Jednalo se o lehk\u00fd a sv\u011b\u017e\u00ed Sour Ale tedy kysel\u00e1\u010d s n\u00edzkou ho\u0159kost\u00ed, kter\u00fd byl obohacen o p\u011bknou d\u00e1vku \u010dern\u00fdch moru\u0161\u00ed a bor\u016fvek.<\/li>\n<li>Od 27.3.2024 na \u010depu Slavkovsk\u00fd Velikono\u010dn\u00ed speci\u00e1l (polotmav\u00e9 siln\u00e9 pivo, EPM: 13 % hm., obsah alkoholu: 5,5 % obj.)<\/li>\n<li>V b\u0159eznu 2023 na \u010depu 10 sv\u011btl\u00e9, 12 sv\u011btl\u00e9, 10 tmav\u00e1, 12 pale ale, 15 bock.<\/li>\n<li>Od 2.2.2022 na \u010depu <strong>Slavkovsk\u00fd export 13<\/strong>. Tento n\u011bmeck\u00fd pivn\u00ed styl, na rozd\u00edl od festbieru, va\u0159en\u00fd b\u011bhem cel\u00e9ho roku je jak\u00fdmsi poj\u00edtkem mezi pivem helles \u010di pils a siln\u00fdm bockem. M\u011bl by disponovat sv\u011btlou a\u017e zlatavou barvou, pln\u00fdm sladov\u00fdm t\u011blem a st\u0159edn\u00ed ho\u0159kost\u00ed. Alk.: 5,5 %.<\/li>\n<li>V \u010dervenci 2020 na \u010depu nov\u011b Slavkovsk\u00e1 osmi\u010dka. Polotmav\u00e9 v\u00fd\u010depn\u00ed pivo, obsah alkoholu 3,3 %, EPM: 8%. Byla uva\u0159ena ze \u010dty\u0159 druh\u016f sladu a byla na \u010dty\u0159ikr\u00e1t chmelena chmelem Spalter Select.<\/li>\n<li>Dne 20.12.2019 na \u010depu nov\u011b <strong>Slavkovsk\u00e1 polotmav\u00e1 des\u00edtka.<\/strong> Alk.: 4 %. Sl\u00e1dek uva\u0159il spodn\u011b kva\u0161en\u00e9 v\u00fd\u010depn\u00ed pivo ze \u010dty\u0159 druh\u016f je\u010dn\u00fdch slad\u016f (\u010desk\u00fd, bavorsk\u00fd, karamelov\u00fd, barv\u00edc\u00ed). Chmeleno dv\u011bma odr\u016fdami chmele a to \u017dateck\u00fdm poloran\u00fdm \u010derve\u0148\u00e1kem a Perlou.<\/li>\n<li>Od 2.2.2018 na \u010depu nov\u00fd speci\u00e1l \u2013 Slavkovsk\u00fd Amber Ale. Je to polotmav\u00e9 speci\u00e1ln\u00ed svrchn\u011b kva\u0161en\u00e9 pivo. EPM: 13 % hm. Obsah alkoholu: 5,5 % obj.<\/li>\n<li>Slavkovsk\u00fd pivovar p\u0159ipravil v \u010dervnu 2017 limitovanou edici 0,5 litrov\u00fdch lahv\u00ed se sv\u011btlou des\u00edtkou.<\/li>\n<li>Od 3. kv\u011btna na \u010depu <strong>Slavkovsk\u00e9 b\u00edl\u00e9<\/strong>. Sv\u011btl\u00e9 p\u0161eni\u010dn\u00e9 svrchn\u011b kva\u0161en\u00e9 pivo 12%, obsah alkoholu 5% obj.<br \/>\nSv\u011btl\u00e9, svrchn\u011b kva\u0161en\u00e9 pivo, typick\u00fd bavorsk\u00fd z\u00e1stupce p\u0161eni\u010dn\u00fdch piv. Jeho charakterem jsou ovocn\u00e9 v\u016fn\u011b, hlavn\u011b ban\u00e1n a h\u0159eb\u00ed\u010dek.<\/li>\n<li>Od 5. dubna na \u010depu <strong>Slavkovsk\u00e9 \u017eitn\u00e9<\/strong>. Polotmav\u00fd spodn\u011b kva\u0161en\u00fd speci\u00e1l 13%, obsah alkoholu 5,5% obj.<\/li>\n<li>Od 8. \u00fanora 2017 na \u010depu <strong>Slavkovsk\u00fd bock<\/strong>. EPM 15 %, obsah alkoholu 6,5 % obj. Polotmav\u00fd spodn\u011b kva\u0161en\u00fd siln\u00fd le\u017e\u00e1k n\u011bmeck\u00e9ho p\u016fvodu. Slavkovsk\u00e1 variace na tento styl je chlebnat\u00e9ho t\u011bla se st\u0159edn\u00edm \u0159\u00edzem a bohatou sladovou v\u016fn\u00ed.<\/li>\n<li>Od 30. listopadu 2016 na \u010depu novinka <strong>Winter Warmer<\/strong>. Svrchn\u011b kva\u0161en\u00fd tmav\u00fd speci\u00e1l 16%, obsah alkoholu 6,7% obj. Winter Warmer je anglick\u00fd pivn\u00ed styl, kter\u00fd spad\u00e1 do podkategorie Old Ale. Jedn\u00e1 se o pom\u011brn\u011b opom\u00ednan\u00e9 pivo, kter\u00e9 nejen sv\u00fdm charakterem evokujeme zimn\u00ed obdob\u00ed. Jantarov\u011b tmav\u011b hn\u011bdav\u00e1 barva s hustou b\u00e9\u017eovou p\u011bnou upout\u00e1 V\u00e1\u0161 z\u00e1jem ji\u017e od pohledu. N\u00e1sledn\u00e9 lehce ovocit\u00e9 a ko\u0159en\u011bn\u00e9 aroma dopl\u0148uj\u00ed pra\u017een\u00e9 sladov\u00e9 t\u00f3ny s v\u016fn\u00ed ho\u0159k\u00e9 \u010dokol\u00e1dy, kakaa, pra\u017een\u00fdch mandl\u00ed, bady\u00e1nu, sko\u0159ice \u010di mu\u0161k\u00e1tov\u00e9ho o\u0159\u00ed\u0161ku. Pln\u00e9 t\u011blo je podtr\u017eeno alkoholovou h\u0159ejivost\u00ed a sladovost\u00ed, prostoupenou decentn\u00ed chut\u00ed lesn\u00edho ovoce. Pivo s jemnou ko\u0159enitost\u00ed a ho\u0159kost\u00ed, kter\u00e1 se snoub\u00ed v \u00fastech s decentn\u011b kou\u0159ov\u00fdm n\u00e1dechem.<\/li>\n<li>Od 14. z\u00e1\u0159\u00ed 2016 na \u010depu polotmav\u00fd le\u017e\u00e1k <strong>Slavkovsk\u00fd ka\u0161tan<\/strong> 11% (obsah alkoholu 4,4% obj.)<br \/>\nPolotmav\u00fd le\u017e\u00e1k uva\u0159en\u00fd ze t\u0159\u00ed druhu je\u010dn\u00fdch sladu (plze\u0148sk\u00fd, bavorsk\u00fd, karamelov\u00fd) dekok\u010dn\u00edm zp\u016fsobem na dva rmuty. Chmeleno odr\u016fdami Sl\u00e1dek a Hallertau. St\u0159edn\u011b ho\u0159k\u00e9 pivo s hustou b\u00edlou p\u011bnou s velice p\u0159\u00edjemnou v\u016fn\u00ed chmele a lehk\u00fdmi t\u00f3ny karamelu. Svoj\u00ed \u017eluto\u010dervenou barvou p\u0159ipom\u00edn\u00e1 opadan\u00e9 podzimn\u00ed list\u00ed a je vskutku malebn\u00fdm n\u00e1pojem hod\u00edc\u00edm se k p\u0159iv\u00edt\u00e1n\u00ed podzimu. Pln\u00e9 t\u011blo, ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed \u0159\u00edz a vysok\u00e1 pitelnost Slavkovsk\u00e9ho ka\u0161tanu sv\u00e1d\u00ed k opakovan\u00e9mu napit\u00ed.<\/li>\n<li>Slavkovsk\u00fd pivovar se rozhodnul pro z\u00e1sadn\u00ed zm\u011bnu v balen\u00ed sv\u00e9ho produktu, a to takovou, \u017ee od poloviny m\u011bs\u00edce kv\u011btna 2016 v\u0161echna piva p\u0159e\u0161la ze sou\u010dasn\u00fdch PET lahv\u00ed do lahv\u00ed sklen\u011bn\u00fdch. K tomuto kroku provozovatel\u00e9 vedlo n\u011bkolik d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fdch fakt\u016f. T\u00edm nejd\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00edm je atribut ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed z\u00e1t\u011b\u017ee \u017eivotn\u00edho cyklu pro spole\u010dnost jako\u017eto i \u017eivotn\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed a forma jak\u00e9si sofistikovan\u011bj\u0161\u00ed tv\u00e1\u0159e kultury pit\u00ed piva. Na ud\u00e1lostech 28. \u0159\u00edjna (vzniku \u010ceskoslovenska) se kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00fdm pod\u00edlem zaslou\u017eil budouc\u00ed Prezident Osvoboditel Tom\u00e1\u0161 Garrigue Masaryk. Je v\u0161eobecn\u011b zn\u00e1mo, \u017ee p\u016fsobil z exilu a oporou mu byla i jeho pozd\u011bji t\u011b\u017ece nemocn\u00e1 man\u017eelka Charlotta, se kterou se zasnoubil na univerzit\u011b v Lipsku. Kapacita pivovaru je 4000 hl.<br \/>\nJi\u017e dlouho p\u0159ed patn\u00e1ctou hodinou post\u00e1vali prvn\u00ed z\u00e1jemci p\u0159ed nov\u00fdm pivovarem ve Slavkov\u011b. Dne 15. \u00fanora 2013 pivovar slavnostn\u011b otev\u0159el a nedo\u010dkav\u00ed milovn\u00edci piva mohli kone\u010dn\u011b ochutnat prvn\u00ed sklenice zlatav\u00e9ho moku. N\u00e1v\u0161t\u011bvn\u00edky p\u0159iv\u00edtal jednatel Slavkovsk\u00e9ho pivovaru, pan Ji\u0159\u00ed Ho\u0159ava mlad\u0161\u00ed, kter\u00fd pot\u00e9 p\u0159est\u0159ihl stuhu, \u010d\u00edm\u017e pivovar ofici\u00e1ln\u011b zah\u00e1jil sv\u016fj provoz. To byl tak\u00e9 povel pro p\u0159ipraven\u00e9 \u010d\u00ed\u0161n\u00edky a serv\u00edrky, kte\u0159\u00ed nat\u011b\u0161en\u00fdm z\u00e1kazn\u00edk\u016fm rozn\u00e1\u0161eli prvn\u00ed sklenice slavkovsk\u00e9ho piva. Pivovar m\u011bl svoje sklenice s origin\u00e1ln\u00edm logem Slavkovsk\u00e9ho pivovaru a tak\u00e9 t\u00e1cky \u2013 porcel\u00e1nov\u00e9 i pap\u00edrov\u00e9. Hned prvn\u00ed den byl mezi sb\u011brateli jak o t\u00e1cky, tak i o sklenice velk\u00fd z\u00e1jem. Do Slavkova p\u0159ijeli ze v\u0161ech kout\u016f republiky, aby si cenn\u00e9 suven\u00fdry mohli odv\u00e9zt dom\u016f. Hlavn\u00ed z\u00e1jem v\u0161ak byl o slavkovsk\u00e9 pivo. Pivovar m\u011bl ve st\u00e1l\u00e9 nab\u00eddce \u010dty\u0159i druhy piva: Slavkovskou des\u00edtku, Slavkovskou dvan\u00e1ctku (ob\u011b jsou spodn\u011b kva\u0161en\u00e9 sv\u011btl\u00e9 le\u017e\u00e1ky), d\u00e1le je to Slavkovsk\u00fd kancl\u00e9\u0159 \u2013 13% tmav\u00fd speci\u00e1l pojmenovan\u00fd podle kancl\u00e9\u0159e V\u00e1clava Anton\u00edna Kounice. \u010ctvrt\u00fdm pivem bylo Slavkovsk\u00e9 b\u00edl\u00e9 \u2013 je to p\u0161eni\u010dn\u00e9 sv\u011btl\u00e9 pivo, typ naz\u00fdvan\u00fd jako weissenbier. Piva jsou nefiltrovan\u00e1 a nepasterizovan\u00e1. Vysok\u00e9 stropy s d\u0159ev\u011bn\u00fdmi tr\u00e1my, velk\u00e1 okna s vhodn\u011b slad\u011bn\u00fdmi z\u00e1clonami, stylov\u00e9 m\u011bd\u011bn\u00e9 lampy a dubov\u00fd n\u00e1bytek d\u011blaly restauraci velmi p\u0159\u00edjemnou. Krom\u011b pivovarsk\u00e9 restaurace je na\u0161e pivo k dost\u00e1n\u00ed tak\u00e9 v okoln\u00edch obc\u00edch. Nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed \u00fasp\u011bch jsme zaznamenali p\u0159es l\u00e9to, kdy hr\u00e1la prim des\u00edtka. Vzhledem k po\u010das\u00ed te\u010f z\u00e1jem spot\u0159ebitel\u016f poklesl, ale st\u00e1le jsme spokojen\u00ed. A pr\u00e1v\u011b uv\u00e1d\u00edme na trh novinku,&#8220; ozn\u00e1mil jednatel spole\u010dnosti Destila, kter\u00e1 je provozovatelem pivovaru ve Slavkov\u011b, Ji\u0159\u00ed Ho\u0159ava. \u0160lo o polotmavou jeden\u00e1ctku nazvanou Slavkovsk\u00fd ka\u0161tan. \u201eKdo ji bude cht\u00edt ochutnat, nem\u011bl by p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 v\u00e1hat. Jde o limitovanou edici. Pro z\u00e1kazn\u00edky ov\u0161em chyst\u00e1me i jin\u00e1 zpest\u0159en\u00ed, a to hlavn\u011b p\u0159es zimu. Na V\u00e1noce jim nad\u011bl\u00edme dal\u0161\u00ed speci\u00e1l. A po nov\u00e9m roce chceme za\u010d\u00edt s tro\u0161ku odv\u00e1\u017en\u011bj\u0161\u00edm stylem, kdy piva\u0159\u016fm p\u0159ineseme n\u011bco jin\u00e9ho ne\u017e klasick\u00e1 piva \u010desk\u00e9ho typu, na kter\u00e1 jsou od n\u00e1s zvykl\u00ed.<br \/>\nOd 5. \u00fanora 2014 byl na \u010depu speci\u00e1l Slavkovsk\u00e1 IPA 14 % (alk.: 6 %; 4 x chmelen\u00e9, medov\u00e1 barva, v\u016fn\u011b po citrusov\u00fdch plodech, vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed stup\u0148ovitost a intenzivn\u00ed chmelov\u00e1 ho\u0159kost).<br \/>\nV b\u0159eznu na \u010depu Slavkovsk\u00fd M\u00e4rzen (v\u00edde\u0148sk\u00fd le\u017e\u00e1k 12%, alk.: 5 %).<br \/>\nSlavkovsk\u00fd pivovar dne 15. 4. 2014 pozval z\u00e1jmece na \u0159\u00edzenou pivn\u00ed degustaci za \u00fa\u010dasti sl\u00e1dka pivovaru pana Karla Vavre\u010dky orientovanou na senzorick\u00e9 vlastnosti, p\u00e9\u010di o pivo, jeho skladov\u00e1n\u00ed, sanitaci pivn\u00edch cest a jin\u00e9. Kr\u00e1sn\u00e1 zlato-m\u011bd\u011bn\u00e1 barva byla dopln\u011bna smetanovou p\u011bnou. Ve v\u016fni \u0161lo rozeznat p\u0159\u00edjemn\u00e9 aroma borovice s jemn\u00fdm n\u00e1dechem alkoholu.<br \/>\nOd 3. prosince se dostal na \u010dep zimn\u00ed le\u017e\u00e1k &#8211; Slavkovsk\u00fd Medov\u00fd le\u017e\u00e1k 12 % (spodn\u011b kva\u0161en\u00fd le\u017e\u00e1k ze t\u0159ech druh\u016f je\u010dn\u00fdch slad\u016f &#8211; \u010desk\u00fd, bavorsk\u00fd, karamelov\u00fd). Chmelen dv\u011bma odr\u016fdami chmele a to \u017dateck\u00fdm poloran\u00fdm \u010derve\u0148\u00e1kem a Sl\u00e1dkem. Tyto dv\u011b odr\u016fdy chmele dodaj\u00ed pivu tu spr\u00e1vnou ho\u0159kost a v\u016fni. Speci\u00e1ln\u00ed svrchn\u011b kva\u0161en\u00e9 pivo va\u0159en\u00e9 p\u016fvodn\u011b po \u010das \u017en\u00ed v cel\u00e9 Belgii. \u017dlutooran\u017eov\u00e1 barva t\u00e9to slavkovsk\u00e9 variace s jemnou kr\u00e9movou p\u011bnou by m\u011bla zanech\u00e1vat na sklenici tzv. belgickou krajku. Slavkovsk\u00fd M\u00e4rzen byl pivem va\u0159en\u00fdm jen z v\u00edde\u0148sk\u00e9ho sladu, je tedy 100% single malt. Pozn\u00e1vac\u00edm znamen\u00edm tohoto piva byla sv\u011btle m\u011bd\u011bn\u00e1 barva, lehce topinkov\u00e9, ko\u0159en\u011bn\u00e9 \u010di o\u0159\u00ed\u0161kov\u00e9 t\u00f3ny v chuti a v\u016fni. Pivo bylo chmeleno \u017dateck\u00fdm poloran\u00fdm \u010derve\u0148\u00e1kem.<br \/>\nOd 25. 3. na \u010depu Slavkovsk\u00fd Staro\u010desk\u00fd le\u017e\u00e1k \u2013 Proskovec 12 % (sv\u011btl\u00fd le\u017e\u00e1k 12%, alk.: 5 %). Tradi\u010dn\u00ed druh piva z oblasti n\u011bmeck\u00e9ho D\u00fcsseldorfu, na kter\u00fd b\u00fdvaj\u00ed vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1ny r\u016fzn\u00e9 slady a p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm kvasinky svrchn\u00edho kva\u0161en\u00ed. Polotmav\u00fd le\u017e\u00e1k s p\u0159\u00eddavkem \u017eiv\u00fdch kvasinek 11 %, obsah alkoholu: 4,4 % obj. Jarn\u00ed nezelen\u00fd zlatohn\u011bd\u00fd le\u017e\u00e1k ze \u010dty\u0159 druh\u016f slad\u016f, do kter\u00e9ho nebyl p\u0159id\u00e1n lik\u00e9r ani tajn\u00e9 byliny, n\u00fdbr\u017e byla p\u0159id\u00e1na \u017eiv\u00e1 kultura jemn\u00fdch kvasinek. Tentokr\u00e1t se sl\u00e1dek Karel Vavre\u010dka rozhodl pro vyu\u017eit\u00ed chmelu Fantasia, kter\u00fd dodal pivu p\u0159\u00edjemnou kr\u00e9movitost v chuti i v\u016fni. T\u00edmto pivem, cht\u011bli pivovar\u0161t\u00ed p\u0159ipomenout jeden z dal\u0161\u00edch aspekt\u016f historie m\u011bsta. Ve Slavkov\u011b v roce 1805 byly dva pivovary. V nich se va\u0159ilo pivo pro pot\u0159ebu obyvatel m\u011bsta a zdej\u0161\u00edho panstv\u00ed. Toto pivo se stalo i n\u00e1pojem proch\u00e1zej\u00edc\u00edch arm\u00e1d. Recept tohoto piva sl\u00e1dek Karel Va\u0159e\u010dka pe\u010dliv\u011b uv\u00e1\u017eil na z\u00e1klad\u011b historick\u00fdch poznatk\u016f, mo\u017enost\u00ed a znalost\u00ed pivovarnick\u00e9ho \u0159emesla z po\u010d\u00e1tku 19. stolet\u00ed. Zde byl n\u00e1poj p\u0159edstaven ve\u0159ejnosti. Starosta m\u011bsta Slavkova a \u0159editelka z\u00e1mku, pot\u00e9 provedli za asistence z\u00e1stupc\u016f Slavkovsk\u00e9ho pivovaru slavnostn\u00ed nara\u017een\u00ed. Po skon\u010den\u00ed slavnostn\u00edho aktu, bylo pivo uvoln\u011bno k voln\u00e9mu prodeji.<br \/>\nSlavkovsk\u00fd pivovar p\u0159edstavil 10. \u010dervna Slavkovsk\u00fd Fantasia Ale (svrchn\u011b kva\u0161en\u00fd speci\u00e1l 14%). Jemn\u00fd lehk\u00fd Ale chmelen\u00fd nov\u00fdm druhem chmele Fantasia. Sv\u011btl\u00e1 barva se n\u00e1dhern\u011b snoubila s pr\u00e1v\u011b za\u010d\u00ednaj\u00edc\u00edm l\u00e9tem. Karamelovo kr\u00e9mov\u00e9 aroma bylo doprov\u00e1zeno v\u00e1biv\u00fdm t\u00f3nem merun\u011bk a broskv\u00ed. Pivo zanech\u00e1valo dojem sv\u011b\u017e\u00edho charakteru, kter\u00fd nijak nenaru\u0161ovalo st\u0159edn\u011b pln\u00e9 t\u011blo. P\u0159i va\u0159en\u00ed tohoto piva sl\u00e1dek pan Karel Vavre\u010dka pe\u010dliv\u011b vyb\u00edral anglick\u00e9 chmely, kter\u00e9 pou\u017eil natolik d\u016fmysln\u011b, aby v\u00fdsledek ctnostn\u011b odpov\u00eddal anglick\u00fdm fenom\u00e9n\u016fm tohoto stylu. Dbal toho, \u017ee tento pivn\u00ed styl nezanech\u00e1v\u00e1 monument\u00e1ln\u00ed chmelov\u00fd v\u00fdraz ve v\u016fni, n\u00fdbr\u017e jen decentn\u00ed podt\u00f3n.
