyboval kolem deseti tis\u00edc hektolitr\u016f.<br \/>\n\u201eNikdy jsme netvrdili, \u017ee va\u0159\u00edme trapistick\u00e9 pivo,\u201c \u0159ekl v \u010dervenci 2005 sl\u00e1dek Libor Pavelec. Podle n\u011bj je \u017eelivsk\u00e9 pivo ozna\u010dov\u00e1no pouze jako kl\u00e1\u0161tern\u00ed, proti \u010demu\u017e nemohou Belgi\u010dan\u00e9 nic nam\u00edtat. Jejich st\u00ed\u017enost pova\u017euje za nedorozum\u011bn\u00ed. Pivovar jako jedin\u00fd v zemi zavedl zp\u016fsob kva\u0161en\u00ed, kter\u00fd se pou\u017e\u00edval u staro\u010desk\u00fdch piv. Pivo obsahuje v\u00edc alkoholu a m\u00e1 v\u00fdrazn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed chu\u0165, podobn\u011b jako v\u00fdrobky z Belgie nebo Irska. \u201eKl\u00e1\u0161tern\u00ed piva se vyzna\u010duj\u00ed hutnost\u00ed, plnost\u00ed, jsou svrchn\u011b kva\u0161en\u00e1 a jsou slad\u0161\u00ed,\u201c podotkl Pavelec. Pivovar ro\u010dn\u011b uva\u0159il 1 200 hl piva. P\u0159ev\u00e1\u017en\u011b na dom\u00e1c\u00ed trh dodal asi 300 tis\u00edc t\u0159etinkov\u00fdch lahv\u00ed. Podle sl\u00e1dka je ve sv\u011bt\u011b jen m\u00e1lo kl\u00e1\u0161ter\u016f, kter\u00e9 by vlastnily pivovar. \u201eHodn\u011b pivov\u00e1rk\u016f prodalo licence,\u201c konstatoval.<br \/>\nV \u017eelivsk\u00e9m kl\u00e1\u0161te\u0159e mezi Humpolcem a Pelh\u0159imovem se nikdy na milodary nespol\u00e9hali. Po stalet\u00ed kl\u00e1\u0161ter p\u0159edstavoval samostatnou hospod\u00e1\u0159skou jednotku a v dob\u00e1ch nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed sl\u00e1vy se jeho pozemky t\u00e1hly do nedohledna. Na tuto tradici se pokusil nav\u00e1zat premonstr\u00e1tsk\u00fd \u0159\u00e1d i dnes. Nejd\u0159\u00edve b\u00edl\u00ed brat\u0159i, jak se premonstr\u00e1t\u016fm kv\u016fli jejich b\u00edl\u00e9mu h\u00e1bitu \u0159\u00edk\u00e1, zkusili p\u011bstovat v rozs\u00e1hl\u00fdch sklepen\u00edch kl\u00e1\u0161tera \u017eampiony, pak na zahrad\u00e1ch vysadili jahody. Oboj\u00ed s nevelk\u00fdm obchodn\u00edm \u00fasp\u011bchem. Zd\u00e1 se v\u0161ak, \u017ee ten spr\u00e1vn\u00fd n\u00e1pad p\u0159i\u0161el p\u0159ed dv\u011bma lety, kdy\u017e tu obnovili tradici va\u0159en\u00ed piva. \u201ePivo se tu va\u0159ilo od nepam\u011bti. Pokusit se o to znovu bylo dobr\u00e9 rozhodnut\u00ed,\u201c \u0159ekl p\u0159evor kl\u00e1\u0161tera, bratr Richard. \u201eSpousta lid\u00ed sly\u0161ela o na\u0161em pivu a p\u0159ij\u00ed\u017ed\u00ed jej ochutnat. A kdy\u017e u\u017e tu jsou, prohl\u00e9dnou si i kl\u00e1\u0161ter a t\u0159eba z\u016fstanou i na m\u0161i. A i z komer\u010dn\u00edho hlediska je to zaj\u00edmav\u00e9,\u201c dodal. On s\u00e1m m\u011bl na starosti distribuci. A nespokojil se jenom s dom\u00e1c\u00edm rybn\u00ed\u010dkem. \u201eTe\u010f t\u0159eba chyst\u00e1me t\u00fdden \u017eelivsk\u00e9ho piva v Bruselu. Bude to v jednom klubu, kter\u00fd m\u00e1 jednu z nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00edch sb\u00edrek piva na sv\u011bt\u011b.\u201c Kdy\u017e je velk\u00e1 popt\u00e1vka, hlavn\u011b v l\u00e9t\u011b, tak se do v\u00fdroby zapojuj\u00ed p\u0159\u00edmo \u0159\u00e1dov\u00ed brat\u0159i. \u201eNen\u00ed pro n\u00e1s probl\u00e9m v\u011bnovat se manu\u00e1ln\u00ed pr\u00e1ci,\u201c \u0159ekl bratr Richard. I tak se st\u00e1v\u00e1, \u017ee nesta\u010d\u00ed po\u017eadavk\u016fm v\u0161ech z\u00e1jemc\u016f. \u201eNa\u0161e technologie je co do objemu omezen\u00e1, jsme opravdu mal\u00fd pivovar,\u201c \u0159ekl v srpnu 2005 \u017eelivsk\u00fd sl\u00e1dek Libor Pavelec. Proto m\u00e1 v\u00fdrazn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed chu\u0165, ne\u017e je obvykl\u00e9. Je tak\u00e9 v\u00edce do sl\u00e1dka. \u201eTo v\u00edte, mni\u0161i v\u017edycky m\u011bli jemn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed jaz\u00fd\u010dek,\u201c \u0159ekl sl\u00e1dek Libor Pavelec. Z\u00e1jemci mohli nahl\u00e9dnout p\u0159\u00edmo do pivovaru. O prohl\u00eddky varny byl zvl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b o pr\u00e1zdnin\u00e1ch velk\u00fd z\u00e1jem. Bylinn\u00e9 pivo premonstr\u00e1ti p\u0159ipravovali podle historick\u00fdch recept\u016f, va\u0159it se m\u011blo nap\u0159\u00edklad tak\u00e9 pivo s p\u0159\u00edchut\u00ed bor\u016fvek. Ro\u010dn\u00ed produkce minipivovaru se zat\u00edm pohybovala do 300 hl. Nov\u00e1 varna, kter\u00e1 m\u011bla za\u010d\u00edt fungovat koncem roku 2010, m\u011bla kapacitu 500 hl. Produkce se m\u011bla zam\u011b\u0159it hlavn\u011b na sv\u011btl\u00e9 \u010dtrn\u00e1ctistup\u0148ov\u00e9 pivo a na bylinnou specialitu. V kl\u00e1\u0161tern\u00ed knihovn\u011b na\u0161li ru\u010dn\u011b psan\u00fd recept z osmn\u00e1ct\u00e9ho stolet\u00ed na star\u00e9 bylinn\u00e9 kl\u00e1\u0161tern\u00ed pivo. Stalet\u00e1 pivovarsk\u00e1 tradice v \u017eelivsk\u00e9m kl\u00e1\u0161te\u0159e byla obnovena v roce 2003, po \u0161estadevades\u00e1ti letech. Zat\u00edm se zde va\u0159ily t\u0159i druhy piva &#8211; krom\u011b klasick\u00e9ho kl\u00e1\u0161tern\u00edho i medov\u00e9 a vi\u0161\u0148ov\u00e9.<br \/>\n\u017delivsk\u00e9 pivo se va\u0159ilo od dubna 2010 v Humpolci, nab\u00edzeno bylo pod zna\u010dkami Ha\u0161tal a Marsil.<br \/>\nTechnologie byla odvezena. Do kl\u00e1\u0161tern\u00edch prostor se zat\u00edm vr\u00e1tit nem\u011bla.<br \/>\nV roce 2010 m\u011bl b\u00fdt provoz rekonstruov\u00e1n, ale podle spr\u00e1vce Franti\u0161ka Marka se p\u0159\u00edpravy zpozdily. &#8222;M\u011bli jsme probl\u00e9my se statikou objektu a \u0159e\u0161ili jsme povolen\u00ed s pam\u00e1tk\u00e1\u0159i,&#8220; uvedl. Podle jeho odhadu bude p\u0159estavba provedena do poloviny roku 2011.<br \/>\nV kl\u00e1\u0161te\u0159e na v\u00e1noce 2010 nab\u00edzeli premonstr\u00e1ti tak\u00e9 speci\u00e1ln\u00ed bor\u016fvkov\u00e9 pivo.<br \/>\nSpole\u010dnost Kl\u00e1\u0161tern\u00ed pivovar \u017deliv, s.r.o., byla zalo\u017eena v roce 2003 kanoni\u00ed premonstr\u00e1t\u016f a dal\u0161\u00edmi dv\u011bma spole\u010dn\u00edky. Neprosperovala a finan\u010dn\u00ed pot\u00ed\u017ee p\u0159ivedly firmu v roce 2010 k likvidaci. Hned 1. b\u0159ezna 2010 zalo\u017eili premonstr\u00e1ti novou spole\u010dnost s n\u00e1zvem \u017delivsk\u00fd kl\u00e1\u0161tern\u00ed pivovar, s.r.o, kde u\u017e m\u011bli stoprocentn\u00ed pod\u00edl. P\u016fvodn\u00ed firma m\u011bla v\u0161ak sv\u00e9 z\u00e1vazky. Dle z\u00e1kona mus\u00ed spole\u010dnost s ru\u010den\u00edm omezen\u00fdm uhradit sv\u00e9 pohled\u00e1vky do v\u00fd\u0161e z\u00e1kladn\u00edho jm\u011bn\u00ed, kter\u00e9 je stanoveno na 200 tis\u00edc korun. Ty je podnik povinen zaplatit, pokud se dostane do likvidace, a to i v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b, \u017ee jsou jeho pohled\u00e1vky vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed. Spole\u010dnosti Creative trade, kter\u00e1 se sna\u017eila \u017eelivsk\u00e9 pivo prosadit v Kanad\u011b, pivovar dlu\u017eil 130 tis\u00edc korun. \u201ePivovar dodal pivo, kter\u00e9 se v z\u00e1ru\u010dn\u00ed dob\u011b za\u010dalo kazit, bylo nepo\u017eivateln\u00e9 a muselo b\u00fdt kompletn\u011b sta\u017eeno z obchod\u016f. Pivovar reklamaci uznal a vystavil dobropis. V dob\u011b, kdy vypr\u0161ela platnost dobropisu, byla na\u0161e spole\u010dnost uji\u0161t\u011bna, \u017ee \u010d\u00e1stku obdr\u017e\u00ed,\u201c uvedl majitel Creative trade Daniel Hill. Dlouho se nic ned\u011blo a po nal\u00e9h\u00e1n\u00ed na kl\u00e1\u0161ter se Hillovi dostalo vyj\u00e1d\u0159en\u00ed pr\u00e1vn\u00edho z\u00e1stupce kanonie V\u00e1clava Dvo\u0159\u00e1ka, kde mimo jin\u00e9 st\u00e1lo: \u201eV zastoupen\u00ed Kanonie premonstr\u00e1t\u016f v \u017deliv\u011b jsem v\u00e1m zmocn\u011bn sd\u011blit, \u017ee m\u016fj klient v\u00e1m v \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9m p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b nehodl\u00e1 va\u0161i uplat\u0148ovanou pohled\u00e1vku na m\u00e9m klientovi uhradit, nebo\u0165 jako spole\u010dn\u00edk Kl\u00e1\u0161tern\u00edho pivovaru, s.r.o., v likvidaci nem\u00e1 \u017e\u00e1dnou uhrazovac\u00ed povinnost s odkazem na ust. \u00a7 56 odst. 6 a \u00a7 106 odst. 2 obchodn\u00edho z\u00e1kon\u00edku.\u201c \u201eAno, sv\u011btsk\u00fd z\u00e1kon toto c\u00edrkevn\u00edm organizac\u00edm umo\u017e\u0148uje. Ale kde je vlastn\u011b v tu chv\u00edli desatero? Stoj\u00ed n\u011bkde v kout\u011b a kr\u010d\u00ed se mezi paragrafy a pr\u00e1vnick\u00fdmi gesty,\u201c ohradil se Hill. Spr\u00e1vce kl\u00e1\u0161tern\u00edho majetku a likvid\u00e1tor firmy Franti\u0161ek Marek ur\u010ditou mor\u00e1ln\u00ed povinnost p\u0159iznal, ale: \u201ePen\u00edze prost\u011b nem\u00e1me. Pro\u010d se pan Hill neobr\u00e1t\u00ed i na ostatn\u00ed vlastn\u00edky a pana Pavelce, jeho\u017e vinou bylo \u0161patn\u00e9 pivo dod\u00e1no? Kanonie je jen t\u0159etinov\u00fdm vlastn\u00edkem a argumentovat mor\u00e1ln\u00edmi aspekty mi p\u0159ijde \u00fa\u010delov\u00e9,\u201c op\u00e1\u010dil Marek. Podle provisora firmy Creative trade Davida Hy\u0161plera se spole\u010dnost sna\u017eila jednat jak s panem Pavelcem, tak i s bratislavsk\u00fdm spoluvlastn\u00edkem, firmou Fend. \u201ePavelec n\u00e1m \u0159\u00edkal ka\u017edou chv\u00edli n\u011bco jin\u00e9ho, a kdy\u017e se bl\u00ed\u017eila likvidace, p\u0159estala \u00fapln\u011b komunikovat i slovensk\u00e1 firma,\u201c zm\u00ednil Hy\u0161pler. Podle n\u011bho by fakt, \u017ee pivovar nem\u00e1 pen\u00edze, ch\u00e1pal v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b, \u017ee by ihned po vyhl\u00e1\u0161en\u00ed likvidace nevznikla spole\u010dnost nov\u00e1 pouze s m\u00edrn\u011b upraven\u00fdm n\u00e1zvem. \u201ePokud ihned zalo\u017e\u00ed firmu novou, mus\u00ed do n\u00ed d\u00e1t z\u00e1kladn\u00ed vklad, kter\u00fd vysoce p\u0159evy\u0161uje hodnotu jejich z\u00e1vazku k n\u00e1m,\u201c dodal Hy\u0161pler.<br \/>\nNetradi\u010dn\u00ed pivn\u00ed osv\u011b\u017een\u00ed si mohou z\u00e1jemci dop\u0159\u00e1t i v \u017deliv\u011b. Tamn\u00ed kl\u00e1\u0161tern\u00ed minipivovar si sice dop\u0159\u00e1v\u00e1 pomysln\u00e9 pr\u00e1zdniny, b\u011bhem kter\u00fdch se pivovar renovuje, zlatav\u00fd mok je ale v kl\u00e1\u0161tern\u00edm obch\u016fdku k dost\u00e1n\u00ed i b\u011bhem oprav. \u201eKl\u00e1\u0161tern\u00ed pivovar za\u010dne znovu fungovat na podzim leto\u0161n\u00edho roku. Z\u00e1sob piva ale m\u00e1me dost, tak\u017ee se n\u00e1v\u0161t\u011bvn\u00edci kl\u00e1\u0161tera nemusej\u00ed b\u00e1t, \u017ee by p\u0159i\u0161li o mo\u017enost pivo ochutnat,\u201c usm\u00e1la se v \u010dervnu 2011 mana\u017eerka premonstr\u00e1tsk\u00e9ho kl\u00e1\u0161tera v \u017deliv\u011b Lenka Vackov\u00e1. Jak dodala, v z\u00e1sob\u011b jsou v\u0161echny t\u0159i druhy kl\u00e1\u0161tern\u00edho piva, tedy sv\u011btl\u00e9 pivo Ha\u0161tal, bylinn\u00fd zlatav\u00fd mok Marsil a bor\u016fvkov\u00e9 pivo Magni.<\/p>\n<p>V ned\u011bli 11. prosince 2011 v 14.00 se otev\u0159ely br\u00e1ny nov\u011b rekonstruovan\u00e9ho \u017eelivsk\u00e9ho kl\u00e1\u0161tern\u00edho pivovaru. Slavnostn\u00ed po\u017eehn\u00e1n\u00ed pivovaru provedl \u017eelivsk\u00fd opat Bronislav Ign\u00e1c Kram\u00e1r. Sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed ned\u011bln\u00edho zah\u00e1jen\u00ed byla exkurze s v\u00fdkladem veden\u00e1 sl\u00e1dkem Ji\u0159\u00edm Nov\u00e1kem a tak\u00e9 posezen\u00ed s ochutn\u00e1vkou piv. \u201ePivovar je postaven na v\u00fdrobn\u00ed kapacitu dv\u011b st\u011b a\u017e \u010dty\u0159i sta hektolitr\u016f piva ro\u010dn\u011b. Nejedn\u00e1 se tedy \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fd velk\u00fd pivovar. Na\u0161\u00edm c\u00edlem bylo vybudovat mal\u00fd z\u00e1\u017eitkov\u00fd pivovar, kter\u00fd by nav\u00e1zal na tradici va\u0159en\u00ed kl\u00e1\u0161tern\u00edho piva v \u017deliv\u011b. N\u00e1v\u0161t\u011bvn\u00edk\u016fm budeme nab\u00edzet exkurze s v\u00fdkladem o d\u011bjin\u00e1ch va\u0159en\u00ed piva a na\u0161ich v\u00fdrobn\u00edch postupech. Specifickou nab\u00eddku budeme m\u00edt pro pivn\u00ed fandy, kter\u00fdm nab\u00eddneme mo\u017enost si uva\u0159it \u201evlastn\u00ed pivo\u201c pod veden\u00edm na\u0161eho sl\u00e1dka, b\u011bhem v\u00edkendov\u00e9ho pobytu v pivovaru, \u201c p\u0159ibli\u017eil z\u00e1m\u011bry pivovaru jednatel spole\u010dnosti a spr\u00e1vce \u017eelivsk\u00e9ho kl\u00e1\u0161tera Franti\u0161ek Marek. \u201ePivovar bude va\u0159it sv\u011btl\u00e1, tmav\u00e1 i polotmav\u00e1 piva, jako jsou le\u017e\u00e1ky Ha\u0161tal a speci\u00e1l Salesius. Tyto piva jsou va\u0159en\u00e1 podle upraven\u00fdch p\u016fvodn\u00edch historick\u00fdch receptur. Pro pivn\u00ed fajn\u0161mekry m\u00e1me p\u0159ipraveny i u n\u00e1s neobvykl\u00e1 piva typu American Ale a Abby Ale. Jedn\u00e1 se o svrchn\u011b kva\u0161en\u00e1 piva za pou\u017eit\u00ed speci\u00e1ln\u00edch svrchn\u00edch kvasnic,\u201c doplnil sl\u00e1dek Ji\u0159\u00ed Nov\u00e1k. Varna pivov\u00e1rku je dvoun\u00e1dobov\u00e1, pouze dvouhektolitrov\u00e1.<br \/>\nC\u00edlem pro pivovar bylo dokon\u010dit rekonstrukci a rozjet znovu v\u00fdrobu. To se poda\u0159ilo v prosinci. &#8222;Chceme se etablovat na trhu, zat\u00edm m\u00e1me \u0161est druh\u016f piv,&#8220; sd\u011blil jednatel Franti\u0161ek Marek. V \u017deliv\u011b se cht\u011bli zam\u011b\u0159it na vytvo\u0159en\u00ed filozofie z\u00e1\u017eitkov\u00e9ho pivovaru (exkurze, mo\u017enost uva\u0159it si vlastn\u00ed pivo) a na roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u00ed odbyti\u0161\u0165. &#8222;T\u0159eba v Praze, a jedn\u00e1me i v Brn\u011b,&#8220; uvedl Marek. Speci\u00e1ly by zase mohly vznikat t\u0159eba p\u0159ed V\u00e1nocemi. K tomu se v\u00e1\u017ee i kr\u00e1tk\u00fd p\u0159\u00edb\u011bh. \u201eMni\u0161i m\u011bli pochybnosti, zda neporu\u0161uj\u00ed p\u016fst a po\u017e\u00e1dali otce Inocence X. o schv\u00e1len\u00ed pit\u00ed piva i p\u0159i postu. Poslali mu pivo na ochutn\u00e1n\u00ed, ale po cest\u011b se zkazilo. Pape\u017e ho ozna\u010dil nechutn\u00fdm a pova\u017eoval jeho pit\u00ed za velk\u00fd sebez\u00e1por p\u0159\u00ednosn\u00fd pro du\u0161i mnich\u016f, proto pit\u00ed povolil,&#8220; p\u0159ibl\u00ed\u017eil Nov\u00e1k.<br \/>\nNov\u00fd speci\u00e1l s n\u00e1zvem Jeron\u00fdm v l\u00e9t\u011b 2014 uvedl na trh \u017eelivsk\u00fd pivovar. Za\u010dal se \u010depovat u p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitosti slavnostn\u00edho zah\u00e1jen\u00ed p\u00e1t\u00e9ho ro\u010dn\u00edku festivalu duchovn\u00ed hudby Musica figurata. Kl\u00e1\u0161ter dr\u017eel tradici pojmenov\u00e1n\u00ed piv po v\u00fdzna\u010dn\u00fdch opatech. Tento produkt p\u0159ipomn\u011bl opata Jeron\u00fdma Hl\u00ednu, kter\u00fd po po\u017e\u00e1ru konventu i kostela v roce 1712 pozval do \u017deliva slavn\u00e9ho architekta Santiniho. \u201eJde o nefiltrovan\u00e9 pivo, vyroben\u00e9 z p\u0161eni\u010dn\u00e9ho sladu s pou\u017eit\u00edm spodn\u00edho kva\u0161en\u00ed. V\u00fdstav roku 2013 \u010dinil asi t\u0159i sta hektolitr\u016f, o pades\u00e1t v\u00edc ne\u017e p\u0159ed rokem. T\u011b\u017ei\u0161t\u011bm v\u00fdroby minipivovaru byla sv\u011btl\u00e1 dvan\u00e1ctka Ha\u0161tal a patn\u00e1ctistup\u0148ov\u00fd speci\u00e1l Salesius. K nim se p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitostn\u011b p\u0159idru\u017eovaly dal\u0161\u00ed speci\u00e1ly jako V\u00e1no\u010dn\u00ed patn\u00e1ctka nebo leto\u0161n\u00ed Postn\u00ed pivo. V 60 minutov\u00e9 talk show zazn\u011bly p\u00edsn\u011b Mikul\u00e1\u0161e Schneidra Trnavsk\u00e9ho, Franze Schuberta, ma\u010farsk\u00e9 \u010dard\u00e1\u0161e \u2026. K p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitosti vystoupen\u00ed \u0160tefana Margity uva\u0159il pivovar speci\u00e1ln\u00ed pivo. Sv\u011btl\u00fd le\u017e\u00e1k \u0160tefan byl z\u00e1rove\u0148 d\u00e1rkem pro pana Margitu k jeho sv\u00e1tku, kter\u00fd 9. 10. oslavil.<br \/>\n\u017delivsk\u00e1 Mikul\u00e1\u0161sk\u00e1 13 bylo tmav\u00e9 13 % pivo, kter\u00e9 p\u0159ekvapilo svou ho\u0159kost\u00ed, je\u017e mu dodal nejen chmel, ale i v\u00fdb\u011br tmav\u00fdch slad\u016f. Chu\u0165 doplnila p\u0159\u00edjemn\u00e1 k\u00e1vov\u00e1 suchost.<br \/>\nV\u00e1no\u010dn\u00ed nab\u00eddku roku 2015 pivovaru obohatil Archivn\u00ed v\u00e1no\u010dn\u00ed speci\u00e1l 18.
