Uvedl to majitel hotel\u016f Belveder a Gr\u00e1dl Franti\u0161ek Strnad , kter\u00fd vlo\u017eil do stavby pivovaru ve sklep\u00edch hotelu Belveder t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 dva miliony korun. &#8222;Budeme va\u0159it jeden\u00e1ctku, dvan\u00e1ctku, t\u0159in\u00e1ctku, sv\u011btlou i tmavou, podle p\u016fvodn\u00edch recept\u016f z archiv\u016f,&#8220; \u0159ekl v dubnu 2007 Strnad. Chu\u0165 byla m\u00edrn\u011b uzp\u016fsoben\u00e1 sou\u010dasn\u00fdm trend\u016fm. V roce 2007 se zde chystali vyrobit 300 a\u017e 500 hektolitr\u016f. P\u016fvodn\u00ed pivovar v \u017delezn\u00e9 Rud\u011b za\u010dal va\u0159it pivo v roce 1787, o 55 let d\u0159\u00edve ne\u017e plze\u0148sk\u00fd pivovar. Posledn\u00ed v\u00e1rku zlatav\u00e9ho moku uva\u0159il v \u010dervenci 1962 sl\u00e1dek Josef Plevka, dnes spolumajitel pivovaru Chodovar. Ten je\u0161t\u011b o rok d\u0159\u00edve vyrobil v \u017delezn\u00e9 Rud\u011b 10.000 hl piva, pot\u00e9 byl pivovar srovn\u00e1n se zem\u00ed. &#8222;Hlavn\u011b d\u00edky panu Plevkovi jsme v\u00fdrobu obnovili,&#8220; uvedl hoteli\u00e9r. \u017deleznorudsk\u00fd hotel Gr\u00e1dl zprovoznil u\u017e p\u0159ed dv\u011bma lety pivovarsk\u00e9 muzeum, otev\u0159en\u00e9 ka\u017ed\u00e9 odpoledne krom\u011b v\u00edkendu. V muzeu s v\u00fdstavn\u00ed plochou 100 metr\u016f \u010dtvere\u010dn\u00edch byly star\u00e9 lahve, sudy, vin\u011bty, ale i stra\u0161ideln\u00e1 knajpa se sk\u0159\u00edtky. Hodl\u00e1me ho roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159it, dodal Strnad.<br \/>\nPivo je ur\u010deno pro oba hotely, ale i speci\u00e1ln\u00ed pivnice v Klatovech a n\u011bmeck\u00e9m Zwieselu. V prvn\u00ed f\u00e1zi p\u016fjde o to\u010den\u00e9, ale u\u017e koncem roku by m\u011bl majitel nab\u00edzet pivo v lahvi. Garantem v\u00fdroby bude pivovarsk\u00fd odborn\u00edk Josef Kr\u00fdsl, dlouholet\u00fd zam\u011bstnanec Plze\u0148sk\u00e9ho Prazdroje. U\u017e 20.\u010dervence 2007 cht\u011bl po p\u011bta\u010dty\u0159iceti letech rozjet v\u00fdrobu piva v \u017delezn\u00e9 Rud\u011b podnikatel Franti\u0161ek Strnad, majitel hotel\u016f Belveder a Gr\u00e1dl. Ze za\u010d\u00e1tku se v n\u011bm budou va\u0159it t\u0159i druhy piva. \u201eP\u016fjde o sv\u011btlou jeden\u00e1ctku Belveder, tmavou t\u0159in\u00e1ctku Gr\u00e1dl a polotmavou dvan\u00e1ctku Belgr\u00e1d,\u201c \u0159ekl v \u010dervnu 2007 Franti\u0161ek Strnad. Do stavby pivovaru vlo\u017eil podnikatel p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b dva miliony korun. \u201eKdy\u017e se n\u00e1m poda\u0159\u00ed uva\u0159it 800 a\u017e 1000 hl, budeme spokojeni,\u201c dodal Strnad.<br \/>\nMinipivovar po zah\u00e1jen\u00ed provozu 20.7.2007, kdy se vypila prvn\u00ed v\u00e1rka, za\u010dal od 25.7.2007 prodej 11\u00b0, 12\u00b0 a 13\u00b0 piva v hotelech Belved\u00e9r a Gr\u00e1dl v cen\u011b 20,- K\u010d. Oba hotely le\u017e\u00ed zhruba kilometr v\u00fdchodn\u011b od centra m\u011bsta na obou stran\u00e1ch silnice na Klatovy a Plze\u0148. Varna je na 2 hl. Sv\u011btl\u00e1 jeden\u00e1ctka dostala jm\u00e9no po hotelu Belveder, tmav\u00e1 t\u0159in\u00e1ctka si vyslou\u017eila jm\u00e9no dal\u0161\u00edho \u017eeleznorudsk\u00e9ho hotelu &#8211; Gr\u00e1dl a dvan\u00e1ctka nese n\u00e1zev mutace obou p\u0159edchoz\u00edch jmen, Belgrad. Toto jm\u00e9no nav\u00edc z\u00edskal i sk\u0159\u00edtek, kter\u00fd je maskotem \u017eeleznorudsk\u00e9 dvan\u00e1ctky.<br \/>\nHistoricky prvn\u00ed pivobran\u00ed se uskute\u010dnilo 14.a 15.z\u00e1\u0159\u00ed 2007 v \u017delezn\u00e9 Rud\u011b. V objektu b\u00fdval\u00e9 z\u00e1kladn\u00ed \u0161koly teklo proudem pivo z m\u00edstn\u00edho nov\u00e9ho minipivovaru. Akci uspo\u0159\u00e1dal majitel minipivovaru \u017delezn\u00e1 Ruda Franti\u0161ek Strnad. \u201eV p\u00e1tek akci nav\u0161t\u00edvily p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b dv\u011b stovky lid\u00ed, v sobotu to bylo podobn\u00e9,\u201c uvedl Franti\u0161ek Strnad. Minipivovar zde p\u0159edstavil sv\u00e1 t\u0159i esa: t\u0159in\u00e1ctistup\u0148ov\u00fd tmav\u00fd Gr\u00e1dl, dvan\u00e1ctistup\u0148ov\u00fd polotmav\u00fd Belgrad a jeden\u00e1cti stup\u0148ov\u00fd sv\u011btl\u00fd Belveder. Lid\u00e9 tak\u00e9 ochutn\u00e1vali lahvov\u00e1 piva z D\u00e1nska, Nizozemska, Belgie, N\u011bmecka a Polska. \u201eO lahvov\u00e1 piva ale nebyl tak velk\u00fd z\u00e1jem, v\u011bt\u0161ina n\u00e1v\u0161t\u011bvn\u00edk\u016f p\u0159i\u0161la na to\u010den\u00e9,\u201c pochvaloval si majitel minipivovaru z\u00e1jem host\u016f. A jak chutnalo pivo n\u00e1v\u0161t\u011bvn\u00edk\u016fm? \u201eJe vynikaj\u00edc\u00ed, m\u00e1 \u0159\u00edz. Jsem p\u0159ekvapen\u00fd. V\u016fbec jsem nev\u011bd\u011bl, \u017ee je v \u017delezn\u00e9 Rud\u011b minipivovar,\u201c prohl\u00e1sil Pavel Stejskal, kter\u00fd byl v \u0161umavsk\u00e9m horsk\u00e9m st\u0159edisku na v\u00fdlet\u011b. Minipivovar va\u0159\u00ed dva hektolitry piva denn\u011b. O mok m\u011bli z\u00e1jem m\u00edstn\u00ed podnikatel\u00e9, kte\u0159\u00ed by jej cht\u011bli nab\u00edzet ve sv\u00fdch podnic\u00edch. Pivovar v\u0161ak cht\u011bl za\u010d\u00edt st\u00e1\u010det i do lahv\u00ed. \u201eHodl\u00e1me ud\u011blat d\u00e1rkov\u00e9 balen\u00ed,\u201c dodal Franti\u0161ek Strnad.<br \/>\n\u201eD\u00edky nov\u00e9mu pivu n\u00e1m tr\u017eby v restauraci vzrostly o sto procent,\u201c konstatoval v z\u00e1\u0159\u00ed 2007 majitel podniku Franti\u0161ek Strnad. Minipivovar prodal od za\u010d\u00e1tku roku sto pades\u00e1t hektolitr\u016f piva, dal\u0161\u00edch sto pades\u00e1t hektolitr\u016f pl\u00e1noval prodat do konce roku.<br \/>\nV r\u00e1mci zab\u00edja\u010dky dne 7.prosince 2007 bylo v Belvederu nab\u00edzeny t\u0159i druhy zdej\u0161\u00edho piva a premiov\u011b nov\u00fd medov\u00fd v\u00e1no\u010dn\u00ed le\u017e\u00e1k sv\u011btl\u00e1 dvan\u00e1ctka Pa\u0161er\u00e1k .<br \/>\nVe dnech 11. a 12.\u010dervence 2008 se p\u0159ed hotelem Belveder konaly slavnosti k 1. v\u00fdro\u010d\u00ed pivovaru. P\u0159i t\u00e9to p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitosti bylo pok\u0159t\u011bno nov\u00e9 medov\u00e9 pivo Pa\u0161er\u00e1k 13\u00b0 ( l\u00e1hev ). Cena piva v restauraci byla v \u010dervenci 2008 u v\u0161ech druh\u016f stanovena na 23 K\u010d.<br \/>\nNa chu\u0165 \u0161umavsk\u00e9ho medu vsadil v roce 2008 pivovar v \u017delezn\u00e9 Rud\u011b. \u201eT\u0159in\u00e1ctistup\u0148ov\u00fd Pa\u0161er\u00e1k je sv\u011btl\u00fd le\u017e\u00e1k a z nava\u0159en\u00fdch deseti hektolitr\u016f je u\u017e polovina vypit\u00e1,\u201c \u0159ekl spokojen\u011b spolumajitel Franti\u0161ek Strnad. P\u016fllitr medov\u00e9ho v\u00e1no\u010dn\u00edho speci\u00e1lu st\u00e1lo 25 korun, t\u0159etinka o deset korun m\u00e9n\u011b.<br \/>\nPivovar musel po dvou letech provozu roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159it svoji kapacitu na 2,5n\u00e1sobek. Zp\u016fsobil to velk\u00fd z\u00e1jem o m\u00edstn\u00ed pivo vyr\u00e1b\u011bn\u00e9 ve sklep\u00edch hotelu Belved\u00e9r. N\u00e1poj, kter\u00fd se do m\u011bsta vr\u00e1til po 45 letech, zv\u00fd\u0161il tr\u017eby v restauraci o 90 % a l\u00e1kal hosty do hotel\u016f Belved\u00e9r i Gr\u00e1dl, kde ho tak\u00e9 \u010depovali. &#8222;U\u017e jsme na hran\u011b, bez jak\u00e9koli reklamy,&#8220; \u0159ekl v \u010dervnu 2009 majitel hotel\u016f Franti\u0161ek Strnad. Popularitu z\u00edsk\u00e1val d\u00edky um\u00edst\u011bn\u00ed v pivn\u00edch sout\u011b\u017e\u00edch, naposledy o v\u00edkendu z\u00edskala zlato na Piv\u011b \u010cR sv\u011btl\u00e1 medov\u00e1 t\u0159in\u00e1ctka Pa\u0161er\u00e1k. &#8222;Jakmile najdeme kupce na na\u0161i sou\u010dasnou technologii, okam\u017eit\u011b za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1me stav\u011bt v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed pivovar,&#8220; uvedl Strnad. Roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u00ed kapacity, kter\u00e9 p\u0159i\u0161lo na v\u00edce ne\u017e dva miliony korun, bude velmi rychl\u00e9. V roce 2008 vyrobili v hotelu 400 hl piva, nov\u011b by to m\u011blo b\u00fdt 1000 hl. Pivovar nab\u00edzel \u010dty\u0159i druhy piv v jednotn\u00e9 cen\u011b 25 korun, kter\u00e1 se za dva roky nezvedla. &#8222;Na oslav\u00e1ch druh\u00e9ho v\u00fdro\u010d\u00ed 11. \u010dervence p\u0159edstav\u00edme dev\u00edtku Kojenec na pop\u00edjen\u00ed na l\u00e9to k baz\u00e9nu,&#8220; dodal hoteli\u00e9r. Do konce roku 2009 se m\u011bla objevit polotmav\u00e1 \u0161estn\u00e1ctka Kat.<br \/>\nV r\u00e1mci oslav 10. a 11. \u010dervence 2009 v hotelu Belved\u00e9r v \u017delezn\u00e9 Rud\u011b p\u0159edstavil pivovar nov\u00e9 pivo Kojenec. \u201eJe to dev\u00edtistup\u0148ov\u00e9 pivo, kter\u00e9 by pro ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed obsah alkoholu m\u011blo b\u00fdt ide\u00e1ln\u00ed pro hork\u00e9 letn\u00ed dny. Sami n\u00e1v\u0161t\u011bvnici oslav rozhodnou o tom, zda se pivo zda\u0159ilo a bude \u00fasp\u011b\u0161nou novinkou v kategorii v\u00fd\u010depn\u00edch piv,\u201c pozval n\u00e1v\u0161t\u011bvn\u00edky Strnad.<br \/>\nBezm\u00e1la na \u0161est stovek lid\u00ed si nenechalo uj\u00edt dvoudenn\u00ed oslavy 2. v\u00fdro\u010d\u00ed zalo\u017een\u00ed pivovaru Belveder, nejv\u00fd\u0161e polo\u017een\u00e9ho pivovaru v Evrop\u011b ve v\u00fd\u0161ce 902 metry, kter\u00fd za dva roky provozu z\u00edskal \u0159adu ocen\u011bn\u00ed \u010desk\u00fdch i mezin\u00e1rodn\u00edch. U\u017e od p\u00e1tku 10.\u010dervence 2009, kdy dvoudenn\u00ed oslavy za\u010daly, si n\u00e1v\u0161t\u011bvn\u00edci mohli dop\u0159\u00e1vat atraktivn\u00ed posezen\u00ed p\u0159\u00edmo ve varn\u011b pivovaru a ochutn\u00e1vat \u010dty\u0159i druhy prav\u00e9ho \u0161umavsk\u00e9ho piva. Oslavy druh\u00e9ho v\u00fdro\u010d\u00ed zalo\u017een\u00ed pivovaru pokra\u010dovaly v sobotu 11. \u010dervence, kdy zlat\u00fdm h\u0159ebem dne byl Poh\u00e1dkov\u00fdm pivem pro rok 2010 byl sv\u011btl\u00fd le\u017e\u00e1k z Oslavan. Kl\u00e1n\u00ed se uskute\u010dnilo v hotelu Belved\u00e9r. O pivo z hotelu na kopci nad \u017deleznou Rudou byl takov\u00fd z\u00e1jem, \u017ee p\u0159ed dv\u011bma lety otev\u0159en\u00fd pivov\u00e1rek ve sklep\u00edch hotelu nest\u00edhal vyr\u00e1b\u011bt p\u011bniv\u00fd mok pro v\u0161echny z\u00e1jemce. Proto majitel Franti\u0161ek Strnad musel p\u016fvodn\u00ed pivovar prodat a 30.11.2009 otev\u0159el \u00fapln\u011b nov\u00fd, ve kter\u00e9m sl\u00e1dci dok\u00e1\u017e\u00ed uva\u0159it a\u017e dvaap\u016flkr\u00e1t v\u00edc piva, ne\u017e jim umo\u017e\u0148ovalo p\u016fvodn\u00ed za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed. Franti\u0161ek Strnad se v historick\u00fdch pramenech dop\u00e1tral, \u017ee na za\u010d\u00e1tku minul\u00e9ho stolet\u00ed va\u0159ilo pivo na Klatovsku 49 pivovar\u016f. \u201eTe\u010f jsme tu jedin\u00ed. Na\u0161e sou\u010dasn\u00e1 kapacita by u\u017e m\u011bla sta\u010dit pro z\u00e1sobov\u00e1n\u00ed dvou na\u0161ich hotel\u016f, prodej takzvan\u011b p\u0159es ulici i na r\u016fzn\u00e9 oslavy. V\u00edme, \u017ee z\u00e1jem o na\u0161e pivo m\u00e1 i speci\u00e1ln\u00ed prodejna v Praze a jeden podnik v Plzni,\u201c vypo\u010d\u00edt\u00e1val Strnad. I kdy\u017e mal\u00fdch pivovar\u016f v posledn\u00edch letech v republice p\u0159ib\u00fdv\u00e1, Strnad se konkurence neb\u00e1l. \u201eU n\u00e1s je va\u0159en\u00ed vlastn\u00edho piva bran\u00e9 jako dopln\u011bk a zpest\u0159en\u00ed nab\u00eddky ve vlastn\u00edm hotelu, penzionu nebo restauraci. Ono rozjet v\u00fdrobu nen\u00ed zas tak jednoduch\u00e9. Mus\u00edte m\u00edt pen\u00edze, sehnat dokumentaci, pot\u0159ebn\u00e1 povolen\u00ed a pak m\u00edt vynikaj\u00edc\u00edho sl\u00e1dka, kter\u00fd dok\u00e1\u017ee uva\u0159it pivo, o n\u011b\u017e bude z\u00e1jem. Bez zdatn\u00e9ho sl\u00e1dka dobr\u00e9 pivo neud\u011bl\u00e1te,\u201c vysv\u011btlil Strnad. Jen na okraj p\u0159ipomn\u011bl, \u017ee od doby, kdy va\u0159\u00ed vlastn\u00ed pivo, se i p\u0159es hospod\u00e1\u0159skou krizi obrat v jejich hotelov\u00fdch restaurac\u00edch t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 zdvojn\u00e1sobil. Cestu do pivov\u00e1rku jen kousek za hranicemi si na\u0161li i N\u011bmci, kte\u0159\u00ed jsou zvykl\u00ed na slad\u0161\u00ed typ piva.<br \/>\nNov\u00e1 varna byla 550-litrov\u00e1, kvasn\u00e9 k\u00e1d\u011b, kter\u00e9 jsou tu nyn\u00ed jen \u010dty\u0159i, 730-litrov\u00e9. Vodu m\u00e1 minipivovar vlastn\u00ed &#8211; nemus\u00ed ji filtrovat a proto\u017ee je velmi m\u011bkk\u00e1 a nav\u00edc vhodn\u00e9ho slo\u017een\u00ed, tak ani nijak upravovat &#8211; kvasnice jsou pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1ny z Protiv\u00edna, tj. kmen PP (p\u016fvodem z Protiv\u00edna), a pivo dozr\u00e1v\u00e1 ve 100-litrov\u00fdch KEGov\u00fdch soudc\u00edch. Maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed kapacita pivovaru byla od listopadu 2009 1300 hl.<br \/>\nPo \u0161umavsk\u00e9m medu chutnal v roce 2009 stejn\u011b jako p\u0159ed rokem t\u0159in\u00e1ctistup\u0148ov\u00fd Pa\u0161er\u00e1k z pivovaru. \u201eTentokr\u00e1t jsme ho nava\u0159ili dvojn\u00e1sobn\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed, tedy dvacet hektolitr\u016f. P\u0159ed rokem se po n\u011bm jen zapr\u00e1\u0161ilo,\u201c \u0159ekl s \u00fasm\u011bvem spolumajitel Franti\u0161ek Strnad. T\u0159etinka st\u00e1la 15 korun, p\u016fllitr o deset v\u00edce. Stejn\u011b m\u00e1 st\u00e1t i polotmav\u00fd Kat, kter\u00fd se pravd\u011bpodobn\u011b k Pa\u0161er\u00e1kovi p\u0159id\u00e1 p\u0159ed koncem roku. \u201eM\u011bl by m\u00edt \u0161estn\u00e1ct stup\u0148\u016f. Dnes p\u0159ipravujeme dv\u011b zku\u0161ebn\u00ed v\u00e1rky. Pokud se vyvedou, jak si p\u0159edstavujeme, tak si na p\u011btihektolitrov\u00e9 v\u00e1rce za\u010dnou host\u00e9 pochutn\u00e1vat je\u0161t\u011b p\u0159ed Silvestrem,\u201c sliboval Strnad.<br \/>\nSv\u011btl\u00e1 dvan\u00e1ctka Sn\u011bhul\u00e1k, kter\u00e1 byla slavnostn\u011b pok\u0159t\u011bna v polovin\u011b \u010dervence 2010 u p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitosti oslav 3. v\u00fdro\u010d\u00ed pivovaru, a sv\u011btl\u00e1 \u0161estn\u00e1ctka Kat byly novinkami \u017eeleznorudsk\u00e9ho pivovaru. \u201eSe zku\u0161ebn\u00ed v\u00e1rkou nov\u00e9 dvan\u00e1ctky jsme z\u00edskali t\u0159et\u00ed m\u00edsto na sout\u011b\u017ei mal\u00fdch pivovar\u016f ve Zv\u00edkovsk\u00e9m Podhrad\u00ed. Jde o sv\u011btlou dvan\u00e1ctku plze\u0148sk\u00e9ho typu. \u0160estn\u00e1ctistup\u0148ov\u00e9ho Kata budeme va\u0159it pouze jako sv\u00e1te\u010dn\u00ed pivo, nap\u0159\u00edklad na Velikonoce, oslavy 3. v\u00fdro\u010d\u00ed, \u017deleznorudsk\u00e9 slavnosti nebo na V\u00e1noce,\u201c \u0159ekl Franti\u0161ek Strnad. Na IV. ro\u010dn\u00edku Jarn\u00ed ceny \u010desk\u00fdch sl\u00e1dk\u016f, kter\u00fd se konal koncem b\u0159ezna 2010 v Pivovarsk\u00e9m dvo\u0159e Zv\u00edkov, usp\u011bli Belveder\u0161t\u00ed i se sv\u011btlou jeden\u00e1ctkou Belveder, kter\u00e1 z\u00edskala druh\u00e9 m\u00edsto v kategorii sv\u011btl\u00fdch le\u017e\u00e1k\u016f do 11,5%. Sout\u011b\u017ee minipivovar\u016f s v\u00fdstavem do 3000 hektolitr\u016f ro\u010dn\u011b se z\u00fa\u010dastnilo celkem 42 pivovar\u016f z \u010cech i Moravy se 165 sout\u011b\u017en\u00edmi vzorky. V z\u00e1v\u011bru roku 2009 se pivovar do\u010dkal roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u00ed, p\u016fvodn\u00ed varna na dva hektolitry u\u017e svou kapacitou nesta\u010dila. Nyn\u00ed uva\u0159\u00ed na Belvederu v jedn\u00e9 v\u00e1rce p\u011bt a p\u016fl hektolitru. \u201ePivem z\u00e1sobujeme na\u0161e hotely Belveder a Gr\u00e1dl, pravideln\u011b dod\u00e1v\u00e1me tak\u00e9 do nov\u011b otev\u0159en\u00e9ho pivn\u00edho studia v Plzni. Na \u017e\u00e1dost po\u0159adatel\u016f z\u00e1sobujeme tak\u00e9 r\u016fzn\u00e9 jednor\u00e1zov\u00e9 akce. Nechceme se ov\u0161em v\u00e1zat n\u011bjak\u00fdmi st\u00e1l\u00fdmi dod\u00e1vkami, i kdy\u017e jsme m\u011bli z\u00e1jemce t\u0159eba i ze zahrani\u010d\u00ed, po\u0159\u00e1d to m\u00e1me sp\u00ed\u0161e jako kon\u00ed\u010dka,\u201c vysv\u011btlil Strnad.<br \/>\nT\u0159et\u00ed v\u00fdro\u010d\u00ed oslavil v l\u00e9t\u011b 2010 \u017eeleznorudsk\u00fd pivovar. Vzhledem k mal\u00e9mu mno\u017estv\u00ed uva\u0159en\u00e9ho piva jsou toti\u017e n\u00e1klady pom\u011brn\u011b vysok\u00e9.<br \/>\n* Na kolik p\u0159ijde v mal\u00e9m pivovaru v\u00fdroba jednoho litru piva?<br \/>\nTady z\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed samoz\u0159ejm\u011b na tom, jestli si majitel va\u0159\u00ed s\u00e1m nebo plat\u00ed dal\u0161\u00ed lidi, jestli koup\u00ed kvalitn\u00ed slad a chmel nebo levn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed, n\u011bkdo mus\u00ed platit vodu, n\u011bkdo m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt t\u0159eba i v n\u00e1jmu. V\u00fdrobn\u00ed cena jednoho litru se pohybuje zhruba od 12 do 16 korun. Dal\u0161\u00ed n\u00e1klady pak ov\u0161em vznikaj\u00ed p\u0159i jeho prodeji \u2013 doprava, \u010d\u00ed\u0161n\u00edk, chlazen\u00ed, \u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed trubek a podobn\u011b. Cenou samoz\u0159ejm\u011b tedy mal\u00fd pivovar nem\u016f\u017ee konkurovat nadn\u00e1rodn\u00edm gigant\u016fm.<br \/>\n* \u010c\u00edm tedy konkurovat m\u016f\u017ee?<br \/>\nV\u00fdhodou piva z mal\u00e9ho pivovaru je jedine\u010dn\u00e1 chu\u0165. Velk\u00e9 pivovary va\u0159\u00ed \u00fapln\u011b jinak, ne\u017e se \u010desk\u00e9 pivo v minulosti va\u0159ilo. Nezn\u00e1m minipivovar, kter\u00fd by pivo filtroval nebo dokonce pasteroval, tak\u017ee v\u0161echny l\u00e1tky, kter\u00e9 d\u011blaj\u00ed pivo pivem v n\u011bm z\u016fst\u00e1vaj\u00ed. Z\u016fstanou v n\u011bm v\u0161echny enzymy, vitam\u00edny a dal\u0161\u00ed prosp\u011b\u0161n\u00e9 l\u00e1tky. Takovou perli\u010dkou je, kdy\u017e se ob\u010das stane, \u017ee n\u011bkdo p\u0159ijde pivo vr\u00e1tit, \u017ee je zaka\u017een\u00e9, \u017ee je kaln\u00e9. To je ov\u0161em samoz\u0159ejm\u011b t\u00edm, \u017ee jde o nefiltrovan\u00e9 pi\u00acvo.<br \/>\n* \u017de je o \u201e\u017eiv\u00e9\u201c pivo z\u00e1jem potvrzuje i to, \u017ee jste museli pivovar z\u00e1hy roz\u0161i\u0159ovat\u2026<br \/>\nMy jsme vlastn\u011b je\u0161t\u011b neoslavili ani prvn\u00ed v\u00fdro\u010d\u00ed, a u\u017e jsme pivovar prod\u00e1vali a sh\u00e1n\u011bli v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed varnu. Z\u00e1jem je od za\u010d\u00e1tku obrovsk\u00fd, pivo od n\u00e1s cht\u011bj\u00ed samoz\u0159ejm\u011b \u017eeleznorud\u0161t\u00ed hoteli\u00e9\u0159i a hospod\u0161t\u00ed, ale i provozovatel\u00e9 z jin\u00fdch region\u016f, dokonce po n\u00e1s cht\u011bli, abychom pivo vyv\u00e1\u017eeli do Paraguaye. \u010clov\u011bk m\u00e1 a\u017e dojem, \u017ee n\u00e1m nov\u00e1 varna na p\u011bt a p\u016fl hektolitru prost\u011b nem\u016f\u017ee sta\u010dit. Dal\u0161\u00ed roz\u0161i\u0159ov\u00e1n\u00ed ov\u0161em nepl\u00e1nujeme, maxim\u00e1ln\u011b zv\u011bt\u0161\u00edme le\u017e\u00e1ck\u00fd sklep, abychom mohli va\u0159it v\u00edce do z\u00e1soby.<br \/>\n* V sou\u010dasnosti va\u0159\u00edte n\u011bkolik druh\u016f piva od dev\u00edtky po \u0161estn\u00e1ctku, pl\u00e1nujete je\u0161t\u011b n\u011bjak\u00e9 speciality, jako jsou piva p\u0161eni\u010dn\u00e1 nebo ovocn\u00e1?<br \/>\nV \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9m p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b nejsme p\u0159\u00edznivci ochucen\u00fdch ovocn\u00fdch piv, tak\u017ee o nich do budoucna ani neuva\u017eujeme. Nechceme j\u00edt ani do u n\u00e1s netradi\u010dn\u00edch druh\u016f jako jsou ale nebo stout. Ur\u010dit\u011b ale m\u00e1me v pl\u00e1nu p\u0161eni\u010dn\u00e9 pivo, kter\u00e9 je obl\u00edben\u00e9 v Bavorsku a v posledn\u00ed dob\u011b se za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 va\u0159it i u n\u00e1s. J\u00e1 p\u0159edpokl\u00e1d\u00e1m, \u017ee s p\u0161eni\u010dn\u00fdm pivem p\u0159ijdeme nejpozd\u011bji v p\u0159\u00ed\u0161t\u00edm roce. Jsme se synem takov\u00ed, lze \u0159\u00edci, staromilci. Chceme va\u0159it \u010desk\u00e9 pivo z klasick\u00fdch surovin. P\u0161eni\u010dn\u00e9 pivo do \u010cech pat\u0159\u00ed, va\u0159ilo se tu v minulosti b\u011b\u017en\u011b, dokonce ve v\u011bt\u0161\u00edm mno\u017estv\u00ed ne\u017e pivo z je\u010dmene. Co se t\u00fd\u010de ochucen\u00fdch piv, tak uzn\u00e1v\u00e1m zase jen piva s p\u0159\u00edsadami, kter\u00e9 pou\u017e\u00edvali i na\u0161i p\u0159edkov\u00e9, jako je t\u0159eba pu\u0161kvorec nebo med, kter\u00fd do medov\u00e9 t\u0159in\u00e1ctky pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1me i my.<br \/>\nT\u0159icet dva mal\u00fdch pivovar\u016f sout\u011b\u017eilo dne 27.11.2010 v horsk\u00e9m hotelu Belved\u00e9r na \u017delezn\u00e9 Rud\u011b o titul Poh\u00e1dkov\u00e9 pivo pro rok 2011. \u201eSout\u011b\u017eilo se v p\u011bti kategori\u00edch, a to sv\u011btl\u00fd le\u017e\u00e1k, tmav\u00fd le\u017e\u00e1k, polotmav\u00fd a tmav\u00fd le\u017e\u00e1k a ve speci\u00e1lech vrchn\u011b a spodn\u011b kva\u0161en\u00fdch. Porota tedy celkem mohla ochutnat celkem 101 p\u0159ihl\u00e1\u0161en\u00fdch vzork\u016f z 32 mal\u00fdch pivovar\u016f, z nich\u017e t\u0159i byly pivovary n\u011bmeck\u00e9,\u201c \u0159ekl za organiz\u00e1tory t\u0159et\u00edho ro\u010dn\u00edku sout\u011b\u017ee Poh\u00e1dkov\u00e9 pivo Franti\u0161ek Strnad. Nejv\u00edce vzork\u016f bylo stejn\u011b jako v jin\u00fdch letech p\u0159ihl\u00e1\u0161eno v kategorii sv\u011btl\u00fdch piv. Bylo jich celkem t\u0159icet \u010dty\u0159i. \u201ePorotci to ani tentokr\u00e1t nem\u011bli v\u016fbec jednoduch\u00e9. Ochutnat tolik vzork\u016f a vybrat ty nejlep\u0161\u00ed b\u00fdv\u00e1 t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 nadlidsk\u00fd \u00fakol. P\u0159esto byla i letos porota fundovan\u00e1. Zasedli v n\u00ed nap\u0159\u00edklad degust\u00e1tor Jan Pet\u0159\u00ed\u010dek, sl\u00e1dek pivovaru Purkmistr Petr Kr\u00fdsl, majitel pivovaru Permon ze Sokolova Ladislav Sas nebo v\u00fdkonn\u00fd \u0159editel \u010desk\u00e9 skupiny K \u2013 Bewery Ji\u0159\u00ed Fam\u011bra a mnoz\u00ed dal\u0161\u00ed,\u201c pokra\u010doval Strnad. I kdy\u017e sout\u011b\u017e o Poh\u00e1dkov\u00e9 pivo bylo presti\u017en\u00ed z\u00e1le\u017eitost\u00ed, pivovarn\u00edci to jako souboj na ost\u0159\u00ed no\u017ee v\u016fbec nebrali. \u201eJde hlavn\u011b o to sej\u00edt se, spole\u010dn\u011b se pobavit, zasout\u011b\u017eit si, ochutnat sv\u00e9 v\u00fdrobky a hlavn\u011b vym\u011bnit si zku\u0161enosti z v\u00fdroby i prodeje piva. V\u0161ichni jsme pivovarn\u00edci z mal\u00fdch pivovar\u016f, a proto je dobr\u00e9 sch\u00e1zet se. Letos byl o sout\u011b\u017e obrovsk\u00fd z\u00e1jem i mezi ve\u0159ejnost\u00ed. Kapacita hotelu ale v\u0161echny z\u00e1jemce nemohla pojmout a mnoz\u00ed odch\u00e1zeli zklaman\u011b dom\u016f. Jin\u00e9 zas odradilo po\u010das\u00ed a sj\u00edzdnost komunikac\u00ed. P\u0159esto nic dobr\u00e9 n\u00e1lad\u011b a sout\u011b\u017en\u00edmu duchu nechyb\u011blo,\u201c dodal Strnad. Setk\u00e1n\u00ed pivovarn\u00edk\u016f na Belved\u00e9ru bylo hodnoceno kladn\u011b. Nejpresti\u017en\u011bj\u0161\u00ed kategori\u00ed v ka\u017ed\u00e9 pivovarsk\u00e9 sout\u011b\u017ei b\u00fdv\u00e1 kategorie sv\u011btl\u00fd le\u017e\u00e1k a i v\u00edt\u011bzstv\u00ed v n\u00ed je nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00edm ocen\u011bn\u00edm pro pivovar. Z Belved\u00e9ru si prvn\u00ed cenu odvezl pivovar Form\u00e1nek z Hostivic u Prahy. V Plze\u0148sk\u00e9m kraji p\u0159esto z\u016fstala dv\u011b ocen\u011bn\u00ed. T\u0159et\u00ed m\u00edsto v kategorii speci\u00e1l\u016f z\u00edskal pivovar Purkmistr z Plzn\u011b a t\u0159et\u00ed m\u00edsto v kategorii polotmav\u00fd le\u017e\u00e1k dom\u00e1c\u00ed pivovar Belved\u00e9r.<br \/>\nMedov\u011b chutnal ji\u017e t\u0159et\u00edm rokem v prosinci t\u0159in\u00e1ctistup\u0148ov\u00fd Pa\u0161er\u00e1k z pivovaru Belveder. &#8222;Te\u010f u\u017e Pa\u0161er\u00e1ka va\u0159\u00edme celoro\u010dn\u011b. Je na\u0161\u00ed vlajkovou lod\u00ed,&#8220; \u0159ekl hrd\u011b spolumajitel pivovaru Franti\u0161ek Strnad. V roce 2010 na konec roku nachystal se synem sv\u011btlou v\u00e1no\u010dn\u00ed t\u0159in\u00e1ctku. Prvn\u00ed z p\u011bti hektolitrov\u00fdch sud\u016f narazil 25. prosince. &#8222;Nezdra\u017eili jsme. P\u016fllitr Kata, Pa\u0161er\u00e1ka i speci\u00e1lu bude za p\u011btadvacet,&#8220; doplnil Strnad.<br \/>\nDne 19.3.2011 se uskute\u010dnilo ve Zv\u00edkovsk\u00e9m Podhrad\u00ed ji\u017e 5. setk\u00e1n\u00ed sl\u00e1dk\u016f mal\u00fdch pivovar\u016f za \u00fa\u010dasti 39 pivovar\u016f. V sout\u011b\u017ei Jarn\u00ed cena sl\u00e1dk\u016f bylo p\u0159ihl\u00e1\u0161eno 157 vzork\u016f. V kategorii \u201etmav\u00fd speci\u00e1l\u201c obsadilo t\u0159et\u00ed m\u00edsto pivo Gr\u00e1dl 13.<br \/>\nV kv\u011btnu 2011 minipivovar pok\u0159til sv\u00e9 nov\u00e9 pivo &#8211; sv\u011btl\u00fd dvan\u00e1ctistup\u0148ov\u00fd le\u017e\u00e1k s n\u00e1zvem \u0160vejk.<br \/>\nMinipivovar se v roce 2011 stabiln\u011b sna\u017eil dr\u017eet na \u010depu \u010dty\u0159i druhy piva. Hlavn\u00edmi druhy byly sv\u011btl\u00e1 jeden\u00e1ctka Belved\u00e9r, polotmav\u00e1 dvan\u00e1ctka Belgr\u00e1d, tmav\u00e1 t\u0159in\u00e1ctka Gr\u00e1dl a sv\u011btl\u00e1 medov\u00e1 t\u0159in\u00e1ctka Pa\u0161er\u00e1k.
