Spojen\u00ed p\u016fvodn\u00edho jm\u00e9na hotel Modr\u00e1 Hv\u011bzda s tradic\u00ed v\u00fdroby dob\u0159ansk\u00e9ho piva p\u0159ipom\u00edn\u00e1 n\u00e1zev sv\u011btl\u00e9ho dvan\u00e1ctistup\u0148ov\u00e9ho le\u017e\u00e1ku.<\/li>\n<li>V \u010dervnu 2021 novinka &#8211; Dob\u0159ansk\u00e1 Imperi\u00e1l I.P.A. 30 %. Sv\u011btl\u00fd svrchn\u011b kva\u0161en\u00fd double extra speci\u00e1l, u kter\u00e9ho byla p\u0159i v\u00fdrob\u011b pou\u017eita sm\u011bs americk\u00e9ho chmele s charakteristickou ovocn\u011b kv\u011btinovou v\u016fn\u00ed, za kterou se skr\u00fdval siln\u00fd gurm\u00e1nsk\u00fd z\u00e1\u017eitek v\u00fdjime\u010dn\u00e9ho piva s alk. 14,50 obj. Imperi\u00e1l se vyzna\u010doval \u0159\u00edznost\u00ed, dozn\u00edvaj\u00edc\u00ed v\u00fdraznou ho\u0159kost\u00ed s jemn\u00fdmi t\u00f3ny zral\u00e9ho tropick\u00e9ho ovoce. Nab\u00eddka pouze v patentn\u00edch lahv\u00edch.<\/li>\n<li>V prosinci 2017 na \u010depu tmav\u00fd v\u00e1no\u010dn\u00ed speci\u00e1l &#8211; Dob\u0159ansk\u00e1 Black IPA 15 %, pivo s p\u0159\u00edchut\u00ed sko\u0159ice a bady\u00e1nu.<\/li>\n<li>Dne 15.4.2016 narazili novou v\u00e1rku Dob\u0159ansk\u00e9ho Dragouna 16% polotmav\u00e9ho speci\u00e1lu a tak\u00e9 novou v\u00e1rku polotmav\u00e9 IPA Dob\u0159ansk\u00fd Amber Ale.<\/li>\n<li>Na Velikono\u010dn\u00ed sv\u00e1tky roku 2016 uva\u0159ili 12% Dob\u0159ansk\u00e9 Kop\u0159ivov\u00e9 pivo.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><u>Star\u0161\u00ed info:<\/u><br \/>\nPo\u010d\u00e1tek pivovarnictv\u00ed v Dob\u0159anech u Plzn\u011b je datov\u00e1n ji\u017e v roce 1378. Tehdy bylo m\u011b\u0161\u0165an\u016fm ud\u011bleno probo\u0161tem Odalrichem privilegium s pr\u00e1vem v\u00e1re\u010dn\u00fdm. V \u010dervnu 1998 na po\u010dest 620.v\u00fdro\u010d\u00ed prop\u016fj\u010den\u00ed pr\u00e1va v\u00e1re\u010dn\u00e9ho byl na n\u00e1m\u011bst\u00ed T.G.M. otev\u0159en nov\u00fd minipivovar a t\u00edm obnovena pivovarsk\u00e1 tradice. Dv\u011b n\u00e1doby varny stoj\u00ed v rohu restaurace a le\u017e\u00e1ck\u00fd sklep se nach\u00e1z\u00ed ve dvo\u0159e. Cel\u00e1 budova minipivovaru v\u010detn\u011b vybaven\u00ed je lad\u011bna v modr\u00e9 barv\u011b. \u00dast\u0159edn\u00ed motivem je samoz\u0159ejm\u011b modr\u00e1 hv\u011bzda, kterou naleznete na t\u00e1cc\u00edch, ubrusech, oknech, sklenic\u00edch.V letn\u00edm obdob\u00ed bylo mo\u017eno pivo ochutnat tak\u00e9 v p\u0159edzahr\u00e1dce a pozorovat ruch na n\u00e1m\u011bst\u00ed.<br \/>\nJaroslav Fran\u011bk pracoval mnoho let v plze\u0148sk\u00e9m pivovaru. V polovin\u011b devades\u00e1t\u00fdch let se v\u0161ak rozhodl zkusit \u0161t\u011bst\u00ed na vlastn\u00ed p\u011bst a za\u010dal va\u0159it pivo s\u00e1m. Soukrom\u00fd pivovar spolu s restaurac\u00ed si p\u0159itom otev\u0159el jen p\u00e1r kilometr\u016f od Prazdrojem proslaven\u00e9 Plzn\u011b &#8211; v Dob\u0159anech. Jaroslav Fran\u011bk nebyl prvn\u00ed, kdo se v Dob\u0159anech pokusil otev\u0159\u00edt pivovar. Pivo se tu va\u0159ilo ji\u017e za prvn\u00ed republiky. &#8222;M\u016fj d\u011bda v\u017edycky \u0159\u00edkal, \u017ee dob\u0159ansk\u00e9 pivo bylo lep\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e to plze\u0148sk\u00e9,&#8220; usm\u00e1l se Fran\u011bk. Kdy\u017e za\u010dala druh\u00e1 sv\u011btov\u00e1 v\u00e1lka, byl pivovar v Dob\u0159anech uzav\u0159en. Pokus znovuotev\u0159\u00edt jej po p\u011bta\u010dty\u0159ic\u00e1t\u00e9m nevy\u0161el. A tak se v Dob\u0159anech pivo zase za\u010dalo va\u0159it a\u017e v roce 1994, kdy si Fran\u011bk koupil d\u016fm na n\u00e1m\u011bst\u00ed a vybudoval v n\u011bm restauraci s mal\u00fdm pivovarem. Za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed dodaly Pacovsk\u00e9 stroj\u00edrny. Kapacita pivovaru byla 1 000 hl ro\u010dn\u011b. &#8222;Ani ve snu by m\u011b nenapadlo, \u017ee budu n\u011bkdy m\u00edt vlastn\u00ed pivovar,&#8220; p\u0159iznal se dob\u0159ansk\u00fd rod\u00e1k, kter\u00fd se s plnou vervou pustil do rekonstrukce domu. &#8222;P\u0159ed v\u00e1lkou v n\u011bm fungovala restaurace Modr\u00e1 hv\u011bzda. \u0158ekli jsme si, \u017ee ji nebudeme znovu p\u0159ejmenov\u00e1vat,&#8220; vzpom\u00ednal sl\u00e1dek. Pam\u00e1tn\u00fd d\u016fm, pod n\u00edm\u017e se nach\u00e1zej\u00ed sklepy z 15. stolet\u00ed, opravil Fran\u011bk b\u011bhem t\u0159\u00ed let. Modrou hv\u011bzdu otev\u0159eli Fra\u0148kovi v den dob\u0159ansk\u00e9 pouti. &#8222;Pamatuji si, \u017ee za mnou p\u0159i\u0161el jeden host, ji\u017e star\u0161\u00ed p\u00e1n, a dojat\u011b mi vypr\u00e1v\u011bl, \u017ee si pamatuje je\u0161t\u011b prvorepublikovou restauraci. Byl r\u00e1d, \u017ee jsme ji v tom stylu opravili,&#8220; vzpom\u00ednala na jednoho z prvn\u00edch host\u016f man\u017eelka Jaroslava Fra\u0148ka Milena. Krom\u011b pivnice se v budov\u011b nach\u00e1zela i vin\u00e1rna. Ohromn\u00fd m\u011bd\u011bn\u00fd varn\u00fd kotel stoj\u00ed p\u0159\u00edmo v rohu restaurace. Vid\u011bt sl\u00e1dka Fra\u0148ka p\u0159i pr\u00e1ci v\u0161ak mohou host\u00e9 jen m\u00e1lokdy. &#8222;Chod\u00edm tam va\u0159it dvakr\u00e1t t\u00fddn\u011b, \u010dist\u011b pro spot\u0159ebu v restauraci. Nejrad\u011bji ale pracuji v noci, kdy m\u00e1m nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed klid,&#8220; vysv\u011btlil n\u011bkdej\u0161\u00ed zam\u011bstnanec Prazdroje. Na sv\u00e9 kolegy z Plzn\u011b Fran\u011bk nezanev\u0159el. Ani oni na n\u011bho, nebo\u0165 k n\u011bmu r\u00e1di zajdou na dob\u0159ansk\u00e9 pivo. &#8222;Chci, aby mi \u0159\u00edkali jen pravdu. Zat\u00edm si pivo chv\u00e1l\u00ed,&#8220; tvrdil skromn\u011b Fran\u011bk, kter\u00fd m\u011bl za to, \u017ee nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed vliv na chu\u0165 piva m\u00e1 pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00e1 voda. &#8222;A tady v Dob\u0159anech je dobr\u00e1. Dokonce \u0159\u00edkaj\u00ed, \u017ee je lep\u0161\u00ed, ne\u017e maj\u00ed v Plzni,&#8220; pochv\u00e1lil si podnikatel. Jaroslav Fran\u011bk byl na va\u0159en\u00ed piva s\u00e1m. Do budoucna si cht\u011bl naj\u00edt pomocn\u00edka, nesm\u011bl to b\u00fdt ale jen tak n\u011bkdo. &#8222;M\u011bl by to b\u00fdt \u010dlov\u011bk, kter\u00fd o to bude m\u00edt z\u00e1jem. Tuhle pr\u00e1ci pova\u017euji toti\u017e tak trochu za posl\u00e1n\u00ed,&#8220; m\u00ednil dob\u0159ansk\u00fd pivovarn\u00edk.<br \/>\nPivovar se stal fenom\u00e9nem mezi hostinci a osv\u011b\u017eovnami Plze\u0148ska. Cesta z krajsk\u00e9 metropole do pivov\u00e1rku toti\u017e trv\u00e1 jen n\u011bkolik m\u00e1lo minut autem. Krom\u011b kvasnicov\u00fdch piv, kter\u00e1 va\u0159\u00ed dvakr\u00e1t v t\u00fddnu, nab\u00edz\u00ed podnik tak\u00e9 bohatou kuchyni. Do r\u00e1zovit\u00e9ho interi\u00e9ru, jemu\u017e v\u00e9vod\u00ed mal\u00e1 varna, se vejde n\u011bkolik des\u00edtek host\u016f. Ti mohli p\u0159ij\u00edt na j\u00eddlo nebo na pivko (\u010di na oboj\u00ed) i se sv\u00fdm psem. Person\u00e1l byl na podobn\u00e9 zvyklosti p\u0159ipraven. V l\u00e9t\u011b se p\u0159ed Modrou hv\u011bzdou rozev\u0159ou klobouky slune\u010dn\u00edk\u016f, aby \u017e\u00edzniv\u00ed host\u00e9 zchladili hrdla na tetel\u00edc\u00edm se vzduchu a kochali se pohledem na dob\u0159ansk\u00e9 n\u00e1m\u011bst\u00ed, kter\u00e9 se za\u010d\u00ednalo vyloup\u00e1vat z n\u011bkdej\u0161\u00ed \u0161edi. Letn\u00edho venkovn\u00edho posezen\u00ed vyu\u017e\u00edvali \u010dasto cyklist\u00e9, nebo\u0165 p\u0159es Dob\u0159any vedly mnohdy trasy jejich v\u00fdlet\u016f.<br \/>\nPivovar prod\u00e1val i v lednu 2003 st\u00e1le p\u016fllitr sv\u00e9 dvan\u00e1ctky za 16 korun, co\u017e bylo zhruba o korunu v\u00edce ne\u017e pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e1 cena nejprod\u00e1van\u011bj\u0161\u00edho \u010desk\u00e9ho to\u010den\u00e9ho piv\u011b Gambrinus v nedalek\u00e9 Plzni. P\u016fllitr \u010dtm\u00e1ctistup\u0148ov\u00e9ho piva prod\u00e1val za 19 korun &#8222;Nezdra\u017eovali jsme u\u017e dva a p\u016f roku a letos to tak\u00e9 neud\u011bl\u00e1me. Je to takov\u00fd d\u00e1rek na\u0161im z\u00e1kazn\u00edk\u016fm.&#8220; \u0159ekl majitel Josef Kozler.<br \/>\nOtev\u0159eno: po-\u010dt 10-23; p\u00e1 10-24; so 11-24; ne 11-23.<br \/>\nNovinku p\u0159ipravil pivovar na b\u0159ezen 2003. Za\u010dal pr\u00e9miov\u011b vyr\u00e1b\u011bt des\u00edtku. \u0158editel pivovaru Josef Kozler odhadl cenu novinky na 13 a\u017e 14 korun.<br \/>\nNa po\u010d\u00e1tku roku 2004 nab\u00edzel pivovar polotmav\u00fd vi\u0161\u0148ov\u00fd le\u017e\u00e1k.<br \/>\nPivovar v b\u0159eznu 2004 prod\u00e1val st\u00e1le p\u016fllitr sv\u00e9 dvan\u00e1ctky za 17 korun a nereagoval tak na vlnu zdra\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed piva.<\/p>\n<p>Cena piva v restauraci:<br \/>\nz\u00e1\u0159\u00ed 2000 byla za oba druhy 14 K\u010d za 0,5 l.<br \/>\nb\u0159ezen 2002; leden 2003: 12\u00b0 le\u017e\u00e1k sv\u011btl\u00fd 0,5 l &#8211; 16 K\u010d, 12\u00b0 le\u017e\u00e1k jantar 0,5 l &#8211; 16 K\u010d, 14\u00b0 le\u017e\u00e1k polotmav\u00fd 0,5 l &#8211; 19 K\u010d; b\u0159ezen 2004: sv.le\u017e\u00e1k za 17 K\u010d<\/p>\n<p>V srpnu 2004 bylo nab\u00edzeno 10-stup\u0148ov\u00e9 origin\u00e1ln\u00ed v\u00fd\u010depn\u00ed sv\u011btl\u00e9 0,5l za 15 K\u010d, 12-stup\u0148ov\u00fd le\u017e\u00e1k sv\u011btl\u00fd za 18 K\u010d, 13-stup\u0148ov\u00fd tmav\u00fd speci\u00e1l za 19 K\u010d, Dob\u0159ansk\u00fd sv\u011btl\u00fd speci\u00e1ln\u00ed le\u017e\u00e1k 17 st. za 22 K\u010d, Modr\u00e1 hv\u011bzda vi\u0161\u0148ov\u00e9 pivo 0,33l za 18 K\u010d, pro fajn\u0161mekry 0,04 l pivovice &#8211; p\u00e1lenka z \u010derstv\u00e9ho piva za 35 K\u010d.<br \/>\nZ varny minipivovaru v listopadu 2004 vych\u00e1zela sv\u011btl\u00e1 des\u00edtka (v restauraci 0,5 l za 15 K\u010d), sv\u011btl\u00e1 dvan\u00e1ctka Modr\u00e1 hv\u011bzda Premium (0,5 l za 18 K\u010d), sv\u011btl\u00e1 speci\u00e1ln\u00ed sedmn\u00e1ctka (0,5 l za 22 K\u010d; d\u0159\u00edve jen sez\u00f3nn\u011b, dnes ve st\u00e1l\u00e9m sortimentu), tmav\u00e1 t\u0159in\u00e1ctka (0,5 l za 19 K\u010d) a vi\u0161\u0148ov\u00e9 pivo (0,3 l za 18 K\u010d). Mo\u017eno bylo ochutnat jen vzorky 0,2 l za 10 K\u010d.<br \/>\nPolotmav\u00fdm speci\u00e1l\u016fm na historicky prvn\u00ed celon\u00e1rodn\u00ed sout\u011b\u017ee o Jarn\u00ed cenu \u010desk\u00fdch sl\u00e1dk\u016f ur\u010den\u00e9 minipivovar\u016fm kraloval Dob\u0159ansk\u00fd dragoun. Sout\u011b\u017e se uskute\u010dnila 24.3.2007 ve Zv\u00edkovsk\u00e9m Podhrad\u00ed.<br \/>\nV \u010dervnu 2007 minipivovar u p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitosti dob\u0159ansk\u00e9 pouti uvedl na trh sv\u011btl\u00fd speci\u00e1l 23\u00b0 Dob\u0159ansk\u00fd and\u011bl. Tato lah\u016fdka byla pod\u00e1v\u00e1na z\u00e1kazn\u00edk\u016fm v p\u0159\u00edrodn\u00edm stavu bez filtrace a pasterizace, stejn\u011b jako ostatn\u00edch \u0161est druh\u016f piv m\u00edstn\u00edho pivovaru. Jeho doba le\u017een\u00ed bylo 90 dn\u00ed. Vyv\u00e1\u017een\u00e1 sladov\u00e1 sladkost s dozn\u00edvaj\u00edc\u00ed chmelovou ho\u0159kost\u00ed umoc\u0148ovala plnost a hustotu moku kter\u00fd m\u011bl 9 % alkoholu. Sklenka 0,3l se prod\u00e1vala za 30,- K\u010d a v nab\u00eddce pivovaru bylo i d\u00e1rkov\u00e9 balen\u00ed v podob\u011b sklen\u011bn\u00e9 lahve s patentn\u00edm uz\u00e1v\u011brem o objemu 0,33l za 60,- K\u010d. Pivovar vyrobil pouze 350 l tohoto sv\u011btl\u00e9ho extra speci\u00e1lu.<br \/>\nSortiment minipivovaru v \u010dervnu 2007: 10% sv\u011btl\u00e9 nefiltrovan\u00e9 (17 K\u010d), 12% sv\u011btl\u00e9 nefiltrovan\u00e9 (20 K\u010d), 14 % tmav\u00e9 nefiltrovan\u00e9 (20 K\u010d), 16 % polotm. nefiltrovan\u00e9 (22 K\u010d), 17% sv\u011btl\u00e9 nefiltrovan\u00e9 (22 K\u010d), 23% sv\u011btl\u00e9 nefiltrovan\u00e9 &#8222;Dob\u0159ansk\u00fd and\u011bl&#8220; (30,- K\u010d \/ 0,3l).<br \/>\nNejlep\u0161\u00edm le\u017e\u00e1kem z mal\u00fdch pivovar\u016f v sout\u011b\u017ei Jarn\u00ed cena \u010desk\u00fdch sl\u00e1dk\u016f (15.3.2008) se stala Modr\u00e1 hv\u011bzda z pivovaru v Dob\u0159anech.<br \/>\nNa\u0161rotovan\u00fd slad minipivovaru odeb\u00edral z Plze\u0148sk\u00e9ho Prazdroje. V roce 2007 nap\u0159\u00edklad odvezli z Plzn\u011b 25 tun sladu.<br \/>\nMinipivovar uva\u0159il na duben 2009 12\u00b0 Velikono\u010dn\u00ed kop\u0159ivov\u00e9. V Dob\u0159anech byla v \u00fanoru 2010 na \u010depu p\u0161eni\u010dn\u00e1 jeden\u00e1ctka Dob\u0159ansk\u00fd hospod\u00e1\u0159, p\u016fllitr za p\u011btadvacet.<br \/>\nV \u00fanoru 2010 minipivovar uva\u0159il \u0161estn\u00e1ctistup\u0148ov\u00e9 Houbov\u00e9 pivo<br \/>\n. O titul Pivo \u010cesk\u00e9 republiky 2010 usilovalo na 14. ro\u010dn\u00edku Slavnost\u00ed piva 51 pivovar\u016f z \u010cech a Slovenska. Odborn\u00edci ochutnali 243 vzork\u016f piva ve 14 kategori\u00edch. Hlavn\u00edm krit\u00e9riem hodnocen\u00ed byly chu\u0165 a jej\u00ed vyv\u00e1\u017eenost, \u0159\u00edz, barva, p\u011bna, ale i celkov\u00fd dojem po napit\u00ed a pitelnost, kterou se vyzna\u010duj\u00ed tradi\u010dn\u011b va\u0159en\u00e1 piva. Mezi netradi\u010dn\u00edmi pivy porot\u011b chutnal nejv\u00edce Dob\u0159ansk\u00fd hospod\u00e1\u0159 p\u0161eni\u010dn\u00ed le\u017e\u00e1k 11%.<br \/>\nDob\u0159ansk\u00fd and\u011bl s 23 stupni byl na podzim 2010 absolutn\u00edm rekordmanem mezi sv\u011btl\u00fdmi pivy nejen v kraji, ale i republice. \u00dactyhodn\u00e1 byla tak\u00e9 jeho doba zr\u00e1n\u00ed. &#8222;Aspo\u0148 p\u016fl roku,&#8220; \u0159ekl sl\u00e1dek Petr Petru\u017e\u00e1lek. And\u011bla ochutnali host\u00e9 dob\u0159ansk\u00e9ho pivovaru dne 3.prosince 2010. T\u0159etinka je vy\u0161la na t\u0159icet korun. Za d\u00e1rkov\u00e9 balen\u00ed v lahvi s patentn\u00edm uz\u00e1v\u011brem zaplatili dvojn\u00e1sobek. Ji\u017e v listopadu 2010 ale Modrou hv\u011bzdou von\u00ed po \u010dokol\u00e1d\u011b prvn\u00ed z v\u00e1no\u010dn\u00edch speci\u00e1l\u016f. &#8222;Je to tmav\u00e1 \u010dtrn\u00e1ctka. Objedn\u00e1vaj\u00ed si v\u011bt\u0161inou \u017eeny,&#8220; \u0159ekl Petru\u017e\u00e1lek. Za dva t\u00fddny si mohli vychutnat i o t\u0159i stupn\u011b siln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed vanilkov\u00e9 pivo. T\u0159etinka ochucen\u00fdch speci\u00e1l\u016f je p\u0159i\u0161la na 22 korun.<br \/>\nDne 19.3.2011 se uskute\u010dnilo ve Zv\u00edkovsk\u00e9m Podhrad\u00ed ji\u017e 5. setk\u00e1n\u00ed sl\u00e1dk\u016f mal\u00fdch pivovar\u016f za \u00fa\u010dasti 39 pivovar\u016f. V sout\u011b\u017ei Jarn\u00ed cena sl\u00e1dk\u016f bylo p\u0159ihl\u00e1\u0161eno 157 vzork\u016f. V kategorii \u201esv\u011btl\u00e1 v\u00fd\u010depn\u00ed\u201c obsadilo druh\u00e9 m\u00edsto pivo Dob\u0159ansk\u00e1 10. Obsahuje dev\u011bt procent alkoholu,\u201d konstatoval sl\u00e1dek Petr Petru\u017e\u00e1lek. Extrasiln\u00e9 pivo bylo mo\u017en\u00e9 vyzkou\u0161et od po\u010d\u00e1tku prosince, stejn\u011b jako vanilkovou sedmn\u00e1ctku.<br \/>\nNa prosinec 2013 m\u011bli p\u0159ipraveny dva druhy v\u00e1no\u010dn\u00edho piva: Dob\u0159ansk\u00fd And\u011bl 23\u00b0 (sv\u011btl\u00fd extra speci\u00e1l, 9,5 % alk.) a \u201eDPH\u201c tedy Dob\u0159ansk\u00e9 Pivo Ho\u0159k\u00e9 (svrchn\u011b kva\u0161en\u00fd sv\u011btl\u00fd speci\u00e1l 15\u00b0).<br \/>\nDne 22.3. 2014 se z\u00fa\u010dastnili ve Zv\u00edkovsk\u00e9m dvo\u0159e sout\u011b\u017ee Jarn\u00ed cena \u010desk\u00fdch sl\u00e1dk\u016f 2014 s na\u0161imi vzorky piv v kategori\u00edch sv\u011btl\u00fd le\u017e\u00e1k, kde obsadili s 12% Modrou Hv\u011bzdou kr\u00e1sn\u00e9 druh\u00e9 m\u00edsto, a v kategorii siln\u00e1 speci\u00e1ln\u00ed piva vzorek Dob\u0159ansk\u00fd svat\u00fd V\u00edt 23 % obsadil kr\u00e1sn\u00e9 druh\u00e9 m\u00edsto.
