Zdej\u0161\u00ed minipivovar bude provozovat B\u0159evnovsk\u00fd kl\u00e1\u0161tern\u00ed pivovar sv. Vojt\u011bcha. Prostory restaurace v Pivovarsk\u00e9m dom\u011b proto projdou rekonstrukc\u00ed. <\/strong><\/li>\n<li>V dubnu 2022 se zde pivo neva\u0159ilo. Na \u010depu pivo z b\u0159evnovsk\u00e9ho minipivovaru.<\/li>\n<li>Imperial Lager 20 % EPM jako speci\u00e1l m\u011bs\u00edce listopadu 2021. Interi\u00e9r restaurace, jeho\u017e dominantou je dvoun\u00e1dobov\u00e1 varna, je dotv\u00e1\u0159en kolekc\u00ed \u017e\u00e1nrov\u00fdch obr\u00e1zk\u016f ze sou\u010dasn\u00fdch i zanikl\u00fdch pivovar\u016f. K vid\u011bn\u00ed je i sb\u00edrka \u010desk\u00e9ho pivn\u00edho skla a Muzeum pivovarsk\u00fdch stroj\u016f, pe\u010dliv\u011b restaurovan\u00e1, dnes ji\u017e historick\u00e1 za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed, dokumentuj\u00edc\u00ed v\u00fdvoj v\u00fdroby piva. Schody do suter\u00e9nu vedou do m\u00edstnosti naz\u00fdvan\u00e9 Pivovarsk\u00e1 \u0161alanda. Host\u016fm se tu nab\u00edz\u00ed jedine\u010dn\u00e1 mo\u017enost zpest\u0159it si z\u00e1bavu vlastn\u00ed hudbou a zp\u011bvem. K dispozici je pianino, kontrabas, p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b i dal\u0161\u00ed hudebn\u00ed n\u00e1stroje. Je\u0161t\u011b ne\u017e za\u010dnete pop\u00edjet, p\u0159e\u010dt\u011bte si pro jistotu d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 upozorn\u011bn\u00ed na n\u00e1pojov\u00e9m l\u00edstku: &#8222;Pros\u00edme, kdy\u017e pijete, ne\u0159i\u010fte.&#8220; M\u00e1te pak na v\u00fdb\u011br. Bu\u010f si dop\u0159\u00e1t trochu alkoholu a odej\u00edt p\u011b\u0161ky, odjet MHD \u010di tax\u00edkem \u010di spol\u00e9hat na p\u0159\u00e1tele &#8211; \u0159idi\u010de abstinenty, nebo si d\u00e1t jen limon\u00e1du a koupit si z\u00e1sobu na doma. P\u011btilitrov\u00fd soudek je sice trochu t\u011b\u017e\u0161\u00ed do ruky, zato jej dostanete i s vestav\u011bnou p\u00edpou. T\u00edm ale nab\u00eddka pivovaru zdaleka nekon\u010d\u00ed. Mnoz\u00ed zv\u011bdav\u00ed host\u00e9 sem toti\u017e chod\u00ed okusit tekut\u00e9 speciality, kter\u00e9 jinde nenajdou. Zejm\u00e9na p\u0159\u00edznivci klasick\u00e9ho moku na n\u011b koukaj\u00ed velmi ned\u016fv\u011b\u0159iv\u011b. K\u00e1vov\u00e9, ban\u00e1nov\u00e9 nebo vi\u0161\u0148ov\u00e9 pivo je skute\u010dn\u011b velmi netradi\u010dn\u00ed a ten, kdo je zvykl\u00fd na klasick\u00e9 pivo, by m\u011bl sv\u00e9 chu\u0165ov\u00e9 bu\u0148ky p\u0159edem p\u0159ipravit. Jestli r\u00e1di experimentujete, nenechte si rozhodn\u011b uj\u00edt speci\u00e1ln\u00ed vyn\u00e1lez pivovaru &#8211; \u0160amp &#8211; pivn\u00ed sekt. O z\u00e1\u017eitek otev\u00edr\u00e1n\u00ed \u0161ampusov\u00e9 lahve nep\u0159ijdete, nebo\u0165 i pivn\u00ed \u0160amp se pod\u00e1v\u00e1 v p\u016fllitrov\u00e9 lahvi za 45 korun. V\u0161echna piva jsou va\u0159ena na b\u00e1zi \u010desk\u00e9ho piva &#8211; prvn\u00ed dojem p\u0159i napit\u00ed je chu\u0165 chmelen\u00e9ho piva, a\u017e potom se projev\u00ed p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161n\u00e1 slab\u00e1 p\u0159\u00edchu\u0165, piva neb\u00fdvaj\u00ed sladk\u00e1. Pro opravdu velmi odv\u00e1\u017en\u00e9 maj\u00ed v pivovaru p\u0159ichystan\u00e9 pivn\u00ed m\u00ed\u0161en\u00e9 n\u00e1poje. Patrn\u011b nejstraviteln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed je Piko. Tato sm\u011bs piva s colou m\u00e1 nejen velmi n\u00edzk\u00e9 procento alkoholu (cca 1,5 %), ale v\u011bt\u0161inou chutn\u00e1 i t\u011bm, kte\u0159\u00ed dosud nep\u0159i\u0161li na chu\u0165 tradi\u010dn\u00edmu pivu. \u0160\u00e1r\u010diny vnady nebo Ctiradova smrt (sv\u011btl\u00fd nebo tmav\u00fd le\u017e\u00e1k sm\u00edchan\u00fd s medovinou) l\u00e1kaj\u00ed sp\u00ed\u0161e sv\u00fdm n\u00e1zvem, ale nakonec nezklamou ani chut\u00ed. Ale pozor, samotn\u00e9 n\u00e1zvy napov\u00eddaj\u00ed, \u017ee jsou tyto dva n\u00e1poje zr\u00e1dn\u00e9 a jedna a\u017e dv\u011b sklenice v\u011bt\u0161inou sta\u010d\u00ed. Bloody Pep\u00edk vy\u017eaduje siln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed \u017ealudek. N\u00e1zev napov\u00edd\u00e1, \u017ee jde o trochu jinou verzi zn\u00e1m\u00e9ho koktejlu m\u00edchan\u00e9ho z raj\u010datov\u00e9 \u0161\u0165\u00e1vy. V Pivovarsk\u00e9m dom\u011b se ale nechlub\u00ed jen vlastn\u00edmi produkty. Z Belgie, kter\u00e1 je zn\u00e1m\u00e1 v\u00fdrobou mnoha druh\u016f piv s ovocnou p\u0159\u00edchut\u00ed, jsou ve zvl\u00e1\u0161tn\u00ed nab\u00eddce dva pivn\u00ed speci\u00e1ly. Hoegaarden Verboden Vrucht a Belle-vue Kriek. Nem\u00e1te-li vedle sebe Belgi\u010dana, v\u011bzte, \u017ee to prvn\u00ed je Zak\u00e1zan\u00e9 ovoce a druh\u00e9 T\u0159e\u0161\u0148ov\u00e9 pivo. T\u0159etinka ka\u017ed\u00e9ho p\u0159ijde na 95 korun. jen chl\u00e9b. Kapacita: 150 m\u00edst, z toho 45 v salonku a 40 v \u0161aland\u011b Otev\u00edrac\u00ed doba: Pond\u011bl\u00ed &#8211; Ned\u011ble 11:00 &#8211; 23:30 hodin.<\/p>\n<p>Ji\u017e tradi\u010dn\u011b minipivovar v Praze v\u00fdb\u011br sv\u00fdch speci\u00e1ln\u00edch piv roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159il ke konci roku 2001 o v\u00e1no\u010dn\u00ed vanilkov\u00e9 pivo. Cena za 0,3 l byla 24,50 K\u010d, pod\u00e1valo se s v\u00e1no\u010dn\u00edm vanilkov\u00fdm rohl\u00ed\u010dkem.<\/p>\n<p>O v\u00fdrobu piva se star\u00e1 dev\u011btadvacetilet\u00fd sl\u00e1dek Martin Pi\u0161\u00edn. Za p\u011bt let existence pivov\u00e1rku s restaurac\u00ed, pro kterou jsou na tuzemsk\u00e9 pom\u011bry netradi\u010dn\u00ed n\u00e1poje ur\u010deny, se u\u017e podle n\u011bj lid\u00e9 nau\u010dili na speci\u00e1ln\u00ed piva chodit. Nab\u00eddka se nav\u00edc i obm\u011b\u0148uje sl\u00e1dek u\u017e va\u0159il i eukalyptov\u00e9 pivo, na V\u00e1noce se stalo tradic\u00ed vyr\u00e1b\u011bt pivo vanilkov\u00e9. &#8222;Byla pro m\u011b v\u00fdzva j\u00edt pracovat sice do mal\u00e9ho, ale netradi\u010dn\u00edho pivovaru. Nav\u00edc je to moc zaj\u00edmav\u00e1 pr\u00e1ce, proto\u017ee \u010dlov\u011bk se tady star\u00e1 o v\u0161e od uva\u0159en\u00ed v\u00e1rky a\u017e po le\u017e\u00e1ck\u00fd sklep,&#8220; \u0159ekl Pi\u0161\u00edn, kter\u00fd 30. z\u00e1\u0159\u00ed 2002 odpoledne va\u0159il tmav\u00fd klasick\u00fd le\u017e\u00e1k. Nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed z\u00e1jem v\u0161ak podle n\u011bj panuje o p\u0161eni\u010dn\u00e9 pivo, ta ovocn\u00e1 lid\u00e9 sp\u00ed\u0161e ochutn\u00e1vaj\u00ed jak se \u0159\u00edk\u00e1, p\u0159ijdou na jedno. N\u011bkte\u0159\u00ed se v\u0161ak vracej\u00ed a u jednoho nez\u016fst\u00e1v\u00e1. &#8222;Va\u0159\u00edme pivo zhruba \u010dty\u0159ikr\u00e1t t\u00fddn\u011b, p\u0159esto se celkov\u00fd v\u00fdstav pivov\u00e1rku pohybuje pouze kolem 750 hl za rok,&#8220; \u0159ekl mu\u017e, kter\u00fd se stal sl\u00e1dkem d\u00edky pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e9mu prosp\u011bchu na z\u00e1kladn\u00ed \u0161kole. Bavila ho toti\u017e chemie, ale neum\u011bl ji a\u017e tak dob\u0159e, aby si troufl na chemickou pr\u016fmyslovku. Proto se p\u0159ihl\u00e1sil na kvasnou potravin\u00e1\u0159skou technologii. Pivo ho &#8222;chytlo&#8220;, m\u00e1 je r\u00e1d, nyn\u00ed u\u017e podle sv\u00fdch slov n\u011bkdy a\u017e moc. &#8222;Po \u0161kole jsem nastoupil do pokusn\u00e9ho v\u00fdvojov\u00e9ho st\u0159ediska v Bran\u00edku, kter\u00e9 spad\u00e1 pod V\u00fdzkumn\u00fd \u00fastav pivovarsk\u00fd a slada\u0159sk\u00fd. Dva roky jsem pak pracoval i ve velk\u00e9m pivovaru,&#8220; zavzpom\u00ednal Pi\u0161\u00edn, kter\u00fd &#8222;sv\u00e9&#8220; pivo pije r\u00e1d, ale s p\u0159\u00e1teli n\u011bkdy zajde i na konkurenci.<\/p>\n<p>V restauraci Pivovarsk\u00fd d\u016fm v Je\u010dn\u00e9 se \u010dlov\u011bk ocitne v p\u0159\u00edjemn\u00e9m prost\u0159ed\u00ed, vyveden\u00e9m v tmav\u00e9m d\u0159evu, p\u0159edn\u00ed \u010d\u00e1sti dominuje v\u00fd\u010depn\u00ed pult s kr\u00e1snou p\u00edpou. S pivem se p\u0159itom host nemus\u00ed setkat pouze ve &#8222;skle&#8220;. Je i sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed receptur n\u011bkter\u00fdch z mnoha nab\u00edzen\u00fdch j\u00eddel &#8211; a\u0165 u\u017e to jsou kr\u016ft\u00ed prsa nebo kr\u00e1l\u00edk po sladovnicku, pikantn\u00ed vep\u0159ov\u00e9 pl\u00e1tky na pivu nebo pivovarsk\u00fd gul\u00e1\u0161. A ceny? V\u011bt\u0161inou kolem sta a\u017e sto pades\u00e1ti korun, podle toho, jestli je porce velikosti standard, nebo lux. Co se t\u00fd\u010de piva, restaurace nyn\u00ed nab\u00edz\u00ed na st\u016fl zaj\u00edmavost, takzvanou \u017eirafu. &#8222;Chcete to zkusit?&#8220; pt\u00e1 se serv\u00edrka a po souhlasn\u00e9m odk\u00fdv\u00e1n\u00ed se na stole objevuje vysok\u00fd sklen\u011bn\u00fd v\u00e1lec s kohoutem. &#8222;M\u00e1te v n\u011bm osm piv za cenu sedmi,&#8220; dod\u00e1v\u00e1 k \u010desk\u00e9mu klasick\u00e9mu le\u017e\u00e1ku, kter\u00fd v Pivovarsk\u00e9m dom\u011b va\u0159\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>V Pivovarsk\u00e9m dom\u011b dne 26.4.2004 ochutn\u00e1vali vzorky sv\u011btl\u00fdch a tmav\u00fdch piv lid\u00e9 od fochu. Bed\u0159ich Kr\u00e1tk\u00fd z Novom\u011bstsk\u00e9ho pivovaru, Ivan Chramosil z pivovaru U Flek\u016f s Martin Matu\u0161ka z Kl\u00e1\u0161tern\u00edho pivovaru Svat\u00fd Norbert oce\u0148ovali hustotu, v\u00fd\u0161ku a stabilitu p\u011bny, jiskru, chu\u0165, v\u016f\u010di a ho\u0159kost to\u010den\u00e9ho moku. Nakonec se shodli, \u017ee ide\u00e1ln\u00ed pivo neexistuje, proto\u017ee ka\u017ed\u00e9mu chutn\u00e1 n\u011bco jin\u00e9ho. Bylo mo\u017enost objednat si &#8222;\u017eirafu&#8220; &#8211; sklen\u011bn\u00fd v\u00e1lec s v\u00fd\u010depn\u00edm kohoutkem na st\u016fl s obsahem 8 piv za cenu sedmi piv tedy za 199,50 K\u010d. Speci\u00e1ly byly za jednotnou cenu &#8211; 0,3 l za 28,50 K\u010d. K m\u00e1n\u00ed byly vi\u0161\u0148ov\u00e9 (i v t\u0159etinkov\u00e9 l\u00e1hvi), p\u0161eni\u010dn\u00e9, ban\u00e1nov\u00e9, k\u00e1vov\u00e9 a &#8222;M\u00e1jov\u00fd kozl\u00edk (Bock)&#8220; &#8211; tentokr\u00e1t v podob\u011b poolotmav\u00e9 16%. A tak\u00e9 lahvov\u00fd \u0160amp.<\/p>\n<p>V z\u00e1\u0159\u00ed 2004 jste zde mohli ochutnat i Kop\u0159ivov\u00e9 pivo (0,33 l za 28 K\u010d).<br \/>\nV listopadu 2004 zde \u010depovali sv\u011btl\u00fd a tmav\u00fd le\u017e\u00e1k plze\u0148sk\u00e9ho typu (0,5 l za 31,50 K\u010d), vi\u0161\u0148ov\u00e9, k\u00e1kaov\u00e9, ban\u00e1nov\u00e9, kop\u0159ivov\u00e9 a chili pivo (0,3 l za 31,50 K\u010d). Na v\u00e1noce bylo op\u011bt \u010depov\u00e1no vanilkov\u00e9 pivo.<br \/>\nV minipivovaru v \u00fanoru 2005 nab\u00edzeli krom\u011b klasick\u00e9ho \u010desk\u00e9ho le\u017e\u00e1ku (sv\u011btl\u00fd, tmav\u00fd, \u0159ezan\u00fd &#8211; 0,5 l za 31 K\u010d) rovn\u011b\u017e p\u0161eni\u010dn\u00e9, k\u00e1vov\u00e9, ban\u00e1nov\u00e9, vi\u0161\u0148ov\u00e9, kop\u0159ivov\u00e9 a limetkov\u00e9 pivo (0,3 l za 31 K\u010d). Byla zde mo\u017enost ochutn\u00e1vky speci\u00e1ln\u00edch piv (0,1 l za 12 K\u010d), k dispozici byla st\u00e1le i tzv. \u017eirafa na 4 l za 220 K\u010d (jedno pivo bylo zdarma). Pro sb\u011bratele byla k dispozici s\u00e9rie pivn\u00edch etiket za 100 K\u010d(ban\u00e1nov\u00e9, sv\u011btl\u00e9, tmav\u00e9, p\u0161eni\u010dn\u00e9, k\u00e1vov\u00e9,vi\u0161\u0148ov\u00e9).<br \/>\nDne 16.\u00fanora 2005 m\u011blo v minipivovaru premieru Je\u010dn\u00e9 pivo (sv\u011btl\u00fd speci\u00e1ln\u00ed le\u017e\u00e1k, nefiltrovan\u00fd) cena 0,3 za 31,50 K\u010d.<br \/>\nZhruba 20 hl speci\u00e1ln\u00edho piva se \u0161ampa\u0148sk\u00fdmi kvasinkami ro\u010dn\u011b vyrobila spole\u010dnost Pivo Praha spolu s M\u011b\u0161\u0165ansk\u00fdm pivovarem ve Strakonic\u00edch. Toto pivo m\u011bli v oblib\u011b p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm Rusov\u00e9 a Britov\u00e9.<br \/>\nNa podzim 2005 si Pivovarsk\u00fd d\u016fm otev\u0159el fili\u00e1lku Pivovarsk\u00fd klub na adrese Praha-Karl\u00edn, K\u0159i\u017e\u00edkova 17. Bez pivovaru sice, ale zato s v\u00edce ne\u017e stovkou lahvov\u00fdch piv na v\u00fdb\u011br a nejm\u00e9n\u011b \u0161esti pivy na \u010depu. Na uv\u00edtanou nab\u00eddla nov\u00e1 hospoda prvn\u00edm host\u016fm pivo K\u0159i\u017e\u00edkovu Sedmn\u00e1ctku, kterou pro ni uva\u0159ili v Je\u010dn\u00e9. Jen p\u00e1r dn\u00ed po prvn\u00ed \u201eotv\u00edra\u010dce\u201c Pivovarsk\u00fd klub p\u0159iv\u00edtal vz\u00e1cn\u00e9ho hosta z USA. Ze Slada\u0159sk\u00fdch dn\u016f, kter\u00e9 se tou dobou v \u010cR konaly, si sem \u201ezasko\u010dil na jedno\u201c Garrett Oliver, sl\u00e1dek pivovaru Brooklyn Brewery, jinak tak\u00e9 vynikaj\u00edc\u00ed degust\u00e1tor a vyn\u00e1lezce n\u011bkolika pivn\u00edch recept\u016f, je\u017e z\u00edskaly \u0159adu ocen\u011bn\u00ed po cel\u00e9m sv\u011bt\u011b. Je tak\u00e9 autorem knihy o j\u00eddle a stolov\u00e1n\u00ed s pivem nazvan\u00e9 The Brewmaster\u2019s Table.<br \/>\nK ji\u017e tradi\u010dn\u00edmu k\u00e1vov\u00e9mu, ban\u00e1nov\u00e9mu, a vi\u0161\u0148ov\u00e9mu pivu v roce 2005 p\u0159ibylo kop\u0159ivov\u00e9, limetkov\u00e9 a bylinkov\u00e9. Na v\u00e1noce 2005 minipivovar p\u0159ipravil v\u00e1no\u010dn\u00ed vanilkov\u00e9. Pro nov\u011b otev\u0159enou restauraci Pivovarsky klub, (K\u0159i\u017e\u00edkova 17, Praha 8 &#8211; naproti Hudebn\u00edmu divadlu) va\u0159il speci\u00e1ln\u00ed K\u0159i\u017e\u00edkovu 17\u00b0, kter\u00e1 se to\u010dila pouze tam. V minipivovaru v roce 2005 rovn\u011b\u017e uva\u0159ili jednu v\u00e1rku zcela unik\u00e1tn\u00edho Ovesn\u00e9ho piva.<br \/>\n\u201eLid\u00e9 jsou schopni jet p\u0159es celou Prahu za n\u011b\u010d\u00edm netradi\u010dn\u00edm, co jim chutn\u00e1 a jinde nenajdou. Kdy\u017e jsme p\u0159ed osmi lety za\u010dali s t\u0159e\u0161\u0148ov\u00fdm pivem, mnoz\u00ed se n\u00e1m sm\u00e1li. Te\u010f je to na\u0161e st\u00e1lice,\u201c \u0159ekl v b\u0159eznu 2006 vedouc\u00ed Pivovarsk\u00e9ho domu Ale\u0161 Do\u010dkal. V nab\u00eddce bylo i pivo k\u00e1vov\u00e9, ban\u00e1nov\u00e9, kop\u0159ivov\u00e9 a nov\u011b i bor\u016fvkov\u00e9. \u201ePra\u017ean\u00e9 p\u0159est\u00e1vaj\u00ed b\u00fdt konzervativn\u00ed a r\u00e1di experimentuj\u00ed. V\u00fdroba se n\u00e1m n\u011bkolikan\u00e1sobn\u011b zvedla,\u201c podotkl. Dne 7.3.2006 se v Pivovarsk\u00e9m klubu v premi\u00e9\u0159e p\u0159edstavila \u010desk\u00e1 novinka &#8211; pivo z naku\u0159ovan\u00e9ho sladu, zn\u00e1m\u00e9ho hlavn\u011b v N\u011bmecku. \u201eOv\u0161em va\u0159\u00ed se u n\u00e1s v Pivovarsk\u00e9m dom\u011b,\u201c nezapomn\u011bl podotknout Do\u010dkal, kter\u00fd \u0161\u00e9foval i klubu v Karl\u00edn\u011b. \u201eN\u00e1zev piva \u010couda je i vzpom\u00ednkou na star\u00e9 \u010dasy. Ke ka\u017ed\u00e9mu pivovaru mimo sl\u00e1dka \u010di pana spile\u010dn\u00e9ho pat\u0159il i \u010douda neboli topi\u010d na varn\u011b,\u201c podotkl Do\u010dkal.<br \/>\nMinipivovar v dubnu 2006 nab\u00edzel: \u0160t\u011bp\u00e1n, klasick\u00fd \u010desk\u00fd le\u017e\u00e1k sv\u011btl\u00fd, \u0160t\u011bp\u00e1n, klasick\u00fd \u010desk\u00fd le\u017e\u00e1k tmav\u00fd, p\u0161eni\u010dn\u00e9 pivo, k\u00e1vov\u00e9 pivo, ban\u00e1nov\u00e9 pivo, bor\u016fvkov\u00e9 pivo, \u0160amp &#8211; pivn\u00ed sekt. V obdob\u00ed kolem Velikonoc zde \u010depovali ji\u017e tradi\u010dn\u00ed M\u00e1jov\u00fd Kozl\u00edk (Bock) polotmav\u00fd speci\u00e1l.<br \/>\nNejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed rozmanitost v pivn\u00edch experimentech najdou fajn\u0161mek\u0159i v Pivovarsk\u00e9m dom\u011b. \u201eAsi nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed divo\u010dina, kterou jsme uva\u0159ili, bylo eukalyptov\u00e9 pivo,\u201c chlubil se v \u010dervnu 2006 vedouc\u00ed minipivovaru Ale\u0161 Do\u010dkal. B\u011b\u017en\u011b na zdej\u0161\u00edm l\u00edstku najdete pivo vi\u0161\u0148ov\u00e9, k\u00e1vov\u00e9 nebo ban\u00e1nov\u00e9. Ka\u017ed\u00fd \u010dtvrtek p\u0159ekvap\u00ed zdej\u0161\u00ed sl\u00e1dek hosty novinkou. \u201eVelmi popul\u00e1rn\u00ed je kop\u0159ivov\u00e9, kter\u00e9 je nazelenal\u00e9 a m\u00e1 jemn\u011b sv\u00edravou chu\u0165,\u201c popsal jednu z lah\u016fdek Do\u010dkal. Stejn\u011b \u010dasto vyhled\u00e1vaj\u00ed host\u00e9 i pivo s p\u0159\u00edchut\u00ed vi\u0161n\u00ed. \u201eA pij\u00ed je d\u00e1my stejn\u011b jako p\u00e1ni. T\u0159eba bor\u016fvkov\u00e9 pivo p\u0159ed\u010dilo ned\u00e1vno v\u0161echny ostatn\u00ed speci\u00e1ly,\u201c upozornil Ale\u0161 Do\u010dkal.<br \/>\nV minipivovaru v listopadu 2006 krom\u011b klasick\u00e9ho sortimentu (\u010desk\u00fd le\u017e\u00e1k, pivo vi\u0161\u0148ov\u00e9, ban\u00e1nov\u00e9, k\u00e1vov\u00e9 atd.) nab\u00edzeli novinkov\u00e9 12-stup\u0148ov\u00e9 polotmav\u00e9 nefiltrovan\u00e9 Mandlov\u00e9 pivo.<br \/>\nSt\u00e1l\u00e1 nab\u00eddka piva (\u0160t\u011bp\u00e1n &#8211; klasick\u00fd sv\u011btl\u00fd a tmav\u00fd le\u017e\u00e1k, p\u0161eni\u010dn\u00e9 pivo, vi\u0161\u0148ov\u00e9, k\u00e1vov\u00e9 a ban\u00e1nov\u00e9) byla v prosinci 2006 dopln\u011bna pivem kop\u0159ivov\u00fdm a ji\u017e tradi\u010dn\u00edm vanilkov\u00fdm, kter\u00e9 zde d\u011blali v\u017edy na obdob\u00ed adventu, v\u00e1noc a konce roku.<br \/>\nNa velikono\u010dn\u00ed menu roku 2007 se chystali v Pivovarsk\u00e9m dom\u011b. &#8222;Letos va\u0159\u00edme dva druhy &#8211; v\u00e1rku b\u0159ez\u0148\u00e1ka, co\u017e je polotmav\u00e9 pivo n\u011bmeck\u00e9ho typu, a pro karl\u00ednsk\u00fd pivovarsk\u00fd d\u016fm bramborov\u00e9 pivo. Je\u0161t\u011b s\u00e1m nev\u00edm, jak ho budeme va\u0159it, ale bude ho jen na ochutn\u00e1vku asi 30 litr\u016f,&#8220; sv\u011b\u0159il se sl\u00e1dek Martin V\u00e1vra. Jedna pivn\u00ed v\u00e1rka se p\u0159ipravovala zhruba dvan\u00e1ct hodin, dal\u0161\u00edch sedm a\u017e osm dn\u00ed kvasilo v k\u00e1d\u00edch a pak pivo putovalo do le\u017e\u00e1ck\u00fdch tank\u016f, kde zr\u00e1lo zhruba m\u011bs\u00edc. P\u0159i\u010dem\u017e platilo &#8211; \u010d\u00edm d\u00e9le si le\u017e\u00e1k pole\u017e\u00ed, t\u00edm je n\u00e1poj \u010dist\u0161\u00ed a jeho chu\u0165 zakulacen\u011bj\u0161\u00ed.<br \/>\nBramborov\u00e9 pivo, kter\u00e9 nejsp\u00ed\u0161 nem\u011blo ani obdoby v Evrop\u011b, bylo poprv\u00e9 uvedeno na trh ve st\u0159edu 11.4.2007 v Pivovarsk\u00e9m Klubu v Karl\u00edn\u011b.<br \/>\nLid\u00e9, kter\u00fdm se o letn\u00edch pr\u00e1zdnin\u00e1ch st\u00fdskalo po exotick\u00fdch d\u00e1lk\u00e1ch, si mohli zaj\u00edt alespo\u0148 na jedno do pivn\u00edho klubu v Karl\u00edn\u011b. Na \u010depu tam v \u010dervenci 2007 m\u011bli sv\u011btl\u00e9 pivo uva\u0159en\u00e9 z bolivijsk\u00e9 obilniny quinoa. Matka v\u0161ech obiln\u00fdch zrn, jak si jihoameri\u010dt\u00ed indi\u00e1ni tuto plodinu pojmenovali, m\u011bla po uva\u0159en\u00ed jemnou, lehce o\u0159\u00ed\u0161kovou chu\u0165. &#8222;Zn\u00e1t je to i na pivu, ov\u0161em mus\u00ed se vychutn\u00e1vat,&#8220; radil Martin V\u00e1vra, sl\u00e1dek Pivovarnick\u00e9ho domu, kde se obiln\u00e9 pivo va\u0159ilo. Stejn\u011b jako v americk\u00fdch \u010di anglick\u00fdch pubech to von\u011blo i v Je\u010dn\u00e9. Narazili tu dvojit\u00fd India Pale Ale neboli hluboce prokva\u0161en\u00e9 pivo polotmav\u00e9 barvy s t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 sedmi procenty alkoholu. Toto pivo bylo t\u0159ikr\u00e1t ho\u0159\u010dej\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e b\u011b\u017en\u00e1 dvan\u00e1ctka.<br \/>\nVanilkov\u00e9 aroma u\u017e od prvn\u00ed adventn\u00ed ned\u011ble roku 2007 p\u0159itahovalo n\u00e1v\u0161t\u011bvn\u00edky Pivovarnick\u00e9ho domu. Speci\u00e1ln\u00ed vanilkov\u00e9 pivo se \u010depovalo do t\u0159etinkov\u00fdch sklenic, ke ka\u017ed\u00e9 objedn\u00e1vce dostal host pocukrovan\u00fd rohl\u00ed\u010dek. K cel\u00e9 v\u00e1rce jich museli nap\u00e9ct rovn\u00e9 t\u0159i tis\u00edce.<br \/>\nProdukce pra\u017esk\u00e9ho minipivovaru vypadala ji\u017e del\u0161\u00ed dobu podobn\u011b: klasick\u00fd \u010desk\u00fd le\u017e\u00e1k sv\u011btl\u00fd, klasick\u00fd \u010desk\u00fd le\u017e\u00e1k tmav\u00fd, p\u0161eni\u010dn\u00e9 pivo, k\u00e1vov\u00e9 pivo, ban\u00e1nov\u00e9 pivo, vi\u0161\u0148ov\u00e9 pivo, kop\u0159ivov\u00e9 pivo + jeden dal\u0161\u00ed speci\u00e1l, kter\u00fd se v pr\u016fb\u011bhu roku neust\u00e1le obm\u011b\u0148oval. V\u0161echna piva nesla obchodn\u00ed n\u00e1zev \u0160t\u011bp\u00e1n.<br \/>\nPivovar bodoval v sout\u011b\u017ei Jarn\u00ed cena \u010desk\u00fdch sl\u00e1dk\u016f (15.3.2008). Odborn\u00edci ochutn\u00e1vali piva ve Zv\u00edkovsk\u00e9m Podhrad\u00ed. Do tamn\u00edho pivovarsk\u00e9ho dvora se sjeli z\u00e1stupci jednat\u0159iceti mal\u00fdch pivovar\u016f z \u010cech, Moravy, ale tak\u00e9 ze Slovenska. Degust\u00e1to\u0159i posuzovali p\u011bniv\u00fd mok v \u0161esti kolech. Komise hodnotila v\u017edy p\u011bt vzork\u016f. Sledovala barvu, chu\u0165 i v\u016fni. Druh\u00e9ho ro\u010dn\u00edku sout\u011b\u017ee se mohly \u00fa\u010dastnit jen mal\u00e9 pivovary s v\u00fdstavem do p\u011bti tis\u00edc hektolitr\u016f ro\u010dn\u011b. Poprv\u00e9 se v roce 2008 ud\u011blovala i cena za nejlep\u0161\u00ed p\u0161eni\u010dn\u00e9 pivo &#8211; prvn\u00ed m\u00edsto tu pr\u00e1v\u011b obsadil pra\u017esk\u00fd Pivovarsk\u00fd d\u016fm.<br \/>\nV Pivovarsk\u00e9m dom\u011b uva\u0159ili ji\u017e tradi\u010dn\u00ed vanilkov\u00e9 pivo, kter\u00e9 se pod\u00e1valo s vanilkov\u00fdm rohl\u00ed\u010dkem. \u201ePo zku\u0161enostech z minul\u00fdch let jsme nechali up\u00e9ct v\u00edce ne\u017e t\u0159i tis\u00edce vanilkov\u00fdch rohl\u00ed\u010dk\u016f,\u201c \u0159ekl spolumajitel V\u00e1clav Pot\u011b\u0161il. \u201eLeto\u0161n\u00ed premi\u00e9rou bude v\u00fdjime\u010dn\u00e9 tokajsk\u00e9 pivo, vyroben\u00e9 z tokajsk\u00e9 esence a ak\u00e1tov\u00e9ho medu,\u201c pokra\u010doval Pot\u011b\u0161il. Neobvykl\u00e1 piva se to\u010dila od 1. prosince 2008 a\u017e do konce adventu.<br \/>\nNa konci roku 2008 pivovar uva\u0159il 16\u00b0 polotmav\u00fd speci\u00e1l Tokaj .<br \/>\nV \u00fanoru 2009 pivovar uva\u0159il speci\u00e1ln\u00ed Winter Stout 14\u00b0.<br \/>\nDo jarn\u00ed degusta\u010dn\u00ed sout\u011b\u017ee sl\u00e1dk\u016f se v roce 2009 p\u0159ihl\u00e1sil rekordn\u00ed po\u010det minipivovar\u016f. Dne 21.3.2009 v Pivovarsk\u00e9m dvo\u0159e ve Zv\u00edkovsk\u00e9m Podhrad\u00ed mezi sebou soupe\u0159ilo 38 v\u00fdrobc\u016f, kte\u0159\u00ed p\u0159ivezli celkem 130 druh\u016f piv. V kategorii tmav\u00e9 le\u017e\u00e1ky zv\u00edt\u011bzil \u0160t\u011bp\u00e1n.<br \/>\n\u201eZat\u00edmco n\u011bkter\u00e9 pivovary p\u0159ich\u00e1zej\u00ed se zelen\u00fdm pivem pouze p\u0159ed Velikonocemi, my m\u00e1me speci\u00e1ln\u00ed zelen\u00e9 kop\u0159ivov\u00e9 pivo v nab\u00eddce po cel\u00fd rok. Jedn\u00e1 se o pivo s p\u0159\u00eddavkem p\u0159\u00edrodn\u00edho kop\u0159ivov\u00e9ho extraktu,\u201c informoval v dubnu 2009 V\u00e1clav Pot\u011b\u0161il, spolumajitel Pivovarsk\u00e9ho domu. Zde bylo na \u010depu obvykle 8 druh\u016f piva a sez\u00f3n\u011b p\u0159ib\u00fdvaly dal\u0161\u00ed. \u201e\u010ctrn\u00e1ctistup\u0148ov\u00fd b\u0159ez\u0148\u00e1k, m\u00e4rzen, kter\u00fd je v nab\u00eddce od b\u0159ezna, pomalu doch\u00e1z\u00ed, ale ve sklep\u011b je ji\u017e nava\u0159en\u00fd m\u00e1jov\u00fd kozl\u00edk, bock, kter\u00fd za\u010dneme to\u010dit na 1. M\u00e1je,\u201c doplnil Pot\u011b\u0161il.<br \/>\nPivovarsk\u00fd d\u016fm v \u010dervnu 2009 nab\u00edzel mj. 11\u00b0 polotmav\u00e9 pivo s p\u0159\u00edchut\u00ed chilli .<br \/>\nV Pivovarsk\u00e9m klubu v Karl\u00edn\u011b prod\u00e1vali v prosinci 2009 sv\u016fj Russian Imperial Stout v limitovan\u00e9 edici lahv\u00ed s patentn\u00edm uz\u00e1v\u011brem s \u010d\u00edslovanou etiketou.<br \/>\nFirma PIVO Praha se rozhodla vyzkou\u0161et, jak bude chutnat biopivo a jak velk\u00fd rozd\u00edl bude od klasick\u00e9ho le\u017e\u00e1k. Proto v Pivovarsk\u00e9m dom\u011b na ja\u0159e 2010 uva\u0159ili prvn\u00ed Biopivo v \u010cR. Jednalo se o sv\u011btl\u00fd le\u017e\u00e1k vyroben\u00fd z N\u011bmeck\u00e9ho sladu, Novoz\u00e9landsk\u00e9ho chmele a upraven\u00e9 vody.
