Lingvistiky tohle slovo pravd\u011bpodobn\u011b poch\u00e1z\u00ed z n\u011bmeck\u00e9ho ozna\u010den\u00ed patra \u2013 Stock (\u010dti \u0161tok). V dob\u00e1ch budov\u00e1n\u00ed velk\u00fdch pr\u016fmyslov\u00fdch pivovar\u016f na konci 19.stolet\u00ed dostalo za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed sv\u00e9 m\u00edsto v horn\u00edm pat\u0159e samostatn\u00e9 budovy zvan\u00e9 chladnice neboli chladn\u00e9 hospod\u00e1\u0159stv\u00ed. O patro n\u00ed\u017ee pak byl sprchov\u00fd chladi\u010d a pod n\u00edm pak spilka. Tak\u017ee mladina vlastn\u011b prot\u00e9kala budovou patry st\u00e1le dol\u016f.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"ngg-singlepic ngg-center\" src=\"https:\/\/www.pivovary.info\/wp-content\/gallery\/galerie-pivovar-rudnik\/Rudnik04.jpg\" alt=\"\"><br \/>\nCharakteristick\u00e9 pro tuto budovu bylo krom\u011b jej\u00ed mohutnosti hlavn\u011b \u0159ada okenn\u00edch otvor\u016f kryt\u00fdch \u017ealuziemi po cel\u00e9 d\u00e9lce zd\u00ed. Okenicemi se reguloval p\u0159\u00edvod \u010derstv\u00e9ho vzduchu.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00edstnost se \u0161toky m\u011bla obd\u00e9ln\u00edkov\u00fd tvar a byla otev\u0159ena ke krovu (bez p\u016fdy). Napou\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed mladiny na \u0161toky m\u011blo i dal\u0161\u00ed d\u016fvod. A to nasycen\u00ed tekutiny kysl\u00edkem. Tohoto se pot\u00e9 vyu\u017eilo p\u0159i zakva\u0161en\u00ed na spilce.
