Byla to tmav\u00e1 piva se siln\u00fdm aroma pra\u017een\u00e9ho sladu.<br \/>\nPodle encyklopedie je Stout tmav\u00e9 pivo typu ale, kter\u00e9 se vyr\u00e1b\u00ed z pra\u017een\u00e9ho sladu a je\u010dmene, chmelu, vody a pivn\u00edch svrchn\u011b kvas\u00edc\u00edch kvasnic. Pro pivo Stout je charakteristick\u00e1 hust\u00e1 p\u011bna, tmav\u00e1 barva a p\u0159\u00edchu\u0165 pra\u017een\u00e9ho sladu, n\u011bkdy s ovocnou p\u0159\u00edchut\u00ed. \u010casto se jedn\u00e1 o siln\u00e1 piva (pod\u00edl alkoholu m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt i 8%). Historick\u00fd v\u00fdvoj byl Porteru a Stoutu byl podobn\u00fd, nicm\u00e9n\u011b Stout se odli\u0161uje pou\u017eit\u00edm pra\u017een\u00e9ho je\u010dmene.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" border=\"0\" src=\"https:\/\/encrypted-tbn0.gstatic.com\/images?q=tbn:ANd9GcQo6KHOLpGo9zKCOge-LvZkt77_x1rsf00wbA&#038;usqp=CAU\" align=\"left\" style=\"border-width: 0\" width=\"363\" height=\"363\"><br \/>\nExistuj\u00ed dohady o tom, kter\u00fd panovn\u00edk pivo Stout zpopularizoval v Rusku. Bu\u010f to byl car Petr I., vl\u00e1dnouc\u00ed v letech 1682 \u2013 1725, kter\u00fd \u00fadajn\u011b pivo Porter objevil b\u011bhem sv\u00e9 n\u00e1v\u0161t\u011bvy Anglie v roce 1698 a nechal si je poslat k carsk\u00e9mu dvoru. Jin\u00e1 verze v\u0161ak hovo\u0159\u00ed o carevn\u011b Kate\u0159in\u011b Velik\u00e9, vl\u00e1dnouc\u00ed v letech 1762-1796, kter\u00e1 si pivo Porter obl\u00edbila na sv\u00e9 cest\u011b do Anglie a nechala poslat do Ruska.<\/p>\n<p>Bez ohledu na to, kter\u00fd z nich to byl (pravd\u011bpodobn\u011bj\u0161\u00edm se zd\u00e1 b\u00fdt Kate\u0159ina), kone\u010dn\u00fd v\u00fdsledek byl stejn\u00fd. Prvn\u00ed pokus dopravit obl\u00edben\u00e9 pivo Porter v\u00edce jak 1000 mil n\u00e1mo\u0159n\u00ed cestou nap\u0159\u00ed\u010d Severn\u00edm a Baltsk\u00fdm mo\u0159em ztroskotal. Porter v t\u00e9 dob\u011b m\u011bl pom\u011brn\u011b n\u00edzk\u00fd obsah alkoholu a byl i minim\u00e1ln\u011b chmelen, a tak z\u00e1silka nevydr\u017eela dlouhou cestu a dorazila zka\u017een\u00e1. Aby se probl\u00e9m trvanlivosti n\u00e1poje vy\u0159e\u0161il, bylo nutn\u00e9 zm\u011bnit recept. Pivovarn\u00edci zv\u00fd\u0161ili pod\u00edl sladu, \u010d\u00edm\u017e se zv\u00fd\u0161il i obsah alkoholu a n\u00e1poj za\u010dali v\u00edce chmelit a vyu\u017eili konzerva\u010dn\u00edch \u00fa\u010dink\u016fm chmele. N\u011bkter\u00e9 prameny uv\u00e1d\u00ed, \u017ee to v\u0161e bylo u\u010din\u011bno proto, aby n\u00e1poj cestou nezmrzl, jin\u00e9 v\u0161ak, \u017ee pivovarn\u00edci cht\u011bli vyj\u00edt vst\u0159\u00edc chut\u00edm carevny a dal\u0161\u00edch pij\u00e1k\u016f. A\u0165 tak \u010di tak, vzniklo pivo, kter\u00e9 se stalo senzac\u00ed po cel\u00e9m Rusku (a nejen tam) &#8211; pivo tmav\u00e9 a\u017e \u010dern\u00e9, siln\u00e9 a chu\u0165ov\u011b velice bohat\u00e9. Pivo se tehdy p\u0159ev\u00e1\u017eelo v sudech a do lahv\u00ed se plnilo a\u017e v samotn\u00e9m Sankt-Pet\u011brburgu.<\/p>\n<p>S v\u00fdrobou piva Imperial Stout po\u010dal lond\u00fdnsk\u00fd pivovar Thrale\u00b4s, kter\u00fd je tak\u00e9 za\u010dal exportovat do zahrani\u010d\u00ed (Asie, Pobalt\u00ed, Skandin\u00e1vie), ale p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm pak na rusk\u00fd carsk\u00fd dv\u016fr.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" border=\"0\" src=\"http:\/\/cdn.shopify.com\/s\/files\/1\/1451\/4058\/products\/alabev-beer-north-coast-old-rasputin-russian-imperial-stout-15009492860991_600x.png?v=1594236651\" align=\"right\" style=\"border-width: 0\" width=\"481\" height=\"645\"><br \/>\nRalph Thrale p\u0159i\u0161el do Lond\u00fdna v r. 1711, aby pracoval v pivovaru The Brewhouse (p\u016fvodn\u00ed n\u00e1zev- Anchor Brewery) sv\u00e9ho str\u00fdce Edmunda Halseyho. Nep\u0159ej\u00edc\u00ed str\u00fdc m\u011bl Ralpha sp\u00ed\u0161e za sluhu a poskoka, nep\u0159\u00e1l mu a choval se k n\u011bmu hrub\u011b. Ralph se ale nau\u010dil se \u0159emeslu a podnik\u00e1n\u00ed a vedl si dob\u0159e. Nicm\u00e9n\u011b kdy\u017e str\u00fdc zem\u0159el, pivovar zd\u011bdil Halseyho ze\u0165 v\u00e9voda Cobham. Nebylo v\u0161ak mo\u017en\u00e9, aby byl \u0161lechtic jakkoli spojov\u00e1n s pivovarem, a tak jej prodal. Roku 1731 se stal majitelem pivovaru Ralph Thrale, kter\u00fd pivovar d\u00e1le roz\u0161i\u0159oval, postavil vodovod z\u00e1sobuj\u00edc\u00ed provoz, zv\u00fd\u0161il v\u00fdstav na 46100 barel\u016f, \u010d\u00edm\u017e se vyrovnal druh\u00e9mu nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00edmu pivovaru Benjamin Truman.  Henry Thrale zd\u011bdil pivovar po sv\u00e9m otci v r. 1848 ve v\u011bku 28 let. Pivovar se rozkl\u00e1dal na plo\u0161e 9 akr\u016f a jeho sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed byly kancel\u00e1\u0159e, sklady, sklepy i st\u00e1je pro t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 100 kon\u00ed. T\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 na konci osmn\u00e1ct\u00e9ho stolet\u00ed zde Henry Thrale vyvinul vynikaj\u00edc\u00ed siln\u00fd porter Thrale&#8217;s Intire Porter. Po rodin\u011b Thraleov\u00fdch, se v r. 1781 majitelem pivovaru stala spole\u010dnost Barclay &amp; Perkins, kter\u00e1 recept na Stout pozm\u011b\u0148ovala a s n\u00edm se zm\u011bnil i n\u00e1zev piva na Barclay Perkins Imperial Brown Stout. Z r. 1851 o receptu\u0159e poch\u00e1z\u00ed z\u00e1znam- 63.6 % sv\u011btl\u00e9ho sladu, 23 % tmav\u00e9ho sladu , 10,8 % jantarov\u00e9ho sladu a 2,6 % pra\u017een\u00e9ho sladu, p\u016fvodn\u00ed obsah extraktu 1085 s pod\u00edlem 9 liber chmele na barel. V\u00fdstav spole\u010dnosti se dosti sn\u00ed\u017eil. Pivovar vlastnil je\u0161t\u011b John Courage, kter\u00fd va\u0159il pivo pod n\u00e1zvem  Courage Imperial Russian Stout a jeho etikety se chlubily historickou souvislost\u00ed s ruskou carevnou.<\/p>\n<p>Va\u0159en\u00ed piva av\u0161ak v r. 1962 zcela ustalo, v  r. 1981 byl pivovar The Anchor Brewery definitivn\u011b uzav\u0159en a n\u00e1sledn\u011b zbour\u00e1n. Na jeho m\u00edst\u011b dnes stoj\u00ed obytn\u00e9 budovy.<\/p>\n <p style=\"margin: 4.5pt 0cm 0.0001pt; text-align: center; background: white;\">\r\n<script async=\"\" src=\"\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js\"><\/script>\r\n<!-- fotoalbum 336x280 -->\r\n<ins class=\"adsbygoogle\" style=\"display: inline-block; width: 336px; height: 280px;\" data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-5694300196982120\" data-ad-slot=\"4637278565\"><\/ins>\r\n<script>\r\n(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\r\n<\/script>\n<p>Russian Imperial Stout byl v Rusku velice popul\u00e1rn\u00ed, dov\u00e1\u017eelo se tam ohromn\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed tohoto moku, a proto se m\u00edstn\u00ed pivovarn\u00edci sna\u017eili tento typ piva napodobit ji\u017e v 18.stolet\u00ed. Ve v\u011bt\u0161\u00edm se Stout na \u00fazem\u00ed Ruska za\u010dal va\u0159it v pivovaru v estonsk\u00e9m m\u011bst\u011b Tartu (m\u011bsto tehdy pat\u0159ilo carsk\u00e9mu Rusku). Belgick\u00fd obchodn\u00edk Albert Le Coq nejd\u0159\u00edve Russian Imperial Stout va\u0159il v lond\u00fdnsk\u00e9m pivovaru a do Ruska exportoval, ale kv\u016fli vysok\u00e9 dani pivovar v Tartu koupil a pivo za\u010dal va\u0159it tam. Z\u00e1vod byl velice \u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u00fd, a to a\u017e do roku 1917, kdy napaden rusk\u00fdmi anarchisty a nakonec i n\u011bmeck\u00fdmi voj\u00e1ky.<br \/>\nA\u010dkoli se v 18. a 19. stolet\u00ed pivo Stout t\u011b\u0161ilo obrovsk\u00e9mu z\u00e1jmu a oblib\u011b, ve 20. stolet\u00ed pak z\u00e1jem o n\u011b naprosto upadal a to a\u017e do doby, kdy tento styl v 80. letech znovu objevili ameri\u010dt\u00ed pivovarn\u00edci. Jejich snaha o hled\u00e1n\u00ed zaj\u00edmav\u00fdch a extr\u00e9mn\u00edch pivn\u00edch zvl\u00e1\u0161tnost\u00ed vedla k obrod\u011b piva typu Stout a jeho op\u011btovn\u00e9mu zpopularizov\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n<p><b><u>Zaj\u00edmavosti, kter\u00e9 se neve\u0161ly do \u010dl\u00e1nku<\/u><\/b><br \/>\n* Slovo Stout se p\u016fvodn\u011b pou\u017e\u00edvalo jako p\u0159\u00eddavn\u00e9 jm\u00e9no ozna\u010duj\u00edc\u00ed velmi siln\u00e9 pivo typu ale.<br \/>\n* Slovo Porter ozna\u010dovalo zpo\u010d\u00e1tku tmav\u00e9 pivo obecn\u011b. Pivo Stout Porter se va\u0159ilo podle stejn\u00e9 receptury, jen s men\u0161\u00edm pod\u00edlem vody, \u010d\u00edm\u017e bylo siln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" border=\"0\" src=\"https:\/\/m.media-amazon.com\/images\/I\/415v-kQS71L.jpg\" align=\"left\" style=\"border-width: 0\" width=\"380\" height=\"536\"><br \/>\n* Zat\u00edmco carsk\u00e9 Rusko m\u011blo obrovsk\u00fd z\u00e1jem o anglick\u00e9 pivo, Anglie z Ruska dov\u00e1\u017eela p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm vyzinu (l\u00e1tka z\u00edskan\u00e1 ze su\u0161en\u00fdch plovac\u00edch m\u011bch\u00fd\u0159\u016f jeseterovit\u00fdch ryb, kter\u00e1 se pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 zejm\u00e9na jako \u010di\u0159idlo p\u0159i v\u00fdrob\u011b kvasn\u00fdch n\u00e1poj\u016f).<br \/>\n* Ve druh\u00e9 polovin\u011b 18. stolet\u00ed za\u010dal s produkc\u00ed Stoutu Arthur Guinness a jeho jm\u00e9no je s t\u00edmto typem piva spojov\u00e1no dodnes.<br \/>\n* M\u00e1 se za to, \u017ee k pou\u017eit\u00ed n\u00e1zvu Imperial Stout do\u0161lo a\u017e mnohem pozd\u011bji ne\u017e v dob\u011b, kdy bylo toto pivo prvn\u011b uva\u0159eno. Tento n\u00e1zev byl pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n bez spojitosti s Ruskem, z\u0159ejm\u011b pouze s v\u00fdznamem \u201en\u00e1\u0161 nejlep\u0161\u00ed, nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed\u201c (high gravity).<br \/>\n* Pokud jde o n\u00e1zev Russian Imperial Stout, angli\u010dt\u00ed pivovarn\u00edci v 19. stolet\u00ed zcela jist\u011b necht\u011bli zmi\u0148ovat Rusko v n\u00e1zvu sv\u00fdch v\u00fdrobk\u016f, nebo\u0165 v polovin\u011b 19.stolet\u00ed byla Anglie s Ruskem ve v\u00e1lce.<\/p>\n<p>* V r. 1869 se jedna z lod\u00ed p\u0159epravuj\u00edc\u00edch &#8222;Imperial Stout&#8220;potopila v Baltsk\u00e9m mo\u0159i a lahve s cenn\u00fdm n\u00e1pojem byly ze dna vyzdvi\u017eeny a\u017e v r. 1974 b\u011bhem norsk\u00e9 podmo\u0159sk\u00e9 expedice.<br \/>\n* Zat\u00edmco v devaten\u00e1ct\u00e9m stolet\u00ed byla p\u016fvodn\u00ed stup\u0148ovitost stoutu v pr\u016fm\u011bru 19,5 a klasick\u00e9ho porteru asi 14,5, po prvn\u00ed sv\u011btov\u00e9 v\u00e1lce klesla u stoutu na cca 13,5 a u porteru na cca 9,5. Dnes Stout m\u00edv\u00e1 nej\u010dast\u011bji p\u0159es 9% alkoholu, ale nez\u0159\u00eddka kdy se p\u0159ehoupne i p\u0159es 10%.<br \/>\n* Russian Imperial Stout je jedn\u00edm z nejv\u00fdrazn\u011bji chutnaj\u00edc\u00edch mok\u016f na sv\u011bt\u011b a jeho chu\u0165 po \u201esp\u00e1len\u00fdch rozink\u00e1ch\u201c hrani\u010d\u00ed s chut\u00ed dehtu. Le Coq a podn\u011bt\u016f lid\u00ed, kte\u0159\u00ed pracovali pro Barclay &amp; Perkins , kdy\u017e se je\u0161t\u011b va\u0159il p\u016fvodn\u00ed Rusk\u00fd Imperial Stout.<br \/>\n* Existuje mnoho druh\u016f stout\u016f, nap\u0159\u00edklad baltsk\u00fd stout (baltic stout), such\u00fd stout (dry stout, zn\u00e1m\u00fd jako irsk\u00fd stout), imperial stout, ale \u0159ad\u00ed se sem i porter, ml\u00e9\u010dn\u00fd stout (milk stout) a dal\u0161\u00ed.<br \/>\n* 15. kv\u011btna 2011 se 11 anglick\u00fdch pivovar\u016f z\u00fa\u010dastnilo p\u011btit\u00fddenn\u00ed n\u00e1mo\u0159n\u00ed plavby z Lond\u00fdna do rusk\u00e9ho St. Peterburgu a pokusili se tak jako p\u0159ed 200 lety doru\u010dit Russian Imperial Stout. Toto dobrodru\u017est\u00ed neslo n\u00e1zev The Great Baltic Adventure.<br \/>\n* Doporu\u010den\u00e1 teplota pro serv\u00edrov\u00e1n\u00ed piva typu Imperial stout je mezi 14-16\u00b0C a pivo by m\u011blo b\u00fdt pod\u00e1v\u00e1no ve sklenic\u00edch typu pint, tumbler, snifter.
