T\u00edmto zp\u016fsobem se z\u00edsk\u00e1vali ji\u017e ve starov\u011bku. Pivovarsk\u00e9 kvasnice jsou v\u00fdznamn\u00fdm p\u0159\u00edrodn\u00edm zdrojem cel\u00e9ho spektra biologicky aktivn\u00edch l\u00e1tek.<\/p>\n<p>Pivovarsk\u00e9 kvasnice jsou jednobun\u011b\u010dn\u00fdm rostlinn\u00fdm organismem bez chlorofylu. P\u016fvodn\u011b byly odpadn\u00edm produktem p\u0159i va\u0159en\u00ed piva.
