Ho\u0159kost byla st\u0159edn\u00ed s bylinn\u011b chmelov\u00fdmi t\u00f3ny a v dozn\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed se objevoval lehce karamelov\u00fd dotek s n\u00e1dechem citrus\u016f. 5,7 % alk.<\/li>\n<li>V z\u00e1\u0159\u00ed 2025 novinka <strong>Juicy New England IPA 14<\/strong>. Tropick\u00e9 ovoce okouzlilo hned p\u0159i prvn\u00edm p\u0159ivon\u011bn\u00ed. V chuti vyniklo \u0161\u0165avnat\u00e9 mango dopln\u011bn\u00e9 citrusov\u00fdmi t\u00f3ny. D\u017eusovit\u00fd z\u00e1kal a lehk\u00e1 ho\u0159kost.<\/li>\n<li>V \u010dervenci 2025 v nab\u00eddce <strong>Galuska 8<\/strong> (single hop \u2013 American Pale Ale). Pivo nejen pro cyklisty. Lehk\u00fd letn\u00ed Ale, uva\u0159en\u00fd z novoz\u00e9landsk\u00e9ho chmele Nelson Sauvin, jen\u017e prop\u016fj\u010dila vlastn\u00ed jedine\u010dn\u00e9 angre\u0161tov\u00e9 aroma, typick\u00e9 pro vinnou odr\u016fdu Sauvignon blanc, od kter\u00e9 z\u00edskalo sv\u016fj n\u00e1zev. Aroma: grapefruit, b\u00edl\u00e9 hrozny, angre\u0161t.<\/li>\n<li>Od 13.10.2023 na \u010depu novinka \u2013 <strong>FreshHop 13<\/strong>. Sv\u011btl\u00fd speci\u00e1l uva\u0159en\u00fd z \u010derstv\u00fdch hl\u00e1vek ru\u010dn\u011b na\u010desan\u00fdch z m\u00edstn\u00ed chmelnice. \u010cerstv\u00fd chmel dod\u00e1v\u00e1 pivu v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed mno\u017estv\u00ed aromatick\u00fdch l\u00e1tek a o n\u011bco v\u00fdrazn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed ho\u0159kost ne\u017e chmel granulovan\u00fd. Mno\u017estv\u00edm rozhodn\u011b ne\u0161et\u0159ili, do v\u00e1rky \u0161lo 30 kg chmelov\u00fdch hl\u00e1vek.<\/li>\n<li>V \u010dervenci 2023 novinka \u2013 <strong>Ale 10<\/strong>. Lehou\u010dk\u00fd osv\u011b\u017euj\u00edc\u00ed Ale z \u010desk\u00e9ho chmele. V pivu se snoubila kv\u011btinov\u00e1 v\u016fn\u011b a v chuti se projevila p\u0159\u00edjemn\u00e1 ho\u0159kost s jemn\u00fdm dozn\u00edv\u00e1n\u00edm.<\/li>\n<li>V prosinci 2022 v nab\u00eddce <strong>Christmas Ale 15<\/strong>. Ke chmelen\u00ed byly pou\u017eity v\u00fdrazn\u00e9 americk\u00e9 odr\u016fdy chmele Columbus a Chinook. A proto\u017ee se jednalo o v\u00e1no\u010dn\u00ed speci\u00e1l, byl chmel Chinook pou\u017eit i k chmelen\u00ed za studena, nebo\u0165 jeho intenz\u00edvn\u00ed a sv\u011b\u017e\u00ed aroma von\u011bla po jehli\u010dnanech, zejm\u00e9na pak po borovici. Obsah alkoholu: 6,0 %.<\/li>\n<li>Od 22.1.2019 na \u010depu nov\u00fd <strong>Valent\u00fdnsk\u00fd speci\u00e1l 15<\/strong>, polotmav\u00fd svrchn\u011b kva\u0161en\u00fd za studena chmelen\u00fd Ale, a Cranberry 15 &#8211; brusinkou nasl\u00e1dl\u00fd polotmav\u00fd speci\u00e1l.<\/li>\n<li>Od 23.11.2018 \u0161lo zakoupit jedno z nejsiln\u011bj\u0161\u00edch speci\u00e1ln\u00edch piv p\u0159\u00edmo od zdej\u0161\u00edch sl\u00e1dk\u016f, nesouc\u00ed n\u00e1zev K31 s 13,8% alkoholu. Pivo bylo k zakoupen\u00ed v lahv\u00edch 0,2 l se zape\u010det\u011bn\u00fdm korkem a to rovnou ve t\u0159ech variant\u00e1ch: K31 \u2013 klasick\u00e1 varianta medov\u011b karamelov\u00e9 chuti s t\u00f3ny pe\u010den\u00fdch hru\u0161ek. K31 Sailor \u2013 technikou barrel-aging dodali pivu K31 novou dimenzi. Jeho chu\u0165 nyn\u00ed dopl\u0148uje s\u00edla dubov\u00e9ho d\u0159eva a kultovn\u00edho karibsk\u00e9ho rumu Sailor Jerry. K31 Jack Daniels Honey \u2013 jemn\u011b sko\u0159icovou chu\u0165 klasick\u00e9 K31 tentokr\u00e1t doplnili je\u0161t\u011b v\u00fdrazn\u011bj\u0161\u00edmi medov\u00fdmi t\u00f3ny. A to op\u011bt technikou barrel-aging.<\/li>\n<li>Polotmav\u00e9 15 Svatomartinsk\u00e9 dle tradice od 11.11.2017 v 11 hod<\/li>\n<li>V listopad 2016 ke dvoust\u00e9mu v\u00fdro\u010d\u00ed narozen\u00ed slavn\u00e9ho varnsdorfsk\u00e9ho rod\u00e1ka, socha\u0159e Vincenze Pilze uva\u0159ili nov\u00fd patn\u00e1ctistup\u0148ov\u00fd speci\u00e1l, pojmenovan\u00fd samoz\u0159ejm\u011b <strong>Vincenz<\/strong>. Byl siln\u00fd jako sk\u00e1la, na surovosti mu pak je\u0161t\u011b dodalo i m\u00edrn\u011b kou\u0159ov\u00e9 aroma, d\u00edky pou\u017eit\u00ed naku\u0159ovan\u00fdch slad\u016f, a ho\u0159kost chmele Summit, kter\u00fd zanech\u00e1v\u00e1 na pat\u0159e jemn\u00e9 grepov\u00e9 aroma.<\/li>\n<li>Dne 6.12. v prodeji speci\u00e1l <strong>Kocour 15 Christmas Ale<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Dne 8.10. na \u010depu m\u011bli Quarterbacka 19\u00b0, IPU Samuraje 14\u00b0, Sume\u010dka 11\u00b0, Stouta 12\u00b0, Americk\u00e9 Pale Ale 11\u00b0, Weizna 13\u00b0 a standardn\u00edho Le\u017e\u00e1ka i Studentskou des\u00edtku. Jak u\u017e z n\u00e1zvu vypl\u00fdv\u00e1, jedn\u00e1 se o sez\u00f3nn\u00ed z\u00e1le\u017eitost (pozn. saison = franc. sez\u00f3na). Va\u0159\u00edvalo se zem\u011bd\u011blc\u016fm p\u0159ev\u00e1\u017en\u011b ve Valonsku na podzim, aby m\u011bli co p\u00edt na dal\u0161\u00ed pracovn\u00ed obdob\u00ed. .Pro v\u00fdrobu Saisona byly pou\u017eity t\u0159i druhy sladu &#8211; plze\u0148sk\u00fd, bavorsk\u00fd a p\u0161eni\u010dn\u00fd. Sv\u00fdm pojet\u00edm se \u010d\u00e1ste\u010dn\u011b vymykal zaveden\u00fdm p\u0159edstav\u00e1m a praktik\u00e1m. Jednak se jednalo o &#8222;ob\u017eiven\u00ed&#8220; zav\u0159en\u00e9ho minipivovaru, kter\u00fd byl zakoupen v Ma\u010farsku, za druh\u00e9 to nebyl restaura\u010dn\u00ed minipivovar. V\u011bt\u0161inov\u00fd vlastn\u00edk pivovaru sice jednu restauraci provozoval, ale pivovar s n\u00ed nesousedil. Pivovar nav\u00edc nen\u00ed vyveden v m\u011bdi, je cel\u00fd v nerezu. Svoj\u00ed velikost\u00ed pivovar jinak ale zapadal do kategorie st\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00edch minipivovar\u016f. Varna m\u00e1 velikost 6,5 hl, kvasn\u00e9 a le\u017e\u00e1ck\u00e9 tanky pak 13hl. V prosinci 2007 zde byly 2 kvasn\u00e9 k\u00e1d\u011b a 6 le\u017e\u00e1ck\u00fdch tank\u016f.<br \/>\n&#8222;O fous lep\u0161\u00ed pivo&#8220;, jak tvrdil slogan, od p\u016fli ledna 2008 va\u0159ila Nikol Krmen\u010d\u00edkov\u00e1 v nov\u00e9m minipivovaru Kocour ve Varnsdorfu. Nikol, absolventka pra\u017esk\u00e9 St\u0159edn\u00ed pr\u016fmyslov\u00e9 \u0161koly potravin\u00e1\u0159sk\u00fdch technologi\u00ed, byla ve sv\u00fdch 19 letech nejmlad\u0161\u00ed sl\u00e1dkovou v \u010cesku. Tak\u00e9 jej\u00ed nov\u00e9 pracovi\u0161t\u011b dr\u017eelo jeden prim\u00e1t. Varnsdorfsk\u00fd Kocour ru\u0161il posledn\u00ed b\u00edl\u00e9 m\u00edsto na spr\u00e1vn\u00ed map\u011b republiky &#8211; byl toti\u017e prvn\u00edm minipivovarem v \u00dasteck\u00e9m kraji. Mladi\u010dk\u00e1 sl\u00e1dkov\u00e1 Nikol sm\u011bla podle z\u00e1kona ochutn\u00e1vat alkoholick\u00e9 n\u00e1poje teprve rok. Roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u00ed spektra obl\u00edben\u00fdch piv mohlo b\u00fdt Nikol v jej\u00ed profesi jedin\u011b k u\u017eitku. Pivovar Kocour toti\u017e krom\u011b klasick\u00e9ho sv\u011btl\u00e9ho a tmav\u00e9ho le\u017e\u00e1ku do budoucna sliboval labu\u017en\u00edk\u016fm i speciality v podob\u011b svrchn\u011b kva\u0161en\u00fdch piv a piv va\u0159en\u00fdch z jin\u00fdch ne\u017e je\u010dn\u00fdch slad\u016f. Ani t\u011bch se Nikol neb\u00e1la, i kdy\u017e jej\u00ed prioritou a sl\u00e1dkovskou metou bylo zachov\u00e1n\u00ed tradice \u010desk\u00e9ho piva: &#8222;Nechci, aby se v\u0161ude \u010depovalo jedin\u00e9 pivo od jedin\u00e9ho ob\u0159\u00edho koncernu a to pili v\u0161ichni. P\u0159\u00e1la bych pivu, aby si uchovalo rozmanitost a pestrou \u0161k\u00e1lu chut\u00ed a v\u016fn\u00ed. A piva\u0159\u016fm bych cht\u011bla uk\u00e1zat, \u017ee nen\u00ed d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 piva vyp\u00edt hodn\u011b, ale vychutnat si ho.&#8220; Varnsdorfsk\u00fd Kocour v\u00e1m nenato\u010dil sklenice p\u0159\u00edmo pod svou varnou, jak u\u017e je b\u011b\u017en\u00e9 v mnoha dal\u0161\u00edch restaura\u010dn\u00edch pivovarech. Sudov\u00e9 pivo se p\u00edlo jinde, ne\u017e se uva\u0159\u00ed. &#8222;Ve Varnsdorfu ho budou \u010depovat v nedalek\u00e9 restauraci,&#8220; uvedl jeden z provozovatel\u016f Jan Ko\u010dka. Lahvov\u00e9 pivo z Kocoura m\u011blo b\u00fdt nav\u00edc k m\u00e1n\u00ed ve specializovan\u00fdch obchodech. Sl\u00e1dkov\u00e1 Nikol Krme\u010dn\u00edkov\u00e1 dob\u0159e v\u011bd\u011bla, \u017ee nebude jedinou pan\u00ed nad p\u00e1nvemi a k\u00e1d\u011bmi varnsdorfsk\u00e9ho minipivovaru. Kocour cht\u011bl p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitostn\u011b zv\u00e1t tak\u00e9 p\u0159espoln\u00ed pivovarn\u00edky, aby ve zdej\u0161\u00ed varn\u011b &#8222;zhmotnili&#8220; sv\u00e9, pro \u010desk\u00e9 piva\u0159e \u010dasto nezvykl\u00e9 receptury.<br \/>\nPovolen\u00ed va\u0159it pivo a prod\u00e1vat jej z\u00edskal pivovar v dubnu 2008. Zku\u0161ebn\u011b jej tu chystali u\u017e od Nov\u00e9ho roku. Ochutnat ho mohli lid\u00e9 ve Varnsdorfu, Praze a Liberci. Na ja\u0159e 2008 zde vyr\u00e1b\u011bli \u010dty\u0159i druhy piv &#8211; klasick\u00fd dvan\u00e1ctistup\u0148ov\u00fd le\u017e\u00e1k plze\u0148sk\u00e9ho typu, weizen -p\u0161eni\u010dn\u00e9 pivo lehk\u00e9 sv\u011b\u017e\u00ed ovocn\u00e9 chuti, rauch weizen &#8211; p\u0161eni\u010dn\u00e9 pivo speci\u00e1l, stout &#8211; \u010dern\u00e9 pivo irsk\u00e9ho typu, m\u00e1 k\u00e1vovou chu\u0165. Pivovar byl schopen vyrobit za rok maxim\u00e1ln\u011b 10 tis\u00edc hektolitr\u016f piva<br \/>\nV l\u00e9t\u011b 2008 se dal z produkce minipivovaru ochutnat sv\u011btl\u00fd speci\u00e1l Sez\u00f3n nebo Kocour Weizen 11\u00b0 (p\u0161eni\u010dn\u00e9 kvasnicov\u00e9).<br \/>\nPivo Kocour jste v \u010dervenci 2008 mohli ochutnat ve Varnsdorfu v Noprosu Restaurant (Strakonick\u00e1 3242). Kocour sv\u011btl\u00fd le\u017e\u00e1k se zde to\u010dil 0,5 l za 22 K\u010d, prod\u00e1vaj\u00ed ho i v PET lahvi 1 l za 40 K\u010d. V restauraci maj\u00ed vlastn\u00ed t\u00e1cky a prod\u00e1vali tri\u010dka s logem kocoura.<br \/>\nV z\u00e1\u0159\u00ed 2008 minipivovar va\u0159il Kocour pale ale, IPA, stout, V3 Rauch a scotch ale, a samoz\u0159ejm\u00e9 t\u00e9\u017e Kocour sv\u011btl\u00fd le\u017e\u00e1k s ofici\u00e1ln\u00edm n\u00e1zvem Kocour Lu\u017eick\u00fd le\u017e\u00e1k.<br \/>\nNa konci roku 2008 pivovar uva\u0159il 14\u00b0 sv\u011btl\u00fd speci\u00e1l American India Pale Ale .<br \/>\nV plze\u0148sk\u00e9m Pivovarsk\u00e9m dvo\u0159e se dne 19.9.2009 konal prvn\u00ed ro\u010dn\u00edk festivalu minipivovar\u016f nazvan\u00fd Slunce ve skle. Pivovar zde tak\u00e9 nab\u00edzel ban\u00e1novou p\u0161enici a limetkov\u00e9 pivo. &#8222;Lidi, kte\u0159\u00ed nepij\u00ed pivo, si daj\u00ed rad\u011bji to ochucen\u00e9. Vi\u0161\u0148ov\u00fd le\u017e\u00e1k je oslov\u00ed v\u00edce ne\u017e b\u011b\u017en\u00fd le\u017e\u00e1k nebo imperial stout. \u0158eknou, to nen\u00ed pivo, to zkus\u00edm,&#8220; \u0159ekl spolumajitel pivovaru Jan Ko\u010dka. Na konci \u0159\u00edjna 2009 pivovar uvedl na trh d\u00fd\u0148ov\u00e9 pivo a uspo\u0159\u00e1dal prvn\u00ed &#8222;festival&#8220;, kde se prod\u00e1vala jen svrchn\u011b kva\u0161en\u00e1 piva.<br \/>\nV z\u00e1\u0159\u00ed 2009 minipivovar mj.nab\u00edzel speci\u00e1l Kocour Banana Weizen.<br \/>\nZdra\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed se dotklo minipivovaru ve Varnsdorfu. \u201eCeny na\u0161eho piva budou vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed z d\u016fvod\u016f v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed da\u0148ov\u00e9 z\u00e1t\u011b\u017ee. Velk\u00fd odbyt m\u00e1me v Praze.\u201c dodal \u0160usta.<br \/>\nMinipivovar na ja\u0159e 2010 mimo jin\u00e9 nab\u00edzel i speci\u00e1ly Kocour Tokaj (16 % polotmav\u00e1 s p\u0159\u00eddavkem tokajsk\u00e9 esence a ak\u00e1tov\u00e9ho medu) a Kocour V3 Rauch (naku\u0159ovan\u00e1 polotmav\u00e1 13%) ( l\u00e1hev ).<br \/>\nMinipivovar Kocour dosud pivo vozil do sv\u00e9 hospody ve Varnsdorfu a do n\u011bkolika podnik\u016f v Praze a Rumburku. Nyn\u00ed i on obklopil svou varnu barov\u00fdm pultem a stoly pivovarsk\u00e9 restaurace. Bar byl otev\u0159en na konci \u010dervence 2010, hospoda s kuchyn\u00ed v srpnu. \u201eLidi zaj\u00edmalo, odkud je na\u0161e pivo, a jak to tam vypad\u00e1. Nav\u00edc jsme pot\u0159ebovali zv\u00fd\u0161it kapacitu, proto\u017ee jsme dok\u00e1zali vyrobit piva tak pro dv\u011b hospody a st\u00e1valo se, \u017ee n\u00e1m i do\u0161lo,\u201c \u0159ekl majitel minipivovaru Josef \u0160usta. Pivovar z\u00edskal b\u00fdvalou varnu pokusn\u00e9ho a v\u00fdvojov\u00e9ho st\u0159ediska Bran\u00edk. D\u00edky tomu m\u016f\u017ee nap\u0159\u00ed\u0161t\u011b m\u00edsto dosavadn\u00edho tis\u00edce hektolitr\u016f piva ro\u010dn\u011b vyr\u00e1b\u011bt \u010dty\u0159n\u00e1sobek. M\u011bd\u011bn\u00e1 sestava u\u017e je usazen\u00e1 v boku restaurace, za barem \u010dek\u00e1 deset v\u00fd\u010dep\u016f a na n\u011bm dal\u0161\u00edch \u0161est. P\u0159ipraven\u00e1 je dokonce i ru\u010dn\u00ed p\u00edpa na anglick\u00e1 piva. \u010casem tu pote\u010de a\u017e \u0161estn\u00e1ct piv v\u010detn\u011b v\u00fdrobk\u016f jin\u00fdch pivovar\u016f a druh\u016f z Bavorska. \u201eLe\u017e\u00e1k m\u00e1me st\u00e1le a k tomu va\u0159\u00edme ka\u017ed\u00fd m\u011bs\u00edc a\u017e deset dal\u0161\u00edch piv. Po sv\u011bt\u011b m\u00e1m spoustu kamar\u00e1d\u016f sl\u00e1dk\u016f, kte\u0159\u00ed n\u00e1m je jezd\u00ed va\u0159it a od kter\u00fdch se u\u010d\u00edme. M\u011bli jsme tu sl\u00e1dky ze Skotska, USA i Japonska,\u201c vypr\u00e1v\u011bl dal\u0161\u00ed z provozovatel\u016f pivovaru Jan Ko\u010dka. On s\u00e1m se o pivo za\u010dal v\u00e1\u017en\u011b zaj\u00edmat v roce 2001, kdy ho uchv\u00e1til pivn\u00ed veletrh v Denveru, na kter\u00e9m se prezentovalo 250 pivovar\u016f. Ze zhruba stovky pivn\u00edch styl\u016f jich pivovar Kocour uva\u0159il u\u017e dvacet. Z\u00e1b\u011br pivovaru sah\u00e1 od siln\u00fdch dvacetistup\u0148ov\u00fdch le\u017e\u00e1k\u016f po svrchn\u011b kva\u0161en\u00e1 piva. Na ja\u0159e 2010 nap\u0159\u00edklad nab\u00edzel \u0161estn\u00e1ctistup\u0148ov\u00e9 polotmav\u00e9 pivo s p\u0159\u00eddavkem tokajsk\u00e9 esence a ak\u00e1tov\u00e9ho medu nebo naku\u0159ovanou polotmavou t\u0159in\u00e1ctku. Are\u00e1l pivovaru Kocour le\u017e\u00ed stranou od Varnsdorfu, v b\u00fdval\u00e9 kerami\u010dce u hranic.<br \/>\nV z\u00e1\u0159\u00ed 2010 minipivovar nab\u00edzel mj.sv\u011btlou dvan\u00e1ctku, Am Lager 14%, Saison 11%, Epa 11% \u010di Epa Samurai 14 %.<br \/>\n\u201eMy va\u0159\u00edme nap\u0159\u00edklad Samuraje, kter\u00fd spad\u00e1 do kategorie India Pale Ale. To je pivn\u00ed styl, kter\u00fd se va\u0159il v Anglii pro kr\u00e1lovsk\u00e1 vojska v Indii. A aby vydr\u017eel n\u011bkolik m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f na lodi, musel se v\u00edc zho\u0159\u010dit, aby vydr\u017eel tu dlouhou cestu,\u201c uvedl v listopadu 2010 Ko\u010dka s t\u00edm, \u017ee ho\u0159kost\u00ed tohoto piva byli mnoz\u00ed konzumenti p\u0159\u00edjemn\u011b p\u0159ekvapeni. P\u0159iznal tak\u00e9, \u017ee polovinu \u201eKocou\u0159\u00ed\u201c produkce tvo\u0159\u00ed z ekonomick\u00fdch d\u016fvod\u016f le\u017e\u00e1k.<br \/>\nV listopadu 2010 minipivovar mj.uva\u0159il i speci\u00e1ln\u00ed pivo Kocour Grodziskie.<br \/>\nNa konci roku 2010 pivovar mj.nab\u00edzel pivo Kocour Christmas Ale (alk.: 6 %).<br \/>\nV lednu 2011 novinkov\u011b minipivovar uva\u0159il pivo Kocour Ken (Scotish Ale) pouze v 1l PET lahvi.<br \/>\nJi\u017e \u0161est\u00fdm rokem va\u0159il des\u00edtky druh\u016f piv nejstar\u0161\u00ed minipivovar v kraji &#8211; varnsdorfsk\u00fd Kocour. Krom\u011b klasiky se sna\u017eil nab\u00eddnout pestrou paletu pivn\u00edch speci\u00e1l\u016f sahaj\u00edc\u00ed od siln\u00fdch le\u017e\u00e1k\u016f po r\u016fzn\u00e1 svrchn\u011b kva\u0161en\u00e1 piva typu weizen, stout, saison, pale ale&#8230; Spolupracoval tak\u00e9 se sl\u00e1dky z \u0159ady zem\u00ed. Nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00edm hitem t\u00e9to spolupr\u00e1ce byl IPA Samuraj ( l\u00e1hev ), kter\u00fd pro pivovar vyrobil japonsk\u00fd sl\u00e1dek Toshi Ishii. Kv\u016fli z\u00e1jmu se zde musel roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159it pivn\u00ed bar, k varn\u011b o objemu 6,5 hl p\u0159ibyla dal\u0161\u00ed, dvakr\u00e1t tak velk\u00e1, v minipivovaru se p\u0159ipravovala na po\u010d\u00e1tku roku 2011 nov\u00e1 pivnice s kuchyn\u00ed.<br \/>\nMinipivovar v \u00fanoru 2011 na presti\u017en\u00edch Slavnostech piva T\u00e1bor usp\u011bl v kategorii Netradi\u010dn\u00ed piva mal\u00fdch v\u00fdrobc\u016f s n\u00e1pojem Kocourt Stout, kter\u00e9 bylo druh\u00e9 nejlep\u0161\u00ed. \u201eJe to ur\u010dit\u011b p\u0159\u00edjemn\u00e9, takov\u00fd \u00fasp\u011bch. Pom\u016f\u017ee n\u00e1m to i s reklamou,\u201c t\u011b\u0161ilo Ond\u0159eje Suse z varnsdorfsk\u00e9 restaurace pivovaru Kocour. Jeho pivo se p\u0159itom u\u017e prod\u00e1vali nejen ve Varnsdorfu \u010di nedalek\u00e9m Rumburku, ale tak\u00e9 v Brn\u011b \u010di Praze. Do netradi\u010dn\u00edho speci\u00e1lu se d\u00e1valy i p\u0159\u00edsady, kter\u00e9 nejsou v \u010cesku \u00fapln\u011b b\u011b\u017en\u00e9, t\u0159eba americk\u00fd chmel \u010di slad.<br \/>\nV \u00fanoru 2011 minipivovar p\u0159edstavil novinku &#8211; Kocour Quarterback (velmi ho\u0159k\u00e9 pivo, pivo typu IPA, devaten\u00e1ctka), uva\u0159il Yuseff Cherney, vrchn\u00ed sl\u00e1dek pivovaru Ballast Point ze San Diega).<br \/>\nV\u00edce ne\u017e tis\u00edcovka lid\u00ed dne 19.2.2011 dorazila do varnsdorfsk\u00e9ho pivovaru Kocour na festival Pivn\u00ed valent\u00fdnsk\u00fd masakr. P\u0159ehl\u00eddka nejsiln\u011bj\u0161\u00edch piva z cel\u00e9ho sv\u011bta se konala v \u00fanoru i proto, \u017ee t\u011b\u017ek\u00e1 piva k t\u00e9to ro\u010dn\u00ed dob\u011b pat\u0159\u00ed, \u0159ekl jeden ze zakladatel\u016f mal\u00e9ho pivovaru Kocour Jan Ko\u010dka. Pivovar za\u010dal fungovat u\u017e v roce 2008 a od t\u00e9 doby se veze na vln\u011b spot\u0159ebitelsk\u00e9m z\u00e1jmu, kter\u00fd p\u0159eje men\u0161\u00edm pivovar\u016fm. V roce 2010 vyexpedoval zhruba 3000 hl piv a prodeje cht\u011bl d\u00e1l zv\u011bt\u0161ovat. V\u00fdrazn\u011b s\u00e1zel na ovocn\u00e1 piva nebo alespo\u0148 na pivn\u00ed druhy, kter\u00e9 nebyly pro \u010desk\u00e9 pivovary typick\u00e9.<br \/>\nDne 19.3.2011 se uskute\u010dnilo ve Zv\u00edkovsk\u00e9m Podhrad\u00ed ji\u017e 5. setk\u00e1n\u00ed sl\u00e1dk\u016f mal\u00fdch pivovar\u016f za \u00fa\u010dasti 39 pivovar\u016f. V sout\u011b\u017ei Jarn\u00ed cena sl\u00e1dk\u016f bylo p\u0159ihl\u00e1\u0161eno 157 vzork\u016f. V kategorii \u201esvrchn\u011b kva\u0161en\u00e1 piva anglosask\u00e9ho typu\u201c obsadilo druh\u00e9 m\u00edsto pivo Kocour Quarterback.<br \/>\nV \u0159\u00edjnu 2011 se objevilo novinkov\u00e9 pivo Kocour Kub\u00edk ( l\u00e1hev ). \u0160lo o ho\u0159kou sv\u011btlou svrchn\u011b kva\u0161enou \u0161estn\u00e1ctka. P\u0159i v\u00fdrob\u011b bylo pou\u017eito velk\u00e9ho mno\u017estv\u00ed americk\u00e9ho chmele a byla chmelen\u00e1 za studena. Druhou novinkou bylo pivo Kocour K31. \u0160lo o svrchn\u011b kva\u0161en\u00e9 ale, uva\u0159en\u00e9 u\u017e v \u00fanoru 2011, m\u011bs\u00edc kvasilo, od t\u00e9 doby zr\u00e1lo. V prosinci 2011 ve Vansdorfu sto\u010dili pouh\u00fdch 200 lahv\u00ed po 0,2 l. Zbytek si v tanku pole\u017eelo je\u0161t\u011b p\u00e1r m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f. Stup\u0148ovitost\u00ed je to &#8222;jednat\u0159ic\u00edtka&#8220;, obsah alkoholu m\u00e1 12,3 %. Speci\u00e1l byl sto\u010den do stejn\u00fdch lahvi\u010dek, v kter\u00fdch se prod\u00e1v\u00e1 ledov\u00e9 v\u00edno. Maj\u00ed korkov\u00fd uz\u00e1v\u011br a voskovou pe\u010de\u0165 s logem Kocoura.<br \/>\nA\u017e na trojn\u00e1sobek oproti p\u0159edchoz\u00edmu roku se v roce 2011 vy\u0161plhal ro\u010dn\u00ed v\u00fdstav varnsdorfsk\u00e9ho pivovaru Kocour. B\u011bhem roku 2011 zde uva\u0159ili na dva tis\u00edce hektolitr\u016f p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b des\u00edtky r\u016fzn\u00fdch druh\u016f piv. O rok d\u0159\u00edve p\u0159itom ve varnsdorfsk\u00e9m pivovaru uva\u0159ili pouh\u00fdch 600 hl piva, co\u017e odpov\u00eddalo p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b v\u00fdstavu restaura\u010dn\u00edch pivovar\u016f. Oproti ostatn\u00edm \u010desk\u00fdm pivovar\u016fm byl to r\u016fst p\u0159\u00edmo raketov\u00fd, v\u017edy\u0165 celkov\u00fd v\u00fdstav v cel\u00e9 \u010cR vzrostl o pouh\u00e1 necel\u00e1 t\u0159i procenta. \u201eNejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed z\u00e1jem je o klasiku, sv\u011btl\u00e9 a tmav\u00e9 le\u017e\u00e1ky. Hodn\u011b se pij\u00ed tak\u00e9 speci\u00e1ly Samuraj a Querterback,\u201c \u0159ekl majitel pivovaru Kocour Josef \u0160usta. \u201eV\u00fdhledov\u011b bychom se m\u011bli dostat n\u011bkam na 4 000 hektolitr\u016f, na to je dimenzovan\u00e1 i technologie,\u201c doplnil. Rostouc\u00ed z\u00e1jem necht\u011bl p\u0159ece\u0148ovat, p\u016fvodn\u00ed ambice pr\u00fd byla vyr\u00e1b\u011bt maxim\u00e1ln\u011b 4 000 hl. \u201ePo\u0159\u00e1d m\u00e1me jen dva zam\u011bstnance a my ostatn\u00ed to d\u011bl\u00e1me sp\u00ed\u0161 jako kon\u00ed\u010dek. Ale jo, finan\u010dn\u011b se to u\u017eiv\u00ed,\u201c dodal \u0160usta. Josef \u0160usta zalo\u017eil mal\u00fd pivovar le\u017e\u00edc\u00ed na \u010desko-n\u011bmeck\u00e9 hranici p\u0159ed \u010dty\u0159mi lety s n\u011bkolika kamar\u00e1dy.
