Lehk\u00e9 fresh pivo s v\u00fdrazn\u00fdm z\u00e1kalem, siln\u00fdm chmelov\u00fdm dozvukem a jemn\u00fdm citrusov\u00fdm aroma (EBC 92,8, EPM 7,56 %, Alk.: 2,5 %).<\/li>\n<li>Dne 28.2.2023 na \u010depu \u00dasteck\u00e1 10, Mazel 12, Vojt\u011bch 12, Prokop 12, Vi\u0161\u0148ov\u00fd speci\u00e1l, \u00dasteck\u00fd Porter 16.<\/li>\n<li>Na konci listopadu 2022 na \u010depu zimn\u00ed novinka <strong>\u00dasteck\u00fd Porter 16<\/strong>. Tmav\u00e9 pivo typu germany porter, spodn\u011b kva\u0161en\u00e9, s dozn\u00edvaj\u00edc\u00ed chut\u00ed k\u00e1vy a ho\u0159k\u00e9 \u010dokol\u00e1dy.<\/li>\n<li>V kv\u011btnu 2019 na \u010depu <strong>\u00dasteck\u00e1 11 Ale<\/strong> &#8211; pln\u00e9 pivo. Pat\u0159ilo mezi st\u0159edn\u011b siln\u00e1 piva s extraktem p\u016fvodn\u00ed mladiny min.11,0% v\u00e1hov\u00fdch a minim\u00e1ln\u00edm obsahem alkoholu 4,80% objemov\u00fdch. To\u010dit se za\u010dala od 12. kv\u011btna 2018 v r\u00e1mci \u00dasteck\u00e9ho pivn\u00edho jarmarku.<\/li>\n<li>V prosinci 2016 Z\u00e1zvorov\u00e1 11\u00b0- zimn\u00ed ochucen\u00e9 pivo.<\/li>\n<li>Od dubna 2016 na \u010depu sez\u00f3nn\u00ed p\u0161eni\u010dn\u00e9 pivo &#8211; \u00dasteckou Rycht\u00e1\u0159ku, kter\u00e1 byla na \u010depu od jara do podzimu.<\/li>\n<li>V obdob\u00ed 18.3.-27.3. 2016 na \u010depu Velikono\u010dn\u00ed zelen\u00fd speci\u00e1l 14\u00b0.<\/li>\n<li>Na konci roku 2015 na \u010depu Adventn\u00ed \u00daste\u010dan 14\u00b0. Za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed nese n\u00e1zev Pivovar hotel Na Rycht\u011b. P\u0159\u00edmo mezi hosty zde va\u0159\u00ed pivo Jaroslav Rottenborn, v\u00fdznamn\u00e1 osobnost \u010desk\u00e9ho pivovarnictv\u00ed. V pivovarech v Kr\u00e1sn\u00e9m a Velk\u00e9m B\u0159ezn\u011b p\u016fsobil bez dvou let pln\u00e9 p\u016flstolet\u00ed. \u201eT\u011b\u0161\u00edm se na pr\u00e1ci tady. Je to takov\u00fd patriotistick\u00fd projekt. Po v\u00edce ne\u017e sto \u010dty\u0159iceti letech se vr\u00e1t\u00edme k tradici v\u00fdroby piva v centru \u00dast\u00ed,\u201c \u0159ekl Rottenborn s t\u00edm, \u017ee posledn\u00ed pivovar, v Dlouh\u00e9 ulici, tu skon\u010dil v roce 1867. Vlastn\u00edkem Rychty je firma Trade Finance. Hospodu zav\u0159ela a za\u010dala s jej\u00ed p\u0159em\u011bnou v kv\u011btnu 2009. V p\u0159\u00edzem\u00ed se jako dosud bude odehr\u00e1vat ve\u0161ker\u00fd restaura\u010dn\u00ed provoz. Celkem zde bude 150 m\u00edst v n\u011bkolika \u010d\u00e1stech, v klasick\u00e9 restauraci, pivnici, u baru, v salonkov\u00fdch boxech a hotelov\u00e9 sn\u00edd\u00e1rn\u011b. A dal\u0161\u00edch 80 a\u017e 100 pak je\u0161t\u011b na p\u0159ilehl\u00e9 zahr\u00e1dce \u010di sp\u00ed\u0161e kryt\u00e9m dvorku za zadn\u00edm traktem objektu. Pr\u00e1v\u011b sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed t\u011bchto prostor bude i samotn\u00fd minipivovar. Dva obrovsk\u00e9 kotle, v nich\u017e se bude bude pivo va\u0159it, nechal majitel postavit jen kousek od lavic ur\u010den\u00fdch pro \u0161tamgasty. Ti tak budou moci z bezprost\u0159edn\u00ed bl\u00edzkosti sledovat, jak jejich obl\u00edben\u00fd mok za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 vznikat. Dal\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdrobn\u00ed f\u00e1ze v\u010detn\u011b kva\u0161en\u00ed ov\u0161em budou prob\u00edhat ve sklepn\u00edch prostor\u00e1ch pod objektem.<br \/>\nCelkem se po\u010d\u00edtalo, \u017ee ro\u010dn\u011b tady vyrob\u00ed 1 tis\u00edc hektolitr\u016f piva. V p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b z\u00e1jmu i v\u00edce, proto\u017ee kapacita zdej\u0161\u00edho minipivovaru bude a\u017e 4,5 tis\u00edce hektolitr\u016f. \u201eCel\u00e1 produkce bude ur\u010dena jen pro na\u0161i restauraci, nepo\u010d\u00edt\u00e1me, \u017ee bychom dod\u00e1vali zde vyroben\u00e9 pivo tak\u00e9 n\u011bkam jinam,\u201c okomentoval to jednatel Pracha\u0159. Hotelov\u00e9 pokoje jsou ve t\u0159ech patrech, v ka\u017ed\u00e9m p\u011bt, v\u017edy \u010dty\u0159i dvoul\u016f\u017ekov\u00e9 a jeden jednol\u016f\u017ekov\u00fd.<br \/>\n&#8222;Jednoho Mazla, pros\u00edm!&#8220; Tak takhle si mohli objedn\u00e1vat sv\u00e9 nov\u00e9 pivo \u0161tamgasti pr\u00e1v\u011b dokon\u010dovan\u00e9ho \u00fasteck\u00e9ho minipivovaru Na Rycht\u011b. V anket\u011b o jm\u00e9no pro nejmlad\u0161\u00ed pivn\u00ed mok regionu zv\u00edt\u011bzil netradi\u010dn\u00ed n\u00e1vrh Mazel. Jeho autor obdr\u017eel poukaz na tis\u00edc p\u016fllitr\u016f piva. Komise, v n\u00ed\u017e zasedali pivovarn\u00edci, historici a novin\u00e1\u0159i, vyb\u00edrala z v\u00edce ne\u017e 600 n\u00e1vrh\u016f. Fantazie \u00daste\u010dan\u016f vyplodila velmi pestrou skladbu potenci\u00e1ln\u00edch pivn\u00edch zna\u010dek. &#8222;N\u00e1zev Mazel pou\u017eit\u00fd pro pivo je dvojsmysln\u00fd. Prvn\u00ed v\u00fdznam je s l\u00e1skou d\u011blan\u00e9, vymazlen\u00e9 pivo a druh\u00fd v jidi\u0161 znamen\u00e1 \u0161t\u011bst\u00ed. \u017did\u00e9 p\u0159i p\u0159\u00edpitku \u0159\u00edkaj\u00ed nebo zp\u00edvaj\u00ed &#8222;mazel tov&#8220;, co\u017e znamen\u00e1 dobr\u00e9 \u0161t\u011bst\u00ed,&#8220; popsal mnohotv\u00e1rnost Mazla \u010dlen komise archiv\u00e1\u0159 Vladim\u00edr Kaiser. Minipivovar cht\u011bl vyr\u00e1b\u011bt v\u00edce druh\u016f piva, n\u00e1zvy pro dal\u0161\u00ed tak\u00e9 vze\u0161ly z ankety. Mezi nov\u00fdmi pivn\u00edmi zna\u010dkami se tak objevil \u00dasteck\u00fd Rycht\u00e1\u0159, Vojt\u011bch nebo \u00daste\u010dan.<br \/>\nMartin Pracha\u0159 dne 8.10.2010 otev\u0159el v \u00dast\u00ed nad Labem nov\u00fd pivovar Na Rycht\u011b. Na slavnostn\u00ed otev\u0159en\u00ed dorazily stovky lid\u00ed. Pivovar Na Rycht\u011b nab\u00edz\u00ed krom\u011b tmav\u00e9ho dvan\u00e1ctistup\u0148ov\u00e9ho le\u017e\u00e1ku tak\u00e9 o p\u011bt stup\u0148\u016f siln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed speci\u00e1l. Opravdov\u00fdm unik\u00e1tem je ale dvan\u00e1ctka s n\u00e1zvem Mazel. Jm\u00e9no vybrali p\u0159\u00edmo obyvatel\u00e9 \u00dast\u00ed nad Labem v anket\u011b. Pivo v nov\u00e9m hotelu a pivovaru va\u0159il mistr sl\u00e1dek Jaroslav Rottenborn, kter\u00fd d\u0159\u00edve pracoval i v nedalek\u00fdch pivovarech ve Velk\u00e9m a Kr\u00e1sn\u00e9m B\u0159ezn\u011b. Tady se setkal s Martinem Pracha\u0159em a rozhodli se postavit v \u00dast\u00ed vlastn\u00ed pivovar. Ten spr\u00e1vn\u00fd d\u016fm hledali p\u011bt let. Nakonec se rozhodli zrekonstruovat restauraci Na Rycht\u011b. Na pivo a v\u00edno se sem chodilo ji\u017e od poloviny 19. stolet\u00ed, do historie se ale zapsal hlavn\u011b v dob\u011b, kde se jmenovala U H\u00fcbl\u016f a pak jako plze\u0148sk\u00e1 pivnice U M\u00e1dr\u016f. Po otev\u0159en\u00ed restaurace nab\u00edzela vlastn\u00ed sv\u011btlou 12% Mazel a dal\u0161\u00ed 3 piva z Podd\u017eb\u00e1nsk\u00e9ho pivovaru v Mut\u011bjovic\u00edch (tmavou 12, polotmavou 13 a 17). M\u00edstn\u00ed kvasnicov\u00e9 pivo je nefiltrovan\u00e9, tak\u017ee vzhledov\u011b je tro\u0161ku zakalen\u011bj\u0161\u00ed. V uzav\u0159en\u00fdch tanc\u00edch zraje 20 a\u017e 30 dn\u00ed. \u201ePivo nefiltrujeme, proto\u017ee jen tak v n\u011bm z\u016fstane to dobr\u00e9 a zdrav\u00e9. D\u011bl\u00e1m ho podle star\u00e9ho zp\u016fsobu. Je\u0161t\u011b ne\u017e ho p\u0159ed\u00e1m do p\u0159etla\u010dn\u00fdch tank\u016f, tak ho krou\u017ekuji, co\u017e je pr\u00e1ce nav\u00edc, ale vyplat\u00ed se to,\u201c popsal sl\u00e1dek Rottenborn s t\u00edm, \u017ee krou\u017ekov\u00e1n\u00ed je zjednodu\u0161en\u011b \u0159e\u010deno p\u0159id\u00e1n\u00ed kvasnic.<br \/>\nMinipivovar v listopadu 2010 nab\u00edzel pivo Mazel 12 za 29 K\u010d.<br \/>\nVarnu zprost\u0159edkovala firma B-kontakt, jedn\u00e1 se o 2 x 10 hl, uvnit\u0159 je nerezov\u00e1, zven\u010d\u00ed m\u011bd\u011bn\u00e1, vyh\u0159\u00edvan\u00fd pl\u00e1\u0161\u0165, odpus\u0165 kondenza\u010dn\u00ed p\u00e1ry, kompresorem je pak mladina hn\u00e1na do sklepa, kde se chlad\u00ed a \u010derp\u00e1 do kvasn\u00fdch tank\u016f. Sklep &#8211; hlavn\u00ed m\u00edstnosti dva kvasn\u00e9 tanky o objemu 20 hl a \u010dty\u0159i le\u017e\u00e1ck\u00e9 tanky o objemu tak\u00e9 20 hl.<br \/>\nNa v\u00e1noce 2010 se chystala polotmav\u00e1 14 &#8211; \u00daste\u010dan.<br \/>\nV minipivovaru bylo v lednu 2011 na \u010depu krom\u011b Mazla, tak\u00e9 V\u00e1no\u010dn\u00ed \u00daste\u010dan 14 polotmav\u00e1 a Novoro\u010dn\u00ed 13 polotmav\u00e1.<br \/>\n\u201eUva\u0159\u00edme dvakr\u00e1t tolik piva, ne\u017e jsme po\u010d\u00edtali, m\u00edsto dvou v\u00e1rek t\u00fddn\u011b d\u011bl\u00e1me v\u00e1rky \u010dty\u0159i,\u201c pochvaloval si v lednu 2011 Martin Pracha\u0159, majitel \u00fasteck\u00e9ho minipivovaru Na Rycht\u011b. T\u00fddn\u011b tak minipivovar uva\u0159il 4 tis\u00edce lit\u016f piva, tedy 8 tis\u00edc piv. Kv\u016fli ne\u010dekan\u00e9mu z\u00e1jmu zde museli p\u0159ijmout s\u00edlu do pozice podsl\u00e1dka. \u201eZn\u00e1m\u00e9mu \u00fasteck\u00e9mu sl\u00e1dkovi Jaroslavu Rottenbornovi zde proto nyn\u00ed pom\u00e1h\u00e1 jeho syn Pavel,\u201c sd\u011blil Pracha\u0159. Krom\u011b dvan\u00e1ctek Mazel a Vojt\u011bch si zde m\u016f\u017eete d\u00e1t o dva stupn\u011b vy\u0161\u0161\u00edho \u00daste\u010dana a p\u0159ipravuje se lehk\u00e1 osmi\u010dka k ob\u011bdu. Aby byl v\u00fdb\u011br co nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed, od minipivovaru Chy\u0161e tu nab\u00edz\u00ed \u010dern\u00e9 pivo.<br \/>\nDne 28.2.2011 nab\u00edzeli v minipivovaru tak\u00e9 sv\u011btlou 14\u00b0 Rychtovar.<br \/>\nDne 19.3.2011 se uskute\u010dnilo ve Zv\u00edkovsk\u00e9m Podhrad\u00ed ji\u017e 5. setk\u00e1n\u00ed sl\u00e1dk\u016f mal\u00fdch pivovar\u016f za \u00fa\u010dasti 39 pivovar\u016f. V sout\u011b\u017ei Jarn\u00ed cena sl\u00e1dk\u016f bylo p\u0159ihl\u00e1\u0161eno 157 vzork\u016f. V kategorii \u201esv\u011btl\u00fd speci\u00e1l\u201c obsadilo t\u0159et\u00ed m\u00edsto pivo Rychtovar 14.<br \/>\nMinipivovar v b\u0159eznu 2011 nab\u00edzel piva Mazel 12\u00b0 sv\u011btl\u00e1, (29 K\u010d), Vojt\u011bch 12\u00b0 polotmav\u00e9 (29 K\u010d), Rychtovar 14\u00b0 (33 K\u010d).<br \/>\nV \u00dast\u00ed nad Labem po 110 letech op\u011bt teklo pivo Kaiserbier. V roce 1901 ho tamn\u00ed sl\u00e1dci uva\u0159ili speci\u00e1ln\u011b pro n\u00e1v\u0161t\u011bvu c\u00edsa\u0159e Franti\u0161ka Josefa I. Na ja\u0159e 2011 zna\u010dku obnovil minipivovar u p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitosti znovuotev\u0159en\u00ed budovy \u00fasteck\u00e9ho muzea, kde c\u00edsa\u0159 ud\u00edlel audience. &#8222;Pivo nem\u016f\u017ee chyb\u011bt. I v roce 1901 toti\u017e \u00daste\u010dan\u00e9 sv\u00e9ho vlada\u0159e v\u00edtali p\u016fllitrem Kaiserbieru a c\u00edsa\u0159 se o n\u011bm vyj\u00e1d\u0159il pochvaln\u011b,&#8220; upozornil historik \u00fasteck\u00e9ho muzea V\u00e1clav Houfek. \u00dasteck\u00e9 muzeum se chystalo zrekonstruovat p\u0159i sv\u00e9m znovuotev\u0159en\u00ed 30. \u010dervna slavnou c\u00edsa\u0159ovu n\u00e1v\u0161t\u011bvu se v\u0161\u00edm v\u0161udy, tedy i s pivem. Rekonstrukce Kaiserbieru u\u017e tak snadn\u00e1 nebyla. Dochoval se jen jeho popis z dobov\u00e9ho j\u00eddeln\u00edho l\u00edstku. &#8222;St\u00e1lo tam, \u017ee jde o jemn\u00e9 sv\u011btl\u00e9 pivo exportn\u00ed kvality. Z toho jsme vyvodili, \u017ee bl\u00edzko p\u016fvodn\u00ed receptu\u0159e by mohl b\u00fdt sv\u011btl\u00fd t\u0159in\u00e1ctistup\u0148ov\u00fd le\u017e\u00e1k jemn\u00e9 chuti, nepasterizovan\u00fd a nefiltrovan\u00fd,&#8220; p\u0159ibl\u00ed\u017eil proces v\u00fdroby historik pivovarnictv\u00ed Petr \u017di\u017ekovsk\u00fd, kter\u00fd s obnovou va\u0159en\u00ed piva pom\u00e1hal. \u010cerstv\u00fd Kaiserbier se do\u010dkal tak\u00e9 etiket a t\u00e1ck\u016f vyroben\u00fdch podle historick\u00fdch p\u0159edloh. Poprv\u00e9 ho \u00daste\u010dan\u00e9 v minipivovaru ochutnali p\u0159esn\u011b v den 110. v\u00fdro\u010d\u00ed c\u00edsa\u0159sk\u00e9 n\u00e1v\u0161t\u011bvy, tedy 17. \u010dervna 2011.<br \/>\nV l\u00e9t\u011b 2011 p\u0159ibyl do zdej\u0161\u00ed pivn\u00ed nab\u00eddky dal\u0161\u00ed kousek &#8211; \u00dasteck\u00e1 Rycht\u00e1\u0159ka. Jednalo se o sv\u011btl\u00e9 jeden\u00e1ctistup\u0148ov\u00e9 pivo (alk.: 4,4 %).<br \/>\nV \u0159\u00edjnu 2011 byl v minipivovaru nab\u00edzen sortiment piv: sv\u011btl\u00fd le\u017e\u00e1k Mazel (alk.: 5,2), polotmav\u00fd le\u017e\u00e1k Vojt\u011bch z ch\u00fd\u0161sk\u00e9ho pivovaru (alk.: 4,8%), jeden\u00e1ctka \u00dasteck\u00e1 Rycht\u00e1\u0159ka (s t\u0159etinov\u00fdm pod\u00edlem p\u0161eni\u010dn\u00e9ho sladu, spodn\u011b kva\u0161en\u00e1). Z\u00edskal prvenstv\u00ed v kategorii minipivovary &#8211; sv\u011btl\u00fd le\u017e\u00e1k z celkov\u00fdch 31 vzork\u016f. Um\u00edstila se i dal\u0161\u00ed piva. Vedle Mazla se um\u00edstila ve stejn\u00e9 kategorii na 5.m\u00edst\u011b i \u00dasteck\u00e1 Rycht\u00e1\u0159ka. Do fin\u00e1le \u0161lo pouze 7 vzork\u016f z 31 sout\u011b\u017en\u00edch dan\u00e9 kategorie. Slavnosti piva v \u010cesk\u00fdch Bud\u011bjovic\u00edch, kter\u00e9 se konaly 1.-2. 6.2012 pat\u0159\u00ed k nejpresti\u017en\u011bj\u0161\u00edm pivn\u00edm v\u00fdstav\u00e1m v \u010cR. Sout\u011b\u017eilo 52 pivovar\u016f s 280 vzorky piv.<br \/>\nRychta uva\u0159ila radioaktivn\u00ed pivo. Jmenovalo se Kosmik na pam\u00e1tku objevu kosmick\u00e9ho z\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed, k pit\u00ed bylo v srpnu 2012, na st\u00e9 v\u00fdro\u010d\u00ed. Po\u010d\u00edta\u010d Geiger M\u00fcller\u016fv, tedy detektor radioaktivn\u00edho z\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed, vrkal jako spla\u0161en\u00fd holub. O to v\u00edc, o\u010d se jeho senzor p\u0159ibli\u017eil k j\u00e1chymovsk\u00e9mu smolinci z muzejn\u00edch sb\u00edrek v \u00dast\u00ed nad Labem. \u201eTo zn\u00ed jako cik\u00e1dy,&#8220; podivoval se \u00fasteck\u00fd historik Martin Krsek. \u017de by muzejn\u00edci cht\u011bli hazardovat se zdrav\u00edm \u00daste\u010dan\u016f? Kdepak. \u201eP\u0159ed\u00e1v\u00e1me tu ritu\u00e1ln\u011b nov\u00e9mu \u00fasteck\u00e9mu pivu kosmickou S\u00edlu,&#8220; sm\u00e1l se V\u00e1clav Houfek, v\u011bdeck\u00fd tajemn\u00edk muzea. \u201eKdo zn\u00e1 Star Wars, v\u00ed, o \u010dem mluv\u00edm. P\u016fvodn\u011b jsme do piva cht\u011bli nal\u00edt radioaktivn\u00ed vodu, ale to sl\u00e1dek zak\u00e1zal.&#8220; Skute\u010dn\u011b, \u010cestm\u00edr Ber\u010d\u00edk z \u00fasteck\u00e9 pobo\u010dky St\u00e1tn\u00edho \u00fa\u0159adu pro jadernou bezpe\u010dnost s \u201egeigerem&#8220; a kusem smolince v ruce obch\u00e1zel varnu v t\u011bsn\u00e9 bl\u00edzkosti kotl\u016f s pivem. \u201eVe skute\u010dnosti to z\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed ze smolince nen\u00ed nebezpe\u010dn\u00e9,&#8220; vysv\u011btlil pozd\u011bji Ber\u010d\u00edk. \u201eDosahuje jen 4 mikrosiewert\u016f za hodinu, co\u017e je zhruba ekvivalent kosmick\u00e9ho z\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed ve v\u00fd\u0161ce 8 kilometr\u016f. To m\u00e1te b\u011b\u017en\u011b p\u0159i ka\u017ed\u00e9m letu v dopravn\u00edm letadle.&#8220; P\u0159\u00edtomn\u00ed host\u00e9 se spokojen\u011b pochecht\u00e1vali a ob\u010das utrous\u00ed vtipnou pozn\u00e1mku. \u201eAbyste pak v noci neza\u010dali sv\u011bt\u00e9lkovat,&#8220; oz\u00fdvalo se z davu. \u201eTo snad ne, m\u011bli jsme to celou noc na stole a je\u0161t\u011b nesv\u00edt\u00edme,&#8220; uklid\u0148oval je s humorem Houfek. Celou tuhle legraci ov\u0161em nepo\u0159\u00e1dali muzejn\u00edci jen kv\u016fli samotn\u00e9mu pivu. \u201eDomluvili jsme se s minipivovarem Na Rycht\u011b, \u017ee uva\u0159\u00ed speci\u00e1ln\u00ed pivo ke st\u00e9mu v\u00fdro\u010d\u00ed objevu kosmick\u00e9ho z\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed, kter\u00e9 b\u011bhem balonov\u00e9ho letu nad \u00dast\u00edm objevil rakousk\u00fd fyzik a nositel Nobelovy ceny Victor Franz Hess,&#8220; pokra\u010doval historik Krsek. \u201eJe to dvan\u00e1ctistup\u0148ov\u00fd, sv\u011btl\u00fd le\u017e\u00e1k,&#8220; popisovala ho sl\u00e1dkov\u00e1 Martina Vaterov\u00e1. \u201eDostal speci\u00e1ln\u00ed chmelen\u00ed z nov\u00e9 odr\u016fdy chmele Saacz Late z chmela\u0159sk\u00e9ho institutu v \u017datci. Dne 31.12.2012 se nar\u00e1\u017eel Novoro\u010dn\u00ed speci\u00e1l 13\u00b0 jantarov\u00e1 (pivo bavorsk\u00e9ho typu).<br \/>\nInspirac\u00ed pro nov\u00e9 pivo na\u0161el minipivovar u Fridricha Jord\u00e1na, kter\u00fd padl p\u0159\u00edmo ve m\u011bst\u011b b\u011bhem napoleonsk\u00fdch bitev p\u0159ed 200 lety. Vyh\u00e1n\u011bl francouzsk\u00e9 voj\u00e1ky a uchr\u00e1nil t\u00edm \u00dast\u00ed p\u0159ed ni\u010div\u00fdm po\u017e\u00e1rem. &#8222;Pro jord\u00e1na jsme vybrali leto\u0161n\u00ed novinku V\u00fdzkumn\u00e9ho \u00fastavu chmela\u0159stv\u00ed v \u017datci, a to odr\u016fdu \u017eateck\u00e9ho chmele s n\u00e1zvem Kazbek, kter\u00fd je v\u00edce aromatick\u00fd a chutn\u00e1 po ovoci, zvl\u00e1\u0161\u0165 po citronu. M\u00e1 tak\u00e9 vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed obsah ho\u0159k\u00fdch prysky\u0159ic alfa, kter\u00e9 ur\u010duj\u00ed charakteristickou ho\u0159kost chmele,&#8220; \u0159ekl sl\u00e1dek pivovaru Jaroslav Rottenborn. Jord\u00e1n byla jeden\u00e1ctka se \u0161edes\u00e1tiprocentn\u00edm pod\u00edlem p\u0161eni\u010dn\u00e9ho sladu. I t\u00edm se bude li\u0161it od b\u011b\u017en\u00fdch piv, u kter\u00fdch se pou\u017e\u00edval pouze je\u010dn\u00fd slad. &#8222;Nezvyklou barvu dod\u00e1me p\u0159\u00edrodn\u00edm barvivem,&#8220; zm\u00ednil Rottenborn. Pivo Jord\u00e1n se stalo symbolick\u00fdm n\u00e1pojem Napoleonsk\u00fdch slavnost\u00ed v \u00dast\u00ed nad Labem po\u0159\u00e1dan\u00fdch \u00fasteck\u00fdm magistr\u00e1tem ve spolupr\u00e1ci s m\u011bstsk\u00fdm muzeem. V pivovarsk\u00e9m sklep\u011b zr\u00e1l \u010dty\u0159i t\u00fddny a poprv\u00e9 ho ve\u0159ejnost mohla ochutnat 1. \u010dervna 2013. Smrt dragouna Jord\u00e1na dodnes p\u0159ipom\u00ednala pam\u011btn\u00ed deska v Dlouh\u00e9 ulici. Pr\u00e1v\u011b na tomto m\u00edst\u011b 30. srpna 1813 padl. Pivo Jord\u00e1n bylo u\u017e t\u0159et\u00ed v po\u0159ad\u00ed, kter\u00e9 minipivovar p\u0159ipravil jako p\u0159ipom\u00ednku v\u00fdznamn\u00fdch v\u00fdro\u010d\u00ed. Prvn\u00ed se jmenovalo Kaiserbier a uctilo 110. v\u00fdro\u010d\u00ed n\u00e1v\u0161t\u011bvy c\u00edsa\u0159e Franti\u0161ka Josefa I.. V roce 2012 pak p\u0159ipomn\u011blo 100 let od objevu kosmick\u00e9ho z\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed poprv\u00e9 zm\u011b\u0159en\u00e9ho rakousk\u00fdm fyzikem Victorem Franzem Hessem p\u0159i letu balonu z \u00dast\u00ed nad Labem &#8222;oz\u00e1\u0159en\u00e9&#8220; pivo s n\u00e1zvem Kosmik. Na k\u0159est dorazil spisovatel osobn\u011b v postav\u011b v\u00fdzna\u010dn\u00e9ho \u010desk\u00e9ho mayologa Jana Kotena. Pivo Maye bylo pojmenovan\u00e9 podle proslul\u00e9ho n\u011bmeck\u00e9ho spisovatele, kter\u00fd jeden ze sv\u00fdch rom\u00e1n\u016f napsal v \u00dast\u00ed nad Labem. Svou recepturou reaguje na bratrstv\u00ed Old Shatterhanda a Vinnetoua, kte\u0159\u00ed jej stvrdili prom\u00edch\u00e1n\u00edm sv\u00e9 krve (krve b\u011blocha a rudocha). I pivo m\u00edch\u00e1 sv\u011btlou a tmavou slo\u017eku. Bylo p\u0159ipraveno ze \u010dty\u0159 druh\u016f sladu. Dva slady byly sv\u011btl\u00e9ho typu &#8211; je\u010dn\u00fd a p\u0161eni\u010dn\u00fd, jeden s tmav\u0161\u00edm zabarven\u00edm &#8211; bavorsk\u00fd a jeden speci\u00e1ln\u00ed &#8211; karamelov\u00fd. V\u00fdsledn\u00e1 barva byla z\u00e1sluhou tohoto m\u00edch\u00e1n\u00ed slad\u016f medov\u00e1, asi jako lesn\u00ed med. Pivo bylo chmeleno na \u010dtyt\u0159ikr\u00e1t t\u0159emi druhy \u010desk\u00e9ho chmele \u2013 sl\u00e1dek, \u017eateck\u00fd poloran\u00fd \u010derve\u0148\u00e1k a kazbek. Touto kombinac\u00ed bylo doc\u00edleno ve v\u00fdsledku speci\u00e1ln\u00ed aromati\u010dnosti, ho\u0159kost a chuti. V p\u016fvodn\u00ed stup\u0148ovitosti dosahovalo \u00farovn\u011b jeden\u00e1ctistup\u0148ov\u00e9ho piva.<br \/>\nDne 8.11. na \u010depu Svatomartinsk\u00e9 pivo (spodn\u011b kva\u0161en\u00fd speci\u00e1l s lehk\u00fdm z\u00e1kalem, zp\u016fsoben\u00e9m kulturn\u00edmi pivn\u00edmi kvasinkami. Je sv\u011btle medov\u00e9ho zabarven\u00ed, m\u00edrn\u011b naho\u0159kl\u00e9 chuti s jemn\u00fdm karamelov\u00fdm pozad\u00edm).<br \/>\nOd 1.12. 2014 po cel\u00fd adventn\u00ed \u010das \u0161lo ochutnat sv\u011btl\u00fd speci\u00e1l \u00daste\u010dan 14\u00b0. \u0160lo pivo \u010desk\u00e9ho typu, pod\u00e1van\u00e9 na v\u00e1no\u010dn\u00ed st\u016fl jako nefiltrovan\u00fd, spodn\u011b kva\u0161en\u00fd speci\u00e1l. Vyzna\u010doval se lehk\u00fdm z\u00e1kalem, je v\u00fdrazn\u011b naho\u0159kl\u00e9 chuti s postupn\u00fdm dozn\u00edv\u00e1n\u00edm. Pivo bylo prodeji tak\u00e9 v PET l\u00e1hv\u00edch a v d\u00e1rkov\u00e9m balen\u00ed v kartonu 2 x 0,5 l.<br \/>\nOd 12.2.2015 v resturaci na \u010depu limitovan\u00e1 pivn\u00ed nab\u00eddka &#8211; Valent\u00fdnsk\u00fd speci\u00e1l 13\u00b0 r\u016f\u017eov\u00fd.<br \/>\nNa Zelen\u00fd \u010dtvrtek 2.4. byl rozto\u010den Velikono\u010dn\u00ed zelen\u00fd pivn\u00ed speci\u00e1l 14\u00b0.<br \/>\nS jarn\u00ed a letn\u00ed sez\u00f3nou 2015 m\u011bli v nab\u00eddce op\u011bt obl\u00edbenou leh\u010d\u00ed a chutnou \u00dasteckou Rycht\u00e1\u0159ku 11\u00b0.<br \/>\nDne 13.5. prob\u011bhla ve Stadic\u00edch symbolick\u00e1 ob\u011b\u0165 nov\u00e9ho piva Or\u00e1\u010d boh\u016fm od P\u0159emysla Or\u00e1\u010de jako p\u0159ipomenut\u00ed kdy roku 722 na toto m\u00edsto dorazilo z Vy\u0161ehradu poselstvo kn\u011b\u017eny Libu\u0161e pro nov\u00e9ho kn\u00ed\u017eete. Jubilejn\u00ed pivo neslo jm\u00e9no Or\u00e1\u010d a jeho specifikem byla l\u00edskoo\u0159\u00ed\u0161kov\u00e1 p\u0159\u00edchu\u0165. Upomenula tak na dodnes \u017eivou stopu povol\u00e1n\u00ed stadick\u00e9ho sedl\u00e1ka P\u0159emysla na kn\u00ed\u017eec\u00ed stolec, p\u0159i kter\u00e9m zabodl l\u00edskov\u00fd proutek na poh\u00e1n\u011bn\u00ed ta\u017en\u00fdch vol\u016f zn\u00e1m\u00fd jako otku. Z n\u011bho pak vyrostl strom, jeho\u017e odno\u017ee plod\u00ed l\u00edskov\u00e9 o\u0159\u00ed\u0161ky ve Stadic\u00edch dodnes. Pivo uva\u0159ili ze dvou druh\u016f sladu &#8211; je\u010dn\u00e9ho plze\u0148sk\u00e9ho typu a p\u0161eni\u010dn\u00e9ho, ke chmelen\u00ed pou\u017eili t\u0159i druhy \u017eateck\u00e9ho chmele &#8211; \u017eateck\u00fd poloran\u00fd \u010derve\u0148\u00e1k, sl\u00e1dek a kazbek. Pivo se poprv\u00e9 to\u010dilo 23. kv\u011btna na V. \u00dasteck\u00e9m pivn\u00edm jarmarku a pak 29. kv\u011btna v \u00fasteck\u00e9m muzeu u p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitosti noci muze\u00ed, kter\u00e1 se nesla pr\u00e1v\u011b v duchu Star\u00fdch \u010desk\u00fdch pov\u011bst\u00ed.<br \/>\nDne 20.8. se na \u010depu objevilo P\u0161eni\u010dn\u00e9 pivo (Weizenbier) 11\u00b0 sv\u011btl\u00e1. Novinka pozdn\u00edho l\u00e9ta a podzimu. Bylo to speci\u00e1ln\u00ed kvasnicov\u00e9 pivo s vyrovnan\u00fdm 50% pod\u00edlem p\u0161eni\u010dn\u00e9ho a je\u010dn\u00e9ho sladu, svrchn\u011b kva\u0161en\u00e9, vyzna\u010dovalo se siln\u011bj\u0161\u00edm z\u00e1kalem, zp\u016fsoben\u00fdm kulturn\u00edmi kvasinkami svrchn\u00edho kva\u0161en\u00ed. Bylo p\u0159\u00edjemn\u00e9 naho\u0159kl\u00e9 chuti, s jemn\u00fdm chmelov\u00fdm aroma, silnou intenzitou v\u016fn\u011b, chut\u011b a v\u00fdbornou p\u011bnivost\u00ed. Bohat\u00e1 p\u011bna, sv\u011btle \u017elut\u00e1 barva, lahodn\u00e1 chu\u0165 a siln\u00fd \u0159\u00edz.<br \/>\nP\u0159ed Pivovarem Na Rycht\u011b bylo od \u0159\u00edjna nov\u011b k dispozici parkovi\u0161t\u011b pro hotelov\u00e9 hosty pro cca 10 &#8211; 12 aut. V podzem\u00ed parkovi\u0161t\u011b byl vybudov\u00e1n nov\u00fd cyklopoint pro \u00faschovu kol, usu\u0161en\u00ed nebo drobn\u00e9 opravy.
