Vlastn\u00ed pivovar s mal\u00fdm v\u00fd\u010depem se nach\u00e1z\u00ed p\u0159\u00edmo v are\u00e1lu opatstv\u00ed, co\u017e znamen\u00e1, \u017ee si m\u016f\u017eete u dobr\u00e9ho j\u00eddla v <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-54371 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/www.pivovary.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/ngg_featured\/mnich02.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"233\" height=\"218\">poklidu vychutn\u00e1vat m\u00edstn\u00ed pivo. P\u0159i tom m\u016f\u017eete sledovat velk\u00fdm prosklen\u00fdm oknem Bratra Julia, jak dohl\u00ed\u017e\u00ed na v\u00fdrobu piva Achel \u201c8\u201c, kter\u00e9 obsahuje je\u010dmen, chmel, kvasnice a vodu. Dal\u0161\u00edmi zde vyr\u00e1b\u011bn\u00fdmi druhy jsou: Achel \u201c5\u201c \u201ebrown\u201c, Achel \u201c5\u201c \u201eblond\u201c a pivo \u201etriple\u201c s 8% alkoholu. P\u0159\u00edle\u017eitostn\u011b pivovar va\u0159\u00ed tak\u00e9 siln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed brown Ale s 9% alkoholu. V Achelu najdete i velmi dob\u0159e z\u00e1soben\u00fd obch\u016fdek s belgick\u00fdmi pivy a jejich typick\u00fdmi sklenicemi. Od roku 2001 je mo\u017en\u00e9 zdej\u0161\u00ed pivo \u201c8\u201c zakoupit i v lahv\u00edch.<\/p>\n<p>Dal\u0161\u00ed zast\u00e1vkou je kl\u00e1\u0161ter <strong><b>Westmalle<\/b><\/strong>, hodinu a p\u016fl autem severn\u011b od Bruselu. Byl zalo\u017een v roce 1794 a pivovarnictv\u00edm se za\u010dal zab\u00fdvat na po\u010d\u00e1tku 19.stolet\u00ed. Komer\u010dn\u00ed se produkce piva stala v roce 1920. N\u00e1v\u0161t\u011bvn\u00edk\u016fm sice nen\u00ed umo\u017en\u011bn vstup do tohoto kl\u00e1\u0161tera, ale pivo m\u016f\u017eete okusit ve zdej\u0161\u00ed restaura\u010dn\u00ed provozovn\u011b Trapisten, kde je v\u00e1m na po\u017e\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed tak\u00e9 p\u0159ehr\u00e1no DVD o tom, jak se pivo p\u0159ipravuje. Mni\u0161i z kl\u00e1\u0161tera Westmalle vyr\u00e1b\u00ed speci\u00e1ln\u00ed pivo \u201eExtra\u201c, kter\u00e9 se va\u0159\u00ed pouze dvakr\u00e1t ro\u010dn\u011b. Je ur\u010deno pro jejich vlastn\u00ed spot\u0159ebu (jako dopln\u011bk k poledn\u00edmu pokrmu), ale mohou si jej koupit i n\u00e1v\u0161t\u011bvn\u00edci v Trapisten cafe, kde se prod\u00e1v\u00e1 v lahv\u00edch bez etikety. Pivovar d\u00e1le va\u0159\u00ed piva \u201eTriple\u201c a trvanliv\u00fd \u201eDouble\u201c, kter\u00e1 jsou k dost\u00e1n\u00ed i jinde v Belgii \u010di v zahrani\u010d\u00ed. Dal\u0161\u00edm produktem kl\u00e1\u0161tera je v\u00fdborn\u00fd s\u00fdr (nesouc\u00ed tak\u00e9 logo \u201eAuthentic Trappist Produkt\u201c), kter\u00fd se skv\u011ble hod\u00ed k lahodn\u00e9mu pivu Westmalle. Technologick\u00e9 za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed pivovaru v tomto kl\u00e1\u0161te\u0159e je neust\u00e1le modernizov\u00e1no &#8211; v\u00fdrobn\u00ed procesy jsou kontrolov\u00e1ny po\u010d\u00edta\u010dem a v roce 2002 byla zavedena nov\u00e1 linka na pln\u011bn\u00ed lahv\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n<p>Cestou na jih v Arden\u00e1ch naraz\u00edte na kl\u00e1\u0161ter <strong><b>Rochefort<\/b><\/strong> (The Notre-Dame de Saint-Remy), kter\u00fd je zasazen do rozlehl\u00e9ho \u00fadol\u00ed na \u00fapat\u00ed zalesn\u011bn\u00e9ho kopce, kter\u00fd jej odd\u011bluje od stejnojmenn\u00e9ho m\u011bste\u010dka. Kl\u00e1\u0161ter Rochefort nen\u00ed ani otev\u0159en n\u00e1v\u0161t\u011bvn\u00edk\u016fm, ani nenab\u00edz\u00ed poho\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed ve sv\u00e9m v\u00fd\u010depu tak, jako p\u0159ede\u0161l\u00e9 dva kl\u00e1\u0161tery. Je to velmi tich\u00e9 m\u00edsto, dokonce i na p\u0159\u00edsn\u00e9 zvyklosti trapistick\u00e9ho \u0159\u00e1du. S va\u0159en\u00edm piva se zde za\u010dalo ji\u017e v 16. stolet\u00ed. Pivovar va\u0159\u00ed siln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed a vysoce fermentovan\u00e1 piva, kter\u00e9 si z\u00edskala velkou oblibu. I p\u0159es tento fakt, v\u0161ak produkce z\u016fst\u00e1v\u00e1 st\u00e1le stejn\u00e1, odpov\u00eddaj\u00edc\u00ed pot\u0159eb\u00e1m kl\u00e1\u0161tera, sp\u00ed\u0161e ne\u017e vyhovuj\u00edc\u00ed popt\u00e1vce trhu. Ro\u010dn\u00ed produkce se pohybuje mezi 13 000 a 15 000 hl. Va\u0159\u00ed se zde 3 druhy piv: sladk\u00e1 brown ale Rochefort 6 (7.5% alk.), Rochefort 8 (9.2% alk.) a tmav\u00e9 ale Rochefort 10 (11.3% alk.). V\u0161echna 3 piva maj\u00ed sladce naho\u0159klou chu\u0165, dokva\u0161uj\u00ed v lahv\u00edch, kde proch\u00e1zej\u00ed chu\u0165ovou evoluc\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>\u010ctvrt\u00fdm v \u0159ad\u011b je <strong><b>Orval<\/b><\/strong>. Je nejstar\u0161\u00ed z t\u011bchto kl\u00e1\u0161tern\u00edch pivovar\u016f (zalo\u017een v 11.stol.), nejsn\u00e1ze dostupn\u00fd a tak\u00e9 nejp\u016fsobiv\u011bj\u0161\u00ed. Pot\u00e9, co byl na konci 18.stol zni\u010den p\u016fvodn\u00ed kl\u00e1\u0161ter, se cisterci\u00e1ck\u00fdm mnich\u016fm poda\u0159ilo v roce 1948 dokon\u010dit na jeho m\u00edst\u011b kl\u00e1\u0161ter nov\u00fd. V tomto elegantn\u00edm a architektonicky \u010dist\u00e9m komplexu budov, obklopen\u00fdch lesem, m\u016f\u017eete nel\u00e9zt sklepen\u00ed z 18. stolet\u00ed, nab\u00edzej\u00edc\u00ed sv\u00fdm n\u00e1v\u0161t\u011bvn\u00edk\u016fm t\u00e9matickou expozici, studnu, ze kter\u00e9 se bere voda na v\u00fdrobu piva \u010di poz\u016fstatky p\u016fvodn\u00edho opatstv\u00ed z 12. stol. Pivovar, a\u010d norm\u00e1ln\u011b ve\u0159ejnosti nep\u0159\u00edstupn\u00fd, otev\u00edr\u00e1 sv\u00e9 br\u00e1ny ka\u017edoro\u010dn\u011b na dva dny, aby se n\u00e1v\u0161t\u011bvn\u00edci mohli sezn\u00e1mit s jeho \u010dinnost\u00ed. Pivo, kter\u00e9 se zde va\u0159\u00ed, se od ostatn\u00edch kl\u00e1\u0161tern\u00edch piv li\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdraznou suchost\u00ed, je pln\u00e9, intenzivn\u00ed ho\u0159k\u00e9 chuti s ovocn\u00fdmi t\u00f3ny: sv\u011btl\u00e9 Orval Trappist Ale s trvanlivost\u00ed a\u017e 5 let (6.9% alk.), kter\u00e9 je naz\u00fdv\u00e1no \u201ckr\u00e1lovnou trapist\u016f\u201d a Petite Orval (3.5% alk.), kter\u00e9 je ur\u010den\u00e9 v\u00fdhradn\u011b pro mnichy, nicm\u00e9n\u011b p\u0159\u00edmo v kl\u00e1\u0161te\u0159e je mo\u017en\u00e9 jej zakoupit.<\/p>\n<p>Dv\u011b hodiny j\u00edzdy od Orvalu se nach\u00e1z\u00ed malebn\u00e9 m\u011bste\u010dko <strong><b>Chimay<\/b><\/strong>. Tento kl\u00e1\u0161ter, zalo\u017een\u00fd roce 1862, zn\u00e1m\u00fd jako Notre Dame De Scourmount, umo\u017e\u0148uje n\u00e1v\u0161t\u011bvn\u00edk\u016fm n\u00e1v\u0161t\u011bvu zahrady a kostela. Byl prvn\u00edm kl\u00e1\u0161terem, kter\u00fd za\u010dal s va\u0159en\u00edm piva na komer\u010dn\u00ed b\u00e1zi a dnes je 20 % jeho pivn\u00ed produkce ur\u010deno na export. Tak jako ve Westmalle, i v tomto kl\u00e1\u0161tern\u00edm pivovaru si m\u016f\u017eete zakoupit pivo, kter\u00e9 bylo vyrobeno speci\u00e1ln\u011b pro vlastn\u00ed spot\u0159ebu mnich\u016f: Chimay Dor\u00e9e (4.8% alk.). Pivovar d\u00e1le vyr\u00e1b\u00ed: Chimay Rouge (\u201cRed\u201c, 7% alk.), Chimay Bleue (\u201cBlue\u201d, 9% alk.) a Chimay Blanche (\u201cWhite\u201c), nebo-li tak\u00e9 Chimay Triple (8% alk.). V\u0161echna piva tohoto kl\u00e1\u0161tera jsou typick\u00e1 sv\u00fdm jemn\u011b ovocn\u00fdm charakterem. Pivovar v Chimay byl rekonstruov\u00e1n v roce 1988 a ka\u017edoro\u010dn\u011b vyrob\u00ed 120 000 hl piva. Piva \u201cRed\u201c, \u201cBlue\u201c a \u201cWhite\u201c se prod\u00e1vaj\u00ed v lahv\u00edch r\u016fzn\u00e9ho objemu: 330ml, 750ml, ale tak\u00e9 1 500ml a 3 000ml (tzv. Grande Reserve Magnum). Sladkoho\u0159k\u00e1 piva z Chimay, dokva\u0161uj\u00ed v lahv\u00edch a maj\u00ed dlouhou trvanlivost &#8211; a\u017e 5 let (pivo Chimay Bleue dokonce a\u017e 15 let).<\/p>\n\n<p>Nejmen\u0161\u00edm a posledn\u00edm z trapistick\u00fdch kl\u00e1\u0161ter\u016f je <strong><b>Westvleteren<\/b><\/strong>. Tento pivovar zalo\u017een\u00fd v roce 1838 je tak\u00e9 zn\u00e1m\u00fd jako St. Sixtus. V\u00fdstav tohoto pivovaru je velmi mal\u00fd (4 750 hl ro\u010dn\u011b), ale jeho produkty si z\u00edskaly reputaci po cel\u00e9m sv\u011bt\u011b d\u00edky sv\u00e9 jedine\u010dn\u00ed chuti a prvot\u0159\u00eddn\u00ed kvalit\u011b. Pivovar vyr\u00e1b\u00ed t\u0159i druhy: Westvleteren Blonde (se zelen\u00fdm uz\u00e1v\u011brem, 5.8% alk.), Westvleteren 8 (s modr\u00fdm uz\u00e1v\u011brem, 8% alk.), a Westvleteren 12 (se \u017elut\u00fdm uz\u00e1v\u011brem, 10.2% alk.). Toto sladk\u00e9, ko\u0159en\u011bn\u00e9 pivo s ovocn\u00fdm aroma nen\u00ed ur\u010deno pro komer\u010dn\u00ed \u00fa\u010dely a je k dost\u00e1n\u00ed pouze v n\u011bkolika m\u00edstn\u00edch obch\u016fdc\u00edch \u010di p\u0159\u00edmo u vrat kl\u00e1\u0161tera. Pivo vyroben\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edmo v kl\u00e1\u0161te\u0159e je ozna\u010dov\u00e1no jako Westvleteren, zat\u00edmco produkty vyroben\u00e9 v licenci nedalek\u00fdm pivovarem, nesou n\u00e1zev St.Sixtus (tzv.
